Found my dress at my first appointment

I came into my wedding dress appointment with certain ideas of what I would like (blush or ivory lace with a little bit of beading), but I was open to trying other things too! Olga patiently entertained my ideas, but when I wasn't loving any of my picks, she suggested a white satin a-line during our second round of pulls. I told her, "I'm not overwhelmed by it, but I'll try it. Who knows - Things can look different on than when its on the hanger." As soon as I put on the first satin a-line with a plunging V on, I was surprised at what I found... I was a bride. I said yes to that dress during my first appointment!

Working with Tamisha for alterations was also a dream. She helped advocate for me. There were hiccups along the way between what was requested on the alterations form and what would happen to the dress, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Tamisha helped my vision come to life with my dress!

The venue coordinator even told me that she had seen my dress a few times on other brides, but I "owned it". That's also how you know you found the perfect dress!

As a general note, I appreciated that no one at the RK team tried to sell me on things I didn't need. Everyone at RK Bridal was amazing to work with and so incredibly helpful. I ended up getting my earrings there too!

I can't recommend RK Bridal highly enough.

A must for brides!

Working with Cheryl was the absolute best. 19 years of experience. The first dress she chose for me was the one. She gives tou her opinion but lets the bride decide! She became in tune with how I was feeling and she quickly loosened me up! I highly recommend booking your appointment with her!

Best place to find a dress in New York

RK Bridal was the only place I went dress shopping and I’m forever grateful for my attendent that took the time to listen to all the things that I liked and didn’t like about dresses. After trying on 4 different styles, the 5th dress she pulled was absolutely perfect for me.

Gown Shopping

I had an amazing experience. I had Bianca and she was amazing. Absolutely loved her and so did my two year old daughter. Bianca made my experience super fun and relaxing and definitely less stressful especially with a two year old at the appointment.

Best shopping experience!

Natalie was my stylist and she was wonderful. I showed her some pictures of dresses I liked and she pulled on several dresses to try on. The racks were so expansive I felt overwhelmed picking anything myself but she knew exactly what she was doing. She also gave me her honest opinion on which type of lace or color looked better on me, without being forceful. Stylists telling me everything looks good doesn’t help me, so I appreciated her input. She had a great personality and energy! Will be back for my final try on.

Huge selection, great staff, dream prices

I had my very first dress appointment at RK which was recommended by many friends. I tried on dresses with a small group and the staff had great dress choices for me based on my inspo images and descriptions. I was excited to explore the city more, and I went to 15 other places searching, mostly just having fun but getting slightly worried I wasn’t finding what I wanted for a reasonable price. I made a second appointment months later at RK knowing exactly what I wanted, and we found it! It was perfect for me and the price was so much lower than other dresses from similar boutiques I was so excited. Definitely stop here for your wedding dress!

Amazing selection

This was the hands down the best wedding dress shopping experience. Natalie helped nail down exactly what I was looking for and we were able to walk around together and say yes or no to dresses before I tried them. Just a wonderful welcoming experience, this was my 5th bridal shop and it was one of the best. Gown shopping

I came to RK looking to try on a specific dress I had seen online. I already found two other dresses before coming to RK Bridal, one being a very high “yes” dress. Still I wanted to see this specific dress I came for and was open to others. Sheryl was my attendant and she was nothing but amazing. Patient, kind, and so helpful in this process. She was able to help me navigate through other dresses and finally realize the one I really want is the first dress I tried on earlier this month. She didn’t make me feel like I wasted anyones time or pressured to change my mind. Even though I didn’t find “the one” at RK today, I had a spectacular experience and would highly recommend this store. Also ask for Sheryl!!

Favorite bridal appointment by far!

While I ended up finding a gown at another boutique, I cannot say enough great things about Cheryl at RK Bridal. We had already been to a few stores, and so she immediately asked us "what is the dress to beat?" and pulled some fabulous selections that were both very similar and different to my other favorite dress. Her energy kept us laughing, and I tried dresses that I never expected and LOVED them. My favorite thing was that she never made me feel bad that I still liked my other dress. In fact, she looked at a dress I was debating and said - if I'm honest, I like the dress from the other boutique better. It was the opposite of the hard sales pitch and made the appointment just so much more relaxed and fun.

The store does send you a weird shirt before the appointment which says "future bride and so much more" which I guess is a nice reminder that brides are humans too? But the thoughts still nice, I guess?

This Is Exactly How I Was Hoping Gown Shopping Would Be

Coming into the store, it’s a little overwhelming because there is such a large selection and it can be intimidating.

I don’t know if it was out of luck or if the women at desk looked at me and paired me with Nassim because we’re both ✨alternative✨ But it was a match made in bridal heaven and I couldn’t have been happier with her.

She understood that I while I was looking for something unconventional, I wasn’t necessarily looking for something in black. She put me in a dress that I thought was the one and even went out of her way to help me visualize the customizations I would want to make it mine… but I think she could tell that I wasn’t completely sold on it.

She then put me in a few more dresses, and then pulled one that I would have NEVER thought to have tried on because it was a totally different style than the images I showed her and it was the one!

A side note to is that she never made me feel uncomfortable and she was completely understanding to the fact that I was with someone who was trying to put in a lot of input into what I tried on.

The courtesy and professionalism of this store and their consultants is why I am so happy I came here!

Top notch attentive and professional consultant, large selection of dresses

I visited on 2/2/2022 and was so lucky to be paired up with Sheryl! Not only was she helpful and knowledgeable with dress styles for all body types, but she made my experience finding THE ONE so effortless and fun. My party and I arrived early and they allowed us to look around the shop at some dresses and pick out ones I’d like to try on. Funny enough, the dress I ended up falling in love with was a dress picked out by Sheryl! Getting dressed in front of a stranger can be really awkward and scary, but Sheryl’s warm disposition helped me to feel comfortable right away, like she was one of my friends helping me try on dresses. Not enough words can truly capture the wonderful experience I had today. Utmost professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness from all staff.

My advice to utilize the most out of your shopping experience there is to do your research ahead of time. Look at the designers RK Bridal offers and get an idea of what wedding dress styles you want to try on, as well as budget range.

Excellent Experience

I’m so glad I came here to get my dress. I originally picked this store to get a Morilee dress however left with two different ones! Sheryl is a blessing! She asked to see my inspiration/ what I was looking for and picked out perfect dresses. She saw me and immediately knew what type of dress I would need for my body type. I thought I wasn’t going to find anything that would as I am petite with a large bust after breastfeeding two kids but she helped me so much! She took as much time as I needed to help. I actually couldn’t pick from the dresses she pulled and got two within my budget! Overall an excellent experience!

