When I first made my appointment, I communicated my style preference and price point, and they totally exceeded my expectations! I I ended up with a dress I totally passed by on the hanger, and I wouldn't have tried it on if it wasn't for them listening to my likes and dislikes during my appointment. They made what I thought was going to be painful (I hate dresses and dress shopping) experience into something that was so much fun and comfortable! I got my prom dresses here in high school, and didn't hesitate to go back for my wedding dress! They offer such unique dresses and services with alterations and accessories. Once we found the dress, we all were talking like old friends. I'm so happy I made the decision to come back to Ribbon! -
Carlye Sent on 06/03/2018Ribbon is the best place to get a wedding dress if you are looking for something unique and stylish. There was no pressure to pick a gown on my first visit, they let me come back 3 times before I finally decided and gave me honest feedback on what would look best with my overall vision. They have so many beautiful gowns and work with a wonderful seamstress, Arlette, that can make your gown totally custom to you. I had my heart set on long sleeves and they were able to add those to the dress that I chose with ease, no one would have guessed that they weren’t on the original dress. I would highly recommend Melanie and her team at Ribbon for homecoming, prom, wedding, or other special occasion dresses.

They listen to what you want and learn your style and from there make you look perfect for your wedding day. The bustle was super easy for my girls and looked beautiful. -

Melanie was so incredibly helpful, and after showing her only two pictures of dresses I was interested in, she pulled several beautiful gowns that were exactly what I had been looking for. I also really appreciated that they only schedule one bridal appointment at a time, so you don't feel neglected or overwhelmed. Furthermore, there was no pressure to purchase a dress right then & there as I had found at most other stores. I would highly recommend Ribbon!! -
User1648367 Sent on 06/05/2014I can not say enough about the staff at Ribbon Bridal. It was such a great place to purchase my daughter's wedding gown! After discussing her ideas of what she wanted in a wedding gown Melanie brought out the perfect gown for her! The whole staff was a joy to work with. They made you feel like you were the only bride they were working with! The detail work was exceptional! After going to some of the larger bridal shops where the dresses looked worn and you felt like part of a heard of cattle, it was so refreshing to find this bridal shop! Both mothers for the bride and groom also purchased our gowns there too. From the dress selection, to the fittings and accessories we could not have been more happy!! This is truly a special place to go when wanting to experience a once in a lifetime event! -

Emily Sent on 01/15/2013I had a phenomenal experience at Ribbon Bridal. I couldn't have been happier with my gown...they helped me find the perfect dress, as well as veil, shoes and jewelry. My bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids and mother of the bride dresses were also gorgeous. Full service is what you get at Ribbon and a memorable wedding planning experience! -

Stephanie Sent on 10/25/2011I won a gift certificate to this store at a Bridal Show and would never have gone there on my own for a couple reasons. One, I live really far away from the shop and the way they seem to do things is that you have to keep going back to check on your handmade creations or custom sized/fitted items so it would not have been convenient. Two, the owner was not my favorite person in the world and their prices are really extreme for gowns. Even though she tried to help me find a dress originally, we detested each other after trying to fit her cheapest (around $1000 was in the cheap end), size 8 samples on my poor, size 14 body. We actually ended up ripping a dress she tried to squeeze me into and I cried...it was not a good day. After that, I spent the money I won on jewelry and a flower for my hair. I worked with Ingrid instead of the owner and she was so nice. She may be the only nice thing I have to mention about the store. She helped me match jewelry to my dress. BTW, the handmade jewelry is reasonably priced and would recommend that. -
