Lisa was the first vendor we reached out to. We were willing to do anything in our power to make this happen! We have zero buyer’s remorse, this was a worthwhile investment and a decision we would make over and over again!!
Working with Lisa as our wedding photographer was incredible. She is very easygoing yet she will not let anything get in the way of making your vision happen. She uses lighting super well and we love how she captured our authentic personalities in the pictures.
On the wedding day, I was watching the clock, so excited for when Lisa would arrive. Lisa and her assistant were so easygoing and made me feel super comfortable in front of the camera. I appreciated how we went with the flow of things, and she also kept us on track- a difficult balance, I’m sure!
I was so excited to see our family and friends in the photos and all of the genuine moments Lisa is so great at capturing. You can really feel the spirit of the day through her photos and our wedding wasn't an exception. Our day was literal perfection. It was good vibes all around and our photos captured that feeling!

Outstanding experience
We began by choosing the National Arboretum as our wedding venue and then began our search for the perfect wedding photographer, starting with the Arboretum's list of preferred photographers. Because we're both retired, we had the luxuriant of checking out all of the photographers' websites, not only from that list, but from literally every photographer who had photographed a wedding at the Arboretum. Lisa's work stood out above all the rest as fun, colorful, and personalized, with superb quality. We were also drawn to her because she seemed to share our love for nature, adventure, and family. Her photos of her own outdoor adventures were stunning. Because we had already decided on the natural beauty of the Arboretum for our venue, we wanted a photographer who could capture that setting with flair.
When we had our first Zoom call with Lisa, it confirmed what we had seen on her website. She was warm and engaging, with an infectious enthusiasm that made us confident that our wedding day would be fun and relaxed. We were also confident that she would be able to capture the joy of everyone in attendance. Although Lisa was personally booked for our wedding date, her colleague Jim was available. When we had our follow-up Zoom call with Lisa and Jim, we were similarly impressed with Jim's warmth, personality, and expertise. Working with Jim on our wedding day was fantastic! He was creative, technically skilled, patient, flexible, and a joy to work with. His assistant Emily was also wonderful and particularly skilled at coaxing great shots with our four grandkids (all under 5 years old). When we received our photos after the wedding, they were everything we expected and more. Outstanding experience!

Fairytale Vendor
My husband & I don't have much experience getting our photos taken but working with Lisa we felt so relaxed & our authentic selves.
Leading up to the wedding day, the motorcycle pictures we had done instead of getting ready photos are all my husband & his dad could talk about and it was a great bonding experience and something they will cherish forever!
As a bride, I knew going into wedding planning that photos were a top priority for me. Although the day is super special, it’s the images that live on forever. When my husband and I viewed Lisa’s website we loved how she captured the most unique yet natural-looking images. The weather ended up not being exactly what any bride or groom dreams of (rain) but I loved the fact that Lisa showed up with a game plan and alternative locations. Lisa was still game to go out on the (gettysburg,pa) battlefield and capture our first look in the most magical way possible.
I felt so comfortable posing for each image, and Lisa made it super easy to have fun and go with the flow. I loved that we had two photographers on that day to capture any and all moments from any angle and since we are never going to do this again I wanted every opportunity to capture it all in a fun, unique way. She showcased who we are in a location that is special to us in a magical way, it’s like a fairy tale coming to life.

Lisa is so amazing we had her do 3 photo shoots
We love Lisa’s photography so much we had her do a pre-wedding couples photo shoot, her associate did our actual wedding day and then Lisa came to our farm after the wedding and photographed us with our horses. All three were amazing! Lisa’s photography is artwork. She captures our love and emotion in every photo. She is so creative and finds the flattering angles. We really enjoyed her personality and she was so fun at the photo shoots. It wasn’t a lot of posed pictures. She let us be us and just captured it all! I loved doing the pre-wedding photo shoot we got all the couples photos we wanted and then I used our photos at the wedding. I highly recommend doing a pre-wedding photo shoot it frees up your time on your special day and you still get all the pictures you desire. The post wedding farm shoot was amazing. I always wanted pictures with my horses and Lisa nailed it. She really goes the extra mile for you and her photography is so much better than everyone else! She became our dear friend in the process too!

