  Ron is amazing!

  There’s a million decisions to make when planning a wedding and some are more difficult and require a larger investment than others. One of those bigger decisions is choosing a photographer, especially when you’ve never really looked into them. The whole process can, honestly, be overwhelming.
  
  After looking at hundreds of portraits online, I found Ron’s work and fell in love. I knew I wanted him to photograph my wedding. The process of working with Ron was seamless. We started with a phone conversation to see if what Ron offered corresponded with what we were looking for. It did! We then met with him in person to go over his packages more in-depth. He was super flexible with his schedule which my husband and I both really appreciated.
  
  All of Ron’s packages offer an engagement session, which I felt was truly invaluable. Not only for the beautiful photographs, but it gave us a chance to get know how Ron worked and we were able to learn how to work with him. It’s also great for couples, such as my husband and I, that aren’t used to being photographed.
  
  About a month before the wedding, Ron send’s an information packet for you to complete so he can collect information on things such as scheduling for the day of and what formal portraits you wish to be photographed. You’ll then discuss this with him. Again, a process that is incredibly important, as I couldn’t imagine things running as smoothly as they did on our wedding day without it.
  
  That brings us to the big day! From the moment Ron walks through the door, he is ready to go. He is a true professional that has the ability to take charge of a fairly chaotic situation all the while remaining courteous and friendly. As the bride, things can get fairly overwhelming on your wedding day, and Ron had a reassuring effect on me. He just gives of the sense of confidence and control all the while remaining calm in the midst of confusion.
  
  Him and Katie were amazing! They walked in knowing everyone’s names, who they were, and how they were related. They worked tirelessly for 8 hours, doing whatever was necessary to get the shot. My wedding portraits are incredible! I couldn’t have been happier with my decision of hiring Ron as our photographer. There are some decisions that you will make that you’ll second-guess after that fact. Not only did we not second-guess our decision of choosing Ron, between the amazing process of working with him and our incredible collection of photos, both my husband and I are confident it was one of the best decisions me made in the entire wedding planning process.

  I used Ron for my wedding. I have to say he was one of the best parts of the entire night. Everyone loved working with him and taking pictures for him. He had the entire event planned out and knew exactly what needed to happen. Everyone commented on how much the liked him and how great he was with our guests. I have to say he is the best at his job and you will never go wrong using him.

  I found Ron through my friend, he was her wedding photographer and I was in her wedding party as a bridesmaid. Her pictures came out AMAZING and he left me with a great impression. I immediately contacted him after I got engaged and I could not have been happier with my choice. Ron is a total professional, very personable, keeps an upbeat attitude (this is important as you may be emotional and/or moody at some point in the wedding, it’s very helpful to have someone to counter-balance the effect that can have, especially in pictures.) He is also a very skilled photographer – I am in total awe at the images he captured – very flattering photos, authentic, great use of the light and imagery. We had two professional photographers attend our wedding and both were impressed with Ron. I felt completely at ease throughout the planning process as he listened to my lists of “wants” and discussed realistically how we can best accomplish them. At the wedding, he was there early, had great ideas on what pictures to take and I love how he works to get a variety of images which tell a complete story of the day. The day after the wedding, he put some teaser images online which made me so happy! He remained in communication and worked fast to get the edited images to me. If you want someone who will work with you to get all the pictures you want and make you and your significant other (and your friends and family) look their absolute best – hire Ron! I will recommend him to all my friends going forward.

  Ron Kolias is an amazing wedding photographer. His work was fantastic, his attitude was amazing and everything was perfect. He helped us battle through mosquitos rain and every other obstacle that came his way while remaining professional throughout. He had a great ability to keep everyone positive and laughing throughout in order to capture countless amazing photos.   The BEST photographer right here! Ron is nothing short of AMAZING and from the get-go. He helped me in the beginning by answering questions about venues we were looking at. He knew how important pictures were to me and I had so many questions about our photo timeline and sunset pictures for our wedding day! He will always email you back and will set time aside to call you about any concerns you have! We booked him a year before we had our engagement pictures done and it was so worth the wait! Our harley photos came out STUNNING! He went above and beyond helping us throughout the planning process and he recommended a beautiful spot to take pictures at before our ceremony! He has such a great eye and everyone in our wedding party absolutely loved him!! They cannot stop raving about him and his photos! He is a people person and is great with everyone, including kids and dogs! He knew how to make my selfie hating husband at ease with getting his picture taken! Our wedding pictures were absolutely stunning! I had a huge list for Ron of photos I wanted and they all came out so beautiful! My photographer was the most important vendor to me on our wedding day and I HIGHLY recommend Ron Kolias Photography!! You will not be disappointed!

