Rhonda did an absolutely incredible job with the florals at our wedding! My husband and I only had a vague idea of what we were looking for, so we gave Rhonda a lot of latitude in picking our flower arrangements. She had us over to her studio and walked us through her ideas, and worked with our wedding coordinator to set everything up. Throughout the process, she was communicative and readily available whenever we had questions, and she was incredibly thorough with details. My biggest care-about for our decor was the ceremony space, which was surrounded by large columns and lots of natural lighting. Rhonda did an incredible job of making that space shine, and I'm still in awe of the pictures!

You will not regret choosing Rhonda as your florist! Looking back on my wedding day, I cannot imagine anyone else bringing our vision to life. Floral Dreams Come True
I know very little about florals, I’m lucky if I can keep a bouquet of flowers alive for more than 2 days. I had a vision in mind of what I wanted our wedding day to look like, but I wasn’t able to verbalize my vision. Luckily, Rhonda is so informative and has such a creative eye. When I first met with Rhonda, I had shared this vision with her. An hour meeting turned into a 2 ½ hour meeting, with a clear wedding vision and zero doubt about Rhonda Kaplan as our wedding florist. I immediately knew we were in good hands. Rhonda is patient, passionate and a floral perfectionist. She brought our vision to life with ease. When she delivered the flowers to the bridal suite, I was completely speechless. We received so many compliments about Rhonda’s floral design all throughout our wedding venue. Her attention to detail truly made our wedding turn out more beautiful than we could have possibly imagined. Rhonda was a dream to work with from the start and well beyond our wedding, I truly hope our paths will cross to work together again. When we went to Rhonda early on in our wedding planning, we knew that our flowers would be simply stunning…. And they were! Rhonda perfectly captured our vision for our late September wedding. She pulled together the shades of purple in our bridesmaid dresses and the navy blue suits the guys wore while also keeping it classy and timeless. Wonderful to work with and beautiful florals
Rhonda was so much fun to work with and made sure we had everything we needed :) we had greenery hanging from the chandeliers and it created the most magical space for our reception and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Rhonda was probably my favorite vendor on my big day! She met with us repeatedly and had a gorgeous studio to show great visuals of the options for everything rather than only using online. I am very indecisive so her creativity and patience with me was so impressive! She is so organized and has all the right questions ready as the big day approaches. The bouquets she designed were stunning and better than anything I could have ever imagined. She brought my vision for centerpieces to life. We got so many compliments about our head table flower designs and how the florals were placed perfectly throughout the reception. Truly cannot say enough great things about Rhonda and her team!!

Rhonda has such a creative eye and is just the nicest person to work with. We took advantage of Rhonda’s skills for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and the flowers were beautiful. She happily met with my sister and friend when I was long distance planning and even facetimed with me while they were there to explain her process and ensure me that everything would be just right. I knew I wanted simple but beautiful flowers to complement the day not take over the day and Rhonda knew exactly what to do to meet that mark. Our bouquets were beautiful and the centerpieces were exactly as we discussed for both events. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Rhonda’s floral expertise to anyone in the area!

The most amazing and beautiful wedding flowers!
Rhonda is extremely talented and transformed our wedding venue and bridal shower into a dream. The wedding decor and flowers were absolutely STUNNING and I received SO many compliments on them the entire night. She did a tremendous amount of work, was prompt to reply, open to feedback, and had excellent suggestions that didn't even occur to me but I LOVED. More beautiful than I could have imagined!
Rhonda killed it with the flowers and greenery! I couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful. The colors were spectacular and the greenery in the Tavern made it absolutely magical. We had a last minute location change due to rain and Rhonda was on top of it! She even added some additional greenery and made the new space look even better than what we had planned in the original space. The colors went so well with the dark green bridesmaid dresses. The perfect fall color pallet.
Rhonda gave me so much honest advice during the planning process. She has done many weddings at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club and knew what worked, what didn’t , and where to add those special touches. Can’t thank her enough!

Rhonda was the PERFECT vendor for our wedding flowers. I didn't really have a vision in mind when we first sat down together, but within 30 minutes of meeting me she was able to come up with ideas for everything from the centerpieces to the bridal bouquet that I fell in love with. She was attentive and communicated with me throughout the whole process, and she was so flexible with all the changes we needed to make due to Covid. My flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She made everything so easy the day of by dropping the flowers off at the bridal suite, picking everything up at the end of the night, and helping to coordinate where we could donate the flowers after the wedding. I would recommend her without hesitation!!

