October 2022 Wedding

Sara was extremely responsive through the whole experience. She responded to emails and even utilized a phone call when I was unsure about filling out their music request sheets. Our DJ was Nick May and he did such a good job working with our venue owner and photographer to make sure everyone was on the right page throughout the night. He was very careful to ensure the right songs were selected for certain dances and that he had the right pronunciation for introductions. He played music from our request lists all night long and kept up a great enthusiasm.

Great Music & Great Service

We hired Rhythm of the Night Entertainment for our wedding way back in 2020. We were one of those 2020 weddings that got pushed and pushed but finally made it happen in 2022. Sara at Rythm of the Night made the process easy and seamless to move the date multiple times because of covid. Sara is very communicative via email and phone, which was really refreshing for planning purposes.

TLDR:
From the planning stage to the day of coordination, to the actual music itself, I was very impressed with Rythm of the Night Entertainment. Sara and her team were super easy to work with and generally a pleasure. Most importantly they really captured the mood and music I wanted from cocktail hour, and dinner, to the dancing portion of the evening. Very highly recommend them for your next wedding or other events.

Planning:
In terms of event planning, they had a portal where you could upload a must-have list of 20 songs, a timeline of the event, and any specific song choices for things like cutting the cake, first/last dance, etc. Sara and her team had a phone call with us the week before the event to discuss the details. I also sent her a list of songs, artists, albums, and some YouTube mixes as further examples of the vibe we wanted at the wedding. She was fully onboard with all the suggestions and reference points.

Photo booth:
The day of the wedding was great. We had a portable photo booth where they could walk around and have people take pictures of themselves that then printed to an onsite printer (people could print as many copies as they want). It was an app on an iPad and allowed virtual props to be added onto people and several backgrounds. It also had a stationary stand so people could take pictures at the designated photo booth area, which is what was done for the majority of the night. They also had a photo book where they printed an extra copy of everyone's pictures and added it to the book and let people write something under the photo. It is a really special keepsake of the night. Day of coordination: Their team was on top of it all. They had one staff member working the photo booth, one DJ, and one person making announcements and what seemed like coordination. It was all very seamless. For example, I said a few words before dinner was served to welcome people once hors d'oeuvres were done. They had a microphone waiting for me at my dinner table seat and said it was all ready to go. They also worked very well and seamlessly with my wedding planner and venue staff.

Music:
Cocktail hour/Dinner: They nailed my request for cocktail hour and dinner music. I asked for music that sounded like the DJ group Odesza (chill electronic music). I sent some examples of Odesza, other similar artists, and YouTube playlists and it was exactly the chill vibe I wanted. One of the venue staff even complimented me on the cocktail/dinner music and said "this is exactly my vibe."

Music: After dinner dancing:
I was going for very classic wedding music with things like Shout, Respect, lots of 80's jams, and all the best from the 90's. I asked them to mix in a few current artists like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and Ariana Grande as well. They nailed what I was looking for and it was all the hits and great wedding music. Everyone was dancing the whole night.

Awesome Wedding DJ!

Our experience with ROTN Entertainment was wonderful. They stuck with us and were flexible during our wedding postponement and maintained great communication. Nick was our DJ for the wedding day and he was SUPERB. We had a consultation a few days before and answered all of my questions. The day of, everything ran smoothly. He made sure to keep the energy going during the reception too! We had the best experience-highly recommend!

We had our dream wedding with them running our reception and dance floor!

The whole experience with them was very smooth and so professional! We hired them for our DJ and photo booth and they killed it at both! We even got a book with all of our photo booth pictures in it and messages written from guests. We also chose to do a monogram dance floor spotlight and it was like the cherry on top. They kept the party going and everyone (young and old) was up on the dance floor! 100% would recommend them for your dream wedding.

Great night

We hired Rythm of the night for our daughter’s wedding. They called her prior to the wedding and spoke about what was expected. She asked to speak to the Dj assigned to our event which was Nick. Nick called and spoke to her about the details. On the day of the wedding Nick arrived early to set up and asked questions just so he was clear in what songs he had to play and when to play. Nick was awesome and fit in perfectly with the crowd. We even got Nick to participate on a last dance with the group of people who were remaining. Excellent experience with the company and excellent experience with our dj for the night Nick.

They make the reception so much more relaxing for the bride and groom!