  Throughout our time working with Ron, my husband and I could sense his passion and enthusiasm for what he does. He was extremely professional and exceeded our expectations. He stopped by our rehearsal to take photos and meet our families in preparation for the next day. Not only did Ron do his job beautifully, but he was also really warm, easy going and fun to work with. We really enjoyed having him there on our wedding day. We got many compliments on our photos. Some of his shots were very unique and artistic. He didn't miss a beat and going through his photos is like reliving the day. We were budgeting and chose his cheapest package. In hindsight, I may have invested in a package that had more hours and an engagement session. We had such a beautiful wedding and having it captured in photos is priceless. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you choose Ron.

We now have over 1,000 amazingly gorgeous photos to cherish forever. If you are looking for a photographer that will make you feel comfortable with his fun, exuberant nature and someone that will capture very true, touching moments of your special day, we would STRONGLY recommend hiring Ron Kolias. Ron was extremely helpful to us throughout the planning process and days leading up to the event. Our guests all had kind words to say about our photographers as well!   Ron was absolutely AMAZING. He was everything we wanted in a photographer and more. His pictures are phenomenal and truly captured our wedding day. We're so happy. He was terrific to work with throughout the whole process: capable, organized, highly skilled, terrific sense of humor, and all of our guests loved him. We were also lucky enough to have him do our engagement photos. He took the stress out of the process and made everything so much fun.   I appreciated Ron's attention to detail and professionalism. He hadn't been to Wellesley College before so he scouted the area out for shot areas a few times before the ceremony which was great. He also calmed my mother down a few times which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

  What can I say about Ron? He's as entertaining as he is professional! As soon as my daughter and I first met with him, we knew we would book him.
  
  He met the happy couple way up at Plymouth State University to do their engagement shoot. He took at least 75 pictures that day, and they were all lovely.
  
  He had another meeting with the bride and groom about a month before the wedding to talk about what pictures were on their Must Have list. He took every picture they asked for.
  
  The day of the wedding, he arrived nice and early and didn't miss a single shot! He moved and rearranged furniture to get the perfect shot. If anyone thinks photographers just stand there and take snaps should see Ron in action. I told him he should get a fitbit to record the number of steps he takes in a day.
  
  He had a 2 minute preview up on youtube within two days of the wedding, and those pictures are so beautiful we can't wait for the rest! Thank you Ron!

  Ron was great ! Photos are so important and the decision can be so difficult! It took me awhile to find Ron but when I did I shot him an email and he responded right away. We got in to meet with him and picked a package and scheduled our engagement shoot. We wanted an apple orchard and he suggested a great spot and the pictures were just incredible.
  
  The wedding went off without a hitch and the pictures came out fabulously. I have so many special shots that I will cherish for a lifetime. I will be ordering my album shortly and I can't wait to have such a precious memory of a time I will never forget !! :)

  To say that Ron Kolias is a five star rating in his professionalism, talent, and passion is an understatement. From day one there was no question at all that Ron truly cares about each and every one of his clients and has one sole purpose which is to make sure he perfectly captures the biggest moments in a bride and groom's life with clarity, creativity, passion and love. His creative talent is genius. His professionalism cannot be beat. His caring, genuine, passionate sole is of extreme uniqueness. Ron is simple outstanding. There is a reason why he is a full time wedding photographer.......because he IS THAT GOOD!

  Dan and I couldn't have imagined our wedding photographs to be any more fantastic...and the word "fantastic" is an understatement. Ron Kolias is a perfect example of what artistic photography entails. Our wedding day was almost 2 months ago and we still continue to receive compliments about how spectacular the photos are.   Ron and his assistant Jamie did the photography for our October 4, 2013 wedding at Atkinson country club. They both did such a great job. They were so untuned to everything around them to get the best shots. We just got a few sneak shots and they did amazing. Jamie was right out on the dance floor dancing so that she could get shots without blocking people

  Ron is amazing! He is everything that you want for your wedding day! From the first conversation to the day of the wedding he only cares about what you want and making the day perfect for you! He's flexible, funny, attentive and his work is top notch! The day of the wedding he works tirelessly to capture every moment! I am a picture person and would recommend him wholeheartedly! My husband and I can't thank him enough for making our special day so memorable. The images he captured will allow us to relive the day for many years to come!

  Ron was a consummate professional, always happy to help, checking in to see how things were going and if deliveries had been made, and constantly reassuring me that I had made the right choice for the perfect person to capture one the biggest days of our lives.
  