We booked Rhonda for our parents 50th wedding anniversary at the Chesapeake bay beach club. Rhonda was absolutely one of my favorite vendors to work with! From our first planning meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Beautiful Florals
For our wedding, florals were very important to me. Our theme was velvet, with lots of berry/ plum florals and greenery. We were definitely going for a romantic vibe as our venue was very industrial and I liked the contrast of the two.
I contacted Rhonda, as my friend had worked with her the previous year for her wedding. I was a little nervous prior to meeting Rhonda. She is an Annapolis based florist, and many Annapolis weddings incorporate a lot of spring themed florals with lots of white, blush and greenery. Which is the opposite of the color palette for my wedding. However, when I first met her all my worries went out the window. Rhonda is so knowledgeable and you can tell she is truly passionate about her business. She was very excited to work with a darker color palette. Our meetings were fun as we put together a design. She was so helpful in executing what I had in my mind, and was so beyond friendly.
The day of the wedding, the bouquets were delivered to the hotel and they were GORGEOUS. Exactly what I had imagined, she even snuck in some black calla lilies in the bridesmaid bouquets which were perfect. They were all filled with greenery and bold florals. She had brought a team to the venue as we had a large, loose greenery wall out up as well as many other floral arrangements. The venue was exactly what I had imagined, filled with florals that fit our theme so perfectly!

I cannot recommend Rhonda and her team enough! I was clueless when it came to my wedding flowers, only giving Rhonda one inspiration photo that I pulled from Pinterest to work with. With that, she made my wedding dreams come true! I cannot stress how amazing her eye for creativity is. On top of that, she's amazing to work with. Rhonda did an amazing job. Everything from the bouquets, to the boutonnieres, to the table arrangements (for several types and sizes of tables), to the standing arrangements was first class. She was so easy to work with -- I shared my 'vision' and she made it happen -- in fact, she elevated it. Her suggestions were great and her knowledge of flowers and arranging not only instilled confidence (meaning this was one less area I had to worry about) but meant that everything the actual day of the wedding came together beautifully! Rhonda was absolutely fabulous. She is so artistic and has such a passion for her job. I love that she is honest and will suggest the best places to invest your money in flowers/locations. I was super picky with requests (colors, flowers, sizes of arrangements, etc). She was very patient and attentive to my requests. She was one vendor that I did not worry at all about coming through. I only wish my arrangements lasted forever. Cannot thank her enough!

AMAZING in every way
Rhonda is SO talented, it is unbelievable. She also has an uncanny ability to take frazzled bridal ideas (like mine) and streamline them into some of the most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever seen. I used words like “whimsical”, but “simple”, and “classic” but “relaxed”....and she turned that into exactly what we wanted! How!! Rhonda is AMAZING! When I met with Rhonda in 2018 I didn't really have any idea what I was doing in regards to flowers. After meeting with her and talking about what I liked I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She was so helpful in helping me create my "vision" and was super responsive to my many questions. She listens to what you want and gives you advice from her experience. Everything with her was so stress free and she really took my vision and made it come to life. Every bouquet, boutonniere, and table arrangement were SO BEAUTIFUL and smelled amazing. She created beautiful wedding day flowers that fit my look and preferences perfectly, she was extremely easy and enjoyable to work with, and she was very flexible/ offered a fantastic price for the level of service and flowers she created. She allows you to select your wedding flowers a la carte, rather than purchasing a large package that we didn't need. I described to her the look I wanted and she executed it brilliantly--I had compliments on the flowers all night. Beautiful and Unique Floral Arrangements
We hired Rhonda to create our arbor, bouquets, and boutonnières. I knew that I wanted something colorful and unique, but wasn’t sure of the specifics. Rhonda helped me to create a vision. Rhonda is a dream to work with. She took the time to meet with both me (mother of the bride) and my daughter on 2 occasions. Rhonda is simply the best. She is truly an artist and each bouquet, table setting, boutonniere is her canvas. Our wedding felt warm, welcoming and joyful, so much of that was due to the love she poured into our flowers. From our first meeting to the big day she was kind, patient and unbelievably helpful. I am from the Annapolis area and Rhonda was the first and last florist I looked into. She was absolutely amazing to work with from the initial meeting in her studio at her beautiful home to the wedding day. I didn't have many "musts" for my flowers so let Rhonda take the reins after telling her a little about the feel of the wedding. I will never forget when she walked in on our wedding day to show me the bouquets -- they were incredible! I can't say enough great things about Rhonda. She gave us the most beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding this summer. It went so far beyond what I ever could have dreamed of. In addition to being incredibly talented, Rhonda is also wonderful to work with. I hadn't planned on carrying a bouquet because both of my brothers were walking me down the aisle and I was worried I wouldn't have a free hand. The week of my wedding, one of my brothers got hurt and could no longer walk down the aisle with me. When Rhonda found out, she made me the most beautiful bouquet and on top of that, she didn't even charge us for it. She's a really lovely person and you can't go wrong if you're fortunate enough to have her help make your wedding as beautiful as possible.

