Lovely and Smooth experience!

We were having a hard time trying to find an officiant that was within a reasonable distance from our venue and with fair pricing. We found Julie on Facebook and it was a blessing from heaven! She was a local to the area and had some of the better prices we had seen.

She was so professional and we could really see the experience she had gained from doing this over the years. We were very unsure of how a proper ceremony was suppose to go and she outlined it for us and gave us many options and was so patient while we were trying to figure everything out!

The ceremony was so smooth and she was clear and pronounced everything so well. Before the ceremony she meet with everyone who had a part to play: photographer, myself, my dad, groom, his mom, my flower girl and the music operator. She gave clear instructions while blending it into the ceremony smoothly.

Our wedding would not have been the same without her and we are so blessed to have found her. Thank you Julie for everything. ❤️

Julie was incredible and our ceremony would not have been the same without her! She is incredibly detailed and has a variety of ways she can personalize you ceremony to make it so special. I really appreciate the time she took to discuss everything with me and all of our family members who took part in the ceremony. She is a true pro and a very kind person!

Best Officant EVER!!!!!

Julie thank you! Julie was beyond the absolute best part of the wedding! She has so much experience in this industry, she was able to help answer any questions we had and also add personal touches to make this day our extra special day! When we had a mishap and our band didn’t show up ceremony, Julie was the one that jumped in and saved the day, & pick the perfect music for me to make it down the aisle! She was an absolute joy to work with and her spirit filled the whole ceremony with so love! I have had so many complements on our service!!! If you want the perfect Officant that truly cares and puts her whole heart in it what she does and loves what she does then you need to ask Julie to marry you! Her years of experience and helpful words is what made are day go smooth and helped us capture these moments in perfect harmony.

Julie was so amazing to work with! I got ahold of her the morning of our wedding panicking trying to find someone to marry us and thank goodness she was available! Her home was gorgeous with amazing views. She walked us through everything and wrote our vows! I would definitely recommend using her for your future wedding!

Just... WOW

Recently, my husband and I had the immense pleasure of renewing our vows with Julie Wright-Kile of Rocky Mountain Dream Weddings. We were married at sunset at her own gorgeous acreage in Paradise, Utah, with the Wasatch mountains in the background.
From the moment we started planning together, Julie was full of wonderful ideas to make our service unlike anyone else’s. She is extremely creative & innovative. As a surprise, she had our adult daughters write letters to us, which she printed on embossed paper and gave to us to read to each other during the ceremony. Such a precious keepsake! Her service for us was elegant, warm, and so well-crafted with the details of our story. We held our wedding rings in a “nest” she created of our mingled hands as we prayed over them. What a beautiful, emotional service she wrote! She told me later that she spends many hours writing each couple’s story into the service, and I thoroughly believe it.
Julie is utterly professional, while remaining warm, comfortable, and funny! She never directs as much as she suggests options, and you don’t feel talked into a ceremony that isn’t perfectly yours. Having done so many weddings, she knows exactly what will work best for each idea you bring to her. As we rehearsed with her beforehand, ideas evolved and became very clear. She’s a natural leader & teacher! I told her she ought to call herself a Wedding Wrangler, because she calmly and efficiently can work through any glitch. That creativity I mentioned comes in very handy on the fly!
As a result, my husband and I had ample time for both posed and candid shots before the sunset. During the ceremony, the sun tucked into the mountain peak and we were bathed with golden light. I can not recommend more highly being married on Julie’s property. A beautiful gazebo-like front porch overlooking the Cache Valley is another stunning spot for photos. One friend told us that particular shot looked like a magazine spread.
Look, I’ve been to a lot of weddings. There are other officiants, and then there’s Julie Wright-Kile and Rocky Mountain Dream Weddings.
I honestly think that if a mountain wedding is your dream, you’ll never find someone as thoughtful and dedicated to her craft as Julie is.

Amazing experience!

Julie was amazing I couldn’t ask for anyone more perfect for such an important event. From the first day I talked to her she gave me so much information and made me feel completely at ease. I was able to call with any questions I had leading up to the wedding and even now that we are married she is still helping through the whole process. She showed up early on the wedding day and made sure we were fully prepared before the ceremony. She was full of energy and was genuinely happy for us. My husband and I were married on September 22, 2018 and used the services of Rocky Mountain Dream Weddings! Julie was amazing! I can’t say enough or even put into words exactly how incredible she was. She was the best really. We booked with her several months in advance and of course had a million questions. For every email we sent, she responded as if we were the only ones that were planning a wedding. She was informative, professional, and treated us like we were her very best friends! She is very well known in Summit County, and everyone has the utmost love and respect for her. Planning with Julie, and having her do our ceremony was the best choice we could have made. Hands down A+++++++ service across the board! Thank you for everything, Julie! We will always remember what you did for us, and how wonderful you made us feel through the entire process ♥️

