Rob the DJ was great, he's also done my sisters wedding therefore I knew off the bat he would be a great for our wedding. He was very respectful and very professional.

My husband had purchased a raffle ticket that was being donated by RIJ DJ for a benefit dance for my nephew Jaxson Saenz. When my husband won the raffle we were so excited because my daughter was going to graduate High School. We booked Robert since August of last year. Sounds like a long time ago but the months just flew by. With my daughter being the last of my four kids to graduate we thought this would be perfect. Robert I want to thank you for being part of our special day. It was a lot of fun and we all had a good time. It's was a Graduation Party we will all remember. You are awesome!!!

I had a lot of personal requests for my wedding, and Robert made sure to make almost all of them happen exactly as I wanted. Music was one of the most important parts of our wedding, so our expectations were high, to say the least.

Robert was amazing!! He was genuinely caring, he went above and beyond, and was part of what made my wedding the most memorable night of my life. He was accommodating, listened to my preferences and did everything to out my worries about my wedding at ease!

Robert (the DJ) was absolutely fantastic. He of course handled all of the music requests perfectly, but more importantly, he worked directly with the officiant and wedding coordinator to set up all the transitions flawlessly. His professionalism and experience completely removed a potential wedding day stress point for us and we could not recommend his services any higher. Also, he's a fun and happy guy which certainly helps make an event entertaining!

We got married last weekend, and DJ Robert was FANTASTIC! He is so energetic and helpful....and he really knows how to make a party FUN! He played music from our (extensive) song list, and he played additional songs which really fit the scene. He made announcements for us to notify the guests of various activities, and he encouraged everyone to get up and dance! It was a beautiful reception, and DJ Robert was a great part of it!

Robert did a quality Job for our event and I would use him again in heart beat. He strived to understand our needs and he delivered on all aspects. He is professional, very personal and friendly which makes the process of doing business with him alot less stressful. The music was diverese and current and there was always feet on the dance floor. We recieved many positive comments on the music.

In short, if you need a DJ for an event you would be remiss in not contacting Robert to see how he can meet your needs. Five Thumbs Up....

Robert was amazing! He struck the perfect balance between listening to our ideas and guiding us toward a successful event. His personality is both fun and professional. He kept the dance floor lively through the entire wedding. We would definitely recommend him!

Robert was a joy to work with! From our first meeting I knew he was the perfect choice for our wedding. He made sure we had no worries and was super flexible with all of the bumps in the road and last minute changes. I have found a DJ for future events for sure.

Look no further than RIJ DJ Entertainment! Robert was a comedian, announcer, facilitator, narrator and DJ all in one! Everyone was extremely happy with his performance at our party. We are reserving him for next year and we will be telling everyone that he is the BOMB!

I'm so happy we choose Robert for our event. Everybody kept telling me what a great time they were having, the type of music and transition between the different styles of music. It was nice to see everybody having a great time dancing. I'd recommend him for any event!

Robert is a very professional person with his business. From day one, when we first met him. He explained what he could do for my daughter's Quinceniera. We had confidence in him that we hired him for our special event. Days before our event, Robert kept intouch with us making sure we didn't change any details according to the plans we had made. The whole night, Robert had everyone dancing!!! He made my Daughter's 15th birthday one she will never forget! Even a year later, Robert still continues to call us to let us know any specials he is having. Never have I met a person who puts so much devotion to something he loves to do. Robert was great! I received compliments from guests all night on the music selection he had. He was on board with all of our ideas and provided input to make them even better. He was flexible and worked with us to stay beyond his initial time when the party wasn't ready to die.

Robert did an amazing job helping us from beginning to end. He had wonderful song suggestions, and was always professional and polite. Our photographers were not booked the entirety of the wedding and when they had to leave before the cake cutting, Robert whipped out his camera and took some beautiful photos for us, it was very sweet and surprising of him! All our music was perfectly queued, and he really took the time to answer all of our questions.

RIJ DJ Entertainment (Robert) and his MC skills during the pre-ceremony/ceremony to the reception made our wedding celebration on September 28, 2013 so fabulous! Everything went smoothly and uninterrupted, from locating the instrumental for my soloists' song to announcing us into the room all the way through the night. It has been 2 weeks since my wedding and my guests still can't stop talking about how much they loved the music choices. I provided Robert with artists we liked an idea of the genres, and he executed with an eclectic mix of music that allowed everyone to feel welcomed. RIJ DJ is so professional and goes above and beyond. The light show he does is a must have!!!. My original choice colors clashed and Robert made note of it, was prepared with different colors, and he switched the colors so that the ambiance of the room and floral arrangements really tied together.

He made sure that we stayed on track and when he noticed guests getting antsy he, communicated it to me and guided me in moving around the schedule to ensure I would have the best evening possible. He worked the room and made sure that the groom and I (bride) were the focus. We loved our CD and continue to dance to our first dance.

