  Lush, romantic arrangements

  Daughter had wonderful experience picking out her flowers. They were even more beautiful and lush in person than we had anticipated! Many thanks to Richardson's for their extra courtesy & professionalism in helping to make a special magical day even more lovely!

  Stunning flowers!

  We worked with Ron who did an absolutely amazing job on everything for our wedding. He met with us in person and went through every little detail to make sure everything would be perfect. He advised us on ways to save money and let us bring in some of our own stuff in order to do so. Most people looked at me like I was crazy when I said I wanted a completely black bouquet for my wedding day, but Ron ran into the back and excitedly came out with a bunch of flowers spray painted black. He incorporated the black into all of our other flowers on the day of too and everything was jaw-dropping. I was amazed at his work and will forever be in love with my bouquet. I am so glad we trusted Ron at Richardson's to take care of our wedding flowers and would recommend him to anyone.

  Ron at Richardson’s in Bel Air, MD is the best!

  We highly recommend Ron at Richardson’s-I had ideas for colors but really didn’t know what flower combinations I wanted or what flowers would be budget friendly. Ron was patient and helpful along the entire process and was very responsive. All the flowers turned out beautiful and were very fresh and healthy looking!

  Amazing!!!

  I was so in love with my wedding day flowers! They were amazing and I can not thank Ron and everyone at Richardson’s enough! From our first meeting to the day of, Ron was such a help and really knew what I wanted! He brought my vision to life and I couldn’t be more grateful. We had so many compliments from everyone. The details that they put into my flowers were great and I am very happy. Lots of love!

  Richardson's was great to work with. They took the time to sit down with us, show us sample flowers, and took our vision and turned it into reality. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and very reasonable! Highly recommend working with them

  I don't know much about flowers and did not want more than bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. I think this was a turn-off for some florists, but Jane and the team at Richardson's did not mind at all and were more than willing to help. I met with Jane with little idea of what I wanted besides colors and a budget. She created beautiful bouquets of orange daisies for my bridesmaids and my bouquet had various flowers in shades of purple with subtle pops of orange and it was absolutely gorgeous. A bonus, when I met with Jane, they were having a promotion with the tea shop next store - tea and cookies for all brides!

  Richardson's did a great job with our bouquets, boutineers, and arbor flower arrangement. We went in with pictures of what we wanted and they recreated them perfectly. They took our desires into consideration and suggested alternatives (if necessary) that would stand up in the heat of the summer. They also called and confirmed services and times for delivery.

When my mom, Ron, and I met he first listened to my ideas of what I wanted with the colors and arrangements. He then went to the back room and came out with different arrangements of purple flowers and ribbon and together, we pieced together my vision! He was so creative and had awesome suggestions. I went in only thinking of one type of center piece. Ron suggested mixing it up, for pricing issues, and using lanterns on some tables. The finished product was BEAUTIFUL! I could not believe how amazing everything turned out at the wedding! People were fighting over the centerpieces at the end of the wedding :) and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets! I cannot thank Ron enough for all of the beautiful flower arrangements at my wedding!

  Let me just start by saying my Bouquets were BEAUTIFUL!! When I went to visit Richardsons I knew what I wanted but had no clue what I wanted haha. I was able to give her my thoughts and she bought out different flowers and arranged some right there for me. On my wedding day she found me and bought a few bouquets including mine to be sure I liked them, I LOVED them!!

  Jane was AMAZING. The best part was that we asked her to help decorate a Chuppah, and she blew us away with the simple look we wanted, with the just the right flower arrangements. and the most amazing part is that she had never decorated a Chuppah before. But she understood the idea, understood our basic goals and tastes, and she nailed it.

  We were married at Swan Harbor Farm on October 4. Rather than typical wedding flowers, we wanted to transform our venue into an autumn festival. There simply isn’t enough I can say about Richardson’s. I would tell any bride to trust their wedding day to Richardson’s…and if your wedding isn’t nearby…pay the delivery fee, because the experience and service you get with Richardson’s is absolutely priceless and unparalleled.
  We had a vision of hay bales, pumpkins, mums, cornstalks, and gourds as our décor, with carved pumpkins as our centerpieces. After bad experiences with other florists, we went to Richardson’s. Ron was a gift sent from heaven on so many levels! First, I had no idea what I wanted for the bridal party bouquets; I just knew I wanted fall colors. What Ron had in mind was magnificent. Secondly, Richardson’s allowed us to purchase all the décor, which we could acquire a more reasonably working directly with a farm, and Richardson’s delivered and set everything up and to tore everything down so we wouldn’t have to. We are talking about 36 potted mums, 60 pumpkins, 8, 18-ft cornstalks, 6 big hay bales, 3 bushels of gourds, and then some. Richardson’s even coordinated with vendor carving the pumpkins for the centerpieces and delivered those too!
  The recommendations Ron had and the execution of the team made our vision look so much better than we ever could have possibly dreamed. We were at the venue having our pictures taken as we watched the Richardson’s staff making delivery after delivery and working so hard to make our vision come to life. We were able to steal a couple seconds and stand back and enjoy what was done for us. And they did it within our budget. They came in about 1/3 less than another florist we met with. Not only were we blown away, but our guests too.

Ron provided ideas and suggestions while offering honest advice about what would work and what wouldn't work as well. They even gave me a small box of chocolates to celebrate my birthday at that first visit.