Excellent appointment with friendly service

RK Bridal made dress shopping a great experience. I expected my appointment to go well because we enjoyed the experience when my sister went shopping at RK. But it was my first time shopping for a wedding dress of my own and I was apprehensive. I was in good hands with my consultant Sheryl, who guided me through the appointment and took care of everything I needed. She went above and beyond in even telling me the way to put on certain dresses so that they would look the best on my body. We found two dresses that were absolutely stunning and that's the best problem to have - picking between two gorgeous dresses. Scheduling an appointment on a weekday early afternoon seemed to give a little extra flexibility. I am so grateful for Sheryl's attentiveness and how well the day went!

I found my dream dress at RK Bridal!

RK was my third bridal store and it was an amazing experience. I'm a size 14 in bridal, so there have been dresses where I felt absolutely horrible in at each appointment. I felt truly beautiful in the dresses at RK. My mom, brother, and mother-in-law were greeted at the front desk very warmly and Hannah greeted us quickly. I did a TON of digging on their website and on my own beforehand, so I brought a bunch of photos of dresses that I loved. There was also a dress to beat from my morning appointment at BHLDN. I showed the dress that I fell in love with at BHLDN to Hannah and she completely understood why I fell in love with it. I showed her a total of 11 dresses that I wanted to try, but she started with 5 to see what would look good on me/what I would like.

There were definitely some that were obviously not the ones, but Hannah was so honest and encouraging. I felt like she really knew me and she really wanted to help me find my dream dress. I tried on the first batch of 5 and didn't totally love any, but there was one dress that I saw in the salon and knew I had to try on. I asked Hannah if she could pull it for me and she said definitely! She actually let me know it was from a trunk show and they were about to send the samples back that same night. It truly felt like fate. I put the dress on and immediately felt stunning. My family loved it as well, but I was a bit unsure because it was a completely different style from the BHLDN one and honestly, a different vibe from everything else I had tried. Compared to the BHLDN dress, the one from RK was clearly the right choice. It's more bridal and a perfect combination of classic, sexy, simple, and blingy. What truly sealed the deal and blew me away was the veil Hannah put on me. I had my moment, the one I'd seen so many brides have and knew that I was done looking. My family was crying, I was crying, and everyone in the salon was so encouraging and reassured me that this was the right dress.

Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we ordered the right size. She measured me and then had the owner also measure me when she saw where I landed on the size chart. The sample I tried on was a size 12, but the chart said I was supposed to be in an 18. Hannah felt that wasn't right, so she did the professional thing and double-checked with her boss! She was seriously amazing and wanted to make sure I was in the right size. We ended up ordering a 16 because she put me in the same designer's size 14, but even that was a little snug. I was also offered 10% off because it was my first appointment at RK and I was buying a dress! Their prices are fair and definitely doable. My budget was $2,000 and I ended up getting my dream dress for $1400 before tax.

I can't wait to put the dress back on and to order my veil and hairpiece at RK when I go to pick up my dress! Seriously an amazing experience and I 100% recommend asking for Hannah if you go!

Wedding Dress

As soon as I arrived at RK Bridal everyone was so welcoming. I was ready to spend over an hour picking my dress but the first dress I was shown I fell in love with. Amazing experience

Big choice of wedding dresses. They follow COVID protocol. Store is clean. My consultant Sheryl was very professional and sweet. She asked few questions about dress style I’m looking for and my budget. I was pleasantly surprised to watch Sheryl picking dresses for me. She knew exactly which dresses I might like. She was very gentle and understanding. She gave me plenty time to try on dresses. Did not rush me and she was very patience with me. Sheryl found my dream dress. SHERYL at RK Bridal is the bridal whisperer!!!!

RK Bridal is the biggest wedding dress secret that doesn't need to be a secret in America. After trying a bunch of other bridal boutiques and not finding anything, someone referred me to RK Bridal and Sheryl. WELL HONEY!!!! SHERYL is the bridal whisperer!! I AM SERIOUS!!! The first dress - she introduced me to was a GAME CHANGER. It was an entirely new style that I hadn't considered and I instantly fell in love with. SHERYL is so kind, warm, and genuine. She is passionate about her work. Frankly, I wanted to snatch her to join my bridal party. She is that good!!! Sheryl was intuitive so much so that she figured out that I had sensitive skin which meant certain fabrics or design details wouldn't work for me. No other bridal shop picked up on that!!! Also, she is very calming. A lot of bridal boutiques place so much pressure on selecting a dress instantly that you are sometimes overwhelmed with that on top of being with family at the bridal fittings which can be dreadful. Sheryl kept me calm and happy which meant I was present for the moment to experience the feeling of being a joyful bride! Last but not least - They have video cameras in a hall where you can walk the walk to see your dress on the television monitors. AGAIN - SHERYL and RK Bridal are game-changers for your bridal dress.

Turned my dress shopping Experience around!!

What an amazing experience!! They are such a gem in NYC! I literally visited over 15 bridal shops looking for my perfect dress. I came to NYC thinking I’m definitely going to find it at Kleinfeld(which was a disappointing experience). This place was literally the final stop on my NYC list and I ended up picking the very first dressed I tried on!!! Sheryl my consultant is an amazing human being who genuinely cared and empowered me throughout the appointment! Sheryl really brought so much joy back into the dress shopping experience for me after I had been discouraged and defeated. She was my fairy bride mother! She listened and brought out 10 dresses that matched my description and well under my budget. I said yes to the very first one!! I left happy! Amazing experience!

I went to RK Bridal yesterday with my mom and sister to find my wedding dress! Cheryl helped us along the way and created such a wonderful experience. Ask for Lika!

After trying on 30-40 dresses I had started to lose hope that I would find “The dress.” I was greeted by Lika with kindness and sincere interest in my wedding and how I wanted to feel on the big day. From the moment I walked into RK Bridal I was greeted with a smile. My consultant Sheryl had such great energy from the beginning to the very end! Sheryl made my experience EPIC !

SO I am going to try to make this long story short. FIRST I need to say that Sheryl is absolutely one of the best human beings on this Earth. She is so real, kind and fun! FELLOW BRIDES, she will have YOUR back when it comes to your over-opinionated friends/ family members - this was very important for me. I visited many stores that did not understand what I was looking for, and put so much pressure on me to purchase a dress. It really stressed me out and made me believe that wedding dress shopping was actually nothing like we see in the movies and not fun whatsoever. Sheryl was an INCREDIBLE stylist. She took the time to listen to what I wanted for my outdoor, mountaintop wedding. You Won't Go Anywhere Else. This Is The Place!

