Great Service and BEAUTIFUL Car!
I was so lucky to have found Jerry with Romantic Remembrances. All other classic car companies were completely booked on my wedding day and was afraid I wouldn't find a car in time. Thankfully Jerry had a beautiful 1960 Bentley available and was perfect for pictures and our departure. His driver was also amazing. I wish I could remember his name, but he was so professional and had such great energy. The car was gorgeous! -

Excellent Service!
We hired Romantic Remembrances to provide a shuttle for the wedding party and a getaway car for my husband and me. Jerry was so helpful through the planning process and provided us with all the information we needed to choose the best packages for our wedding. Our drivers were amazing, accommodating, and reliable, and we're so grateful to the Romantic Remembrances team for making our wedding transportation so easy! We would recommend them to anyone! -

Romantic Remembrances was one of the most responsive, professional, and accommodating transportation vendors I have ever worked with. Our schedules changed because of winter weather cancellations at our final destination, and given the changes in hotel, dates, and flight scheduling, our ever-shifting ground transportation needs were never a worry. The answer was always "yes!" Outstanding service! -

Had a GREAT experience with Romantic Remembrances. Very friendly and easy to work. I reserved their 1958 Rolls Royce for my sons wedding. It was the perfect end for the perfect day. Nothing like the new bride and groom departing in a classic vehicle. Michael was the driver. He was great as well. he was very professional and courteous. If you are looking for a great company, Romantic Remembrance is the one. -

My wife and I enjoyed our experience with Jerry at Romantic Remembrances! We used RR for transport from our wedding reception back to our home. The promptness, courteousness, and professionalism was beyond compare! (And the Rolls Royce was a beautiful car, not only for transport, but also for photographs of our special day! We relied on Romantic Remembrances for all of our transportation needs on our daughter's wedding day: a limo to transport the bride and bridesmaids, a shuttle for our hotel guests, and a Bentley for the bride and groom. The drivers delivered us everywhere that we needed to be on time. They were very courteous and professional, and the transportation vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. They helped make a perfect wedding day for our daughter and new son-in-law! -

Jerry was oh so sweet and very timely. We had no idea that the time had passed so quickly and it was that time to go...Jerry was there to carry us away in the beautiful Bentley. So as we depart away from the venue and get close to the highway, we find out that we had forgotten to give the check to our caterer. Jerry was so kind to take us back and deliver the check...at no extra cost. He was a very safe driver and catered to our needs. Thank you, Jerry, for making such a wonderful ending to an amazing night. -

I have heard so many horrors stories about transportation never being on time for some of my girlfriends' wedding so I was always a little nervous about booking the right vendor for this. I was extremely pleasantly surprised about how on time and porfessional Romantic Remembrances was! Their cars were so clean and they were to flexible about tweeking times even the week of the wedding! I highly recommend!! -

Easy to work with in making changes. Drivers were very polite and friendly.We couuldn't have asked for better transportation for our wedding party and guests. It was a very rainy day and he actually even followed us around with an umbrella during pictures so we wouldn't get wet and when we were covered up, he followed the photographer around with the umbrella so she wouldn't get wet. His customer service was unbelievable. From start to finish, this company was great to deal with and the cost was very reasonable!

Kim, you did a fabulous job co-hosting a wonderful evening program for our sorority women! They all thoroughly enjoyed the "Spa Night" with girl friends. The facials, hand and foot massages and other spa indulgences put the ladies right over the top! They are still talking about it. It was a fun treat for all of us. Thank you for helping us to remember as women that we need to pamper ourselves more often.

As an Aunt of the bride, I decided to hire Kim and let her treat the girls side of the wedding party to a facial and spa night out. Kim came to my home and set up a hands station, feet station, facial station, and a relaxation station. The stations were set up beautifully with brochures, candles, rose petals, and spa products.
As the girls ate and visited, we were at leisure to take part in each of the stations. The hands station had us exfoliate with a hand scrub that left our hands amazingly soft. Then we applied a moisturizer lotion that created a sense of repair and softness to our touch. We used several different foot creams and sprays for our callus' and dry feet. We couldn't believe that after one application our feet could feel so smooth. The facial was very relaxing and geared toward our age group. Kim had facial products for those in their 20's, 30's, 40's and up. As Kim applied the facial products, she thoroughly explained the steps and the reason why each product was so important. My face felt so light, greaseless and clean. The last part of the night, Kim gave us all eye cream and eye pads. It was our time to turn down the lights, listen to soothing music and relax for 10-15 minutes. The evening was special and enjoyed by all. We appreciate Kim for all of her stories and health information she shared with us. I do recommend Kim's services......no matter what the occasion. -