After our meeting with Rhythm of the Night, we knew that everything would go smoothly at our reception and that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Knowing that there were people watching the timing of everything, getting a feel for how the guests were doing, and letting us know when we should move to the next thing on the agenda was extremely valuable. They did an excellent job with the music as well--everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. So easy to work with, and genuinely nice people!

Nick was on it!! He was very flexible and ended up letting us rent him out for an extra half an hour for a small fee. He took requests - which guests loved! He pronounced names correctly, made sure he had songs we wanted to play did in fact play, and made special accommodations for family circumstances. Cannot say thank you enough for entertaining our guests and us all night!!

Sara and Adam were amazing and a huge part of helping our wedding day be so amazing. We did the photo booth and DJ services and everyone had a blast. They were professional and took the time to get to know and pronounce everyone's names correctly. Another great part of their service was keeping the party going-our wedding was multi cultural and they played Arabic music and American music evenly throughout the night for all our guests to dance to and enjoy. I highly recommend having them as part of your day! Everyone has talked about how much fun they had! Thanks Again!

We used Rhythm of the Night as our DJ and photobooth. Both were amazing. Our guests were dancing all night and were fully enjoying the photobooth. We received many comments about how much they loved the photobooth. I would highly recommend their services!! Sara and Adam were so helpful throughout the whole process of planning!

Rhythm of the Night did such an awesome job at our wedding reception! They were professional and fun, and very easy to communicate with. We had people on the dance-floor up until the last song, and even had people chanting for another song at the end! Would highly recommend them.

They did an amazing job for my wedding! Music was great. Equipment was well maintain. They took music request also, which is always fun. Atmosphere was lively. We also had a photo booth which was a lot of fun! They were extremely flexible, the reason was that we had two room; reception room for dinner and speeches. Then had to tear down and set up in the other room was the dance floor. Overall, I would recommend these guys.

Everything went off perfectly
for our wedding. They communicated with us to make sure things were as we would like them to be. Everything was set up on time and our guests had a great time. This was the best dj and photo booth service we could have asked for at our wedding. The songs were perfect their ability to get us traditional African music to encorporate the grooms background made the night one to remember. The dj kept it lively and everyone from kids to my grandparents danced all night until the last song!

Matt was great to work with it. He was very flexible and helped us time everything. The form to fill out songs was really great. I changed it over and over again until I got the details perfect. The photo booth was a hit with all of our guests, I wouldn't change anything.

Super friendly and responsive. We didn't have to worry about making a playlist, they had an amazing "generic" playlist already. They scoped out the whole ceremony and reception with us so everything went exactly as planned. Our meeting we had with them beforehand even made us think of something details of the wedding we completely forgot to do. Would recommend to anyone! Great and friendly.

Sara and Adam were incredibly helpful in planning our wedding ceremony and reception and helped to keep the night fun, organized and on track. We had 2 in person planning sessions, and communicated regularly via email and through the detailed website. Sara is very responsive and gave me a variety of ideas, but really let the ceremony be our own. The photo booth that was included in my package was also a hit. I highly recommend Rhythm of the Night for weddings and events. Great people and really good music!

I thought Rhythm of the Night was the best value for a DJ service for our wedding. Sara and Adam were so accommodating, thoughtful, and really took into account how we wanted our night to go! Great work!

Overall great service. Easy to work with and would definitely recommend to others. We used the DJ and photo booth service for our wedding. Easy to use website for all of our song needs for the reception and we had a quick meeting to discuss all of needs a week prior to our big day. The music played throughout the reception was great and we received a nice book & CD from the photo booth. Our guests loved taking pictures throughout the night, we've got some great pictures. Would recommend to others looking for a great DJ service!!!!

Our DJ, Matt, was outstanding and did his best to play all requests by our guests. The music choice was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better organized DJ that kept the dance floor full until the venue kicked us out!

The photo booth was a hit! Our crazy guests loved the choices for props and we have some amazing pics in our photo book :)

Not only was our money well spent on Rhythm of the Night, but I feel like we got more that what we paid for! They were so attentive and great at reading the room during the reception. The music selections were awesome they let me personalize the playlist a lot and we had. Great time! Dancing was so fun with them as the DJ! We recommend them to anyone getting married or planning a big event!

Sara and Nancy made our wedding reception so much fun! They were laid back and helpful when it came to picking specific songs. There was never a dull moment on the dance floor. DJ's did an amazing Job making my special day just right. The photo booth services were very unique and fun. The staff was easy to work with and very professional. I honestly have no complaints. Adam and Sarah were very accommodating, created the perfect playlist and played nearly every song we hoped for!
They did a great job keeping the crowd entertained, and the dance floor was busy all night long. Every one had a great time and they make a great team.