I went to RK this past Saturday for my first ever bridal appointment. First of all, with all covid precautions- they made sure each client washed their hands upon arrival and they take everyone's temperature as well as ensure that everyone from the client's guests to their own team members were wearing masks. Since I usually do all my research for everything I do, I had a list of my dress options along with the style numbers and even the quoted prices that RK Bridal had listed. My consultant Sheryl, was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I even met with the manager who actually remeasured me towards the end of my time there to make sure everything was correct which indicates to me that they truly do care to double check everything so the outcome is as expected. They honestly take so much time and care to please their clients. Sheryl already knew from the get go that I had one specific vision and took all my dress list options to pull dresses along with bringing a few suggestions that she thought was a good fit for my taste as well. I really appreciated that because I saw different types of details on those dresses than I did on the ones I had chosen on my list. As I tried on every dress, she asked me MY opinion first before anyone of my 2 guest who came with me, and never made me feel like this choice was collaborative. She was so encouraging and kept asking me what I liked and disliked about each dress I tried on. At my first bridal dress appointment ever, I FOUND THE DRESS AND BOUGHT IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Sheryl was honestly the absolute best consultant I could have ever asked for because she listened to each and every one of my concerns and made me so comfortable with sharing my opinion on how I felt about each dress. I am someone who appreciates honesty when asking other people their opinion on something such as how does this dress look on me. I will be recommending EVERY BRIDE TO BE that I know to go to RK Bridal FIRST before they even think of going anywhere else. They have such a wide selection at their location along with their website that is so detailed on every dress which made my options limitless and easy to browse through. And, if you have any questions about dresses or designers or appointments, whenever I called with a concern before my appointment, their staff who picked up the phone was incredibly patient with me and answered everything I asked fully and then some. I had the absolute BEST first experience at this bridal appointment; so much that it will truly be my only experience because with their help, I found the dress I envisioned myself to be in, and already purchased it before I left there. I can't wait for my soon to be husband to see me on that day! Best wedding decision I've made so far!

Wonderful Experience with Nassim!!!

I went to RK Bridal yesterday with my best friend just to check out their dresses. It was my second bridal visit. I was so lucky to have Nassim as my consultant. She was pleasant, thorough, and she has a unique eye. She asked important questions to understand the look I was going for. She was so genuine that she recommended me try another style so that I could compare and finalize the style that fit my body shape. I'm so grateful for her honest advise and professional expertise. Wide selection and awesome staff!

I came here for my wedding dress and my consultant, Nassim, was able to find my dress for me on the 2nd try! The selections here are amazing, the staff knows there stuff and are really helpful. I don't know much about dress shapes and cuts and things like that but I was able to describe to some extent what I was looking for and Nassim got me on the SECOND dress I tried on. Of course YMMV but I would highly recommend this salon!

I was unsure on my first visit if I wanted to get the dress, being that I'd only tried on 2 at that point AND I had an appointment at another salon later that day. I left of with Nassim that I would call if I changed my mind. I wasn't able to get a hold of her that night when I changed my mind but when I came in the next morning, she came in ON HER DAY OFF, and LEFT the dress in the room, because she knew I was coming back for it. I thought this was hilarious! She told me she lived close by so stopping in for a bit wasn't a huge deal. Sure enough I tried it on again and I knew I'd found the dress. Huge shoutout to Nassim for being so awesome!

I will say when you first walk-in, the salon definitely has a warehouse vibe, but with the amount of dresses they have on display, you are sure to find your dress there. They also have bridesmaids, mother of the bride dresses, etc as well. While we didn't have a chance to fully look through, I did notice the colour selection for that side was fantastic. Definitely a lot of options to look through for your bride tribe!

I don't know where to start. I went to RK Bridal to try on a specific dress and they were the only shop who had the dress. So my parents and maid of honor travelled into the city from the Jersey Shore to try on the dress I just knew in my head was 'The Dress'. Needless to say I tried it on and it was not my dress. So trying on dresses continued until my mom suggested trying on a dress that was in the front window that we had seen while walking into my appt. Well, I tried on the dress and fell in LOVE! That is when I met Juan, let me tell you he is the most genuine person I have met and you can just tell how much he loves his job. His joy just emanates from him. He had walked by while I had tried on the window dress and he stopped, introduced himself, and showed me exactly how he would fit the dress on me and I was able to picture it perfectly. The entire process was stress free. Doing alterations with Juan was a dream, I never once had a concern. Juan knew exactly how this dress should fit me. The dress as well as the cape were absolutely stunning. Every appt I had fallen more and more in love with my dress! And Juan I absolutely felt like Lana Turner~Thank you!

Mother of the Bride

We arrived at RKBridal last Feb 2019 for my daughter's Feb 2020 wedding. We were in the search for a specific MoriLee dress my daughter had seen on Pinterest. After calling around NJ and NY, RK was the only one who had it. We trekked into the City early to sign in (this was before they started taking appointments). There were not a lot of brides ahead of us (it was a Sunday morning) so we were taken after about 10 minutes. We spotted THE dress hanging up. Our consultant, Nassim, was very patient, because, as so often happens, what we thought was THE dress, wasn't. She brought all different styles in to try on, and then I (MOB) spotted a dress on a mannequin I thought might work. Nassim took it right off the mannequin, brought it to the dressing room, and surprise! It was the one! Nassim called over one of the alterations specialists, Juan, and he was able to show my daughter how alterations would make this dress work for her.
Everytime I called with a question, the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions.
If you can, request Juan for your alterations expert. Not only does he know bridal, style, fabric, but he makes his brides feel like a million dollars. Alterations were a breeze and on point each time we had our appointment. At times there was a wait, but then you just wander around looking at all the beautiful dresses! And we were coming from an hour and a half away.
Highly recommend this bridal salon to everyone!

Found my dream dress!

RK Bridal was amazing from every step of the process. I walked in on a Tuesday morning with my sister and mom and we we very excited to potentially walking out knowing which one would be THE DRESS. Everyone was super friendly and Malak helped me narrow down. She is an absolute professional. I had tried on 4 dresses and although they were beautiful, they weren't the one. So Malak told me to hold on a second she has the perfect dress for me based on our discussions. She came back with THE DRESS and it was surely the one. It was gorgeous and I am so glad Malak was so amazing. We weren't there longer than 2 hours and I had picked my dress, veil and had all my alterations appointment. I loved this place so much that i brought my bridesmaids here and they found their bridesmaids dresses here along with my maid of honor's dress. Everyone loved their dresses and the alteration process was just as smooth. I also brought my dress to be cleaned and preserved and had it back within weeks. Amazing team and place. Sheryl is a bridal gem!!! Best consultant & I worked w plenty before!