One of my favorite parts of the evening was at the very end when my husband and I drove off in our Rolls Royce in complete piece as husband and wife. It was a beautiful memory and a beautiful car. Everything was a breeze to set up and the driver was exceptional! -

The overall Quality of Service from Romantic Remembrances was excellent. Jerry Taylor was quick in his response to schedule our transportation needs and offered helpful suggestions for other services that would ease the flow of the wedding event. The entire process was handled in an exceptionally professional manner, which left me feeling confident everything would be in order for the wedding day of my son and his fiance. We were able to add an extra limo for the Bridesmaids on short notice, in addition to the Vintage Rolls I had already reseved for the Bride & Groom. The Vintage Rolls completed the Bride's vision of arriving at the Church in style and was the perfect picture for transporting the Bride & Groom back to the Stoneleigh for the reception. The value of the services received and the extra touch of having the Vintage Rolls for the Bride & Groom was well worth the total cost. I have already recommended this company to friends in the midst of planning weddings for their children and would not hestitate to recommend it to anyone else in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. -

Great experience with Romantic Remembrances
Romantic Remembrances provided a gorgeous white 1958 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud as the departure car for my daughter's wedding. I heartily endorse Owner Jerry Taylor and his business. It's easy working with them, professional service, and very accommodating. Jerry drove the car on the day we used his service. He arrived ahead of schedule for photographs and created a very pleasant environment for my daughter and her groom. Limo service using a luxury classic auto is pricey in the Dallas market but Jerry's service and attention to his client's satisfaction makes the experience with Romantic Remembrances classy and pleasantly memorable. We used Romantic Remembrances for our getaway, a vintage 1939 black Cadillac, and were very pleased with the service. The driver managed to navigate his way through blocked-off streets (we weren't aware there was a huge Halloween party occurring in Oak Lawn that evening) to make it to the venue early(!) for pictures. The car was immaculate, the driver was friendly and courteous and we had lovely pictures to show for it. Booking was easy and detailed, Jay does a great job making sure all the bases are covered. And you just can't beat the price – I highly recommend Romantic Remembrances! -

When I was planning my wedding, there were very few things I cared about. One of those things was our ride. I have always dreamed of running through sparklers and hopping in to a classic Rolls Royce to begin the rest of our lives. It was cheesy, but it's what I wanted....and EXACTLY what I got! The car was great, but it was the service that made the experience. My husband and I sipped champagne as we drove around town enjoying some alone time. When we were dropped off, we left the box for our sentimental Waterford toasting flutes in the car. We didn't remember till the next day. Thankfully, they saved it and when we got back from our honeymoon, they drove out TO US to personally deliver it. That's good service. Thanks for the beautiful car, but more importantly, the great service. -

I made a reservation for my wedding several months in advance of the big day. I was worried because I forgot to follow up with romantic remembrances to make sure all the arrangements were set for the wedding day when it arrived. They showed up exactly as planned with no problems. I was very grateful that I didn't have to stress about our transportation. It made for a very pleasant ending to our evening. Great car for pictures!
It was a bit expensive for only 2 hours, but it was worth it for the wow factor with our guests. I love our pictures of us sitting on the back of the car as we drive away, possibly my favorite of the entire day.
The groom's family is known to trash the exit car and that is why we rented a get-away car in the first place. His aunt asked the drive to decorate the car and they weren't having it. We loved that they respected our wishes to keep the car looking great rather than allow the family to trash it.
Our driver made the drive to the hotel a little awkward trying to make small talk but we just wanted to talk to each other and remember the day.
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to get the wow factor and have great pictures if you can afford it! -

Great Car!
The car was exactly what we needed for our day. It was beautiful, there on time, and took us to all the places we needed that day - because we had to use it for more than just our send off! And Jerry ended up doing us a solid and keeping the car parked at the venue the whole time, even though we were only paying for four hours. I would just caution that they are bit hard to get a hold of, and read the contract carefully, because you need to account for his travel time to and from LBJ station in your contracted time. -

The day of the wedding went without problem. The driver arrived with the car ('59 Rolls Royce) promptly and we were able to take some great pictures. The car was in good condition, clean and wonderfully vintage. The driver however, barely spoke to us during our 45 minute drive, which might be great for some but there's not barrier between the front and back seat so at times it was just a bit awkward... Also, the car has very limited/poor A/C so it was a sweaty ride... -