We are so glad that we chose rhythm of the night DJ service! They help make our wedding the best it could be. They made sure everything was running smoothly, everything was on time, and they were so fun to work with. The forms to fill out made everything work a lot better and it was actually helpful in planning the actual wedding and reception. They have a large selection of music to choose from and they played genre of music they didn't have because we were able to give it to them. We give them 5 out of 5 stars and we would definitely recommend them for your special occasion! Their rate is fair not over the top like some places. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Rhythm of the Night was fantastic and I would highly recommend them! They kept us organized and moving smoothly during the ceremony and reception, and kept the dance party going all night long. They built a great playlist around the songs we wanted to include. I made an impromptu decision after dinner to move the dance floor from inside our venue to outside, and they changed plans and moved their equipment super quickly and were very accommodating.

Rhythm of the Night Entertainment was very prompt with email replies and helpful in the planning process. My husband had originally wanted to save some money and eliminate a DJ from our reception budget, but at the end of the night he said that they were worth every penny!

When it came time to booking my DJ - there wasn't a hesitation to do so with Adam. I've known Adam for quite some time and I couldn't be more thrilled with how my wedding turned out having them on board. Their professionalism, kindness, and integrity really was displayed throughout the planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. We had to change the outdoor ceremony indoors and they were wonderful about it. They helped relieve the stress and put our mind at ease. Rhythm of the Night made our wedding perfect! They did our ceremony music and reception music and everything turned out great. We were really picky on some tiny details and had to make lots of changes, but they were so flexible about everything. Would recommend!

Sara at Rhythm of the Night gave me a great price, responded to me right away, showed up early and stayed through the end of the reception. She abided by my "Do Not Play" list, which I really appreciated it, and put on a nice mix of music. I am happy with the services I got for the money I paid.

SnapshacK photobooth was the hit at our wedding! Adam and Sara were so helpful running it all night, and the option of black and white or color photos was awesome. Not to mention, getting photos as favors instantly, what a treat! Everyone had so much with the photo booth, I would highly recommend it for any occasion!

Sara and company were great!!! The photo booth was an absolute hit!!! She was easy to get a hold of and always answered all my questions!! All the guests loved the booth and especially the props! Receiving the book of pictures and the cd the night of the wedding was even better! Looking through the pictures at brunch on Sunday made an awesome time reflecting on the night!!

In Tune was great to work with. They were helpful and responsive to all my questions about music for the wedding. They also provided an online tool prior to the wedding to help us choose songs for the wedding reception. When I met with them, they were very organized in helping choose songs and came with a lot of ideas. At the reception itself, they were set up quickly and well, and did a great job!

They were very helpful with the planning of the reception. If there was a song we wanted and they didn't have it, they would get it. They didn't play song we requested not to be played and they were very professional and respectful to all of our guests. They were very clear when they spoke and they made sure to pronounce everybody's name correctly.

DJ was fabulous we had a wonderful night. I was concerned because my family is very conservative, but they took that into consideration and all of the music was great to dance to fun and upbeat. Hi this Christo's Bar and Grill in Douglas, MI. We have In Tune Karaoke come in weekly for Karaoke and DJ service. We couldn't be more pleased. They are competitively priced, are friendly (as a matter of fact our customer's DEMAND them! They have a great ability to adjust to the crowd. They will do karaoke, and will then swiftly switch to dance music if that is what the crowd seems to want. They are always adding new music to their line - up as well as equipment to add to the "club" experience. I would highly recommend In Tune!

It was amazing being able to pick every song for our wedding reception, and their website to do so was easy to use and great for staying organized and laying out the days timeline. My only complaints were that our DJ didn't seem to command the room very well, and I thought they would do a better job of picking songs off our list to make a good dance playlist to. We didn't have a huge crowd of dancers though, so it worked out fine. The dismissing of the tables kind of went off the rails and dinner music went on for much longer than it should have. Other than those little hiccups, it was great.

Sara is great and worked well with us. Unfortunately, Sara was not able to be at our event so she sent another DJ. He was good, but did improvise a little bit which kind of threw me off. He didn't intact with the guests to get them dancing, either, and I did want that. The value was great, though.

The nice thing about booking them is they have two people working the DJ stand giving much more flexibility for wedding activities and announcements.