Authentic photos, worthy of an art gallery!
We chose Rhinehart Photography because I had known Kris, Lisa’s husband, all through high school. It was so nice to have someone familiar to reach out to while also knowing Lisa was so accomplished as a photographer. While looking through her other blog posts and portfolio, Liz and I both loved the style of the candid photos and the colors she incorporated into the shots. We also saw many positive reviews of how nice it was to work with her on the day.
On the wedding day, Lisa was awesome! She showed up on time, prepared and ready to go.
She had hurt her ankle the night before, but you’d have never known with the energy and liveliness she arrived with. It felt like she was everywhere all at once during the wedding day, working hard to capture every moment.
Lisa is better than anyone else we know at fading into the background of the event to capture the people, vibes, and interactions without intruding. She also creates photos that are so artistic you feel like you could hang them all on your walls or even in a gallery.
Her pricing and packages are competitive and fair, especially given the absolutely stellar quality of her work. We could not recommend her enough!

Amazing all around!
After looking around at many photography websites, the first thing that caught my eye was the vibrance of Lisa’s shots. A lot of other photographers had very nice pictures, but they just didn’t seem to *pop* like hers did. We then saw the candid shots, especially of kids having a great time, my heart was touched, and I was sold. We knew we were going to have a lot of kids at our wedding, including our children, and we wanted to be able to capture them having fun so they could have great memories to look back on as well.
We were given a list of ‘vendors we love to work with’ from the wedding planner at The Reeds and I opened up a web browser with all of the ones listed. It seemed to me that most of the vendors seemed to have the same ‘style’ of photo up until getting to Rhinehart Photography. From the moment I opened the website, I could tell they were different. All of the photos looked so vibrant and full of life, even the rainy ones!
After meeting with Lisa we knew we wanted her team to be part of our big day. Having the timeline set up by Lisa prior to the big day was such an amazing help, especially trying to coordinate our big families, 3 kids, and nieces and nephews for pre-ceremony photos so that we could enjoy all of the festivities together and not have to stop for photos.
Lisa’s associates, Jim and Joe were amazing! I spent the morning with Joe getting ready. He was so nice and great to talk to. Joe made what could have been a very stressful day, very easy to manage. He was even taking photos when I didn’t know there was a photo to be taken haha. After our first look, we then had both Jim and Joe together. They worked so well as a team and were taking photos from all types of angles. With some help from family above, the 100% chance of rain held out until after our first look and for most of our family and wedding party photos. Jim and Joe were able to roll with it and quickly moved everyone under an overhang and snapped photos while in the rain.
They are truly dedicated professionals! Jim was especially great at getting our dog to cooperate in pictures. She hates getting her picture taken! He did this funny bark and she would look straight at him/the camera and pose like a model! It was perfect!! I can not express how grateful I am for having them there to make everything stress-free and easygoing. It was exactly what we needed!
It was obvious that Lisa and her team were prepared and did extensive research planning their shots prior to the big day. They didn’t need to have spur-of-the-moment decisions to make. Each photo location was planned out prior with backups in place in case of rain. Even the ‘sunset’ photo that we had been hoping for, was replaced with stunning photos in front of The Reed’s giant Christmas tree on the bay. The weather didn’t cooperate, but Jim and Joe were able to give us amazing photos nonetheless!

From our rainy wet Engagement photos to our overcast golf course wedding in July Lisa Captured it all beautifully!
I looked at a lot of different photographers, website after website, and they all looked the same until I looked at Lisa’s pictures! It was almost like love at first sight! I LOVE the brightness and vibrant colors she has in her pictures, they were unlike anyone else’s.
Within a couple of minutes of starting our meeting over video chat, we were already laughing-off technical difficulties and talking about our pups (who were also joining in on our meeting) and I just knew she was a good fit! Lisa is outgoing like me and will do anything to get the perfect shot, we loved that! I could tell from our first meeting that Lisa was very passionate and dedicated to her work and she really took the time to find out what was important to us and to get to know us. Lisa is very creative and she brings a really unique perspective that made our photos stand out and fit us as a couple.
Lisa was just so fun and relaxed to work with and was by our side every step of the way. We even turned to her for guidance when it came time to cut our cake! Neither one of us is comfortable in front of a camera and tends to look awkward in photos and avoid them, but Lisa made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing with each other the whole time! Our wedding pictures are filled with smiles and laughter like our engagement pictures and some funny faces because that’s what we do! Lisa did a great job of capturing our personalities while making us feel comfortable.
Even during our engagement pictures, it was a cold, rainy day, Lisa wasn’t going to let that stop her! She used the weather to her advantage capturing pictures through a puddle… it was nuts but so freakin cool! It’s those things that only confirm that we made the best decision in choosing Rhinehart Photography as our engagement and wedding photographer.