My husband and I couldn't be more blessed to have Julie in our life. I started planning a trip several months ago to Colorado and we are from mid Missouri. We have two young girls and we wanted to travel to the mountains. After planning the trip we decided to elope and get married while we were out there. We had never been and knew no one! I did research just like any bride does and I kept seeing Julie's service. I was scared because I didn't want to pay money for something that I had no idea was real or serious. I finally contacted Julie, and it was the best decision I made. She walked me through what all she provided and what she had to offer. She gave step by step instructions. I even chatted with her on the phone before sending money and we bonded immediately when chatting on the phone. Not only was quick to respond but she provided so much more than just being our efficient. She lead me to floral shops, bakeries, dinning, hair and make up and much more. I did not have one issue along the way. And lets talk about her choice of our ceremony site. She just asked me to trust her with where she was choosing to marry us after telling her everyone that Josh and I wanted and the location was MAGICAL. Pictures that are attached here don't do it justice. The location and ceremony were all we had ever wanted. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us and I am so glad that I put my trust into her and let her guide the way!!!!!! My wife and I had a destination wedding in Breckenridge, CO at Sapphire Point. Like any couple, we had our concerns about every little detail being that we were flying in from out of state. We didn’t know who we could trust when it came to hiring local vendors, photographers, rehearsal dinner venue, etc. Thankfully we found Julie!!!

We never could have imagined how smoothly the wedding was going to go! Absolutely zero stress. The dinner locations she suggest were phenomenal. The photographer, Jay, she suggested was literally out of this world! Everything was perfect! We’ve suggested Julie to all of our friends who aren’t married and saw the pictures.

Our family remembers who attended the wedding even agreed it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever seen. My brother-in-law had a very large wedding, and he even said this was the best wedding he’s ever attended. It was all thanks to Julie and her best practices and team. She has everything streamlined and ready to go! You simply have to decide what you’re looking for, and she’ll take care of the rest.

So if you’re reading this, look no further. Julie was very professional, and my wife and I can’t thank her enough!

Julie was amazing from start to finish! Immediately upon contacting her, we began crafting the perfect ceremony for our blended family of 5. We chose to do a blended family sand ceremony which was so meaningful as we combine our two families into one and allowed us to keep a momento of our special day forever. Julie provided many referrals from restaurants and caterers to flowers and bakeries, that allowed us to further craft the perfect wedding for us. She was punctual on the wedding day and delivered a ceremony that my family and I will never forget. It was special, heartfelt, and said absolutely everything we could have hoped for as we united into one family. Julie is a kind and professional wedding officiant, but she is also so much more! Julie prepared and conducted our vow renewal ceremony for our 20th wedding anniversary. Not being from the mountain area, we had to trust someone with our ceremony. We could not have chosen someone more qualified as our officiant. Julie made the entire process simple. Starting with a simple checklist, she provided all of the details needed for our ceremony. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Looking back at the ceremony, everything fell into place just as she had outlined (even the weather). We recommend Julie to anyone looking to get married or renew vows in the mountain region. She earned our trust and we hope to contact her in another 20 years for our next ceremony.

We are so incredibly happy that we chose Julie to officiate our wedding! We eloped, just the two of us, so it was important to us that even though we had no guests, the ceremony was meaningful to us. From day one, she was incredibly helpful and provided so much local insight as far as location and vendors go. As we got close to the date we were in contact about the weather; it was showing rain in the forecast and she provided an alternative time if the rain stayed in the forecast. Thankfully, the weather cooperated and we were able to have our ceremony at our desired time, but it was awesome that Julie was so flexible and willing to work around the weather to make sure our day was what we wanted! When we went in to get our wedding license, the woman at the office was so excited we were having Julie marry us, it was great to hear such positive remarks from someone local, and reinforced that we had definitely made the right decision. We selected a meeting location for us and our photographer prior to driving out to the waterfall where we had our ceremony, which was great as we definitely wouldn’t have found it ourselves and it was ideal that our photographer was able to follow us as well. Our ceremony was perfect, her words and the vows she had written for us really spoke to us and were perfect for our relationship. We were in town until Tuesday, so Julie filed our license for us Monday morning and we were able to pick up that and our certified copies (per Julie’s awesome instruction) before we left town! We are so grateful that we had her by our side to help make our day so meaningful and special! Thank you, Julie!!!!

