Best wedding ever

The felt factory was just the greatest place to have your wedding at you can do everything there the wedding and ceremony all n one with all there help and there food was great and thinks to all the staff

Absolutely Beautiful venue ! affordable and modern but elegant Jenn is SO sweet and helpful we said yes to the venue cant wait to see how the wedding is (5/17/2023)
Update :
Our wedding was 9.14.24 and i am completely and utterly amazed the atmosphere was exactly what i envisioned yet still better.. the food was sensational .. the bartenders were so pleasant.. the drinks were superb. Garvin & Megan were so insanely helpful and managed to make sure I didn't have to worry( or have a breakdown). Maureen is absolutely wonderful Rachel was so accommodating our server Baylee was absolutely perfect fun fact I've known her since she was a baby and hadn't seen her in years and when she came over to me at the wedding to say hi ( and she was our server) to say I was surprised was and understatement... i had the best time and my magical night will be a one of my favorite nights

Mom's Retirement Party

If you are looking for event space for anything this is the place to go. We had my mom's retirement party here and it was great. The set up was beautiful. We did not have to do anything but enjoy ourselves. They catered the event all we had to do was pick our menu. They even served my mom at her table. If you have kids and they are picky eaters no worries they had kids meals for all the kids under 12 (chicken strips and fries). You know kids love chicken and fries. The cleaned up everything we did not have to lift a finger. O and I can't forget about our bar tender Karen! Shot out to you Karen we had a blast with you. We as a family have decided to keep this place in our back pocket and have been talking about other events we want to have at the Felt Factory. BIG THANK YOU to all the staff for making my mom's night amazon.

Wedding Wonders of Venue

Felt Faactory is newly restored building, absolutely beautiful restored facility, the customer service is excellent, they have great wedding packages all inclusive (Wow) the staff is very friendly, professional and informative. I am so excited to have chosen the Felt Factory as my venue.

Best Venue Ever!

The Felt Factory is definitely the place to get married! We looked at other venues, but we fell in love with the Felt Factory. Other venues felt too much like a hotel or conference room, and they didn't provide a personable experience like the Felt Factory did when we looked at venues.

We also couldn't beat their pricing. The Felt Factory offered great packages to meet all budgets.

Our wedding day was FABULOUS! The staff took really great care of us and all of our guests, the food was incredible, definitely tasted like a 5 star restaurant! The staff even used some of my centerpieces as decorations for the ceremony since I forgot to provide ceremony decorations. This venue knows their weddings, you won't be disappointed if you book with the Felt Factory!

The Felt Factory gave me the best experience as a new bride. I pitched my vision and they made it a reality. Great staff, hospitality was their first priority. Hats off to the chef our food was hot plated and on the buffet tables. You guys Rock!! Thanks Jose😘

Kathy helped tremendously with all the planning, and didn't let my unpleasant wedding-stressed attitude get in the way! I cant say enough about Romano's!!!!!!! I will have all of my future event at this place. I give it a 5 star!! First I want to say that staff is so helpful, very nice and accommodating. I must of called them every other day just because I was planning by myself and was nervous, they never seem annoyed or mad or anything, instead they made sure i was happy and all my questions were answer. My room was so beautiful, they really did a great job, we had some request and they were met. My wedding looked so beautiful!! everything was beautiful!!! I worked with the flower shop they refer and I GOT a great deal, I also LOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cake was awesome!!! Everything about this place I was happy with. The one thing I will say is if you want a specific beer, call ahead of time to make sure they have it. I recommend this place 100percent!!!

I had my ceremony AND reception here! My wedding consultants were Kathy and Alice!!! Both women were VERY prompt and extremely helpful throughout my planning process (I started my wedding planning with them through the entire renovation process of their Manor room (which is where I had my services) and the little updates to the facility). The staff were very attentive to myself and my guest. They were very respectful and helpful! With so much going on during that day, my husband and I missed most of the cocktail hour and desert time, but the staff made sure we had a goody bag to take home with us at the end of the night!!!!! Which was a complete surprise and very appreciative. Not only is the pricing reasonable, the food was amazing! My family has had many events at Romano's so there's obviously something they have that keeps us coming back and it's the family style relationship you end up making with them in the end of it all.