  Ron worked around our busy schedules to squeeze in our engagement photos (my husband was in school in Tx) and made us feel very comfortable during our fall session by a beautiful lake. After same day posts of sneak peaks and quickly sending all our photos we were able to use them on our save the dates and in centerpieces for the wedding. Ron regularly checked in to see how things were going and if I had any questions/concerns about anything (not just photography), speaking to the quality of person he is to ensure his brides will be worry free on their big day. On our wedding day he showed up early to my parents house and began photographing never getting in the way. Ron and his assistant then snagged some of the most beautiful candid photos during our first look and luckily for us it didn't stop there! They continued snapping photos for the entirety staying until our wedding was over--way longer than the 8hrs he quoted in his contract!
  
  Everyone remarked about how amazing our photographer was running around constantly to get the perfect shots. When we shared our wedding photos and wedding blog with our family and friends they remarked at how gorgeous they came out! We couldn't agree more :) We highly recommend Ron to any soon-to-be bride! He exhibits great attention to detail in all his work, including the actual photographs, packaging designs and other photo-related gifts, and the thoughtful gift basket he sent us when we booked! Ron was not just a vendor, he really cared about our wedding, our lives/story, the details important to us, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted out of the day without having to worry about it!   When I started looking into photographers for our wedding, I kept hearing about Ron Kolias. I read great review after great review and after viewing his website and his work- I knew we had to book Ron for our September wedding.From the day I first contacted Ron, he was so helpful and informative. We kept in touch throughout the year leading up to the wedding and he always quick to respond to my various questions and concerns. It is evident in talking to him how much experience he has and how invested he is in his work. Before the wedding, Ron met with us to take a few photos for our website cards. It was such a great experience getting a chance to work with him and learn how to relax in front of the camera...Ron makes this surprisingly easy! His home studio, where we met for a prewedding meeting, was gorgeous. At that meeting, Ron went over every possible detail for us and answered questions we didn't even know we had. He went through our wedding day moment by moment and informed us of what he'd be doing and when to expect certain things to happen. It was great to have an idea of how the day was going to go. Finally- on the day of our wedding, Ron went to the venue early to take photographs there and then he and his assistant came to take our "getting ready" pictures. They were both so pleasant, so outgoing and so comforting. They made the day so easy and everything went so smoothly. They captured each and every moment of our wedding day and were so great to work with. They were all over the place, getting pictures of everything, without being in the way! Ron was very prompt in giving us a "sneak peak" of our photos after the wedding and we loved what we saw. The rest of our pictures were up shortly after that, with Ron sending us updates along the way of his progress. The photos are absolutely gorgeous and we have gotten so many compliments on them. More importantly, we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. It was such a joy working with Ron!

  Once we saw Ron's work we knew we had to have him as our photographer! I booked him a year in advance to make sure. I so recommend doing an engagement session with him. It's great to meet him in person and start getting comfortable in front of the camera. Alex and I never have had professional pictures done before so we were a little nervous... But honestly there was no need to be. Ron is so nice and sets you at ease a very laid back experience for us. Once our wedding came everything was perfect. Half way through our pictures Alex knew what Ron was looking for (we were coaching ourselves posing for the pictures)... Kind of humorous! Everyone kept saying your photographer worked his but off... who is he? People wanted to check him out :) Ron made our day special and captured some awesome moments. I am so glad I found you Ron. Thank you so much for being you!!!

  Searching for a photographer to my Husband and I was one of the most important things to us for our wedding day. Photographs would be the one thing we could look back on and remember moments from our wedding that are special to us. If you go to Ron’s website it clearly shows he has an artistic eye for photography. Meeting with him made us all the more happier as he was such a nice person and talked to us about everything we wanted to know about photography on our wedding day. He is so passionate for his line of work you could tell by the way he talked about it. You could also tell from his professionalism and knowledge in the area that he had a lot of experience and he knew what he was doing. After getting back from our honeymoon we got our pictures from Ron we was amazed and pleased at how great the photos came out. He used objects and lighting in such great ways and every picture was so beautiful. He knew just how to use lighting and the background scenery to capture unforgettable pictures. I will recommend Ron to any couple that ask me for referrals. Thank you Ron for giving us a great photography experience and making beautiful picture that I look at daily!

  What can I say about Ron Kolias that you don't see from his amazing pictures! He's fantastic! Super nice person to work with, extremley professional, wonderful personality and very creative. He took charge the night of the wedding, getting right in there to get all the necessary shots. We ended up extending his time for an extra hour, and i'm so happy we did! I can't wait to see the finished product! We got a glimpse of 1 teaser picture already, out by the beach at sunset at Lake Pearl in Wrentham, and i was just blown away by it! He has the best attitude and is such a pleasure to work with especially on a day when you feel the most stressed, excited, emotional, chaotic! He will put your mind at ease and give you the most incredible photographs for one of the most important days of your life. We are still getting compliments from the photos Ron took at our wedding, they are truly beautiful and he captured every emotion felt that day! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great, experienced, calming, and fun photographer!!!! Thanks Ron!!