I loved Robert's energy; he and his assistant (nephew) were so energetic and vibrant. Robert went above and beyond my intense expectations. My guests enjoyed the line dancing music. When he announced my sorority sisters of DST, I felt like I was back in my days of undergrad. I know this review is detailed- which is to reflect how detailed Robert (RIJ DJ Entertainment) was to my needs prior to and during my wedding! We thank you greatly!!

Robert was exceptional in nearly every way. He listened carefully to our preferences, mixed the songs beautifully, was helpful and flexible in figuring out the microphones for our ceremony, and truly seemed to genuinely want our wedding to be wonderful.

Had the pleasure of meeting Robert over a year ago at a friends wedding and new from that day that he would be our DJ at our wedding. My wife and I got married on Saturday Oct 5th. Robert made the wedding better than ever expected. He has a great personality and really takes time to get to know you. Great with children as well. Definitely went above and beyond. Glad to call him a friend now! Hands down the best DJ in Tucson if not all of AZ. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

RIJ DJ (Robert) was the best. My daughter's wedding was July 20th it went smoothly and without any interruption. A comment was made to me by one of the guests that Robert kept the reception flowing such as cutting of the cake, the bouquet toss, etc...
When I requested a song he played it immediately.

I am so happy with Robert I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a DJ.
Thanks so much Robert for your help in making my daughter's wedding a fantastic memory for her.

Robert was as professional as they come! He took a load of stress off by being so organized and on top of every detail so I didn't have to worry about it! Robert was a grade "A" DJ!! From the first phone call I made to speak with him for my daughters Quinceanera, he was more than helpful and I knew we had to meet with him in person. We called many DJ's before calling him and after meeting with us, my daughter knew she wanted him to play at her party. Robert knew exactly what she wanted and he impressed all my guests. I recieved many compliments on the variety of music and he played any request of songs. My guests were on the dance floor from the moment he began playing to the end of the night. My daughters Quinceanera couldnt of been any better if any one else played. I really appreciated Roberts phone calls during the planning stages to see if everything was running smoothly and if we had any special requests that he could assist us with. He worked well with all of my daughters requests in music and he knew exactly what she wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back for any event if needed. Robert would be my first choice in the music field, and I highly recommend this skilled DJ to anybody who is looking to have a good time and dance the night away.Thank you Robert!

Robert did an amazing job I gave him a huge list of songs from ever genre you can imagine he found them all we only danced for 3 hours or so but the crowd loved it!! and I got 7 CD's with all my favorite music on it. couldn't have asked for a better reception! overall Robert is a great guy and a joy to work with!

Robert did such a great job! We gave him a list off music we liked, and must-have songs, and he made it all happen, including our more unusual requests. He also served as the emcee of the evening, and did a great job. The wedding was at Tanque Verde Ranch, and he and Cindy, the wedding coordinator there have it all down to a science. A smooth-running, very personalized science.

Robert was great. We ended up e-mailing him really last minute with our song and band requests, but he had no problem with it and handled all the music perfectly. We even just told him what kind of music we liked and that we wanted fun dancing music and he made a great night of dancing for us.

Robert was a fabulous DJ. I have received SO many compliments on the music from both parents and teens who attended my daughter's Sweet 16. Even more than that...
Our first meeting with Robert - He was very professional and confident. My daughter liked him right off the bat. He tapped into what she was looking to plan and was very familiar with the music she wanted. She was very at ease when we left.

Follow up communication - Robert emailed to check up on us and sent us ideas for music. Always encouraging us to communicate with him if we needed anything or had any questions.

Final Meeting before event - Robert came with all his ducks in a row:) He guided us through the procession of our events, basing it on what we had asked for. It really helped us put all the details in order. He was participating and always kept to what we were wanting to have happen throughout our event. Paid very good attention to details and names.

Event - Robert was always very accommodating to the changes we made. We had a rededication ceremony followed by dinner and then the dance. Robert kept the evenings events moving absolutely smoothly. I had no worries and I did not have to be babysitting the clock all night. I can not thank you enough Robert for taking care of all the details and letting me enjoy this fabulous evening with my daughter and our family.

My daughter even made the comment..."Well, if we have any other kind of event that needs a DJ, we will have to go wherever Robert is." From a teenager, that is a huge compliment! She absolutely had a fabulous time the entire evening!

Robert was amazing!! He was the DJ for my sisters wedding at Tanque Verde Guest Ranch and I loved his energy and how he worked the crowd. He had ideas we never thought of that gave the overall experience above and beyond any DJ service I have ever seen! So, I booked him for my Halloween party and WOW!!! Over the top!!! Many of our guests wanted his contact info and could not believe his set-up. RIJ has earned out business for all of our events!!!

Robert with RIJ DJ Entertainment was wonderful to work with! He was always very easy to talk with and helped out with our planning. Robert DJ'd for us at Tanque Verde Ranch in the Cottonwood BBQ area. The sound quality and the tunes were great. The level of DJ participation was exactly what we asked for. Robert was extremely professional and personable. We'd look for an excuse to throw another party to hire him again.