Engagement Shoot & Wedding Day
Lisa was the photographer for our amazing engagement shoot at the beach and our wedding day at The Palace. She checked off all the boxes we wanted from a wedding photographer– someone to capture beautiful moments we want to remember forever, someone who knows the best spots of The Palace to capture them, and someone who will guide us through our wedding day with ease. All of the photos of our ceremony and reception are so natural and authentic because I was not posing for Lisa - she was always out of my sight to capture genuine moments. Making my wedding photo dreams come true!
Rhinehart Photography was recommended by a fellow photographer and family friend. When he shared that Lisa was ‘the only photographer he would hire for a wedding’ I knew I had to research Lisa’s content and see why. I was immediately in awe at the crisp photos full of color and life! I knew Lisa was the perfect photographer to capture our classic Christmas wedding!
I really enjoyed our time working together pre-wedding, specifically working on building a timeline for our Stone Mill Inn Wedding. Talking through all of the details that I was envisioning with an expert in the wedding industry really helped me make realistic decisions and determine what I wanted to prioritize. From there, the rest of my wedding planning process wasn’t so intimidating anymore!
It was so great working with Lisa on wedding day! I am so appreciative of how attentive she was to the lighting, details, and emotional moments that were happening all around! Also, I really appreciated her calmness through the many moments of potential panic that could occur for any bride on their wedding day. I so appreciated how she was able to adapt to catch us up time-wise to keep the ceremony starting promptly as intended!
I also really appreciated how Lisa paid attention to my insecurities and made sure to use the best angles to get photos that I will feel confident about for a lifetime! For me, that was probably the most important aspect of her photography abilities: being able to communicate with us, ensuring that we would love the shot!
Lisa’s honesty and communication throughout was immensely appreciated! She even cared enough to be honest with me and share that my red fur did not match the shade of red in the bridal party dresses. This was huge because it saved me from looking back in regret! Luckily my mom, who is the best, shared hers with me and it looked so good!

That artistic personal touch...
Lisa had an existing commitment for the date we had scheduled for our wedding, and we knew that we wanted her to be our photographer no matter when... so we booked an after session for a couple days after the wedding and met her outside at the venue where we held our ceremony.
It was soon enough after the wedding day that our floral pieces could still be included.
Our time with Lisa was LOVELY.
Reasons to consider scheduling an after-session with Rhinehart Photography:
1. You can spend your wedding day and reception with your guests
2. Many of your guests are going to take their own photos and videos -- ask them to share (we built a webpage for everyone to upload)

Lisa is the best!
Working with Lisa on our wedding day was everything we could have imagined and more! Lisa was so dedicated to finding the best photos and incorporating interesting and creative elements! We also enjoyed working with Lisa and spending the day with her. She was so fun to be around and helped to make our day special through quiet moments with just my husband and I, group shots with our families, and fun poses with our friends and wedding party.
We were hoping for a combination of “traditional” and “creative” photos; candid and happy shots (crying, smiling, and everything in between); and our favorite memories captured (exchanging of vows, entrance, fireworks and right after, cake cutting, first dances, dancing during the reception, etc.), and we got just that from Lisa!
The photos are absolutely beautiful and perfect - there are so many great candid ones and also the traditional ones. We are thrilled with the photos and would recommend Lisa to everyone looking for an amazing wedding photographer!

