Where do I even start!! What an absolutely beautiful venue. Every aspect of this ranch was perfect for our vision of an elegant, western wedding.
Great intimate location (but easily accessible), lots of parking, amazing indoor event venue, and also so many beautiful outdoor areas for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and pictures. Plan your wedding exactly how you want-The options at this ranch are endless!!
The rustic cabins were perfect for our wedding party/out of town guests. The enjoyed relaxing at the pool and in the outdoor kitchen, seeing all the animals, and exploring the ranch before the big day. We received GREAT feedback from everyone who stayed.
Also very clean and well kept. Darrel (the owner) and his family were extremely accommodating and helpful. True southern hospitality-They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and right at home.
Rocking Star Ranch brought our wedding visions to life, and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding here and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we first reached out about the venue, the professionalism and quality of communication were evident. Darrell and his team were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all of my questions and providing helpful insights throughout the planning process.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning and received countless compliments from our guests. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with the cabins fully stocked and ready for us to enjoy. It was evident that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top-notch condition, making it the perfect backdrop for our special day.
One of the highlights for our guests was definitely the pool area, which became a popular gathering spot after the reception. It added a fun and relaxing element to the celebration, allowing everyone to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather.
As for the staff, they were nothing short of amazing! The team was not only sweet and accommodating but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up just as I envisioned. Their willingness to assist with anything and everything, from décor to navigating the timeline, made the day run smoothly. I truly felt like my needs were the top priority, and that level of service made all the difference.
Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. The value provided, combined with the excellent service and breathtaking setting, made for an unforgettable wedding. We couldn’t have had a better experience for our wedding weekend. From the moment we set eyes on Rockin’ Star Ranch we knew that’s where we wanted to get married, it was so beautiful and felt like home. Darrell and Gail were both so accommodating and welcoming. They both were quick to respond and would address our questions right away or let us come out to the ranch and would take care of any questions or issues we would run into in regards to planning the wedding. They were both so comfortable to talk to and we left there feeling like we had made new friends. The cabins were such a perfect touch to the weekend. Our bridal party and families stayed and everyone had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Rockin’ Star Ranch- not just for your wedding but for a nice, county getaway. -

We got married at Rockin' Star Ranch and it was nothing short of incredible! It is a gorgeous venue that fit right into our western vibe/feel. The grounds are absolutely breath taking and all of our guests that stayed in cabins loved spending time out there! I had seen photos of other weddings at this venue, but nothing can come close to experiencing our wedding out there! Please Please PLEASE give them a look. You wont regret it! -

From the first time my fiance and I went out to the Rockin' Star Ranch for a birthday getaway weekend, we knew it was going to be the place where we would be married. Sure enough, we had the most amazingly beautiful and magical wedding this past weekend out at the ranch! We had a last minute weather change that moved us indoors for the ceremony but Darrell and Gail were on top of it. The ceremony inside was setup in front of the beautiful large fireplace, which we were able to decorate to our liking, and was lit for an extra touch of romance. After the ceremony, the chairs were quickly removed and our dance floor was ready! The other end of the reception hall, with the amazing bar, was setup with dinner tables, food and cake. The antique carts and whisky barrel tables added such a unique touch when it came to displaying our wedding cake and charcuterie boards. The reception hall truly lends itself to ANY type of setup you desire. And, honestly, the ranch style decor and adjustable lighting is perfect for any occasion without adding a single thing. The kitchen is huge, with multiple refrigerators and freezers, as well as easy access to a vast open area outside for grilling or smoking meat. There are a ton of places on the ranch to hold your ceremony and even more areas to celebrate afterwards. There are unique experiences available to add to your wedding as well, like riding in on horseback to your ceremony! And I can't even begin to tell you how many hundreds of photo opportunities there are out on the Rockin' Star Ranch! You could spend an entire day and never take a picture in the same spot!! Darrell is the most accommodating host who really is passionate about his property and making sure you have the wedding experience that dreams are made of. Rockin' Star Ranch was a beautiful place to visit 4 years ago, and now, after being married there, it holds a special place in our hearts. We already have plans to make it our regular anniversary getaway each year. The amount of work that Darrell and his family put into the Rockin' Star is definitely a labor of love and I am very thankful that he and his family share their amazing ranch with people like me and my new husband so that we, too, can make magical memories that will last a lifetime. ♥️ Our wedding was perfect and I can't imagine saying "I do" any other place! -