Choosing Julie to be our Officiant for our Breckenridge wedding was the best decision I made. She is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and a true wedding pro. While I worried a lot about my decor, dress, wedding party and other details - I had nothing to worry about when it came to the ceremony. She was extremely patient with me when I had to change my wedding date multiple times (which I do not recommend doing). We opted to also do the "Personalized Love Story" add-on to our ceremony which was a really nice touch and she did an awesome job putting it all together. My family and friends were also very impressed with her professionalism, the way she coordinated and performed the ceremony. I really don't think there is a better officiant in the Summit County area. She's awesome.

Julie was absolutely fantastic! She guided us with helpful tips and instructions on how to get a license and walked us through the whole process before, during, and after the wedding. She provided references for other vendors we needed, and has the most incredible options for choosing the right type of ceremony to fit each couple. Julie was amazing. Hands down. When it came time to find an officiant in another state, like most people, I had my doubts and worries. Julie honestly erased all of those. She was clear, concise, and understanding. The spot that she chose for our outdoor ceremony was gorgeous and my new husband and I truly loved it. We loved everything Julie was able to do for us.
If you're looking to get married in Breckenridge, and you're wanting someone who will truly care about you and help you feel special, check Julie out. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Julie is unbelievable!!!!! No need to look for anyone else. Set the whole thing up, recommended photographers and we hired one she suggested and Katie was great as well.

Julie went above and beyond suggesting different photo opportunities for us and took some with her phone and sent them to us. Filed the marriage license for us and sent us the words from the wedding ceremony. Again no need to look for anyone else. Julie will do right by you. Can't recommend her enough!!!!

We are SO thankful that we found Julie! Planning our destination wedding from Michigan was a breeze with her help. Julie had all our questions answered before I even had to ask. From where and how to get your marriage license, recommendations on vendors, how to change your last name, and everything else in between she's there for you. Our ceremony was beautiful and everything we wanted! Julie made our wedding day a dream come true! Throughout the whole process, she helped us find vendors in the area, explain the process of getting our marriage license, and answered any other questions about details that I had. She was super flexible with changes to the wedding party and she wrote the most beautiful ceremony we could ever ask for! The whole day went perfectly and she was so organized that the day of wedding stress was nonexistent because everything was already taken care of! We can’t thank her enough! We could not have asked for a better wedding with Julie! From the moment we contacted her, she was very quick to respond and was very helpful every step of the way. Being from out of state and planning a wedding in Colorado, where we knew no one, could have been a huge disaster but not with Julie's help! She had multiple venue options for us to consider that would be comfortable for everyone attending our special day. We knew we wanted an outside wedding with great views and she guided us right to the perfect venue! Julie provided us with the top restaurants in the area to consider for the reception and even gave us contact information of some photographers. It would have been very easy for someone to just "show up" and officiate our wedding and leave all the other details to us, but not Julie! We truly could not have put our day together without her guidance! All of our families were amazed with how well we had planned everything out :) but really it was all Julie!!

Julie was so detailed and organized throughout our wedding planning process. She was always readily available when I had any questions about other vendors or about the area in general, since we are out-of-state and it was pretty difficult to wedding plan from so far away. Julie always got right back to us when we had questions and was beyond detailed about everything. If you want a heartfelt, sincere, and personalized ceremony, Julie is your person. She created such an amazing ceremony for my husband and I, and it literally had every single person in tears - good tears, of course! Julie was awesome! She pulled together our dream wedding in a week. You can tell she has done this tons of times. She was very professional and takes all your concerns and requests very seriously. When we began looking into getting married in a different state it was very daunting. We were put into touch with Julie from a friend of a friend. From the very beginning Julie was knowledgeable and beyond helpful with every step of the process. When we finally got to meet her she was just as wonderful in person. She was professional, sweet, warm, and caring. She made our day even more special than we could have ever imagined. Julie provided an exceptional wedding ceremony. With everything she did, you knew she wanted to make this day as special as any bride/family would want for their daughter or son. Choosing an officiant can be difficult, particularly when planning a destination wedding. After sifting through numerous officiants and reading even more numerous reviews, we found Julie. Prior to making any commitments we were able to have a lengthy phone conversation with her, and she seemed to be the perfect fit for us. She is extraordinarily organized and thorough. In the months leading up to our wedding she periodically sent helpful information and also has a fabulous system for ensuring that she understands your vision of your wedding ceremony. We had a rehearsal with Julie during which she was extremely efficient in organizing our party and ensuring that everyone understood their roles and positioning. She gave us tips to help us and our photographer capture key moments beautifully. She even took care of details such as rearranging chairs before the ceremony and coordinating with the DJ to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The personalized ceremony that she wrote was perfect and had our guests both laughing and crying. After the wedding Julie's connections at the courthouse made the process of getting our marriage license seamless. While Julie is certainly more expensive than most, her services were well worth the price and we would choose her again!