I have followed Lisa’s journey for over a decade! We actually went to the same high school, so I watched her journey from cell phone pics to being the international award-winning photographer she is today! Working with Lisa was incredible! When we got engaged you were the one vendor we knew for sure we wanted to hire and plan our date around your availability. Your personality also helped me make the decision, since I got to know you. I thought you would be perfect for Shane and I since he doesn’t like his picture taken and I knew you were easy going and would help us to relax and laugh. Lisa is amazing!
I became obsessed with Lisa’s work as soon as I saw it. I am not a person who is usually into photography or having my picture taken, but when I saw her work I was like yes that is what I want my wedding pictures to look like! I loved how Lisa could mix in bold, editorial-style photographs and capture the feeling of the day. Lisa was AMAZING the day of the wedding she helped keep me on schedule while keeping me calm at the same time when things went a little off the original plan. We just received our album a few weeks ago and waited for our year anniversary to open it. Her picture brought us right back to that day just like I remember it.

Dream come true
Having known Lisa since before the start of her photography career and seeing her photos throughout the years, I always knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer. That was the one thing I didn’t want to budge on for my wedding. I’ve seen the incredible work she does and wanted to have her capture our day. From our first conversation and throughout the planning process, Lisa was attentive to what made us unique as a couple and was intentional to photograph our story and play off of our personalities. From start to finish, Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! We chose Rhinehart Photography because we loved Lisa’s creativity. When looking for a creative NJ wedding photographer, we wanted someone who could match our fun energy. A quick review of her website had us sold. Booking Lisa was honestly the easiest decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. We were looking for someone to capture the fun and warm feel of the day and Lisa was perfect for that. We wanted all the traditional photos, but we also wanted to be unique. Lisa did our engagement shoot at a baseball stadium and turned our ideas into amazing pictures and memories. She was so fun and easy to work with and since neither of us are professional models, she made us feel at ease while she posed us and gave us ideas of what to do to make each picture look special.
On the day of the wedding she calmed our nerves and kept things light and fun to allow us to fully enjoy the magic of the day. Ours was a large (240+) and busy affair and Lisa did not miss anything. She took gorgeous portraits and candids, and captured all the hidden moments with us and our guests that were so special. Afterwards, she put together amazing albums for us and our families that we will cherish throughout our life and share with generations to come. We can’t thank Lisa enough for her amazing work and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for the best wedding pictures ever.

Working with Lisa was a dream!
From the very beginning of our wedding planning we knew there were two must-haves: a great DJ and an amazing photographer. Luckily we found both! Our venue raved about Lisa’s work and told us to book her ASAP. We took a peek at her work and were blown away! I’m a very sentimental person and photographs are so important to me, and I could tell from Lisa’s work that she understood that.
I love that Lisa captures the raw moments in such creative ways. Lisa was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and took the time to meet with us as a couple and learn our priorities for the big day. She even went above and beyond and made a wedding day itinerary! On our wedding day, she made me feel so comfortable and confident. I really felt like she was another bridesmaid singing along to Taylor Swift with us! Not only are we so impressed with our photos, but we also had such a fun, supportive additional guest to spend our wedding day with us :)

Lisa is an absolutely amazing photographer and we will always recommend her to everyone for their wedding photography needs. Lisa has an amazing eye for for catching the perfect moments at a wedding. My wife and I were/are very impressed with her work and will always treasure the photos she took. Lisa has the best vibes and is extremely respectful to everyone. My wife would like me to stress again, extremely good vibes and very easy to work with. It was a gloomy rainy/snowy day on our wedding day and, like magic, Lisa still captured the most beautiful pictures. I can go on and on about how fantastic she was. I cannot say enough about the quality of Lisa's work! The colors, the precision, the uniqueness, and the way the shots are captured is just stunning! She does such beautiful work, and the final album was even more stunning than expected! She made sure to work with us, and she was as flexible as she could be during the COVID season. You're gonna like the way you look
We first found Lisa about two weeks before our wedding date. At the time we were having second thoughts about our previous photographer due to some unflattering engagement photos. Lisa happened to have an opening for our date and I'm so glad we switched. Right away she set up a couple of meetings to understand what we wanted our wedding to look like and helped us determine the flow of the day as well as different timings, all things we had considered, but hadn't really hammered out. On the day of the wedding Lisa and her associate were there with us every step of the way taking excellent pictures and helping and to keep things moving along.
Now to the important part: the pictures. These are some of the best photos I've seen of us after almost 10 years of friendship/dating. Lisa is an amazing photographer and I can honestly not think of a single picture she took that I dislike. During the reception she rushed in and pointed out that there was a rainbow outside so we had the opportunity to take a picture while kissing at the end of the rainbow ☺️. Not only did Lisa help to make our wedding special, she captured memories which we will cherish for the rest of our lives

