Riley is a talented, thoughtful, and compassionate photographer. She is as respectful as she is powerful and was able to command attention when necessary to get the wonderful photos of our family and friends at our wedding while also getting beatiful posed and candid photos of us throughout. Riley truely listens to you as a client while also thinking about details we would have never considered. If I could give this a million stars, I would! Riley made our dream day what it was because of who she is. I first met her at a friend's wedding where I was a bridesmaid 2 years ago. All I could think about was how beautiful she made my friend feel as a bride, her energy with the whole group, her inclusivity and I knew that's what I wanted on my wedding day. When you think about a photographer capturing the most important pictures for you and your lover's biggest day, you need more than just someone who is good with a camera. She has a personality that makes it fun to get uncomfortable, try something new with pictures, but always respect the couple! She brought out this confidence in us that made our album even better!
When I got engaged summer of 2023, I don't think I could pick up the phone fast enough to make sure she was available! She knew the schedule up and down, in fact offered to help make it flow better and made a few tweaks with our coordinator. We had a destination wedding in Cabo, so lots of distance that made the small things hard but not impossible. Riley showed up, walked the resort, knew her spots for lighting, you just knew she was going to crush it. She is also very responsive, will be the guiding light, knows A LOT so can even play a little bit of a coordinator too! She's everything you want and then some.
I can look at our album and still remember every moment of everyday.
Fast forward 4 months after our wedding, she's now a friend who is welcomed into our home at any time. That's what you'll get when you book Riley! -

Riley is Incredible!
We feel so lucky to have been connected with Riley through our planner. Riley is absolutely incredible and we cannot recommend her enough. To start with, the quality of the photos was amazing. They came out beautiful and exactly in the kind of style we were hoping for.
Working with Riley was very easy - she is super flexible and just fun to be around! We honestly felt like we were hanging out with a friend during our shoots. My partner and I are both pretty shy, and Riley did a great job helping us feel comfortable.
For each of our two photo shoots, she focused on our needs and advocating for exactly what we wanted while also being kind and professional. For example, there was a moment after the ceremony where I felt overwhelmed with the crowd and wanted a moment with my husband. Without skipping a beat she announced that everyone could move to the reception area and I was so grateful in that moment.
Her turnaround time was faster than we expected and we were thrilled to get to see sneak peaks of some of our wedding photos just days after the wedding.
We would hire Riley again in an instant and are so grateful for her work and will cherish our photos for the rest of our life! -

We loved working with Riley for our Austin wedding! She brought such a fun, empowering, get-hyped attitude for both our group sessions and portraits. We connected via a pre-session questionnaire, beers at a patio bar, and an engagement session before our big day. For our wedding day, she brought in a second photographer, Karen, which helped fully realize our photos from multiple angles. She was flexible with our wedding schedule, and made sure that we had time to catch Golden Hour portraits on our own during dinner. Going back through our photos has been like reliving our wedding day all over again, and we’d gladly recommend her for all your engagement/wedding needs! -

She helped with the planning process, literally built our timeline with us, was understanding of family members' health concerns, helped set tables, directed people, and truly was one of the most important pieces of our wedding day. Riley helped guide us through fun couples portraits and truly made me feel the most beautiful I ever have. Working with Riley Glenn was one of the most incredible experiences. She made us feel exceptionally comfortable throughout the entire experience during initial inquiries to after finishing our gallery. Okay I could talk for hours about how amazing Riley is. She is the sweetest, most down to earth and supportive photographer I could have ever asked for. We had so much drama due to extreme winds and freezing weather but you literally would never know looking at the photos and looking at Riley taking them. She was pumping us up, she was positive when we all needed it most, she was everything we needed and I’m forever grateful. This girl got us. She accepted us for everything we are and turned our engagement pictures and wedding pictures into art. I just can’t describe how obsessed I am with her. She will forever be in our lives. -

Y'ALL. Where do I begin?? I found Riley through an Instagram search when she still lived in Des Moines and knew right away that she was the person I wanted to shoot my wedding photos. Even though she moved to Austin after we booked her, she still came back to shoot both our engagement photos and our wedding. She has a few different packages, so we chose the one that included engagement photos, and we were so glad we did and that we got to meet her before the wedding! Not only is she a fantastic photographer and artist, but she is a genuinely warm and kind human being. The exact type of person you would want to capture big moments in your life. Getting our engagement photos back made us even more excited for our wedding! Riley has questionnaires that she has you fill out to get to know you better and to make sure she captures not only the subjects you want photographed, but the whole ~vibe~, and she did just that. Our wedding day was perfect, and Riley was a huge part of why. She is so organized and detail-oriented, and made sure we were on time and that we got to all of our planned locations without making us feel rushed. We truly had the best day!! We got our preview within 24 hours of the wedding, (our full gallery in 5 weeks) and I don't think I've stopped looking at the photos since! Everyone I've shared them with has been absolutely blown away. We look like ourselves, but also like freaking MODELS. HIRE HER!!! -