Our Perfect Wedding
We had the perfect wedding at the Rockin Star Ranch. The staff and management were easy to work with. The venue was perfect for a weekend with our friends and family. We filled every room on site and our guests loved the accommodations and activities offered on the ranch especially the horse riding and the pool. Everyone enjoyed their time in a relaxing and peaceful place. The wedding was seamless and everything we had dreamed off. The reception room was so spacious and the bridal room was breath taking. At the reception we enjoyed all the extra pieces and decorations that were already on site. They fit perfectly with our decorations. Guests that stayed in surrounding accommodations loved the easy access to the quaint downtown of Brenham. Friday night we utilized the Barn for a barn dance. It was such an extra treat. The set up along with the lightening in the barn set the stage for a great celebration!! We are still all asking when can we go back! We are so thankful for a beautiful weekend with our loved ones at the Rockin Star Ranch. -

Made me want to plan another wedding!
As the Maid of Honor I had a heavy hand in the planning my best friend’s wedding. As we were considering multiple venues we gravitated towards Rockin’ Star because we loved the idea of having the bridal party together for the weekend. Being in close enough quarters with our cabins next to each other gave us the quality time together that we wanted. We spent plenty of time poolside and even more time cooking together in the Main Residence's kitchen, which is fully equipped and beautiful, by the way. We all loved the different themed cabins, it's a cute touch. Of course we went wild over feeding baby goats and taking pictures with the horses. Major bonus in having the wedding venue so close to our cabins. With the bridal suite a walk away there was no mad dash to get to a salon the morning of the wedding. Everyone came to us. Working with Darrel and his team to coordinate our vision was such a pleasure. They were quick to reply and went the extra mile to accommodate any requests we had. We're already in talks about having a reunion back at Rockin’ Star Ranch. We just loved it and can't wait to visit again! -

Excellent , memorable and beautiful wedding venue led to the most amazing wedding experience
I had the pleasure of reserving the ROCKIN STAR RANCH in my hometown of Brenham Texas on June 10, 2023. I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the friendly staff. The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a charming and romantic atmosphere that perfectly complemented the occasion. The amenities and services provided were truly exceptional. There were plenty of helpful staff members available throughout the event, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. From assisting with seating arrangements to providing a helpful hand a small forgotten details. In addition to having the perfect wedding day we were able to have a fantastic rehearsal dinner night. The staff set up additional table and chairs at the outside pool area. Guests were able to swim, fish and canoe. Everyone was highly impressed with this hidden gem. The venue also provided linens and other assorted decor at no extra cost. The package included bartenders who showed great knowledge and skills. Overall, I cannot praise the Rockin Star Ranch enough. Every aspect was well-planned, executed flawlessly, and delivered an unforgettable experience. The venue, the staff, the food, and the entertainment all exceeded my expectations and made it a truly magical event. I highly recommend Rockin Star Ranch to anyone looking to have a truly beautiful and amazing wedding day. -

We had our wedding at Rockin' Star Ranch in March of 2023. Darrell and his family have made such a beautiful venue. WE LOVED having everything in one location but in at a different place at the ranch. Having the rehersal dinner, ceromony and venue all in one place just made for a perfect wedding weekend. Derrell will be sure to see your vision out. Highly recommend Rockin' Star Ranch! -

Amazing Staff on a Beautiful Ranch
The ranch is beautiful but the people are amazing! Everyone you encounter, from the owner to the staff , are extremely nice, helpful, accommodating and flexible. They made our wedding weekend the most memorable, with many of our guests inquiring about future stays. -