We wish every photographer could be like Lisa. First, her photos are absolutely stunning. We love every single photo. Second, we had no idea Lisa, or her Assistant Photographer Jim, were even there. They captured every moment from the ceremony to private joyous moments between guests. I understand her prices are higher than average but it is worth every penny. All the special moments and then some, captured thanks to Rhinehart Photography!
Having worked with Lisa in the past when she shot my senior portraits in 2012, I was already aware of her talent behind the lens and how personable she was. Because of this, I followed her Instagram and Facebook pages where I frequently saw all of the beautiful wedding photos she's taken over the years. This made booking Lisa for our wedding perhaps the easiest choice of any of our vendors. Working with Lisa on our wedding day took so much stress off of our plate and allowed us to get all of the photos we had hoped for without having to miss any of the celebration. If there's one thing Lisa does better than anyone else, it's having the ability to capture beautiful photos without making everything feel staged. She offers the perfect balance of offering suggestions as well as allowing us to just be ourselves in front of the camera.
Lisa captured all the classic family pictures, which we loved! Our favorite pictures however, we’re the special moments she caught without our noticing because we were too busy enjoying the moment. She’s truly a professional and you can tell she loves what she does. If you’re looking for the best, you can’t do much better than Rhinehart Photography!

It was meant to be!
Lisa from Rhinehart Photography was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer.
First and foremost - planning a wedding during a pandemic is a struggle. Lisa worked with us to figure out every little detail. She was so patient and helpful - she was a huge part of helping us make our wedding dreams come true even during such a difficult time!
We knew from the time that we started wedding planning that we wanted to invest in a fantastic photographer. We knew that the wedding day would likely be such a blur that we wouldn’t remember most of it. We really wanted to make sure that we came away with wonderful pictures to look back on! We were looking through various local photographers on Facebook and Instagram, and Andrew found Lisa's page. We immediately knew that her style was exactly what we were looking for. Her pictures all had clear, crisp, vibrant colors, and she played with light in such interesting ways! We also loved that so many of Lisa's pictures were candid shots - we really wanted to have the majority of our pictures to be informal instead of perfectly posed pictures. After our first video call with her, Andrew and I knew that we wanted Lisa to photograph our wedding! We felt so comfortable with her, and we felt like we had such a natural connection… and we hadn’t even met her in person yet!
Working with Lisa on our wedding day was fantastic. She blended into the background, but also helped to guide us so that you could get a better angle or a fun posed shot! She made everything SO EASY. Neither of us are comfortable in front of the camera, but Lisa found ways to make it so much fun! We never felt like we were being “posed” for formal pictures and like we needed to have a stiff smile plastered on our faces. It truly felt like we had an old friend taking our pictures for us!

Lisa's photos capture everything we loved about our wedding celebration!
This was our third time working with Lisa (after our engagement session and our Wedding 1.0 last fall), so we were already very comfortable with her, and knew that we'd get amazing, vibrant images of our day. At Wedding 1.0, we focused on lots of romantic portraits of the two of us because our guest list was so tiny, and we avoided many group shots out of safety. While we treasure all of our pictures from our first wedding, we were so excited to finally get to do the creative wedding party photos that Lisa designs so well (without masks hiding all of our smiles!) and to have her eye on candid moments among our guests during the reception. Lisa is so talented at capturing emotion, and her photos shine with all the joy and excitement that permeated the night for both us and our guests.