First off THANK YOU RK bridal for having PLENTY of selections in ALL sizes. I went to small salons who had limited sample dresses that i could actually try on. Some literally were only hanging on my shoulders. SO THANK YOU RK bridal for respecting ALL woman of ALL sizes. But the real gem in my experience was Sheryl I had an appointment w her after already purchasing a gown at RK bridal and having serious doubts. I was so afraid they would be annoyed I wanted a second dress or had any doubts w my purchase. Sheryl made it like it was my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable she reassured me, she gave me her full attention and listened/addressed all my concerns. Sheryl is an amazing consultant because she has a genuine kind heart and I felt that!! She didn’t want to just make a sale. Wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first and only time going dress shopping, and they made the whole process so easy and fun. They have a huge selection of gowns, so I didn't feel limited in my choices at all. And Monica, my consultant, was amazing! I showed her a few pictures of dresses that I liked, and she completely understood what I was going for. She pulled so many beautiful dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't believe that I found a dress on my very first shopping outing, but Monica really knocked it out of the park with a beautiful gown – and a matching veil! – that came in under budget. Highly recommend!

I met Sheryl a few years ago when she worked with two of my closest friends weddings. So when I was engaged I knew if I would go to RK bridal, I was working with Sheryl. Found my dress on the first visit!

RK Bridal was the first store I went to, and I ended up getting my dress the same day and cancelling my appointments at other stores. I made an appointment ahead of time and was matched with Olga, who could not have been better. She looked at the photos I had brought of dresses I liked and selected a few for me to try, and the one I fell in love with was one of the first ones she chose. She was so sweet to me and my mom, and seemed genuinely excited for me. The store has a huge selection of dresses in all different price ranges (my upper limit was $1500 and there were plenty of beautiful dresses to choose from), and if all their employees are as good as Olga, you will have no trouble navigating them to find what you want! I would definitely make an appointment ahead of time, and request Olga if you can!

Sheryl Works Magic.

After visiting 3 other bridal salons, I went to RK Bridal with low expectations. I knew they had a huge selection and was hoping it would be a "stepping stone" experience to finding the right dress. A few minutes before my appointment, I looked online and saw reviews highlighting a particular consultant, Sheryl. She ended up working with my mom and I; I can't possibly thank her enough. She is truly incredible at her job. She took the time to listen to me and was extremely professional and warm throughout our consultation. Her honesty was so refreshing and ultimately what helped me find my dress. She went above and beyond to anticipate what I might like, even suggesting dresses that I would not myself have picked out, knowing that there were elements that would flatter my curves and make me feel like my best self. Overall, RK bridal has fair prices, a wide variety, and professionals who truly understand their customers. I am beyond impressed and grateful!

Consultant Lika is the absolute best!!!

I first went to to RK Bridal without an appointment on a mid September late morning/ early afternoon (it was a Saturday). Although I could see that there were a lot of people and that the store was busy, I was still greeted and helped at the front. The manager was very friendly. There were gorgeous dresses all around me, and when it came to a wide selection of dresses of high quality, I knew I came to the right place! I signed in and while I waited for my name to be called, I was able to browse the entire store and take pictures of the dresses that I really liked. Then I was paired with my wonderful consultant, Lika.

This was the very first time I went wedding dress shopping and I was all alone--having Lika there was like having a trusted friend. Once we were in the fitting room, I told Lika all the aspects of a wedding dress that I loved. I gave her my preferences but told her I was open to other options as well. I also showed her some pictures I had saved on my phone of dresses that appealed to me. After talking with me, Lika told me she just knew which dress to pull for me! It was a new dress and that it had everything I wanted. She was gone for a while and came back with many dresses. All of them were lovely. The dress that she had pictured for me was G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!! I just really don’t even have the words. Even on the hanger it was breathtaking. We decided to try that one on first and all I could say is: WOW. When we went to the big mirrors outside, everyone was in pure awe of the dress. I received so many compliments. I just knew this was the one--it had EVERYTHING I had been dreaming of and fantasizing about my whole life. We tried on other dresses, of course, and they were also nice, but nothing compared to the dress Lika pictured me in in her vision. I knew this was it, and I told her I would come back in the following weeks with my entire family to try on dresses together.

When I came back for my appointment in late October, Lika remembered me and even called the designer and style of the dress. Her memory is amazing. I said that I told her I
would be back with my family and here I was! Lika was super accommodating, friendly with my family, and patient. Even though she knew I had already made up my mind about my dress, she still brought other dresses that my family members had picked for me to give them that special experience and didn’t say anything. It was our little secret! There was a Morilee trunk show going on that same day, and she even let me play dress up and try on dresses that weren’t really my style because my family wanted to see me in them. She was so helpful both in the fitting room, and out. She was always adjusting the dresses and fixing trains to make sure I looked my absolute best. She took pictures and videos of me in different dresses, no matter how many I asked for. She took me into consideration, asked for my thoughts and gave me her honest opinion without hurting my feelings. She was an absolute doll!! I still, to this day, can’t believe that the wedding dress I chose for my special day was the VERY FIRST DRESS I EVER TRIED ON. Even though I tried on many others in similar and different styles, nothing could ever compare. She is just that good!! I have so much to thank her for!! Huge Bridal Shop with Small Town Service

I have had the most incredible experience with RK Bridal, from my appointment in September, to dress pickup last week. I am not local to the NYC area (was on a weekend getaway with my mom!) and had visited a few local shops to get ideas (one local shop was great, and one really annoyed me and made me feel pressured to purchase a dress that day). My wedding isn't until July, so I had not been in a hurry to purchase and planned to buy in September/October of this year.

My consultant was Nassim, and she was a DREAM to work with! She was very patient, asked great questions, looked at photos of dresses I had tried on and loved or tried and didn't like, pulled a couple of styles/silhouettes I had not tried on (which ended up being beautiful, but not the one!), and never made me feel pressured to purchase a dress, or was discouraged if I didn't like one. I truly felt like she was in the weeds with me, navigating to find a dress that fit my personality and budget. There is a bridal shop local to me that I really love (and carries the designer of the dress I purchased from RK), so TRULY, RK Bridal can thank Nassim for the sale that day. She provided such an incredible experience that I went for it that day and purchased the dress instead of waiting a week to place an order with my local shop when I got home.

The dress was delivered VERY quickly (much quicker than I anticipated-- thank you, Maggie Sottero!), and I had some issues with pickup (from my end), and they were flexible enough to make me feel like they wanted to help as much as they could, but strict enough that I felt like I was in good hands and the policies they had in place were there to make sure I would be taking home the dress I ordered.

All around 10/10 service, dress selection, prices, and overall experience. I will always recommend RK Bridal!

Gorgeous dresses, great prices

As soon as you walk into RK Bridal you are surrounded by the most gorgeous dresses you've ever seen! We were greeted warmly upon entering and told to shop around until they called my name. Even on a busy Saturday they didn't take more than 10 minutes to call me.

