We absolutely loved our experience with River Bottom Ranch. Montana and Devin are a phenomenal team with a great staff. From the first venue tour to our big day we felt supported and trusted the RBR team to make our vision come to life. Wedding guests had great feedback about the venue, location, staff, and all of the details that were taken care of. November Wedding
We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the stunning River Bottom Ranch, and we truly could not have imagined a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
A huge part of that was thanks to Montana, our incredible wedding coordinator and venue owner. She was truly the backbone of the entire day. She was organized, calm, and endlessly supportive. She worked so closely with all of our vendors, handled every detail seamlessly, and even managed an unexpected rain storm that hit on our wedding day with such grace that we barely felt a moment of stress. She also worked on getting us refunds from vendors who cancelled on us and for providing us with subpar equipment. Her team was just as amazing, stepping in wherever needed and making sure everything ran flawlessly. We felt so cared for the entire time.
We also want to give a special shoutout to our photographer, Devon. He was amazing! Very professional, creative, and genuinely fun to work with. He went above and beyond to capture the emotion and magic of the day, and he and Montana even surprised us with a beautiful short clip of our wedding. It meant so much to have something to enjoy right away while waiting for the full gallery.
We did the all inclusive package and definitely felt like we got our money’s worth!
Overall, we could not recommend this venue, Montana, her team, or Devon more highly. They made our wedding day unforgettable, and we’re endlessly grateful for their hard work, kindness, and dedication. If you’re considering this venue DO IT. You’ll be in the best hands. -

I am writing to share my exceptional experience with The River Bottom Ranch, where we held our micro wedding. It truly exceeded all my dreams.
Montana, the wedding planner, and Devin, her husband, are amazing people and extremely easy to work with. Their process and procedures are top-notch, and everything runs like a fine-oiled machine. My wedding was perfect with absolutely no hiccups.
Their biggest selling points are the property itself, the all-inclusive packages, and the fact that Devin never tried to pressure us into having our wedding at their venue. He was extremely laid back throughout the process and had the best energy. I loved that he did not try to oversell his venue. Montana was also extremely helpful with several referrals for hair, makeup, florists, etc. She is extremely talented and can take anything you give her decoration-wise and make it look so beautiful.
Devin is also extremely talented in his photography skills. He was so kind and took separate pictures of my elderly family members during the family wedding photos, which I thought was very special. My pictures came out beyond amazing, and he had all my pictures to me in 10 days, which was phenomenal timing-wise.
All of the guests who came to the wedding raved about the beauty of the venue and how well-organized the whole team of staff members were. We give the venue a 20 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a wedding at a beautiful venue with the best scenery.

The team at River Bottom Ranch worked closely with us to personalize the event to our exact vision, from the décor to the menu. The food was exceptional; we partnered with Sticky Icky BBQ and The Craft House and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The space was also large enough to accommodate all our guests comfortably (of 140) with plenty of space to dance, mingle, and enjoy the celebration.
We are so grateful to have chosen The River Bottom Ranch for our wedding. It truly made our day unforgettable. If you're looking for a breathtaking venue with outstanding service, this is the place -

The most serene and beautiful venue surrounded by nature
Montana and Devin are truly amazing to work with. We booked the micro wedding package to keep a small intimate wedding. As well as not having to worry about booking vendors individually. I expressed my vision and Montana delivered more than I ever imagined. All of her vendors are incredible! We were able to be present and fully enjoy our day! I cannot say enough wonderful things about River Bottom Ranch! We booked their micro-wedding package and it was truly the best choice we could have made. Everything was included — the gorgeous venue, a plated dinner (which was AMAZING), DJ, photographer, décor, and coordination. The suites we got ready in were adorable and the property itself is filled with so much greenery and beauty.
Montana, our planner and day-of coordinator, was an absolute angel. She handled every detail flawlessly, from finding us a cross for our altar to coordinating extra rentals like our lounge seating and sweetheart table. She even recommended hair and makeup artists who matched exactly what I envisioned — soft glam with a natural vibe and an updo. She put everything together so perfectly that when I walked into our ceremony and reception, it felt like stepping into a dream.
Devin, our photographer, went above and beyond as well — he even traveled to Joshua Tree for our engagement shoot! The photos are breathtaking and such a treasure to us. Both Montana and Devin poured so much love and effort into making our day magical, and it showed in every single detail.
My wedding day was completely stress-free and more beautiful than I ever imagined. If you’re looking for a venue where the owners genuinely care and will go above and beyond for you, River Bottom Ranch is it! -

Amazing. Beautiful. I'm a wife that got her dream wedding! And I owe a lot to Montana and Devin for being so welcoming and letting us BE US. They worked hard to make my wishes happen. Everything came out perfect. Venue is beyond beautiful, staff and coordination was on point. We still get complements to this day. I'm thrilled I chose to spend my first day of my forever at River Bottom Ranch💙 -

Great venue and great team!
April 2026 - All inclusive package + Extra
We picked this venue in June 2025, so we had about 10 months of planning. We fell in love with the grounds- they have a spacious venue with various ‘yards’ that we viewed in our walk through of the venue. The space is beautiful and natural, if you pay attention to what’s around you - you’ll notice a ton of little things like honey suckle, fish in the river, and blackberry bushes.
We were contracted under their all inclusive option, so much of the planning fell onto me and my fiancé - though we were able to contact Devin, Montana, and Sierra about any questions we have. There was some wait time in response but we came to understood that they have a young family. They would connect us with or share their recommended vendors, many of them had all the items we were looking for and more!
Us being rather new to formal events, Montana and Sierra walked us through what is typically expected and timelines- like father daughter dance, bouquet toss, etc and alternatives - so we could think about what we wanted to do or wanted to add.