Beverly and Ron were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process. They were so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

  After a long search for an affordable, friendly florist, Richardson's was the florist that we chose. They did an amazing job helping us plan and stay within our budget. The work they did for the day of our wedding was beautiful and I am so glad that we went with Richardson's. They were fantastic!

  Richardson's Florist has been our family florist since 1982 for a good reason, they always provide beautiful arrangements and great customer service.
  My daughter's wedding boutiques, corsages, centerpieces, and church flowers were just as she imagined them to be. Beverly did a wonderful job and we will highly recommend Richardson's Florist.

  We can not say enough about Richardsons florist!! It took all my power not to stop getting ready for my daughters 10 am wedding and call them to say how beautiful all the flowers were for this special day!! These flowers were beyond anything I ever imagined them to be. My daughter and myself started crying to see the special touch of my mom's pearls in the brides flowers. The freshness and color of all the flowers were beyond breath taking! Every person there from the lady's in the shop to the delivery man that brought them to the house were absolutely wonderful!   Perfect!!! I only told them my wedding colors, and that I didn't like roses.. I let them create my flowers based on that info! They read my mind! Beautiful!! Let these people work their magic! you don't need to micro manage them. Thank you soo much for the beautiful flowers!

  Richardsons did my flowers in my Sept 2011 wedding and they turned out great. It was awesome that I didnt have to worry about anything when it came to getting flowers to the church and reception site they handled all the coordination for me. I would not change anything about my flowers at all. The lady that handles the flowers for weddings is great to work with. I paid for the flowers in two payments, my downpayment and the final payment but I had the option to make payments over time if I needed too, even though I didnt use it I loved the option was there.

  Beverly at Richardson's Florist was a joy to work with. My mother and I spent hours with her, picking out every last detail of the bouquets, table arrangements, boutonnieres, corsages, and cake decorations, and she was amazingly patient and cheerful with us. She also went out of her way to accommodate us in making appointments. Beverly clearly knows her flowers through and through. She had so many insightful suggestions and recommendations - we truly valued her opinion, and it was never forced upon us. We felt extremely comfortable knowing we were working with someone so competent. Beverly was thorough in her notes and paid great attention to detail, and we were confident that our flower arrangements would come out terrific. We were right - the flowers were just beautiful, and everything we could have hoped for! I adored my beautiful, unique bridal bouquet, and we got so many compliments on the table arrangements. The corsages, boutonnieres, and cake decorations were exactly what we had imagined. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Even the pricing was reasonable - Beverly worked with us within our budget. We would be thrilled to work with Beverly again if the situation arises, and we will continue to recommend Richardson's to all!

She also went out of her way to accommodate us in making appointments. Beverly clearly knows her flowers through and through. She had so many insightful suggestions and recommendations - we truly valued her opinion, and it was never forced upon us. We felt extremely comfortable knowing we were working with someone so competent. Beverly was thorough in her notes and paid great attention to detail, and we were confident that our flower arrangements would come out terrific. We were right - the flowers were just beautiful, and everything we could have hoped for! I adored my beautiful, unique bridal bouquet, and we got so many compliments on the table arrangements. The corsages, boutonnieres, and cake decorations were exactly what we had imagined. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Even the pricing was reasonable - Beverly worked with us within our budget. We would be thrilled to work with Beverly again if the situation arises, and we will continue to recommend Richardson's to all!

  We had very specific requests as to how our boutineers and bouquets were to be arranged. Despite the challenge, Richardsons did very well despite this challenge. My only regret is that I should have written the instructions for them so there would be no confusion. When the florist delivered the flowers on the day of the wedding, they weren't quite what we asked for, but they were close enough.

  My husband and I were VERY happy with our selection of Richardson's for our wedding florist-we found them at a wedding expo and are so glad we did! Right off the bat, we loved that we were able to support a small local business that does such quality work. We worked primarily with Ron and he was SUPER kind and extremely knowledgeable-he truly brought our vision to life, especially for my bridal bouquet (side note idea for any brides-to-be, I had a piece of my grandma's wedding dress wrapped around the handle as my "something old" and it was GORGEOUS). My husband and I especially loved how we were served tea and cookies during our initial consultation, it was a fantastic touch that really personalized our experience with Richardson's. We definitely recommend this great florist to anyone getting married in the Baltimore area!

The flowers were vibrant and stunning- she captures perfectly the variety of colors and textures that we wanted. The same was true when I walked into the reception - the arrangements on the tables were STUNNING and unbelievably beautiful. Since the wedding we have gotten constant compliments about the flowers.   I went with Richardsons as they had such a good reputation in the community. I'm so glad I did! When I first met with Chris I had absolutely NO idea what I wanted for my flowers. We went over the wedding colors and wedding party attire, and he showed me some photos to start figuring out what I liked and didn't like. Then he did something brilliant -- he brought out bouquets they had prepared for another wedding so I could see some real flowers. That made all the difference in the world! After seeing a couple sets of bouquets and boutonnieres, I had a much better idea what I liked and disliked, but I still didn't have a particular scheme in mind. But Chris did! He brought out some loose flowers that were samples of the actual flowers he was thinking of using for me, and put them in different combinations to show me how they would look together. They were beautiful! To illustrate how good he was, when we first sat down to talk about colors I told him I hated pink. Well, guess what colors I ended up choosing? Different shades of pink! And I LOVED them! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and they lasted for two weeks afterwards. Chris knew just how to find out what would work for me, and best of all he worked with my budget, listened to what I wanted, and never pushed me toward more expensive options. I highly recommend Richardsons!