I had Malak as my consultant and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She immediately put me at ease, took time to get to know my vision (didn't take her long!). I'm plus size and was so afraid I wouldn't find anything that would flatter me. Every dress Malak pulled was not only gorgeous but also very flattering, even when she had me try on a fitted dress! The prices can't be beat. I told Malak my modest budget and every dress she pulled was well under that. Ultimately I didn't find The One there but I never felt pressure to purchase anything.

I highly recommend RK Bridal. Dresses are stunning, prices are great and the customer service is top notch (especially Malak)

Amazing experience at RK Bridal!!

I had the best experience at RK Bridal. I went in with the intentions that I would not be purchasing a dress, I only wanted to browse, and I left saying YES TO THE DRESS!!! The best consultant!

I came to RK Bridal with a vision for a dress. I loved that while we waited for my consultant, we could shop by ourselves and take pictures of our favorites on the racks. Most stores don’t let you do that. Lauren was my consultant and when I met her and explained what I was looking for, she knew exactly the dress to pull. She had one in mind but pulled multiple just in case and she was spot on! The dress was perfect! Best part was that it ended up being less than 1/3 of the budget I walked in with. She had the perfect accessories to pair with it too. I’m so happy with how everything went and my dress just arrived to my house! I went to about 6 bridal stores and no one compared to Lauren. Best Mother of Bride experience

My daughter and my niece are getting married next summer. My sister drove down from upstate NY to visit RK with me. Sandy approached us immediately with ideas. She found dresses for both of us that we wouldn't have thought would look good. She was a hoot on top of it! Had us laughing for an hour! Amazing gowns for brides AND bridesmaids!

RK Bridal was the first and only store I went to for my wedding and bridesmaids gowns. As soon as I walked in, staff was attentive and I received a consultant who was excited to help me find the dress of my dreams. After trying on 3 gowns, I already knew which was the one for my wedding day. I set up my fittings with RK bridal as well and each time I went I felt more and more beautiful in my gown. They helped me find the perfect jewelry and veil to match my beautiful Martina Liana wedding gown. I loved the experience so much, I brought my bridesmaids o the store to try on gowns. We quickly found a Colors dress that looked amazing on each girl, except the actual color we wanted wasn’t in store. We did the no frills and ordered the gowns online after taking measurements. The gowns were stunning. People are still asking me where I got my gown and my bridesmaids gowns. I highly recommend RK bridal!

I went to RK Bridal looking for a few specific dresses and designers that I assumed I would pick. But from the beginning Cheryl took the time to get to know me and had an idea of something that I would love before I even knew. It was so much fun working with her and her openness and honesty is very refreshing. We naturally vibed and bounced ideas off of each other. Absolutely love my dress and enjoyed the experience at TK

My RK experience was the best. I hesitated to do any bridal parlors where I would have to try on too many dresses and be totally confused at the point of making a final decision. My team and I statted at the clearance, for an amazing deal and indeed we found one. I was happy with my Casablanca dress and had great help from my attendant. I met the owners, they congratulated me on my choice and were just superb. It was an amazing experience, RK Bridal has every style and just about every decigner. We also got my Maid of Honor and Bridesmaid's dresses there as well. The assiatance, be it on site, in store, by phone or email were all very pleasant and accommodating.

AMAZING! Thank you Malak!!!!

I had the BEST experience at RK Bridal and cannot recommend them enough!!!!!! Some background: I went to several places in search of my gown with no luck. Most notably, I had an appointment at a well known, but overly hyped, bridal salon the night before my RK Bridal appointment. I left that overly hyped salon feeling so disheartened. The consultant had no clue what I wanted, wasn't paying attention to what I was saying and quite clearly had no interest in finding me THE gown. It seemed she had made up her mind (erroneously) that I was not serious about buying a dress and so I wasn't worth her time. I was rushed out not having tried on a SINGLE dress in the style I was looking for. Not ONE! I seriously thought I would never find a dress that made me happy if this was what was out there. I was in a HUGE salon, how could I not find the one??? Because the consultant didn't care, that's why.
The next morning, I show up for my RK Bridal appointment. Literally seconds before I walk in, still feeling hopeless from the night before, I tell my sisters and mother "I'm never going to find a dress." I was so wrong! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and introduced to Malak, my consultant. We instantly hit it off! She truly felt like an old friend. I was all over the place with my description of what I wanted (especially because I was debating between two completely different looks). Despite my difficulty explaining, she somehow knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. She went to look for dresses and returned with a rack FULL of dresses that were exactly what I had been looking for the whole time, but the other salons couldn't deliver!!!! Like others have said below, the first dress I tried on ended up being THE ONE. I don't know how she did it, but she nailed it on the first try. I am the most indecisive person ever so I tried on no less than a thousand dresses just to be sure and Malak never ever made me feel like I was taking too long or bothering her. She was so incredibly sweet, patient and supportive. At the end, I was in between two dresses and she let me take my time and try them both on as much as I needed so I could feel sure about my choice. She truly listened to everything I wanted in a dress. Everything she pulled was gorgeous and within my price range. I will forever be grateful for how welcoming and kind Malak was. I never felt rushed, I never felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and I never felt like I was just another sale. It was a completely different experience than any other salon I visited. Do yourself a favor and get your dress here! And make sure you make your appointment with Malak, you will not regret it! (P.S. I went on a weekday morning. It was very quiet. I definitely recommend doing that. It was such a relaxing experience) Thank you Malak!!!! My sister already said she's going to you when it's her turn!

loved my dress

I got my dress at RK bridal and what a great experienece. I went on a sat morning originally and it was very overwhelming and their were so many people. I went again on a thursday morning and the store was empty and the salespeople were extremely helpful. She even skyped my mom when I wanted to say yes to the dress! I got my dream dress for an amazing price!

The Most Amazing Experience

RK Bridal was the first stop in my wedding dress shopping experience and I could not have asked for a better consultant/stylist. Malak made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my preferences and used my feedback for each dress to bring a new one for me to try on. All the dresses were beautiful and I fell in love with the very one. You will find the dress of your dreams. I did!

RK made my wedding dress shopping experience wonderful! Every appointment was seamless and every dress fitting was amazing. I was lucky to catch a trunk sale or allure bridals and found the dress of my dreams. I was impressed at the delivery of the dress as well. They hand your dress over nicely steamed and in a structured garment bag. The staff was amazing and super helpful. I highly recommend going here to find the dress of your dreams.

Sheryl is the BEST!!!!!

I had the BEST wedding dress shopping experience !! From start to finish, Sheryl was AMAZING. She can just look at your and tell your style. She’s so passionate yet professional. My ceremony dress was the first dress I tried on! How she knew that was MY dress I don’t know. She was so good I went back to get my reception from her and she delivered again!! RK Bridal and finding the one!

