Roland Video and Photo Services provided us with excellent service. Our photographer was Sam. Sam was at the venue on time and he was very professional. Sam knew took so many photos of our wedding party and guests. Everyone was amazed by his service. The pictures came out great. Roland was professional from start to end. He stood by his commitment, which he delivered our book, cd, and online services all within the quoted time frame. The pictures came out beautifully. We had so many guests complimenting us on our photographer and how they were amazed of his photo shooting abilities. I would rehire Roland in a heartbeat. Thanks Roland for your services and I will be referring you as the go to person for photos and video.

We selected Ronald Video and Photo Services for our wedding, after viewing many stylish, interesting and well executed photos in our first meeting with them. They took amazingly beautiful photographs on our wedding day. They captured many beautiful moments at the wedding that we wouldn't have gotten to see otherwise. They took special care to make sure we got all the shots we wanted on the big day and we are so happy with the results! After the ceremony, we took more group shots and Scott directed us in a professional manner. The quality of the photos we received was stellar, and we were so happy to share them with our family and friends. I would highly recommended Ronald for his great professionalism.

This was an Annual General Meeting of the membership of a Bermuda Timeshare. Arrangements or video-taping the meeting were professionally handled. Roland showed up on time, and despite some distracting last- minute changes by the hotel, he was flexible, efficient, and friendly. His return to us of the DVD was timely, and the product appears excellent. he did a terrific job.

Roland did 4 hours of wedding photos and provided me with an album and a cd of 600 photos at a great price. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I am very happy with the way my photos came out and with his quick service... received them in 3 weeks! Thanks Roland!

I hired Roland for my wedding three years ago, because of his professionalism and the quality of work, since then my wife and I call him every year to have our pictures taking to celebrate that wonderful moment. You all know after any big event like wedding the only memory you are going to have is picture and video, therefore they must be taken by a professional, thus Roland Video and Photo is one the best out there.

Roland was an absoluate professional and did a great job! He was responsive, flexible, and provided great value for the price. I would highly recommend him for any events. We did our daughters 1st b-day party and he was fantastic. We have been using him for many events and he does a great job.

Roland covered every aspect of our daughter's sweet sixteen that left us very surprised and extremely satisfied with his experience. All of the pictures takes were naturally beautiful, but thorough at the same time. We appreciated Roland's prompt processing of the photos, which made it in time for us to give out the photos as gifts for Christmas. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Roland did a fabulous job for both our wedding and engagement shoot. The photos are fabulous and we couldn't be happier. And you get a wonderful deal for the quality he provides at such a reasonable price. My package guaranteed a minimum 500 photos from the wedding and we have over a 1000 that he actually took.

Roland did a real good job on our Wedding Day Video. He was there early to set up, captured all the moments at the church and arrived at the reception on time to film the entrances, dances, cake cutting etc. Also, when things were running late he was flexible to stay later. We received the DVD a little about 2 months after and the quality was real good. He did a good job editing it and now we have it forever. Our families really enjoyed watching it over Christmas.

Roland and Company were very responsive to and doubts and or question and the pricing is very reasonable to the package deals. The photos came out brilliant and breathtaking as well.

Originally I was not going to hire a photographer because I was having just a small backyard wedding. I don't know how it happened but my small wedding grew into a much bigger one overnight it seemed like! So only about 3 weeks before my actual wedding day I decided I wanted a photographer after all. I found roland just a few weeks before my wedding and he was willing to work with me on such short notice and come up with a plan in my budget which I am very grateful for! I was very straight foward with him and told him I did not want to buy a bunch of high priced albums and prints but I did want a bunch of pictures to remember my special day by. He promised to take a bunch of pictures and then give me a dvd with all my photos so that I could then share them with friends and family and make my own prints if I wanted. And he did exactly that! He worked very hard at my wedding taking a bunch of pictures! My wedding was very casual and the pictures are too. Not a lot of posing, he didn't tell people how to stand or where to stand which is nice as long as that is what you want. Roland's photos in my opinon are very real and natural, not fake and dressed up and "perfect" so if that is what you are going for then he is an excellent photographer for a great price!

He was available on short notice and the price for the service was good. He made more than 500 photos for 2 hours from which we liked 250. He used two cameras one of which had wide angle lenses and made pictures focused only on one place. Some photos were edited and most of them were on focus.

Vendor was always on time for each appointment we had. The day of wedding he was on time and make sure got some nice shots of the place before our guests got there, he was very professional, and his price was decent

This Vendor is extremely unprofessional. First of all, the photographer literally pushed the Justice of the Peace out of the way in the middle of the ceremony to take a picture. I had numerous complaints about how pushy he was asking me to have him calm down. there were tons of photos and they were good photographs. the problem is that the quality of the photos is horrible. There is no editing whatsoever done to them. Any amateur could have done a similar job.
Second of all, The video is all crackly. You cant hear the ceremony at all.
The owner of this company is extremely rude. Always on the defense.
I would exercise caution or just plain stay away, seriously its not worth the most important day of your life.

Extreme caution for this photo and video service. He may offer a low rate, however you are wasting even the slightest amount of money on these services. Spend a little extra and get good quality. The photos taken are good pictures, it's the quality of the outcome. Nothing was edited despite being told we would have edited pictures. We received a photo album with a bunch of pictures printed out with ink splotches all throughout and cannot even appreciate the picture. We now need to have our photos professionally edited. When I brought this up to Roland, he became very defensive and started harassing me through text message despite how many times I asked him to not contact me. He then began harassing my mother. The video is horrendous. The most important part, the ceremony, is all static sound and you cannot hear us saying our vows. The rest of the video is not static, but extremely jumpy as in old home videos. He says it is "HD" but all he does is throw it on a blue ray disc with horrible quality. I now have no way to watch my ceremony without horrible static and bounce. When I brought this up to Roland, he said he watched it and it is excellent. Well, I'm glad he is satisfied with ruining brides videos. He is unwilling to help the static as he says it is "voices". It is not voices, I can hear voices, mixed through the static. He then starts talking about other brides bringing him to court, and now I can understand why. So future brides, please do yourself a favor and save the disappointment and go with another photo/video. You certainly get what you paid for.... Cheap.

Please do your self a favor and spend a little extra money on your special day. Do not hire this man. We hired him for the cheap price and he seemed nice. You definitely get what you pay for. He is nothing but a complete amateur. Look at his Facebook page, I have a hard time believing his 5 star reviews hired this person for any type of work in this country. We didn't receive our photos or video until we mentioned legal action. I will not recommend this person for anything dealing with photography. Roland video and photography is a joke, and he shouldn't be allowed to ruin other peoples memories.
