We'd been looking for a wedding photographer that was reasonably priced, has experience, professional and that would capture those special moments that we would treasure always. Joshua exceeded our expectations! He was prompt on responding back to questions and was very professional. The day of the wedding Joshua put us at ease and made us laugh at the same time. He’s incredibly gifted, the photos he captured were stunning and each photo captured the love, joy and celebration of our wedding day. We're so grateful we hired ROGUE Film Co. Joshua will capture the uniqueness that makes you a couple and you’ll always treasure those pictures! -

Josh is the BEST and is so fun to work with! Josh puts you right at ease! He's great at posing so there's no need to feel like you have to have that mastered before your photos. My husband and I worked with Josh for our engagement shoot/wedding day and have zero regrets. Our guests raved about him too. We definitely recommend him and plan on reaching out to him for any of our photography needs in the future! -

Working with Rogue Film Co. for our wedding was nothing short of incredible, and all credit goes to Joshua, our photographer. From start to finish, he captured not just the moments, but the feeling of the day. Every shot looks like it came out of a magazine, yet somehow still feels authentic to who we are.
What stood out most was how easy and natural everything felt. Joshua didn’t just show up with a camera; he became part of the moment. He made everyone comfortable, read the room perfectly, and brought out the best in us without forcing anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he shoots and takes pride in his craft.
When we look at the photos, it’s more than just seeing our wedding; it’s reliving it. Every laugh, every tear, every little detail feels alive again. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more talented, grounded, and genuine photographer to capture such an important day.

Josh is a phenomenal photographer and would hire him ten more times if I could. My wife and I first worked with Josh on our engagement photos and they turned out absolutely STUNNING. Working with Josh was really fun, he keeps things silly and loose which definitely helps take away the nerves for a photoshoot. Josh has great attention to detail and coached us through each pose and shot. He really shows he knows what he’s doing and has a vision he wants to execute. We then had Josh shoot our wedding and it was nothing short of amazing. Josh’s dedication to finding the perfect location for us to get our special day photos was awesome. He was with us all day at our wedding and got along with everyone and made the whole experience really fun. Josh is a pro through and through that will keep you laughing, smiling and having fun the whole time. I could not recommend Josh more. His work is top tier and for the quality of work, his prices are beyond reasonable. We love Josh! -

Like the title says, we could not recommend ROGUE Photography more! Not only did the pictures turn out amazing, but the entire process from the first phone call to the wedding day to receiving the pictures was incredibly smooth. Also, Joshua has a great talent for making you feel comfortable while taking pictures, even if you are a little awkward behind the camera, like my husband and I tend to be. All my guests LOVED him too, I still get texts saying how amazing our photographer was!! -

Ohhhh, I hate summing people up into words!! Humans are so much more complicated then just letters on a computer!
Especially when it's a human who needs to be experienced to know exactly how wonderful they are! ROGUE Film isn't the greatest with Social media, he shows his work on his website, WHICH IS GORGEOUSSS and has work on other social media apps, butttt, it's not exactly the same as what you get. You get SO MUCH MORE! He said that all the work he does throughout the day gets the same treatment. He was right! Our entire day was captured authentically and beautifully, we cried looking over them! He was a hit at our wedding, EVERYONE, loved him! Josh is tatted up and my Grandma, super conservative, who H-A-T-E-S tattoos said how he was the perfect gentlemen. He was very enjoyable to be around, his work and style was everything we could have wanted! 10 out 10! Hire him! -

A super fun experience with beautiful results! Joshua is the best!
1000% recommend! We had such a wonderful experience with Joshua, he gave me so much confidence from the beginning. We had not had the most promising experience with a previous photographer, so I definitely had some high expectations when looking for another photographer. Joshua instantly put me at ease and gave me confidence that I had made the right decision. Our first chat was very exciting as we got to know each other and he truly wowed me with his expertise and passion for what he does. Weddings and engagements seem to be the only things he focuses on which is something that one should look for when choosing a wedding photographer, I have learned. He was so fun to talk to and plan with and helped me with a timeline which was really helpful since I did not have a coordinator and he could explain what he traditionally sees and fit it with your wants and needs. Everyone at the wedding loved him and he helped us feel super comfortable in front of the camera and gave us stunning works of art to cherish for the rest of our lives! THANK YOU! So happy! -

Josh is a great find! I model and am incredibly picky and the type of artist I work with. Lots of demands!
I wanted someone fun, a good communicator, artistic, and overall someone my husband and I would feel comfortable around.
Rogue film co filled my list. From meeting Josh we felt he would be a great fit. He was easy going, my husband is an engineer, less talkative, but when we sat down for coffee, we were all laughing after minutes of breaking the ice.
My wedding day came and Josh seemed to have everything under control. He delegated all of my stresses, assisted, he knew more than any of bridesmaids did about my dress!
Everyone kept coming up to me during our wedding ranting about how amazing of a photographer he is. He made everyone, the kids, my grandparents, people who hate being in front of the camera, comfortable.
Any time I was worried a shot would be missed, he was suddenly there capturing the moment.
Overall, we loved our photographs, we loved our experience, and like he told us, he's much more than a photographer, he's everything you could want and more for your wedding day and your memories!
I'll definitely be hiring rogue film co down the road for any other photography purposes we could use!