Photography was one of my top priorities when planning for our May 2021 wedding and not a decision that I took lightly. We met with several other options and felt under(and over)whelmed with the choices, until we met with Riley. We instantly knew, despite having our first meeting on video call (COVID bride!) that she was the right fit for us. She is easygoing and thoughtful and took the time to really get to know us as a couple. It's evident from the first time you meet Riley that she values relationships and true connections. She kept us at ease during a stressful time and played a huge role in ensuring that our wedding day was a success - from the timeline to the tiniest of details, she was on top of it all. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and now we proudly call Riley a friend. All of these qualities are just the cherry on top to the fact that she is an incredibly talented photographer. Our engagement and wedding photos speak for themselves - the hardest choice we've had to make during the process is which to frame. -

Riley is incredible!
Riley was friendly and super accommodating with our budget. She was the only photographer out of several who asked to FaceTime with me and my Fiancé, which made our elopement feel all the more real and validating to us, especially when we were doing this 100% on our own. She toured our location a few days before us to give us a rundown of her ideas and listen to our, and even checked in with us on the day before our elopement. Riley was not only our photographer, but she acted as our coordinator, cheerleader, and friend. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone. -

Riley was amazing, professional, and a really cool person to be around. She was an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I took a trip out to Colorado because Riley was going to be there specifically for photoshoots. So we planned a little getaway just so Riley can take our photos with some beautiful scenic backdrops. We were beyond happy with the photos we received. She coached us on how to pose and made us feel relaxed so that she can get the right shot. I highly recommend anyone looking for a photographer to take any of your life’s important moments. -

Highly Recommend
The best in so many ways! Riley is clearly very talented but also wonderful to work with. She has been accommodating with everything that has happened due to the pandemic. This included rescheduling engagement photos more than once. This also included splitting up our wedding coverage. Our reception was postponed until next year, but we still chose to have a small ceremony this year. She has done everything to help us make our desired backup plan a reality, while still making sure we will have photos from both events. -

Riley is the absolute best! There are hundreds of photographers out there, but if you want someone who will take the time to get to know you and capture those little looks that make your day extra special....Riley is the one! Throughout the entire process she was easy to get ahold of, available to get together & talk about our wants and needs, and when the day came - ON TIME, supportive & fun! We chose to do our pictures after the ceremony, so we had a tight window of opportunity before the reception started. Riley was ORGANIZED, creative & calming when we needed it. She helped make our day nearly perfect & the photos she captured brought tears to our eyes! She nailed it! We even jokingly referred to her and the “photo ninja” as she captured images from many different perspectives, yet we never really noticed her moving around! Riley is an incredible human being, both personally and professionally!
From the moment I found Riley's website I KNEW I had to have her do our wedding! She did such an amazing job on both our engagement photos and our wedding day. She made both me and my husband feel so comfortable from the beginning and she's so easy to talk to. She was flexible with our schedules, last minute changes, and me nit-picking little things to photoshop out of our photos. :) She really turned simple locations into these amazing photoshoots. She was worth every penny and I'm so sad she's leaving Iowa! I'll have to steal her away from Austen, Texas for any future photoshoots my husband and I may need! -

180% Worth It: Good quality and Value Don't Even Begin to Describe Her Work
My husband and I had a very Covid wedding and Riley was simply amazing! She is professional and very fun to work with, she can make even the most stubborn person smile with ease, and she made our wedding day very special. Her work is flawless and she is able to catch the most beautiful moments candidly. She is flexible and very responsive in her correspondence and her pricing is amazing! She should honestly charge more because her work is that great. My husband says that she can make the most introverted person feel comfortable in front of the camera, even when he has to wait for his bride to show when she'll be "five minutes late" (shows up an hour later). Good quality and value don't even begin to describe her dedication and professionalism. She is a true artist and the perfect photographer. You should definitely invest in her because it is 180% worth it!! -

Extremely talented photographer
You must have Riley photograph your wedding! She has a kind, comfortable, and hilarious disposition, yet is able to take charge when coordinating wayward wedding parties! She even saved our outdoor ceremony from a noisy weed whacker. Not only that, but her perspective, eye for detail and photography style are thoughtful, breathtaking and exquisite!