Devin is really quick to respond and works with all styles of photography I had shown him from our Pinterest inspiration. He’s really chill, he walked us through our first ‘professional shoot’. We loved our photos that he returned to us!
Bar:
I forget the bar staffs name, but she was super super accommodating and informative. We brought our own items and she was able to tell us the FL oz and the range of amount for the drinks we desired at the wedding.

Montana and Sierra would touch base with us and had walk throughs of the facility to talk about our vision, placement, variability in placement (cause it’s a huge space), and setting up of the rehearsal day and timeframes.
[Day-before wedding]
Rehearsal was smooth. We were able to practice as many times as we needed to get a feel for what to expect and do for the wedding. We were able to make last minute changes to the binder plan that my fiancé and I had prepared to meet a better aesthetic. Sierra promptly wrote these new notes down and walked us through pacing and what to expect as well as get our family members to be comfortable with this part of the ceremony.
[Day of Wedding]
POV you’re me and my fiancé. We have 95% planned out and done and we’re scrambling lowkey on getting our folks together and on schedule with us an our coordinators. We had some DIY we didn’t get to finish - putting photos on backdrops and putting our papers on the seating chart. Sierra and co was able to finish this on our behalf so we can have our day to just be our big fun day with everyone! We never expected them to do it for us and we are so thankful that they did - albeit it was not major DIY (getting ready for the day took us longer than expected).
Sierra, Devin, and Montana checked in with us to let us know our timeline for our wedding day and kept us moving so we can get all the big stuff out of the way so we can enjoy the rest of it. Sierra would check in on us to make sure we knew when to be ready by for photos with Devin, where to go for rep-entrance, and when we were done with all the mini events planned.
By the end of the night, my fiancé and I were a good silly mood and so happy that we chose venue and so thankful for the team that made the day so smooth for us. They were accommodating and clear with all the little customizations we wanted for our wedding.
All we had to do basically day of was bring our stuff, get ready, do our jobs, have fun, clean up our personal items (makeup clothes), and pick up our big items the next day.
Our guests loved the venue, the vibes, and the staff. I would love to come here again as a guest so I can enjoy a drink by the riverbed -

Riverbottom Ranch
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Riverbottom Ranch 10/10/2025 and definitely recommend! The property is beautiful with all the trees, the fire pit, the little pond.. etc! They also installed more outdoor string lights during our planning process which turned out so beautiful for the evening! Outdoors was perfect!! The suites do need a little bit of an upgrade in the bathrooms, specifically the toilet area because the doors are outdated and the toilet is in a small space. Other than that, the women’s suite had great lighting and comfortable seating/get ready areas! The outdoor bathroom from her vendor for guests was very nice and really clean and spacious!
Montana and Devin, the property owners were amazing to work with! They went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Montana is a bit hard to get a hold of during the planning process, but she lets it be known that she takes it one wedding at a time. The week of the wedding, she was all hands on deck and would respond immediately. She also called me to ensure I was okay the week of the wedding as it was a stressful time for me! Her reassurance was greatly appreciated, and I loved that she reached out and checked in. With our package, she was wedding coordinator day of and did amazing! Devin is also an amazing photographer. He did our engagement photos and wedding day photos, and did not disappoint! We got our photos back before 2 weeks after the event! They both worked with us on numerous occasions to ensure our vision was everything we expected! She also worked well with our chosen vendors for the DJ & dance floor @thefresnodjcompany and R&R rentals! I didn’t have to communicate with any vendors on wedding day because she already made arrangements with them.
I did do a detailed binder of how I wanted the table settings to be. It was not followed completely. Our faux flowers were not in the vases and were woven into the greenery on the table. We did not make this a big deal, as the guests were already seated by the time I noticed and the flowers were still used. Our sweetheart table also was not set how it was supposed to be such as the floating candles that were supposed to be in a vase but Montana fixed that right away. She did ask if I wanted to do a walk through prior to the wedding but I didn’t make time, but that was my mistake.
The venue is also partnered with Sticky Icky BBQ. Communication with this restaurant is horrible. You need to be the ones to reach out to them to plan a taste test and remind them prior to the wedding of what you need ordered. They will not keep track of this information. They also are not the best at responding back right away. The serving size of their food is good though and food was delicious.
Overall, our experience was wonderful! The all inclusive package is definitely worth it. -

Magical fairyland wedding
River Bottom Ranch gave me the space to have a magical wedding! There is something there that makes you feel so at peace from their big trees to Montana and Devin’s caretaking presence! Everywhere is a photo opp and made me feel so grounded! My guests loved the venue! Would highly recommend dancing barefoot in the grass this is not a dance floor type of venue 😍 -