Absolutely the best!
We chose Rhinehart Photography because her photographs are the most creative wedding photographs we've ever seen! Not only are they creative, but they truly capture the uniqueness of each couple. Every blog she posts has so many surprising "wow" shots that take your breath away. It's crazy to think that she doesn't photoshop these photos at all! She's just that talented! She definitely delivered the same outstanding quality of work for our wedding! We were blown away and so were all our friends and family.
Besides her amazing artistic skills, she is awesome to work with! So easy going and fun! She makes everything less stressful! Working with Lisa on the day of our wedding went flawlessly. She kept me so relaxed and made sure we were always running on time. I never looked at a clock once! I think Lisa is also secretly trained as a Ninja. In our special moments like exchanging vows and first dances, you never even saw her! It helped to just live in the moment and get rid of the jitters of being photographed. She also has ways of getting our true personalities to come out in the photographs even when we were camera shy. She goes to all lengths to get the best shot. At one point she was climbing the side of a rocky cliff!
The whole process of wedding planning with Lisa was very easy. Especially during a pandemic. We, unfortunately, had to postpone our wedding because of COVID but she made the process so easy and she was so flexible. We are so grateful for how accommodating and understanding.
Lisa was hands down the best choice for our wedding!

My fiancé chose Lisa to capture our proposal/engagement photos based on an extremely positive recommendation from his family friend and I am so happy that he did! After he proposed and our photos were taken, I went online and looked at her work. It was so clear to me that she has a unique, creative eye and puts so much passion and love into her photos! We all know that photography sessions can be awkward, but Lisa found numerous ways to make our engagement shoot a fun, comfortable experience. She captured from unique angles, incorporated different lighting, and let us be ourselves. She made sure to keep snapping away so we had variety of photos to choose from! We loved working with Lisa and we can't wait for her to also photograph our wedding day! After my proposal, I couldn't (and still can't) stop talking about Lisa and how much I loved working with her. SO talented!
In looking for a photographer, we were looking for someone with a lot of experience in the business. We wanted a photographer who was able to capture us, our personalities, our love for each other, all of those special wedding day moments, etc. without too much time spent on photos. We wanted to enjoy the moments photos were being taken rather than have it seem burdensome. All of this and more was fulfilled with Lisa Rhinehart Photography. On our wedding day, Lisa was able to adapt to a shift in timeline and shift in what and how many photos we wanted taken. Lisa made us feel extremely comfortable and in times when we needed her direction or were feeling anxious in front of the lens she knew exactly what to say and what to do to help us just enjoy the moment.
Not only is the experience of working with Lisa wonderful, but her photos are out of this world amazing. Every single photo is perfection and being able to look through all of our photos and relive our wedding day is priceless! Not a single moment was missed. Gorgeous and creative photos
Lisa is an incredibly talented photographer! I've actually worked with her a few times -- once as a bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding, our own engagement photo shoot, and finally on our wedding day. She is beyond fun in her "bedside manner" (herding cats aka the bridal party, setting up unique shots, keeping us on schedule), and I can't say enough good things about her skill as a photographer. It felt like she and her assistant were EVERYWHERE on our wedding day, capturing every special moment, but without seeming intrusive. The final result was almost 1,000 gorgeous photos that are truly some of the best wedding photos I have ever seen. She has a creative eye and snapped some really emotional shots at just the right moment. Looking through her photos felt like reliving the entire day, moment by moment, because she captured the excitement and emotion of it all so incredibly well.
I will note two things: one, her prices are not cheap, but you are certainly paying for a higher level of quality. Two, we did have to wait awhile after our wedding to see our photos, but in the end they were so excellent that we didn't mind. However, if you know you will be anxious to see something the next week, maybe mention that to Lisa up front. I will say that the delay gave her enough time to carefully select and edit each photo, and also to create a blog post describing our special day.

The Perfect Fit!

Awesome to work with...especially during a pandemic
Lisa was great to work with. We were with Lisa from the beginning. She did our engagement session a little less than a year before our wedding and then we continued working with her through the planning process. Having to plan a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic was no easy task but Lisa was awesome when it came to working with us if the need arose that we needed to reschedule or even split our ceremony/reception to two different dates. We thankfully were able to have our big day the way we had originally planned and we are so thankful that Lisa was a part of it.