Honestly if the score went higher than five stars in each category we would definitely give her the highest. She was with us from day one answering all questions we had over texts, phone calls, and emails. She also told us all of her secret ideas and places for when we arrived to make everything alot easier. She is very trustworthy and extremely professional. Julie was extremely helpful from the beginning. We received very detailed and thorough information on everything we needed prior to our special day. This included detailed instructions on how to obtain our marriage license in Colorado, places to stay, restaurant recommendations, hair stylists, photographers and even where to get bouquets for the wedding.

Julie also provided various locations where the ceremony could take place as well as pictures of previous weddings for our review so we would be knowledgeable when choosing a beautiful site for our wedding.

We were a little concerned with planning our wedding long distance, but Julie put this all to rest with the manner in which she addressed our concerns and provided a number of suggestions for our ceremony.

The ceremony itself exceeded our expectations by far. Julie incorporated information from our "Love Story" into the body of the service and made it a very personal and meaningful ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding service to start our life together as man and wife.

Through the whole process from beginning to end, Julie was there for us. She has become one of the family and is most welcomed. Cannot express enough the ease she provided. There was never a time that we felt unsure of our decision to work with Julie in planning our wedding and very special day.

Julie Wright-kile (Rocky Mountain Dream Weddings) officiated our ceremony on April 4th 2017. First I will start off by saying that Julie is absolutely amazing! The amount of thought, effort, and beauty that she puts into your ceremony is beyond words! As soon as I contacted her and started the process I knew I she would provide us with the most beautiful wedding we could ask for. She was always very quick to respond to and answer all of our questions. She knows the area very well and will help with anything you can think of. She not only officiated our wedding beautifully but also gave out many vendor recommendations including hair/makeup, photography, cake, bouquet and boutinierre, and even helped us with picking a beautiful restaurant to eat at after the wedding. She truly does it all and does it extremely well. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes it as stress free as possible! This was a surprise proposal and wedding for me...Julie was in on it helping my husband plan the ceremony from gathering personal info to make it intimate/specific for us to filing the marriage license. We enjoyed working with Julie! She was very responsive and helpful especially since we are coming from out of state and know very little about Breckenridge. She somewhat also served as our wedding planner --- guiding us in filing paper work, suggesting vendors & venue, and giving us reminders/tips throughout the process. Julie was fantastic! We found her via Google search and what luck! She responded very quickly to our initial email (and all emails) and provided lots of detailed information throughout the planning and what we need to do to get your license once in CO. She made getting married in another state so easy and without any stress. She was even checking the weather and texting the week before the ceremony and letting us know the roads from Denver were clear! Julie made great recommendations for the photographer, cake, hair, make up, and restaurants. They were all wonderful!!! When we arrived for the ceremony, Julie was so warm and welcoming! She made us feel like we were family. We had a beautiful ceremony with beautiful personalized vows. She truly loves what she does and is genuinely happy for the couples. Our wedding was made prefect with the help of Julie. We came to Breckenridge from NH for a multitude of reasons and finding Julie to be our wedding officiant was one that went without any issues from our first contact with her right through our wedding date and beyond. Her professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal and she accommodated all of our wishes well above our exceptions. From the day I emailed her to inquire about her services, Julie was very responsive and informative. I'm someone who is from the south but absolutely LOVES colorado. I was afraid that booking everything would be a hassle and that would scare me off from wanting to get married out of state. Julie gave some awesome recommendations for our photographer (Katie with Studio Kiva, who is great!), florist (Bloom), and our stylist as well (Breckenridge Hair Company). Julie also recommended the venue that we used, Sapphire point. After looking at pictures we decided that we had to get married there! The weather was absolutely beautiful for February. Julie wrote special vows for us and it was a lovely ceremony! When we first began researching destination weddings it did not take long at all for us to find Julie, and I cannot even begin to describe how pleased we were with her services! Being from a different state than that of where we wanted to get married made us somewhat apprehensive; but from the first moment we spoke with Julie on the phone we were BLOWN AWAY by her kindness, and helpfulness! Julie made sure that we had the perfect wedding that we wanted. We knew that we wanted to have a mountain elopement with a couple of friends someplace beautiful, but didn't really know where to start. Luckily we found Julie right away. She is much more than an officiant, she helped us with EVERYTHING. Julie definitely has the inside track on all things wedding related in the Breckenridge area. Well, really all things in the Breckenridge area (I don't think there is much she cant accomplish in that town). We planned our special day with Julie from 1,000 miles away and never worried that it wouldn't be exactly as she said and perfect. We highly recommend Julie to anyone. Julie honestly cares about the couples that she marries and doesn't charge you for every little extra that you get from her, and there's plenty of extras. Stop looking and book her.