We met in person twice, once to just meet and learn more about her work and the second to finalize our vision. I gave her a lot of free rein to develop the most beautiful bouquets. Wedding flowers and decor mean so much to me, and it's almost a week after our wedding now and I still can't get over how beautiful and perfect the flowers were. We had so many unique arrangements besides the typical bouquets/boutonnieres, including flowers for our homemade wedding arbor, ceremony doors, and a swing. Rhonda wanted to see what we made for our wedding beforehand so she even came over to the wedding site which was at my in-law's property for a site visit and to see the arbor so she could get a good vision for what to do. She is soooo creative and so easy to connect with. Hiring her was the easiest decision I've made. We met twice beforehand and I love how personable and casual our meetings were in her home studio. I emailed her some inspiration photos from pinterest that I really loved, and she took my vision and made it come to life but even more beautiful than I could have imagined! She showed up early and ready to work the day of our wedding, and just did the most spectacular job. Rhonda, thank you again so much for the most perfect flowers for our special day!!

Rhonda is amazing!! A friend recommended her and I am SO happy I found her!! I am not really a flower person and wanted to keep on a budget and Rhonda really worked with me to make sure I was happy with what I was getting and stayed within my budget. She even recommended we repurpose the bridesmaid bouquets to use for centerpieces. She is so personable and nice! I loved meeting with her and she even took me and my now mother in law to the flower warehouse so we could pick out the types of flowers we wanted. It was great to work with an actual person rather than a large company, as Rhonda does everything herself from her own home. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a florist!

Rhonda is just wonderful! When I met with her to discuss my vision, colors and ideas, my initial impression was how warm and welcoming she was. It was immediately obvious that she has a true passion and an unbelievable talent. After our meeting, I called my fiancé before I was even out of her driveway to tell him that I wished he had met her and about how wonderful she was. We used Rhonda for our wedding back in June and couldn’t have been happier! We met with her two or three times and shred a Pinterest board that served as our inspiration. She worked closely with our planner and when there was a mixup two weeks out in regards to our budget and vision, she cleared it up within hours to be perfect. The final result was amazing. I didn’t expect to love the flowers as much as I did! But they were my favoriate accent. Rhonda is amazing and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her for any bride having no idea what they want AND any bride knowing exactly their vision. Rhonda really can do it all!

I thought I didn't really care about my wedding flowers, but Rhonda proved me wrong with beautiful work that was perfectly suited to my look and our day. She understood my style and preferences instantly, even when I felt like I didn't have the words to really explain what I meant and I felt as though our flowers came out just absolutely "me"! She was kind and supportive and responsive the whole way through the process. Could not possibly recommend Rhonda highly enough. Rhonda's process and work is just magical. When I was shopping around for different florists, it was clear to see the value of what she provided was more than worth the cost. She was so helpful, she even included all of the vases, votives, and made beautiful garlands for our event. She helped take my vision and bring it to life. It was one of the most enjoyable parts of planning - seeing her workshop, picking out flowers with her, and putting things together. When I saw my bouquet and the BM's bouquets on my wedding day, I was beyond thrilled. They were so gorgeous.... so beautiful and fresh. The table arrangements and all of the flowers at the reception were perfect - just what I wanted. The best part of working with Rhonda is you can truly see she loves what she is doing. She could easily charge far more, but she doesn't because she loves her work and the people she works with. What a joy to work with Rhonda! I highly recommend her for your special event - she will be one of your favorite vendors for sure!