Excellent Photographer!
We hired Josh for our engagement photos and wedding. Our engagement photoshoot was an awesome day, and Josh really went the extra mile (up a mountain with us) to get the shot! Our wedding was supposed to happen in June 2020...and we all know why it didn't. We rescheduled for 2021 and he was completely accommodating with that transition. We then had to cancel all together once we realized we were still unable to have a wedding a year later. We were devastated. We decided to have our own little ceremony without the big party, and asked Josh ONCE AGAIN if he would be able to shoot for us. He was a total pro with that curve ball, especially since we were living in a completely different part of the country and all the terms had changed from when we had first started out on our partnership! Our photos were stunning and he made us feel totally natural and special on a day that was somewhat bittersweet! -

Unique, creative and goes above and beyond expectations
After scouring photographers for days on end - I stumbled on Andrea & Josh’s work. Their unique style set them apart from the hundreds of other photogs out there. I wanted something that stood out, and was exceptional, and they delivered. They were so prompt, extremely professional, time sensitive with delivery of photos, and just EXCITED to capture the moments - which is something most don’t show. Their creativity and attention to detail set them apart from the others. The pictures they delivered blew me away, and I ended up using them multiple other times for different photo sessions as well. Money well spent for the caliber of photos taken. -

Look no further!
Joshua/ROGUE Film Co was the best money we spent on wedding related expenses, hands down. My husband and I hate having our pictures taken but Josh worked his magic to produce an album full of display-worthy photos we will treasure for years to come. Josh is incredibly kind, patient and funny and he took the time to get to know us so he could nail the vibe of our wedding and us as a couple perfectly. Not to mention- his prices are crazy reasonable and he turned around our photos super quick. Hire him- you won’t regret it!!! -

Creative Mind
Joshua was amazing to work with! He shot both engagement and wedding photos for us and they turned out beautiful! Joshua's creative mind and vision help create outstanding photographs. Epic Photography
We hired Joshua (Rogue Film Co) to photograph our autumn wedding at the Boettcher Mansion and could not have been more impressed. We were seeking a photographer who didn't take the plain and basic posed wedding pictures that a lot of people end up with, but one who could capture the emotion of our wedding. Joshua did just that. The photographs we received you can truly look at them and relive the entire day. Joshua is very professional, attentive and detailed. You won't regret booking Rogue Film Co.
We also utilized Rogue Film Co. for some family portraits with our ailing dog and these photographs as well as our wedding photographs will be cherished forever and ever. We can't wait to book Rogue Film Co again for any of our future photography needs we have.

Fun, high energy, quality, affordable photographer!
Joshua is amazing! From start to finish, and even now after the wedding he has been thoughtful, helpful and so fun to work with! Before the wedding he helped me pick the time of the wedding for the best pictures! On the day of the wedding he showed up on time and scouted the area for the best places and lighting for pictures! He was easy to work with, listened to me when I asked for pictures with certain groups of people and made me feel like a princess! Even my husband, who is not the first person to ever connect with people, thoroughly enjoyed Joshua's style and personality! The pictures are far more than I could have ever asked for as well! -

Great experience overall
We used Joshua for both of our engagement photos and wedding photos. For our engagement photos he also brought along his wife who is a photographer to get some different style shots. For our wedding photos he worked along side our videographer very well making sure they didn’t get into each other’s shots and working as a team. If you want true Colorado style photos Joshua is the way to go. The photos turned out almost rustic looking but with bold colors which I loved. We worked in some very cold temperatures during our engagement photos and windy environments during our wedding and you can’t even tell in the photos. He is fast to respond and a very very good price for the results that you get from him. It was easy to download the photos and share with friends and family. He even spent almost double the time with us on our engagement photos to make sure he got the best shots. Also, we felt pretty awkward at first with the kissing we had to do since we aren’t much of a PDA type couple but they certainly made us comfortable and forget all of that.

Unique and Beautiful!
Joshua is fantastic. We used him for engagement photos and our wedding after seeing my friends pictures that he did. His work is unique and beautiful. He is really comfortable to work with and gets photos to you pretty quickly. Definitely recommend! -

After placing a deposit during the pandemic Josh stopped responding. With the pandemic we had to cancel our wedding and hold the date for the following year 2021. He let me know he can’t due that date due to another wedding. We can’t reschedule our wedding due to the photographer schedule and he has kept out money since. Beware -

Despite being a talented photographer, we had a terrible experience with Joshua after we booked him for our wedding photos. At first, all seemed well. We had a nice engagement shoot with him and were pleased with the photos. Between then and our actual wedding, however, things went severely downhill. Sometime after our engagement shoot, Joshua moved out of the Denver area. From that point on we were clearly no longer a priority for him or his business.
After leaving the area, Joshua refused to get on the phone with us, refused to answer our questions, and would text us back hours (or even days) later with replies saying that he couldn't speak with us because he was moving. This happened on multiple occasions over the course of several months. Additionally, our contract included a clause promising a pre-wedding phone call to discuss the detailed plans and timeline for the wedding, and we never received that either despite multiple attempts to schedule the discussion. Needless to say, we were extremely concerned.
From there, only 4 days before our wedding, we received emails and texts (not a call, mind you) from Joshua explaining that he needed us to pay for his rental car to get to the event. With the rental car market being priced so high due to COVID, he felt that it was our responsibility to cover since it was more expensive than he expected. Bearing in mind that when we originally booked him he was a local photographer, suddenly the fact that he had moved out of state became our responsibility to accommodate. Travel costs were not in the contract that both parties had signed. Moreover, this kind of logistical issue should have been brought to us weeks or months before the event - not 4 days beforehand! We tried to get him on the phone again at this point, to which he replied, "I can't talk today, I'm like knee deep in moving currently."
At this point, we decided that we were going to discontinue our business relationship with Joshua. We had way too many concerns with his conduct and lack of professionalism up to this point that we simply no longer wanted him to shoot our event. His response to this news was not a phone call or discussion with us about how he could gain back our business, it was a tirade of harassing texts (about 30 of them) threatening legal action against us. We paid him the remainder of our contract and moved on.
I think that in the wedding industry, being such an important, emotional, and expensive event, an expectation of the highest level of professionalism should go without saying.