Julie was great to work with. She was able to work with the day we had booked even though we had yet to officially book our exact time for the ceremony. She was very thorough about the entire process, which was ideal because I know that we would have overlooked some of the details. She had several options to choose from and let us make the ceremony fit "us". We were from out of state and were having a small destination wedding. She knew the best places for where all of the guests should stand, where the music should be playing from, what angles to be looking for the best photos depending on which direction the sun was facing, etc. She also had referrals to several local vendors for hair and makeup, photographers, food, etc. I would recommend her to anyone! The process was very simple for us, which was what we were after.

Where to even begin! When I was planning our wedding, I originally wanted us to self solemnize our marriage. But knowing myself and my emotional state on our wedding day, I knew I'd never make it through it ha. I then started looking at officiants. I was so nervous about hiring an officiant. I thought it was going to be awkward sharing this super intimate moment with this whole other person that didn't know us or who we are as a couple. Well, I can tell you now that was not the case at all with Julie. Meeting her for the first time (ten minutes before my wedding), it felt like I was meeting a family friend. Julie was way more than an officiant throughout the process. She really took the time to read through our story and get to know us as a couple. And that made all the difference.

The ceremony was incredibly beautiful and so 'us'. Everyone there could not stop talking about how amazing Julie was and how it was BY FAR the BEST wedding ceremony that they had ever heard. I may be slightly biased, but I definitely agree. She created a truly personalized ceremony with lots of laughs, happy tears, and love.

I honestly would recommend having your wedding in Breckenridge over other Colorado venue locations (Estes Park, Aspen, etc.) just so you can have Julie create your wedding ceremony! Dr. Wright-Kile was recommended to us by our DJ (based out of Denver) and when we informed the Silverthorne Pavilion (where we had our wedding) of the officiant, they seemed to be relaxed because of how professional they knew she was. It was beyond our expectations! She was VERY directive and looking back, it made such a difference. Words cannot adequately express how wonderful Julie was. Our ceremony felt like a wonderful gift from her. She worked with us via email (since we were not local) for over a year, sending us questionnaires and worksheets, and she produced the most beautiful, emotional, and memorable ceremony we could ever have hoped for. Everyone at our wedding told us that it was one of the best if not THE best ceremony they'd ever witnessed, and my husband's college buddies told me they all got emotional and shed a tear or two. She is so great at what she does, and she is also super experienced and knows everyone in Breck (or so it seems!). She told us exactly what we needed to do to get our marriage license, and then she filed it for us after the wedding. If I could give Julie 10 stars I would. My husband and I both absolutely love her (he referred to her as his wedding mom haha). Hiring Julie will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

We couldn't be more pleased that Julie officiated our ceremony a few weekends ago. We traveled in from out of state & met Julie on our wedding day. (We decided not to have a rehearsal the day prior--that is an option though). We had a super quick run through prior to the ceremony beginning and we were off without any issues! I'd suggest personalizing the ceremony--hearing stories from our relationship incorporated into the ceremony was really refreshing.

Overall, Julie is very responsive to email. All deadlines & costs are well communicated from the beginning. We had no issues picking up our marriage license at the courthouse when we were ready to leave town (she filed it for us).

If you are considering Julie as your officiant then your best bet is to reach out to her quickly to get more information, see if she's available and if she's a good fit for you & yours. During our multiple trips to CO, everyone we talked to painted the picture that she is the go-to officiant for Breckenridge!

When my wife and I decided to get married almost a thousand miles from home, we weren’t sure fi we were going to be able to figure out everything that we needed to do. Finding Julie was probably the best thing that could have happened for us. Throughout the entire process Julie was extremely thorough in her explanations of what needed to be done, whether it was dealing with the courthouse or going to get my wife’ s name changed. She kept in constant contact us through the planning process, and was able to give us some fantastic recommendations when it came to other vendors. The photographer and hair & make up salon she recommended were both great to work with.