Picture Perfect Experience with Rhinehart Photography!
We are so happy we selected Lisa for our wedding photographer. We heard about Lisa from a friend who used her as a photographer and also happened to have their wedding as the same venue as us. They had such amazing wedding photos and raved about Lisa. We first spoke with Lisa in January 2018 and we knew she was the photographer for us. She was easy to talk to and clearly knew her stuff! She photographed our engagement in LBI in May 2018 at two different locations. My now husband and I don’t exactly love being photographed but Lisa somehow not only found ways to take beautiful photos but we also had fun during the experience! She creates blog posts for each couple (one for your engagement and one for the wedding) and it was a great way to share our photos with family and friends and also to know we’ll always have the posts to look back on in the future. Leading up to the wedding, Lisa was fantastic. I had a ton of questions and specific photo requests and Lisa was excellent at listening to each request and also providing great suggestions and advice for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Lisa came to photograph my bridal party and I. Lisa not only got all the shots I wanted but she also seemed like another friend in the room singing along to the playlist my bridesmaid had created. Lisa’s attention to detail made the big day go without a hitch and we got every single photo combination we asked for! Lisa is very catering to her clients. You can be as hands on or hands off in your wedding album process. Lisa can select the photos for you or you can select all the photos yourself. After I selected my photos she created a spread and a video talking through the selections. It was awesome to visually see what my album would look like and also to use her expert advice to make changes about things that most people wouldn't consider When we got our deluxe album, 3 mini albums, and canvas, we were able to relive our wedding all over again! We love everything about it and wouldn’t make any changes. We are so happy we selected Rhinehart Photography for our wedding and hope we can see Lisa again photographing a friend or family member's wedding. Thanks a million Lisa! You’re the best! AMAZING Experience!
Hiring Lisa to be our wedding photographer was the first and easiest decision we made when beginning to plan our wedding. We were impressed by the high-quality images, all the candid moments and emotions she is able to capture in a picture.
Lisa really takes the time to get to know you, and she is incredibly talented and personable. My husband and I are not the most photogenic people but she really made us feel comfortable, so our personalities really came out on camera.
Kris was also fantastic. He made all the guys feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding. I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa years back when my sister chose Rhinehart Photography for her wedding. Throughout my experience being her Maid of Honor, I quickly realized that if and when I got married, Rhinehart Photography would be a no-brainer.
Working with Lisa throughout the wedding process was as seamless as I expected. She made the experience fun, effortless and brought so much energy and excitement to every idea she had. She was able to capture the essence of our relationship and wedding theme in ways we could not imagine.
Our photos were classic, unique and stunning, from the engagement shoot through the wedding. When we received our wedding album, the design and quality surpassed our expectations. The contrast between the neutral colors and the pops of color provided the perfect contrast and really made our photos stand out. Lisa is amazing, and I’m so glad we got to work with her!! We originally hired another photographer who we thought was a better deal price-wise. Turns out, it wasn’t. So why would I spend the same amount of money on mediocre photos when we could have the amazing Lisa Rhinehart?! Seriously, her photos are out of this world! They’re so amazing, beautiful, and unique. She can literally make something beautiful out of anything.
I loved how during our initial meeting, she asked about us and our story. She really gets to know you in order to make the photos personal. We took our engagement photos in a place that’s very special to us, and she did not disappoint. All of the photos exceeded our expectations. She made us feel comfortable and was able to get beautiful photos despite minor hiccups (rain, tourists, bleeding on my end).
The day of the wedding, we worked with her and Jim. The entire wedding party loved working with them. The guestbook she brought with her was so beautiful, and such great quality. The previews of photos they showed us the day of looked phenomenal. We can’t wait to see everything!!

As soon as we saw her beautiful photos online, we were immediately interested in working with Rhinehart Photography. Every shot that I liked had her logo on the bottom. Our first meeting totally sealed the deal, we knew we didn’t want to work with anyone else. The way Lisa puts effort into getting to know each couple personally before the big day is something I loved and would have never expected. My husband and I are pretty awkward in front of the camera so she made us feel very comfortable on our wedding day. Everyone who has seen our photos has told us how impressive they are. I couldn't be happier!