Megan and her staff were great! They were easy to work with and very accommodating. They were able to go with the flow as we made last minute change. The staff also made sure they were not intrusive but always available when the guest needed them. And the food was good too!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Romano's! From our initial conversation throughout the entire planning, they were immaculate. Everyone is still raving about how awesome our wedding was from the food to the decor to the staff. Everything was perfect. Romano's helped make my wedding EVERYTHING I pictured it to be. Incredibly helpful staff from first call through cleanup after the wedding. Great atmosphere for guests mingling and photos. And the food was Fantastic!! We brought in some items for a personal touch and the staff made sure everything was In place righty where I requested. They made our wedding day Amazing!

My husband Eric and I had our wedding reception at Romano's in the Manor room on 09-24-16. The staff at Romano's is amazing. Everything was done with perfection. When my husband and I entered the room after being introduced we were so pleased to see how beautifully the room was decorated. It was breath taking. The food was delicious and the staff catered to our every need. My quest are still commenting on how much fun they had at the reception and how impressed they were with Romano's Eric and I are certain that we made the best choice when we choose Romano's. In fact we had such a wonderful experience that we've already decided that we will hold our next event at Romano's also. Kudos Romano's, you did it again!! First, I'd like to congratulate the chef. The food was amazing!! Everyone loved it. It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Next, I'd like to thank the serving staff and bartender. They were very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job tending the party. Romano's is also very quaint and cozy. The decor was beautiful and everyone especially loved the warmth of that fireplace (Mill Room). Thank you for making our Gala a success!! The venue was very accommodating and willing to assist us in any way possible to make our day special. The room was the perfect size for 50-60 people and clean. Everyone had a great time! I would recommend trying Romano's for your next event.

Absolutely love Romano's Catering. They did a wonderful job with our Wedding and were so accommodating!! They also made a ton of fabulous new updates within the last few months, including new chandeliers, a GOBO, up lighting... you have to visit and see for yourself! 100% would recommend and ask for Kathy.

I had my wedding at Romanos this past Sunday and it was amazing. I am so glad I went to look at the venue a year ago. I knew it was it from the moment I walked around the venue they made our day extra special and everyone had a ball.

Service was great. The staff was very helpful and the bartenders kept the drinks flowing. The food was absolutely delicious. We had 168 guest and every single one had a great time with no complaints.

My mother just booked Romano's for the bridal shower. Beautiful venue - must see. The luncheon menu is very affordable and comes with a lot. I will update my review after the event!

Post-shower review: The shower was perfect. The staff was amazing. They helped with everything - they were professional and friendly. Everyone is still talking about the shower - the food was great and the room was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Romanos.

Our experience was well over expectation! Even months later we still have family talking about our big day! It was absolutely beautiful, you only get married once and that day was all worth it! I went to Romano's Catering directly. I attended Birthday Party Events their prior. I did not go through Wedding Wire or any third party service. I booked Romano's for My Husband & I 50th Birthday Party at Romano's. It was planned professional and tastefully. The decor, food, drinks and the Mill Room was AWESOME! Outstanding Service! Thank you Kathy (Sales Manager) and Staff. This event people are still talking about. Everything was BEAUTIFUL! I didn't have a wedding I had a birthday party. My family and I love Romano's catering. We have had a couple of parties there and plan to have many more in the next four years. They are flexible and provide great service. They make sure that you get exactly want you want and how you want it. The food is delicious and the office staff are wonderful. I don't want to go to any other venue to have a party. I have encouraged my many of my family members to plan their next event at Romano's and I am looking forward to attending each one. The staff at Romano's made sure I had the best 40th Birthday Party ever and I can't wait to renew my vows at Romano's in 2020. You guys are the best. We will be seeing you soon for our next family event.

Margaret and Alice made our wedding planning an easy ride as well as the wedding and reception itself. It was everything we dreamed of and they were such a great team to work with. I wish I could have met with Ramono's coordinator assigned to my wedding in advance to work out all the details so that things could have went a little smoother. Ramono's and its employees were very professional, accommodating I truly felt that dealing with Ms. Margaret made this stressful time less stressful. I would like to thank her personally for answering every phone call and making my wedding a night to remember!

Ramono's is the place to be. The staff was very professional especially Alice Rodriguez who helped me throughout the entire process. Alice was very patient and professional at all times. The room size was perfect, the atmosphere was perfect and the food was outstanding. This Venue is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend this Venue for any celebration you may have.