What we enjoyed most about working with Julie was how personal she was able to make the entire process. With it being just my wife and I for the ceremony, we were nervous that it might come out feeling awkward. Julie made us both feel so comfortable, as comfortable as you can feel standing next to a 50 foot drop that is, and gave us an experience that neither of us will ever forget.

We would recommend Julie to everyone and anyone. She took all the stress out of the wedding planning process, and just let us enjoy our special day.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Julie Wright-Kile! We traveled from out of state to have our wedding in Colorado and her organization made the arrangements almost effortless! Julie provided a very comprehensive list of services she offers and we were able to customize our wedding ceremony exactly to our liking. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Julie was very easy to contact and happily answered any questions we had. From the moment she walked through the door on our wedding day, we felt at ease. Seriously ladies and gents, hire this officiant!!!! Julie was phenomenal!!! She made my life so very easy with all of her help with planning my wedding. Yes, she helped plan it by sending me information and suggestions on all vendors that I needed. She was extremely professional and very quick to respond to my emails. She was extremely thorough with all of the things that had to do with our ceremony and more. She explained everything in detail from what would happen that day, all I needed to do before the wedding, and even the process to change my name after! Julie was absolutely amazing! I found her online while looking for someone to officiate our wedding and came across her profile. We met her over the phone and we immediately connected with her. She was so helpful throughout the process and let us know what we needed to do prior to the wedding which made everything so seamless. Julie was undeniably the perfect officiant for our wedding! The nerve-wracking waters of wedding planning were calmed by all of her valuable input. She is warm and caring and added a lot of personal touch to our ceremony.
We were able to customize aspects of the ceremony that best reflected us. The depth of research she had readily available for us far outweighed her rate of pay which was super affordable. Her list of venues and suggested vendors is extensive in itself.

She genuinely cares about helping couples with their dream weddings. We got married surrounded by the most breathtaking views in a ceremony that still feels like a splendid dream days later. Dr. Julie was was outstanding to work with from beginning to end. She made herself available to discuss venue options, ceremony styles, local Breckenridge businesses (hair salons, florists,catering, restaurants, bakeries). Most importantly, she guided us through the whole process with ease and grace-- which is ESPECIALLY important for a out of town couple--very stress free. Julie Wright-Kile did an amazing job from start to finish for our wedding at Sapphire Point in Breckenridge, Colorado. We were traveling from Texas and besides knowing the wedding location, had no idea where to start with the wedding plans. From the very first email inquiry regarding her services and what a ceremony would "look-like", Julie exceeded our expectations. She wrote detailed emails giving several options for the type of ceremony she could officiate. Once we were further into the process, she typed an outline of each section of the wedding to ease our minds on what would be spoken during the ceremony and showed us the order in which things would occur. This took our fears away and made us feel so relieved that our special day was going to be just what we wanted. Our wedding was planned to be a small intimate ceremony with just our 3 children, so we asked Julie for suggestions to make it about the blending of our families. She gave us wonderful ideas to customize the ceremony with a family portion. Our kids were overwhelmed during this part of the wedding and really felt part of what was happening. The entire wedding was so heartfelt largely due to the way Julie led the ceremony and reminded each of us to take in the moment and really listen to the words that were being exchanged.

I can’t say enough about Julie’s expertise. She not only guided us to create the ceremony, but gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants, florists, cake makers, carriage rides and photographers. She truly knows the area and who to trust. Julie explained where to get our marriage license, how to change my name and delivered the signed marriage certificate to the courthouse right after the wedding. She even helped me determine the type of shoes I should wear with my wedding dress to come down the mountain path! My husband and I are truly thankful for Julie and all the care she put into our special day.

Wow, above and beyond our expectations. Julie is the best non-denominational officiant we could have hoped for, and as a bonus, she hooked us up by recommending a great photographer and catering service.

She asks the right questions to put together a very personalized ceremony that all of our guests, no exaggerations, said was the BEST they had ever seen, and most of our guests were over 40 so that is really a testament to her. I could go on with details but will spare you the time, it was all really great, start to finish. You would be foolish to look elsewhere for an officiant and I would recommend her even if you had to pay her to travel to your venue.