Absolutely stunning!
Rockin Star Ranch did a phenomenal job for our wedding! The ranch has a lot to offer, 2 areas to choose from for your wedding ceremony and a beautiful venue for the reception. Not to mention the owners Gail and Daryl are the absolute best! We had to change the location of our wedding very last minute and they not only were able to accommodate us on such short notice but also had all of the tables, wedding sign, chairs, linens, anything you could possibly need. Gail went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day!
Also, just about everything at the ranch is hand crafted and designed by Daryl. Its pretty neat! The ranch has plenty of cabins for guest and each room has its own theme. Wait till you see!
I could go on and on! Rockin star ranch is truly an amazing venue with the kindest owners. If you’re looking for a venue out in the country seriously look no further! -

For a wedding, this place is awesome! I would have a random thought at 2:00 a.m. and I would get a reply almost instantly if not first thing in the morning! Communication was on point, everyone was extremely helpful, and we will be coming back for random weekend getaways!

You will not find better people to work with at a venue! Darrell and Gail were both so great in helping do anything they could to make sure our day was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, and we were able to rent the whole ranch so that all of our wedding party would have a place to stay. 10/10 would recommend this venue for any type of event!! -

Everything we hoped for and more!
Our entire time at the ranch was incredible, and we could not have pictured a better place to have our wedding. They had everything we needed and more! We rented the property for the whole weekend, so we were able to hold the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner there and stay in the cabins, which were right across from the reception hall (super convenient!) with the bridal party, parents, and grandparents. The cabins are really the cutest and each have their own country-style theme — they would be great for photos! There is also a gorgeous bridal suite, which was a great space for getting ready and taking bridesmaid pictures. The reception hall itself is spacious, clean, and really beautiful. A few of our favorite things about it were the plentiful seating areas (inside and out!), the large granite bar, and the big majestic fireplace (the focal point of our ceremony!).
In terms of style, we wanted rustic yet elegant, and that was what we got! We went outside for the majority of our pictures and got some in front of the venue, some with the horses in the pasture, and then drove out into one of the fields for the rest. We had also taken our engagement shoot at the venue in some additional spots at the ranch, and all of those turned out incredible too. It’s a big place, so there are lots of options for photos!
And we couldn’t have asked for a better staff! Darrell is so talented at running a working ranch/wedding venue/vacation destination and is continuously adding to all the different corners of the ranch. Even since our wedding, we’ve been back to visit and saw updates to the bridal suite, a large, new pergola-style outdoor ceremony site, freshly decorated cabins, and more. We’re super excited to see what he comes up with in the future! Elaine and Gail were also a great help in planning out our day and making sure it all ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be recommending Rockin’ Star to all the soon-to-be husbands and wives we know! -

I spent a glorious week in this beautiful ranch with my children for a wedding in June, and already booked a vacation trip due to our experience.
The grounds are stunning, the animals are just the best, and the host is superb. This is definitely a place that is well loved and care for, and it shows in every detail of every corner you turn. -

Ranch, wedding venue, reception hall, everything was picture perfect. Best part, our wedding party was able to stay the night in the many well appointed cabins on the property. Swimming pool and giant outdoor kitchen gave us a fantastic place to hang out and calm any nerves about the big next day. We will be coming back for a retreat in the future. I booked this venue for a rustic, get away from it all experience from all the noise and bustle of the big city. This venue has everything to offer for my vision of my rustic fairytale wedding. No detail has been overlooked on this property. The attention to detail to the reception hall, the fabulous pergola for the outdoor ceremony and quaint cabins to accommodate my guests for the night of the event, complete with an outdoor common area with an outdoor kitchen/entertainment area complete with an oasis style pool. As a designer and event planner in my own right, the owner and his staff have gone above and beyond to acquiesce my every request. The bridal suite on the second floor of the reception facility sealed the deal for me. A charming suite with full bath and a salon style space for my hairdresser and make up artist for my special day. Should it rain on my wedding day, no worries! Contingency plan to hold the ceremony in the reception facility. The only worry this bride has regarding her wedding day is should the groom get “cold feet”. In that case, we will proceed with one heck of a party nonetheless. -