RK Bridal was such an amazing experience. I met with Cheryl who I felt a connection with from the moment we shook hands. She was open to my suggestions but she also pulled dresses that I trusted her decision on for me and my body type. Working with her was such a pleasure, I have never had a consultant helping me with a dress make it so much fun. She made me feel like I was the only bride in the store and that it was my moment and choice to pick out the dress of my dreams. She was kind, open, honest, and most importantly she made it such an amazing experience - I am so happy I said yes to the dress at a store that looked at you as a person, as a bride, and not as someone that they can make commission off of. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress at RK Bridal.

Wonderful experience

My sister got married in 2016 and used RK Bridal. They did such an amazing job for her, so naturally when I was getting married in 2019, I also used RK Bridal and got the same amazing results! I am not overly feminine and had a few anxieties about doing something so girly as to pick out my wedding gown, but RK bridal helped ease me into the process. They were patient, knowledgable, and helped me find the dress that worked best for me. They took my vision and applied their knowledge to help me find a dress I truly, truly loved. After I found the dress, it had to be tailored, and the tailoring department did an amazing job getting the dress to fit my 4'11 frame! Juan specifically heard all of my worries and worked hard after each fitting to ensure the dress was just as I hoped it would be. RK Bridal is truly amazing and I thank them for taking this timid "tomboy" and turning me into a confident princess on my wedding day. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

bought the first dress I tried on

I found my dream dress at RK Bridal! First dress I tried on ever, and that was it! Nadine was a pleasure to work with! She really knows her stuff. From the styles I picked, she knew what I was looking for and what would look best for my body type! Her suggestions we're right up my alley. Juan from alterations was just amazing! He knew all the right things to do and taught me how to tame my babies so they wouldn't be pouring out my dress! He made sure everything was absolutely perfect, and it was.

So many dresses!

Shopping at RK Bridal was a great experience in part because of the variety of dresses their large retail space is able to offer. I came in with a budget and a vision and their staff were able to direct me to sections of the store that best matched what I wanted. Then, I met with a super knowledgable bridal attendant who took the dresses I had identified and found others I hadn't seen or hadn't considered. With her help, I was able to find a dress that made me teary-eyed... it was the one. The whole process was very professional and I would recommend RK Bridal to anyone looking to find their perfect gown.

The Perfect Dress

I’m from California & flew out to New York to try on wedding dresses - of the 3 appointments I had that day, my experience at RK Bridal was by far the best in the city! I worked with bridal consultant Malak - she really did go above and beyond to make sure I could order the perfect dress! Olga is THE BEST Bridal Consultant

Olga Olga Olga!!!! I can not express how amazing she is! If you are looking for a Bridal Consultant who actually listens to you, determined to help you find the one, not a pushy salesperson, honest and THE SWEETEST lady. Request Olga when you make an appointment!

I actually almost canceled my appointment due to how rude the staff was who responded to my emails when I sent over the dresses I wanted to try on, but my MOH said I should just go and at least try on more dresses. I honestly had no intention of buying anything there due to the rude staff who was emailing me. I was so sick of terrible customer service at this point. Isn't dress shopping supposed to be a fun exciting experience?

Anyway, I went to four stores prior to RK Bridal where I liked a few dresses, but never LOVED one. I had absolutely terrible bridal consultants who didn't listen to me at the other stores I went too. So for RK Bridal I did my research read all the reviews on Yelp and saw a few people write about Olga so when I booked my appointment I added Olga in my special requests. I wasn't sure who she was or if I'd get her but it was worth a shot!! I walked in and she introduced herself and I was immediately relieved!

I did send over a bunch of dresses prior to my appointment that I wanted to try but unfortunately, they did not have most of them (I was extremely bummed). However, Olga looked at the styles of the dresses I wanted to try and pulled similar dresses. Every dress I put on she would ask "what do you like and what do you not like" then she would come back with something that fits exactly what I'm looking for. She was the FIRST consultant that actually listened to me.

I think I tried on about 6 dresses and Olga kept asking me what my budget was because she wanted to be respectful of it. I then said, "if its a little above my budget and I love it I would probably buy it". She then said OK well I pulled this one dress that I THINK will be perfect, but keep in mind it is above your budget by $500 do you want to try it?

So, of course, I tried it on and YES she was right it was THE ONE!!!! She then let me know if you buy the day of you get 10% off! So at the end of the day, it was only $150 over what I wanted to spend and I am still staring at photos of this dress I am absolutely in love with the dress.

I do also recommend going during the week it was empty so I was able to easily walk around and look for dresses myself as well. I did read reviews about the weekend and seems like a nightmare. Olga works Monday, Thursday & Friday!

Amazing Dresses!

I attended RK Bridal knowing the dress I wanted. The sales staff looked at the picture and said they had it in their stock, but they couldn't find it! I was so disappointed. They allowed me to try on several other dresses, but while doing so, I could see the other sales assistants searching high and low for the dress I wanted to try on and after almost an hour of looking...they found it! It was MY dress! I purchased it immediately. I am grateful for their commitment to finding the dress although they could have just tried to convince me to buy something else. I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses from their online site. The process was easy and they shipped internationally, which was great! Everyone looked amazing!

Fantastic sales person

So we started at Kleinfeld's, but we didn't finish there. By going to Kleinfeld's we were able to find a designer and a style that we loved. We ended up at RK Bridal because they had the gown that I was looking for (Maggie Sottero) and it needed half the alterations that the one from Kleinfeld's needed. We worked with a stylist named Lauren, who was amazing. My mom and I are more low key than most brides that come in, and she was so helpful through the whole process.

The only complaint I have about them is about their alterations department. They are a bit of a mess. We scheduled the appointments when we purchased the dress, and we were assigned a tailor who was only available for 2 of our 4 appointments, which was a disappointment. They also like to cut it close with alterations...I picked up my dress about a week before the wedding. They got it done, but it was stressful.

Love this place!

I came in to RK for a bridesmaid dress and had such a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgable and I loved that they offered a discounted program. I took my own measurements, chose a size, and got a lesser price on the dress!
The selection is huge and the bride is super happy with the dresses. No need to go anywhere else for your girls!

RK Bridal is a nice bridal shop. I walked in as they don't take appointments. I requested to work with Sheryl because of all the rave reviews this morning. I put off finding a dress because I dislike shopping but Sheryl was warm, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I shared a photo of the best dress I've liked so far and then she went to pick dresses. I didn't even browse the store. She did all the work and knew what would look great on me. The first dress I tried on was it! ...and it was under budget! Thank you so much Sheryl! Literally, this was one of the easiest parts of the WHOLE wedding planning process.