I found Julie on wedding wire for my out of state elopement wedding which would take place in 7 days. She was my saving grace! Her professionalism and her ability to basically answer all my questions before I even knew what I should be asking was wonderful. Julie really made our wedding special! She was very friendly from the moment we met her. She really got to know myself and my then fiancé and we connected right away. We knew we were not going to meet her until the rehearsal (the day before our wedding) so we had to make sure she was a good fit. She was very professional and knowledgeable not only about officiating weddings, but recommending different vendors in the area. Julie provided us with many helpful documents like the wedding detail sheet and obtaining our marriage license. She was very responsive (responded to emails within a few hours) and willing to help out wherever she could. A few months out, Julie sent us our script which was very detailed so we knew exactly what to expect on our wedding day. She allowed us to make changes to the script (we did many times as we had quite a few hiccups along the way!). She does an AMAZING job of personalizing the ceremony. My new father in law said this was his favorite part of the whole ceremony! During the actual ceremony, Julie walked us through everything we needed to say and do. I spent a few weeks searching for something simple in the beautiful state of Colorado. We decided to marry in Colorado since we both love the scenery and I also have family in the area. I had a budget i was wanting to stick with, and seeing some of the prices for some elopement weddings was crazy. After many searches for wedding officiants I came across Julie Wright-Kile. I called her on the phone and within 10 minutes she was returning my call. We spoke over 2 hours getting to know each other.
I have never done anything like this before, however Julie made me feel at ease. She sent a follow up email & walked us thru every step of the process. Her emails were very informative of every detail we needed to know. Not only was she an officiant for us, I truly feel she was our wedding coordinator as well. I honestly dont think i would of been able to make the decisions i made without Julie's guidance and helpful information.
Once we made the commitment with payment and contract, Julie sent us information for local photographers in the Breckenridge area that would be within our budget. She also sent recommended hair stylists, location places of nice scenery for the wedding, wedding cake bakers, and much more.
On the day of our ceremony everything fell into place. We choose to let Julie do a simple script wedding for us. She did an exceptional job. It was much more than just a few words, it was very detailed and we absolutely loved it. It was a very heart felt ceremony and turned out to be better than i had ever imagined. We held our wedding at Sapphire Point.
I highly recommend Julie for all of your wedding needs and questions. I am not one for planning at all, and I can honestly say she really helped us make the best decisions possible based on our budget and being from another state going into the process with a blindfold on. I am very grateful and blessed that we found her. I would give her 10 stars if possible!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Julie! Between her impeccable attention to detail and her all-inclusive website, she made planning a wedding from afar seem like a walk in the park! Every single service we sought out came directly from Julie’s mouth, and I cannot put into words how perfect our special day turned out. She was very thorough and more than accommodating to my OCD tendencies. Despite having never met her before the day of my wedding, I felt like we had known one another for years; she made me feel very at ease with not a worry in the world.

Trust me when I say that Julie knows what she’s doing, and she does it very, very well! She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a wedding officiant! I’m not kidding when I say she even offered up her very own home to my husband and me in the event it started raining and we didn’t have a backup venue lined up. Julie Wright-Kile is amazing, and you would be a fool not to hire her for your special day!!!

Julie helped us plan and pull off our PERFECT wedding at lightning speed and we did not have to stress about ANYTHING! She went WAY above and beyond to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about Julie and her services!
We found Julie on WeddingWire and after reading all the reviews, we knew we HAD to have her perform our ceremony! We briefly considered getting married in the Great Smoky Mountains, but we could not find an officiant there that we liked as much as Julie, so we booked her immediately and started looking for lodging in Colorado!
Neither of us had been married before, and Colorado is not our home state, so we had NO idea how this process worked or what we needed to do. Not to mention, we had never been to Breckenridge and had no idea where to hold our ceremony!
Julie took care of EVERYTHING! She really acted as a wedding planner for us, and she did it in only a matter of DAYS! (We were engaged for a total of 18 days. . . Yeah, she's that good!)
Julie got to know us and what we wanted (which was amazing, because sometimes WE didn't know what we wanted), and she was able to help us select our date (she even monitored the weather to make sure we'd have a gorgeous wedding day), our location (it was STUNNING!), our ceremony details (Julie wrote the most meaningful vows especially for us), she suggested local vendors for us, helped us create a back-up plan in case of inclement weather, walked us through the process of getting our marriage license (SUPER easy in Summit County - we did it an hour before our ceremony and we even got to pick up our certificate later that same day), she even followed up after the wedding to help me with my name-change process.
Not only is Julie and extremely talented and well-spoken officiant, but she was absolutely invaluable to our wedding planning process.
There is no way we could have pulled off our tiny Rocky Mountain elopement so quickly and easily without her!

Wow, what an incredibly beautiful and special day that we will cherish forever. We believe the largest factor contributing to our perfect day was because of Julie and hiring her. After getting engaged, we knew we wanted a small and intimate wedding in Colorado. We were extremely nervous being out of state and not sure who to choose for our forever family promise. After our first contact with Julie we immediately felt connected to her and knew she was the PERFECT person. Julie values connection and getting to know you. Julie made the both of us feel comfortable and at ease from our first phone call! We still believe that was the BEST decision we made, other than finding one another (of course)! Julie was a phenomenal officiant for our ceremony, and now has become a special part of our lives and a real friend.

