Marilyn and the whole Richfield Flowers team did a fantastic job from start to finish. I gave her a few images of flowers I liked, answered a few of her questions, and she took care of the rest. It was amazing to trust her expertise and then see flowers that were even more beautiful than we could have imagined for our special day. In addition to being very happy about how everything turned out, we were very impressed with the communication provided leading up to our wedding and the smooth execution day of- every part of the experience was easy and professional. I worked with Marilyn at Richfield Floral and Events after trying a few other florists who didn't think my floral budget was much to work with. At our first consultation, she sat with me for about an hour talking through the vision I was crafting for my wedding flowers and gave her honest and expert opinions about it, which helped me then make further decisions about the ceremony space. I really felt like Marilyn cared about my entire wedding, and not just the single aspect of flowers. She even took little pieces of all my color swatches to make sure everything pulled together beautifully. Additionally, a few months later, my out-of-state parents were visiting and Marilyn fit in a meeting at the last minute on a Friday late afternoon so my Mom could meet her and see what the plan was for the flowers. That was so kind, and so very appreciated --especially for my Mom from a small town who couldn't be there for all the planning details of my wedding in the city 400 miles away.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They were SO vibrant for my jewel-tone themed wedding and Marilyn hand delivered the bouquets to me in the bridal suite.
In addition to the wedding, Richfield also works as a regular flower shop, so they were able to deliver us a recreation of my bridal bouquet to celebrate our 3 month anniversary (and all future anniversaries, if we can!). -

Happy We Chose Them!
I had planned to DIY my flowers but 7 weeks before the wedding, my mom pushed to get a florist. As much as I wanted the creative control that came with DIYing, I am so glad I had Richfield do our flowers/greenery! It was such a relief to not have another thing on my plate that day and they did a beautiful job. I worked with David and he did a great job of fulfilling my vision of a wild overgrown forest vibe. I'm sorry to say that I micromanaged the crap out of the design (read: over produced PowerPoint presentation with crazy specifics), but David was so understanding and reassured me that they would deliver my vision. And they nailed it! I have expensive taste, so I was nervous about going with one of the lower quotes I received, but those fears were instantly gone as soon as I saw our gorgeous arrangements. I've never been huge flower lover, but let me tell you, I adored each and every bloom they picked. I am happy to say I was able to dry some of them to frame so I can cherish them for a long time. Thank you so much to David and his team for flawlessly executing my vision and being such a pleasure to work with! -

Liz Sent on 02/22/2018Richfield Flowers and Events did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. They were open to suggestions from sample bouquets which I brought to our initial meeting. They were very organized making sure that we had the specific types of flowers and sizes of bouquets we desired. Richfield Flowers and Events stayed true to their estimated charges and were quick to respond with updated estimates as our floral needs changed. They contacted us a few weeks prior to the wedding to confirm the details of the event. They also contacted us when they had questions about exactly which color of flower we were expecting. On the day of the wedding the flowers were delivered on time. Richfield Flowers and events exceeded our expectations with a beautiful variety in the different bouquets for the bride, bridesmaids, and flowergirls.

From my own experience going to other weddings -the bride and groom have to practically beg people to take home a centerpiece... at my wedding - people were stealing them and fighting over them! (I didn't even get to take one home!) -

They really do whatever you want, our wedding day would not have been the same without the personal touch! My bridal bouquets were so beautiful. We had so many comments on them. The flowers at the reception were so over the top awesome!!!! I am just so happy with the work that Richfield flowers did, if you want someone that you can trust to do good work, they are the right people!! -

I had my heart set on an outdoor wedding with daisies and tulips as the main flowers (our colors were cobalt blue and lavender), other florists went from there and tried to change it to be more elegant, but David listened and he understood my vision and only made suggestions that sounded better! I have to say I had a lot of faith that it would look good because I LOVE flowers and after getting the venue, the first thing I did was to find my flowers, then I picked colors and bridesmaid dresses etc.
The day of the wedding I was busy getting ready, but he was at the ceremony site and my mom said he hand placed every flower that went over the birch arbor on the spot. Our bouquets were amazing, the only thing was that mine didn't have any blue in my bouquet, so the assistant just brought the bouquet down to where he was setting up and he added the Delphinium then and there. When I came down to take pictures before the ceremony, I was blown away by the floral arrangement on the arch! Seriously, I did not imagine it would be that beautiful! Also even though we had forgotten to mention that we would have a small table for the unity ceremony, he added some flowers to the table. I felt the flowers both at the ceremony site and reception were perfect - capturing the exact mix of beauty and simplicity that I wanted. He also provided birch bark vases for the tables, which perfectly matched our theme. So thank you David and the whole team! -

I had a special request to David (providing a big disco ball), he made sure I get that disco ball and I was happy seeing it at our reception. I loved my bouquet, it was very elegant and beautiful.