From the minute I met Rhonda i knew i wanted her to do my wedding flowers. I would give her an idea in my head and she understood right away and produced something better than i could have imagined. I had a vision of luscious neutral bouquets with lots of greenery and Rhonda went above and beyond to make that vision come to life. The bouquets, centerpieces, and garlands completely exceeded all of my expectations. We received SO MANY compliments about our flowers throughout the night. Rhonda is a phenomenal florist but it truly more than that! Not only did she remember us a year later (as we had an extremely long engagement) but she listened to me, gave advice and helped me narrow down and guide my vision! She has lanterns and things you can rent as well as providing the floral arrangements. I got SO many compliments on my centerpieces and arbour pieces! I cannot thank Rhonda enough or truly express how much she did for us on our big day!

Seriously, hire this woman. I don't know much about flowers or arrangements but I gave her an idea of what I like and she knew exactly what to do. Rhonda did our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and various other decorations in the venue. Everything was GORGEOUS. People were talking about them all night. Cannot rave about Rhonda enough. She is so talented and affordable (considering the top quality service she delivers)! She did an incredible job on flowers for our rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour/reception. She worked with me as I brought additional decorations into the mix and took it all in stride. I asked for greenery & many-petaled flowers and she delivered even better than I could have imagined! She created the most beautiful centerpieces and accents, but her bouquets were really the best part. When she hand delivered them to my suite the morning of the wedding, their beauty made me actually cry (for the first of several times that day). Do yourself a favor and trust her with your big day. She will give you the flowers other people will want to pin on their wedding boards. You won't regret a thing!

I absolutely loved the bouquets and boutonnieres Rhonda made for my wedding. I struggled with coming to the table with a true vision of what I wanted my floral arrangements to look like and Rhonda was able to take various details such as our venue and color palette, and bring lots of great ideas forward during our consultation. I was truly blown away by the actual arrangements - they were gorgeous. I also found Rhonda's prices to be competitive for the Annapolis area. How do I even begin to explain how magnificent Rhonda Kaplan is?! First off, I planned my Annapolis September wedding from California, which is hard enough, but working with Rhonda was effortless. She loves what she does so much, that she doesn't try to nickel and dime brides. In this day and age, when the bridal industry is constantly finding new ways to earn even more money, Rhonda is a breath of fresh air. She is also super fun to work with! I was able to meet with her in her home, and I had the chance to watch her create mock arrangements, which was so neat. She really listens to her clients, and offers advice without being pushy. For example, I really wanted a flower crown for my reception, but my ideas were pretty specific. She created the most breathtaking headpiece with streaming ribbons, and it looked like something a princess would wear in a fairytale - so pretty and fun! My guests are still talking about what Rhonda did for the reception, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I highly recommend her to any bride in the Annapolis area.

Rhonda was AMAZING! From the pre-wedding meetings, to the day of our wedding- working with her was a dream. I was not the most "flower educated" bride, but Rhonda took the time to help me narrow down my vision, and she executed perfectly! We rented some items from a company that were used along with her floral design as our centerpieces, and she coordinated with them and set up everything beautifully (I did not have to do anything!)! Rhonda was one of my absolute favorite vendors I booked for my wedding. She was not only a wonderful, amazing florist, but also turned out to be a friend and sounding board for ideas! I loved her very personalized process of picking the flowers and planning the arrangements--going to Potomac Floral was one of the highlights of my planning process and we had a blast!! Rhonda even went out of her way to find and paint vases to match my vision. When the day finally came, the flowers were nothing short of spectacular. From the boutonnieres to the largest arrangements, everything was absolutely perfect, and I felt so at ease knowing Rhonda was there setting it all up. I am so happy I choose to use Rhonda Kaplan as my florist. Meeting with her was so easy and pleasant. We were able to play around with different ideas, and then 6 months later when I changed everything! she was completely fine with meeting me again and redoing my whole table setting. I do not know much about flowers, and had a hard time describing what kind of look i was going for. She allowed me to make a pinterest board with different ideas, and was able to create the exact image I was looking for! My flowers were stunning and I received so many compliments on the bouquets. She also offers a flower wand for the flower girl that is adorable. The flower girl was very excited to have a wand to play with for the night. Also, she has different ideas for the moms and grandmothers so that they didn't have to pin something on their dresses and potentially ruin it. I strongly recommend using Rhonda for your florist. She was really able to bring my whole wedding vision come to life!!