You never know what glitches could arise; however, with Julie's expertise, knowledge, experience, and professionalism, she was able to guide us in the right direction to have a stunningly gorgeous day! She provided incredibly spot on and invaluable advice. Even further, she is timely in her responses. We loved how willing she was to incorporate our twin boys into the ceremony. She listened to our hopes and desires and helped to piece together a ceremony that was respectful of all our wishes. Julie provided a warmth to our ceremony, was a true professional, and provided us the most heartfelt wedding! You will not go wrong hiring Julie. We had decided to elope during our ski vacation in Colorado. I was given a list of names from the Summit Co court house. After reaching out to several on the list Julie was far and away superior in responsiveness, professionalism, and warmth. Since we were eloping and not from the area we didn't have access to many resources but Julie provided a list of resources for everything we needed. The ceremony was perfect for us. She was professional, it was beautiful yet light-hearted and casual which is what we wanted. If this was something you did repeatedly I would choose her again and again! Julie is absolutely amazing! My now husband and I had never been to Breckenridge prior to our trip to elope. Julie was a tremendous help in answering any and all questions while planning our wedding day. From helping us decide if a snowy outdoor February wedding at Sapphire Point was a crazy decision (it was a little cold but absolutely amazing) to giving us all the information on how to obtain our marriage licenses and helping us find all the necessities for our big day. Julie recommended our photographer Jay Berino, who took breathtaking pictures. Julie’s customized ceremony is truly unique and are her words are beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a more special wedding day.

Julie was an amazing officiant! My husband and I were married at Sapphire Point near Breckenridge, CO this past weekend. I cannot even begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Julie. She is extremely professional, friendly and organized. Traveling from Virginia to Breckenridge, she kept us up to date on weather and the conditions of the park and made some suggestions to make our outdoor wedding in December go off without a hitch. The ceremony she performed was beautiful and although I told myself I would not cry, it brought me to tears. Thank you so much Julie for being part of our most magical day!

My husband and I got married this past weekend near Breckenridge, Colorado. We had never been to Colorado before, but we knew we wanted to get married there after seeing all the beautiful pictures online. I was struggling to find the perfect officiant for us because some were charging too much and others just simply were not offering the type of ceremony we wanted (which was a simple one). I came across Julie through the Wedding Wire and immediately knew I wanted her to be our officiant. I contacted her through email and received a prompt response. I was worried that she would be out of our price range, but she ended up charging a very reasonable amount. Julie guided us the entire way through. Not only will Julie guide you through your wedding day, but she will also provide help before and after. We were also able to find our photographer, Jay Berino, through the website. Jay and Julie were great with us and they work very well together. I could not have asked for a better officiant! Julie was very helpful and very honest. I would highly recommend Julie as an officiant for any couple looking to get married within Colorado.

Julie was really the person who made our elopement a special, magical event. We don't live in Breckenridge but decided to get married there because we wanted snow on our wedding day (the anniversary of when we officially started dating).

She wrote detailed, clear email communications regarding our ceremony elements, including the hand fasting we requested, and was respectful of our wish to have a non-religious ceremony. She wrote a BEAUTIFUL reading regarding our relationship that we could tell was custom-designed for us.

Additionally, Julie helped us choose our venue - my husband wanted to be outdoors among the trees and near water, and she knew the perfect spot. This involved a lot of emails and attached photos, and she was so patient.

I had scheduled a babysitter to watch our 11 week old son during our wedding, but the babysitter said she was running late, then cancelled after I asked Julie and our photographer to wait for us an extra half-hour. We wound up dressing our son in a teddy bear snowsuit and taking him with us as we got married (teddy bears are the perfect accompaniment to a tuxedo, in case you were wondering), and Julie not only handled this curveball with utter grace, she also cooed over and loved on our son while we took photos outside. She assured us that she'd had children at wedding ceremonies before and I was really touched by how she interacted with all of us.

We opted, based on Julie's advice, to get our marriage license at the courthouse in Breckenridge and as she promised it was fast and simple. Right after our wedding she actually hand-delivered our completed license to the courthouse and we picked up all our certified copies the next day! Everything was so simple.

In addition to everything else, Julie had recommendations for a photographer (whom we loved), flowers, cake, where to go for dinner, everything. This really removed a lot of stress from the planning phase of our entire vacation. Thank you so much, Julie!