My husband and I looked at several places and we were content with everything that Romano has to offer. There packages are all inclusive and was very affordable for our wedding budget. It was very convenient for our ceremony and reception to be held in the same place. The transition between the two went smoothly. All of our guest raved about how delicious the food was. Everything was beyond what we imagined. Margaret was helpful and Kim was the best. She made herself available for us and catered to my husband and I. They truly know how to make the newlyweds feel special on their big day.

Pleasantry and professionalism at every level. The food was excellent. The room was decorated just as requested and looked beautiful; the uplighting added a special ambiance. The bar area in the Mill Room was grand and the bartenders worked very hard to please everyone. Top shelf alcohol was served. The wedding cake was simple and delicious.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Romano's Catering. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and overall amazing! I was a bride who wanted so many things to make my day memorable and special and actually requested some things that they did not even offer. When I asked them about the things I was considering they helped me out and made a way to accommodate what I requested. I worked with Kathy and Alice the most and Margaret was my day of wedding coordinator (Maitre'd). All were very patient, understanding and went out of their way to make sure I was pleased. The food was so delicious I was actually upset that I didn't have a chance to finish my meal as I was so busy with everything else. My guests were so amazed with the venue, service and food that they thought my husband and I spent a fortune. Romano's Catering definitely delivered and I am so pleased that I went with them. If you are a bride that wants great service and food at an affordable price Romano's Catering is definitely the place for you!

I just recently had my 10/24/14 wedding and reception here at Romano's and it was the best experience in my life. Kathy is phenomenal she worked with me from start to finish. There were a few road blocks i hit during the process and she assured me everything would be ok and she was right it was. She listened to the details of the reception and it turned out to be an amazing event. The food was awesome as well. I will so be having another event here in the future.

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at Romano's Catering (August 31st) and all I can say this was the best decision I made. The staff was professional (Kathy is awesome) and helpful from the day we toured the venue. The day of we were assigned a personal maître d' (Tracy) who was outstanding and was there for all of our needs, yes this was included in the package. I would recommend this place and if I have another event I would surely use them again.

I chose Romano's as my reception venue years before I was even engaged. I went to a wedding there and I fell in love. I feel that Romano's is the best to place to go for a couple on a budget. You get quality service for a great price. Another benefit is that everything comes in a package. I didn't have to worry about contacting anyone extra such as caterer, linens, chairs., etc. I only had to bring in my DJ.

Everyone raved about the service, decor, and the food after and during my wedding. From start to finish they did everything in their power to make my life easier and when the big day came, all I had to do was enjoy it. They do this all the time so it was great for me because I didn't know "how things are supposed to go". The other great thing is that they are really reasonable with the price and they take care of flowers and the cake too (they even had a cake topper for us..so one less thing!). We literally went up there, chose what we wanted to eat, paid, dropped off the favors a few days before, and showed up to a beautifully decorated reception with great service staff. If I need to do anything else I'm going to use them.

This was an awesome place to have a ceremony and reception. I had both just got married on 9/29/12. If you are bride who is on a budget but still looking to have the Platinum Wedding feel this is the place. All the things that I wanted signature drinks during cocktail hour, AWESOME FOOD, and EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone there from the beginning of planning down to the last minute of the reception was pleasant and I great help. Everyone commented on the food, the service and the look of the venue. Their Mill room doesn't have the typical ballroom look to it and it just added to the ambiance of the night. For about $9000 I was able to have 119 guest which include ceremony, 5 hour reception with top shelf open bar, chair covers, raised centerpieces, cocktail hour with crudites table and passed hot appetizers, champagne and wine toast, lines, china, cake, everything that you need to have a awesome day. I would have choose no other place.

Everyone at Romano's was wonderful from the very beginning! There was never a doubt in my mind that we had made the right choice by having our wedding at Romano's. Everything was just as we were told it would be, the food was great, that staff was phenominal, and the centerpieces were beautiful! I don't have a single complaint about the hall everything was perfect. Margaret and Kathy were so helpful with answering all of our questions and Joe and I never felt like we were a bother they were always so willing to help us. They allowed us to have the wedidng of our dreams with budget that we had, we cant thank them enough for making our wedding wonderful!

We looked at so many venues for our wedding and this one had it all. Their two big rooms are both gorgeous! The food was outstanding. They serve bottled beer instead of draft.
