  Ride source is outstanding!

  We absolutely love Ride Source, and would recommend them to everyone. Brian was easy to work with, Whitney, our bus driver, was a true professional. She helped many of our elderly/senior citizens on and off the bus and was an absolute blessing. She was punctual and flexible, making 3 runs from our wedding venue to the hotel and dropped some folks off in downtown Blacksburg without hesitation. There is no doubt, we will be using Ride Source for our future events. I highly recommend this company, they are outstanding!!

  Professional and Great Communication

  RideSource was great! Their communication was timely, professional and accurate. Bryan communicated very clearly and our expectations were met Our guests (~100 picked up on 2 buses) were picked up at exactly the time according to the schedule that was presented. The drivers, Jonathon and Whitney, were so very professional, friendly and accommodating to the riders. We highly recommend RideSource for your transporation needs.

  Would Recommend to Anyone

  Bryan and his team were super responsive leading up to our big day. They sent a detailed itinerary with times of pick up and addresses. They were there when they said they would be too! I actually picked Ride Source after having a good experience with them from multiple work events… Would recommend them to anyone!

  So thankful for the transportation

  Ride Source was such a great investment for our wedding day. My fiance and I did not want to do a first look, so we had to get both sets of bridal party to the church separately and our driver Lisa did a flawless job getting everyone where they needed to be on time. It was so fun having the entire bridal party on the shuttle as we traveled around Roanoke getting photos done. Highly recommend Ride Source if you need to herd all your bridal party around!

  Great Addition to Our Big Day

  We needed transportation for our wedding party around town. Bryan and his team at Ride Source were helpful, detailed, and punctual. He sent me a detailed itinerary leading up to the big day.   Great Wedding Day Transportation!

  Bryan was so friendly and responsive from the very beginning. He gave me different options and prices for my transportation and helped answer any questions/give suggestions. He arrived on time and I never had to worry about anything. My security deposit was also sent back within a week of my event which I really appreciated! Would highly recommend Ride Source for wedding day transportation. Thanks so much!

  Wonderful to work with!

  My husband and I booked Ride Source after meeting Bryan at the Roanoke wedding crawl. We feel very fortunate that he had an opening on a busy wedding weekend in October! Bryan was super responsive to email and I never worried if I could get ahold of someone. He promptly returned phone calls and he never missed a deadline. We had one small hiccup the day of the wedding but when Bryan called to tell me what was going on he already had a new plan in place. Bryan was freaking out more than I was! Our big day went off without a hitch and no one knew any better, even my husband! Our guests were thrilled with the service and spoke very highly of the wonderful drivers the next morning at our brunch. Lisa wrote us a really sweet thank you afterward and that was when I found out that my family and friends had tipped her with cookies from our cookie table that night! She thought it was awesome! Bryan and Lisa were amazing. I can not recommend them highly enough. I have been telling all of my local friends about them and we would definitely use them again if we had an event that needed transportation.

  Wonderful!

  Ride Source provided a small bus for my daughters wedding. They were prompt, professional, courteous and fun! Some of the riders had physical limitations which were not a problem with the bus provided. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

  Event Transportation - Highly Recommended

  Ride source provided the transportation for my wedding in the Roanoke area in October 2019 and they did a fantastic job. I was trying to find transportation for months and had no luck due to a variety of reasons. I called Bryan a few months out and from the initial conversation I knew I had found a great company. I had around 50-60 people that needed to use the transportation. Bryan took the time to discuss the different options that would work best with what I needed and made sure that I would get the best deal value wise. Leading up to the wedding I tweaked some of details and Bryan was able to accommodate with no issues. On the day of the wedding everything went according to the plan we had established and everyone had nothing but good things to say about their experience. Bryan is a great person, very professional, and I highly recommend using Ride Source if you need transportation for an event!