We loved our experience at Rockin Star Ranch. Elaine and Darrel were super responsive and able to answer all of our questions. We did the wedding weekend package so we had the whole ranch the entire weekend. Elaine actually let us go in and put some stuff in the venue on Thursday instead of waiting for Friday. The whole experience was amazing, getting to have the entire wedding party at the venue all weekend was one of the best parts of the wedding. Also, getting to go in on Friday and set up so that Saturday was minimal work helped tremendously. We planned and did everything for the wedding on our own so the extra days was amazing. The venue is gorgeous and if you need anything moved or changed then Elaine and Darrel are very accommodating. -

My husband and I got married at the Rockin' Star Ranch and it was indescribable. I was not the girl who grew up knowing what I wanted my wedding day to look like but this place checked all the boxes I didn't know I had. We had a rustic theme that this venue pulled off with out a hitch. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The commercial grade kitchen was perfect for preparing the food we served. There was plenty of lodging for those that stayed. There are animals and serene scenery to see, a beautiful pool and out door kitchen to keep us entertained for the weekend. The list goes on. This is the place to have your wedding! -

Absolutely The Best
My daughter and her fiancé booked this venue for their recent nuptials February 11, 2021. It was a small intimate ceremony. Whether your ceremony is like ours small and intimate or a large event with hundreds of people. They can accommodate you and take care of your needs. Since we live in Houston we also booked several of the cabins so that we could enjoy the wedding & stay the night instead of driving back home. Good thing too given the snow/ice storm of the century was about to rain down on us. First of all, let me tell you the venue is absolutely beautiful. The photos online do not do it justice. Elaine catered to us the entire day making sure that we had everything we needed. She was amazing and felt like she was part of the family by the time we left. One of the cabins that I had reserved online was actually a bit small for our needs so Elaine called Darrell right away and they upgraded us to another cabin. Darrell was amazing in trying to book the cabins and helped us get everything squared away. He answered questions and helped through the entire process. The cabins were top notch and very clean and well taken care of. Since it was pretty much freezing during our stay, they had the heaters turned on and we were warm and cozy. The wind was howling. While we didn't get to see much of the outside property due to the inclement weather, we did get to go visit the new baby pigs and goats in the barn, along with the horses and the deer. The kids enjoyed every minute of that. We all loved it so much that we plan on making another trip in the spring or early summer to spend time together and hang out and enjoy the property and possibly do a trail ride. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property and the people that run it. They are phenomenal. Highly recommend!! Can't wait to get the pictures back. -

My husband and I renewed our vows at the Rockin' Star Ranch and it was a beautiful experience. The property is beautiful and the event center is absolutely gorgeous. What I loved most about it was that family was able to stay on property. There are several cozy cabins that are beautifully furnished, a large pool and outdoor kitchen. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! -

I am so happy we chose Rockin’ Star Ranch for our wedding venue! Every detail went smoothly fulfilling my dream wedding!!! The banquet hall was very roomy but provided the warm and inviting atmosphere I wanted. The food and beverages were fabulous and served beautifully. The staff were very professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail making my wedding day special and unique. One of my favorite things about Rockin’ Star Ranch was the vast variety of locations to take photographs, posed shots and candids. The grounds provided so many gorgeous backdrops I have twice the number of shots! The accommodations for my family and wedding party were so much more than I could have provided at traditional venues, very comfortable and cozy with ample room to spread out. I would absolutely recommend Rockin’ Star Ranch to any bride who is looking for a unique and special wedding venue with indoor and outdoor options. Brides-to-be, you will NOT be disappointed!! -