Mother of the Bride Dresses

While recently in NYC, I (along with a friend) was searching for a Mother of the Bride dress. We were fortunate enough to find RK Bridal and SANDY! She was honest, helpful, engaging and professional. Even though RK is large and looks more like a warehouse, Sandy had me feeling like I was in a private boutique. With Sandy at the helm, we found two beautiful dresses--now, we just have to decide which to choose. I highly recommend RK and hope you meet Sandy, too.

Saved the best for last!

I went to six other wedding dress stores (and didn’t find what I wanted) before trying RK. Within 20 minutes my consultant, Nassim, found the perfect cross between what I wanted and what I looked great in. Loved it! Sold! She was also the only person (out of all the stores) who talked to me about doing a custom ‘hem to halter’ fitting upfront vs doing it in alterations. (I’m 4’11” so hemming from a normal length dress could really impact the overall shape.) Plus they have video screens where you can watch yourself “walk down the aisle” in the dress and they’ll take videos of you so you can see exactly how the dress moves! They were the only place that did any of that! I haven’t gotten the dress yet so I can’t comment on that part of it, but if it goes as well as my buying experience, I will be thrilled,

Knowledgeable Staff & Beautiful, Budget-Friendly Dresses

Nassim was absolutely on point in helping me find the perfect wedding dress! She was 100% focused and attentive to what I was looking for. The very first dress she had me try on (and she even said she thought this was the perfect dress for me) was the perfect one and the one I ended up choosing for my special day! I tried on several dresses just to be sure and compare styles. Everything she brought over was within my stated budget. She was so helpful and offered great perspective. Amazing selection and experience with Olga!

I first walked in to RK Bridal feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sheer size of the store plus it was towards the end of my day of appointments. They must have over 1,000 dresses! We waited about 15 minutes before Olga came out and greeted us. She was AMAZING! So kind, helpful and really really knew her stuff! She brought me with her to the section that had the specific style I was looking for, and let me choose dresses as well. She chose so many that I liked, I had no idea how I'd ever choose! I highly recommend this store as they have everything and definitely request Olga if you can. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and can advise what sorts of custom alterations can be done and suggest designers you may not have even known about. Definitely worth stopping here if you are shopping in NYC.

Great experience!

I went there twice, found my dress on the 2nd try (the first I was just overwhelmed, had nothing to do with the salon). My dress is due to arrive in March! The staff were all very polite and helpful, they took the 40 (no joke) photos I brought with me and looked through the computer to see what I could try on.

Massive inventory

Not your typical bridal salon, in that there are no appointments, so the earlier you get there the more time a consultant can spend with you. There inventory is also massive!! My advice is to however find what designer and styles you really like online, and then call RK to see if they have it before making a trip there.

Exactly what I imagined!!!

RK Bridal was incredible. After a disappointing trip to a different bridal store, I felt the difference as soon as we walked in here. They have SO many dresses!!! And they really are all beautiful. I was set up with Sheryl as my consultant - and she was INCREDIBLE. I kept thinking, "she is so good at her job!" as every dress she brought me made me feel beautiful. She stayed within the price range we gave her and wasn't pushy at all, which was really nice! I found my dream dress here, and I couldn't be happier with going to RK!!!

Wonderful dress and People

I love the prices and the people at RK. When I picked out the dress I had the best consultant, Nassim Shadmani. Yes I became friends and we found out we share the same birthday. RK made the whole process less stressful and even alterations went well. Juan, the seamster, was funny and relaxing even through all the craziness of planning a wedding and getting a dress. Expert. Care. Choice. Budget.

I went to the boutiques. I went to THAT STORE. I did the department stores. I tried on over 60 dresses. However, I am a gal who didn't want to spend more than $2,000 on a dress and I want to feel beautiful and comfortable. Apparently, that was a tall order. Getting quality for that price is not easy. Getting listened to by a consultant when you are in that price range is not easy.
Then I went to RK and met Nassim. She sat me down and asked me what I want in a dress, what I don't want in a dress (some of which were contradictory.) Then we walked through the store TOGETHER and she and I picked over ten dresses in my price range that fit my criteria. She told me when my face didn't light up. She saw when it did. I found my dress - a dress I had never been shown before - because she listened to me and heard requests I didn't know I had.
These consultants know their stock and do not upsell you! They want you to be happy. Her supervisor took time to get precise measurements so that I get the best size. They then helped me make alterations appointments at their in-house alterations department. My four alterations appointments are already scheduled in the oh-so-important crunch month before my wedding. I feel so taken care of. I didn't cry when I put on this dress, but I knew my search was over.

Best choice to find a wedding dress!

From the moment we walked in they were friendly, professional & made us feel important. They know what they are doing because they not only looked at what I was thinking for a dress but they also brought over dresses they thought fit my body type. I tried on 8 dresses & picked the 2nd one I tried on! I not only was happy with my dress but it was the least stressful thing I did for my wedding thanks to them!

Amazing experience all around- you’ll find your dress here !

Had an amazing experience here thanks to my wonderful stylist Celine!! I came in on a Saturday morning, arrived at about 9:45 AM and was seen right away. After describing my vision for my dress and showing a few inspiration photos, Celine came back and pulled some options for me. She absolutely nailed it with the very first dress I tried on!! As soon as I put it on, I knew it was going to be my dress. I was ready to commit on the spot, but went through the motions of my other appointments to be 1000% sure. No dress compared to the perfect one that Celine had pulled that morning. I went back 2 days later to put the deposit in and could not be more excited to get my gown. The experience here is really great- they have a huge selection, and everyone is very friendly and respectful of budgets- which is not always the case in NYC. None of the options that were pulled for me were even $1 above the budget I had given, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend RK Bridal to anyone shopping in NYC- ask for Celine if you can!

Found my dress @ RK!

I visited RK with some hesitation mainly due to the fact that they do not accept appointments and I was worried about the wait time. When I arrived, I was told that I was number 11 on the list and the wait would be 1hr 20mins. Thankfully, the wait was literally only 5 minutes. Celine was my consultant and she was great! I showed her 6 dresses that I was hoping to try on and unfortunately there was only 1 in store. I was a little disappointed but I pulled a few other dresses and Celine did as well. The first dress she picked out was absolutely stunning. The others I tried on just didn't compare. I knew I had found my dress thanks to Celine! I would definitely recommend RK Bridal and cannot wait for my dress to come in!

Fabulous selection and amazing service!
My daughter was able to convey her vision to the consultant who pulled 5 dresses. . .and my daughter lived them all!! They really are abke to translate your vision into a dress!
We were out of there, with dress ordered and paid for in 1 hour!