There's only 1 word that I can use to describe Robert - "PROFESSIONAL". He took great pride in making sure every part of our wedding reception went perfect from beginning to end. He was very involved and informative in the song planning & the reception process. When the day of the wedding arrived, he alleviated all of our worries when it came to MC'ing the bridal party and the reception presentation. At the end of the night, we received a numerous of compliments from everyone! We would definitely recommend his PROFESSIONAL services ANYTIME!

Robert was AMAZING!!! He listened to us when we first met with him and kept in constant contact throughout the planning process. At the wedding he had a good "feel" for what kind of music we wanted and to what the crowd was responding to. I would definitely ask Robert to be my DJ for any future event I have planned and would recommend him to everyone who is searching for a DJ.

Robert was great! He made sure my husband and I got him all of the information he needed to make our night the best! We gave him a list of artists we liked and some MUST HAVE songs and he made everything happen. The flow of music was great, the change from English to Spanish songs was awesome and appropriately timed. I had a blast the whole night and danced the whole time!

Robert was a tremendous DJ who not only did a great job with the music, but was incredibly patient with us and managed the timeline all night! Robert made us feel comfortable by meeting with us well in advance of the wedding, asked great questions and was very respectful of all involved. Robert was great! He was able to imrpovise as needed during the wedding. He met with my husband and I before the wedding with a checklist which helped keep us organized. Robert and the photographer also colaborated to keep the reception running smoothly! Robert goes above and beyond to get any music selection that was requested! The best part was that he gave us and my maid of honor a CD with special songs that we requested! We would definately use him again for other gatherings!!!

I cannot say enough good things about RIJ Entertainment. Robert was more than I could have hoped for in a DJ. The only part of the wedding I was really interested in was the music at the reception. Robert completely understood the vibe I wanted to create with the music and was incredibly accomidating when I would send him my requests (which was a couple times a week). He really made the party flow with his emceeing as well. Most of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music and Robert, as well. He is super easy going and a total professional. I would hire him in a heart beat. No request was too large or too small. He really pays attention to how the party is going. He made me feel comfortable from the first time we spoke. I am incredibly impressed with his services. I would recommend him for any event.

I had a great experience working with Robert. I had to plan an out of town wedding and he made it very easy for me. He was quick with all email responses and worked with me on must have songs and even had great suggestions for all of the special songs such as garter toss, cake cutting, etc. He is very reasonably priced and worth the money! Many other DJs cost extra for using light shows, but he did it all without any extra or hidden costs. I would definitely recommend RIJ DJ Entertainment!

Mr. Lopez catered to our every need. We wanted things a certain way, and he made it happen! He didn't play one song the wedding group didnt want to hear. He interacted very well with the family and guests and didnt ignore any requests, he made it all happen. From the ceremony to the last dance, every song was on point and hit the mood just right! He has tons and tons of experience, and made us feel very comfortable.
Because of his experience he gave us plenty of options and ideas for songs and dances, and made everyone besides us happy and comfortable. He worked really well with our wedding coordinator, considering they never worked with eachother.
We have already recommended him to friends and family, and we've been told our guests have recommended him to their friends and family. Get in touch with Robert fast because his year is filling up!

I couldn't have been happier about hiring Robert Lopez/RIJ DJ Entertainment. During the whole planning process he was fantastic, professional and very attentive. On the day of our wedding he was there every step of the way. We had many compliments on the video/slide show he did for us. Robert kept our family and friends on their feet and dancing, even though we are not a dancing crowd... it was a blast. Provided a great variety of music that the students loved! The lighting was awesome, and the DJ was highly flexible when it came to announcements throughout the prom. Robert is the type of DJ every bride needs. I was doing the majority of the wedding planning myself as my fiance had to work out of town, on top of then planning to move to be with my new hubby. I was operating on frantic levels but Robert made me smile every time I saw him. He always stressed to me that he would do whatever he could to help, and then followed up on that promise. He was the perfect blend of personable with professional, and I could not have been happier with his services.

Robert refused to cooperate with running the slideshow for our wedding, it was made by the videographer, all he had to do was hit play and he refused to do it stating "it wasn't in his contract." He also refused to listen to the sound guys at our venue who were there to help him so we had terrible audio during our ceremony. He then messed up several cues and announcements during the reception, he had no idea how release tables for dinner, manage a money or anniversary dance, make sure that the right people were around for different events or effectively change the song when the dance floor emptied. My groom and I are very picky with our music taste so we gave him a very specific list of songs he could play so I don't know how he would have done if he was in charge of selecting the music, but I'm very glad he wasn't. He was recommend by our wedding planner so we thought his discounted fee was because he was working with her, but it turns out it's so low because he is unqualified for the job.