We used Romantic Remembrances for both our Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend as well transportation for our wedding day. We used a party bus for the B/B Weekend. The bus and driver arrived early and was very flexible with driving us around. We also had a party bus to transport the wedding party to/from the hotel and church. The Party Bus was clean and cool (July in Texas can be very hot especially for those in long dresses and tuxedos). While the bus did arrive at the hotel early to take the first group to the church, the driver never called anyone to let us know he was there so we did get a little behind schedule due to trying to figure that out, but nothing that was too big of a deal. We went down to see if the bus had even arrived and the driver immediately jumped out of the bus (with our names in the window) to help us load up. We also used their 1960 Bentley for our getaway car. We would have preferred their 1939 Cadillac. However, the Cadillac as no AC so they do rent it out during the summer months. The driver of the Bentley arrived early, was prepared for our arrival and drove us around after the reception so we could have some alone time before heading back to our friends and family waiting to continue the celebration at the hotel bar. He was very curtious and not at all intrusive (there is no divider between back seat and the driver). All in all, we are very satisfied with the services Romantic Rembrances provided us. -

Very unpleasant
Im just going to say a couple of things that happened with this company.
On the day of my wedding the driver who arrived at the Catholic Church was very rude! He was pushing us to hurry while we were taking pictures with friends and family!. ... I completely get that the weather was extremely hot and very exhausting....but the driver DID NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE MAKING THOSE RUDE COMMENTS THAT WE NEED YO HURRY AND HESITATING LOOKING AT HIS WATCH LIKE HE HAD SOMETHING TO gO AFTER WHICH I KNEW THERE WAS NOTHING BOOKED AFTER. I had spoken to the owner about paying the extra hour in case we would go over and he said it was completely fine. There's reason why we pay for the service and the extra fees. It is called hospitality and great customer service. Very very unprofessional from your company. -

"Overbooked"
I booked a vintage Rolls Royce, had a contract, a months after the reservation and paid in full I get a phone call from Jerry telling me he has some bad news. Jerry apparently "double booked" the car. I am finding out from other car rental companies that this "oops I double booked the car" scheme is only a way to get out of the contract when they get a better offer for the car rental. What happens is let's say you rent the car for 3 hours and someone wants to rent the car for 6 hours so the car rental company ditches you for of course the more money rental. This is a tactic they use to have an "honest mistake". Jerry was not even apologetic and just very matter of the fact when talking to me. He said he could of course refund my money and I told him he of course he is going to refund me my money! -

Be Aware, he may cancel your date without any notice
Jerry booked someone else on the date that we had made an agreement on. He sent over documents late sunday evening. I responded. Back to him to let him know that we would definitely be filling out and emailing him back the documents and payment information. I printed off on Monday evening, filled then out Tuesday afternoon and was about to send him when an email came through wedding wire that he sent saying that he booked my date with another party. The professional thing to do would have been to call me like he did on sunday and verify we were still needing the car, but no, he just decided to book it out from underneath me. This is not the first time he has done this according to his google reviews. Bad business practice in my opinion. -

Were supposed to arrive at Venue at 10:30. Bride and Groom had to depart at 11PM. They called at 10:30 and said they could not be there until 11:20.....well after the time the couple needed to leave. So unprofessional. They did refund our money but would have much rather they showed up.
Try WAZE next time............Amazing how it works for everyone else but you???? It is the Metroplex - you should ALWAYS anticipate traffic..........you should know this after years in business

STAY AWAY! We tried to use this service. Unfortunately they cancelled on us the Thursday before the wedding because they had made a mistake and overbooked. The second booking was made after ours but for some reason ours was the one bumped. We were left scrambling. Do not use unless you enjoy a company that may cancel on you last minute. -

This vendor was under a contracted paid agreement with the bride and groom to provide wedding send off in an antique vehicle and did not show up for the end of the evening. This was devastating to the bridal party and left them stranded at the end of the wedding reception at 10:30 PM to try and find a ride to their hotel. It caused the wedding party to not get to their rooms and homes until 2:00 AM in the morning. It totally ruined what would have been a beautiful wedding. Totally irresponsible vendor. The owner did not even call to check on the driver to see if he was where he was suppose to be. Of course, he did not show up at the end of the evening or send a replacement vehicle! Do not use this vendor! -