RK Bridal made me and my bridesmaids experience INCREDIBLE. We all had our alterations done at the location as well and the day of the wedding everyone looked so lovely. They were very easy to work with and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. Your efforts helped me truly enjoy my wedding day! A couple of days ago I went in to find a ruffled ballgown. Prior to my experience at RK Bridal, I had an appointment where the consultant kept putting me in dresses she thought I would look good in, rather than what I was asking for. At RK Bridal, I gave a very basic description to my consultant, Malak, and she immediately knew exactly what dresses to pull. The first one she put me in, was the one. She even offered helpful insight about my body shape and what bodice of dress would flatter my curvier figure. And when I wanted a longer veil, I didn't even have to describe the one in mind, she pulled one that was even better than what I had thought of. It's even better that they allow you to make a deposit, rather than needing everything up front. I loved my experience at RK Bridal, and can't wait to get my dress!

Lali was my stylist at RK Bridal and she helped me find the dress of my dreams. I went in thinking I wanted one style and ended up getting something completely different that she had recommended to me. It felt like she knew me so well! Choosing RK Bridal to get my wedding dress was a great decision. I am particularly grateful to Janice, Juan, Nana, Natalie, Tamisha, and Sheryl who were consistently helpful, kind, smiling, and an overall joy to work with! Every appointment, from the first time I came to try on wedding dresses, until the final fitting was great. RK Bridal consultants always gave honest opinions, worked diligently to understand my likes and dislikes, and made the entire bridal shop process a positive experience. I highly recommend them ! I got my wedding dress and veil from RK Bridal and I absolutely loved it! I received so many compliments on my dress specifically the day of my wedding! Juan, the seamstress made my fittings so much fun and stress free! He really listened to my feedback and the end result was amazing. The dress was perfectly fitted to my shape in every way and I received such great feedback! Everyone at RK Bridal made the whole process of finding to ordering to fittings of the dress so easy! Cannot recommend them enough.

I bought my dress and had all three of my fittings at RK. Everything went perfectly! I had no problems whatsoever with their service.
Malak was my consultant the day I went in (walk-in, on a Saturday) looking for wedding dresses. I had her full attention and didn't feel rushed in the slightest. I tried on four dresses that I pulled while walking around, and wasn't super excited about any of them. She asked me a few questions, then came back with THE dress. I never would've pulled it myself, and wasn't even sure about trying it on, but she told me to keep an open mind and as soon as it was on I fell in love.
My dress came in the week I was told it would (4 months after ordering it) and I was able to schedule all of my fittings for Saturdays leading up to the wedding. I have no complaints about the alterations department - everything went very smoothly, they accommodated my request to completely change the straps on the dress, it was taken in perfectly (after I'd lost 30 pounds since I initially bought it) and hemmed without losing any of the intricate lace detailing on the bottom.
I highly recommend RK. They have the same selection as Kleinfelds with better pricing and less fuss!

I came to RK Bridal after visiting a few other salons. The consultants I had were pushy, kept me above my price point, and never really knew what I wanted. I visited RK Bridal on a weekday with two girlfriends and I was blown away! The consultants were lovely, they made sure they knew what I was looking for - and when I asked for advice, my consultant actually picked me a dress I would have never tried on myself - and of course that was the dress. I was planning a relatively quick wedding (5 months), so the staff there worked with me to ensure I got a dress that was the right size just in time for my wedding! During the whole experience, I never felt rushed or pressured at all. I did not do alterations at the salon, but everything else was more than I could have asked for in a dress shopping experience!

Got my dream dress at RK Bridal. I felt like a princess on my wedding day! The saleswomen were incredible and found me a dress that worked perfectly for my body in my budget. They also found my mother a perfect MOB dress!

RK Bridal also did my alterations, making me dress fit like a glove. Can't recommend them enough!

I visited RK Bridal this past Sunday to look for a wedding dress - long story short, we just booked our venue for 6/30 LAST WEEK, so we only have 3 months to plan. Our consultant was Olga, and I really can't say enough good things about her!! She is the absolute sweetest, knows exactly what she's doing as she's been in the business for 28 years, and was EXTREMELY patient with me throughout the whole process (even with my attitude, multiple breakdowns, etc.). I tried on an Enzoani dress that I was absolutely in love with, but unfortunately since I am really short on time, it wouldn't have been shipped in time for my wedding. I only had the option of rush ordering a Mori Lee dress, which Olga had found in-stock for me in a size 2 by some miracle! I completed the order and gave the deposit, but after a change of heart about 2 days later, I had to cancel it. It was of course already shipped out since it was a rush order, but one of the ladies named Candy was extremely helpful throughout throughout the cancellation process & explained the fee we would be charged to return the dress to the designer. All in all, had I not been in such a time crunch, this would have been my first and only stop as the experience was nothing but wonderful and pleasant. They really do make you feel special when you 'say yes to the dress', I'm just sorry it didn't work out for me. Definitely give this place a try if you have ample time to place an order on the dress of your dreams - I am sure you will find it here!

My sister is super picky but this was the perfect place for her to find the “IT” dress. Make sure to ask for Sheryl, she’s patient, cut throat and doesn’t spend any seconds beating around the bush! She made the experience highly individualized & used her expertise to provide the best advice while still giving the bride space and room to make her own decisions! SHERYL FOR THE WIN @ RK Bridal!

After a few visits to other stores, I was convinced I wasn't going to find a dress that I was in love with. I found plenty that I thought were great, but none that made me want to go ahead and buy them. I decided to give RK Bridal because they seemed to have every brand you could think of and it ended up being the best decision I could have made. Everyone was so nice in helping find what I wanted. The whole process was so easy and everyone seemed to genuinely care. They went above and beyond in every step of the process. It was the best experience I had while dress shopping and would highly recommend it to anyone. Now I just have to wait for my dress to come in! :)

RK was the best choice after a nightmare experience at a bigboxbridal shop that left me in tears. I went to RK alone on my first visit because I was barely in the mood to be a 'bride'. I told the consultant what i thought I was interested in (which was clearly what the previous consultant told me would be best to hide my curves). The consultant, Natalie, listened and found dresses under my budget that matched. She then asked if I would be willing to try other styles on that might flatter my shape better. THANK GOD FOR NATALIE BECAUSE THAT GIRL KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. I think it was maybe the 2nd dress of her picking that I fell in love with. I brought my family back a few weeks later and Natalie put me in more dresses as I requested and then let me try MY dress on a few times :)
Natalie knows her stuff, she explained how the non-sample-size dress would lay or where the straps could be, or just anything. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found her and RK. I have now completed my 2nd round of alterations and love my dress more and more.
For two months before I found RK i was the bitter bride watching Say Yes to the Dress, bitter about the previous experience that I had and that I didn't have a wonderful dress in my budget. RK Bridal changed that.