Lisa Rhinehart is absolutely amazing!! We used her for our engagement photos and wedding photos. She is incredibly nice and easy to work with. From our very first meeting to getting our wedding album, the whole process was flawless. She got to know us and really captured our personalities and made each photo unique. During each photo session, she made us feel comfortable and we could just be ourselves. She is creative and will do whatever it takes to get the best shot possible. After booking our church and venue our next most important choice was our photographer. I spent A LOT of time researching photographers, especially ones who had worked at our venue. I noticed a theme; most of the pictures I was blown away by were by the same photographer- Lisa! She was very accommodating for our engagement shoot, even making a last minute date change due to weather. Aside from getting our "save the date" photo, I had little expectations for an engagement shoot. I thought what am I going to do with pictures of just the two of us, but our pictures were so unique and artistic, it ended up being hard to narrow down which ones to frame! I couldn't have a conversation about my wedding without someone saying "are you going to have the same photographer as your engagement shoot bc they were amazing." Lisa planned out the wedding day to ensure we'd stay on time and get all the photos we were hoping for. She was so positive and upbeat the day of, keeping everyone smiling. Once the reception started she captured so many special moments without us even noticing. She stayed until the very end, organizing all of our guests for an incredible send off photo. Our pictures were exactly what we had hoped for- a mix of classic bridal party with those that were more playful and captured our personalities, and others incorporating the stunning architecture, reflections, and silhouettes. Lisa was so pleasant to communicate with through the whole process and day of. I'm so happy she was available for our date as hiring Lisa ended up being one of the easiest and best decisions we made!

Rhinehart Photography was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. We had both engagement and wedding photos taken and Lisa really made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. She was very helpful though out the whole process trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and what kind of photos we liked. She spent extra time on both our consultations and helped us figure out the exact timeline to get all our photos we wanted. On our wedding day she was nothing short of amazing. She was running all over the place trying to get the unique angles that we loved, but also captured our traditional photos. Once we got our images we were absolutely amazed at everything she captured. She captured quite a few shots that we cant believe were even possible - including a rainbow. We wanted all our photos to be a remembrance of our day and she got everything from the attire, setting/ locations, to the family photos, to all the emotions throughout the entire day. She captured the essence of the day. She even puts together a blog of images and commentary and its really a great reminder to go through. Ultimately when the day is done you really only have pictures left and we look forward to being able to cherish these photos for decades to come.

We were so happy with the entire process of working with Lisa. She was organized from the beginning and helped map out the timeline for our wedding day without making it seemed rushed. Lisa is super easy to work with and scheduled multiple video calls to make sure she understood what our expectations were. We could not have asked for a better photographer. Lisa was able to capture traditional photos as well as more candid photos that showed the beautiful emotions of the day and we will cherish our wedding photos forever. Lisa was absolutely amazing. From our initial meeting, Lisa made me feel like an individual client, not just another client. She wanted to know about my husband and I so that she could photograph to our personalities and the pictures came out absolutely amazing! Throughout the whole process, Lisa took such good care of us, making sure to meet with us to understand what we wanted from the experience, and the day of. On the day of, she was super accommodating to make sure that I got the pictures I wanted, even though it took away from some of the other pictures that she had planned. Lisa was an absolute delight to work with. Her creativity and professionalism are unsurpassed. She worked with my (now) husband and I on every step - from the engagement shoot at The National Arboretum (one of her suggestions when we mentioned our love of gardens) to eleven non-stop hours at The Hay Adams on the day of our wedding. She was able to completely put my husband at ease in front of the camera - something that he was certain would never happen and make both of us look our best. She is a delight to be around and puts everyone in the right mood. The pictures that Kris took of my hubby and his groomsmen were wonderful and I can tell that they were having a grand time while my girls and I were in our suite getting ready.
Our guests are still talking about how perfect the wedding, and especially the photographer, was.
The icing on the cake is our GORGEOUS wedding album! We loved all the pictures so much that we ended up choosing the deluxe album along with three "parents" albums to give as gift for the holidays. They could not be more perfect in weight and quality. The flow of the pictures and the layout is truly superb. Know that you are in the best of hands with Lisa and Kris.

Lisa photographed me and my husband in wedding attire for an after shot (we eloped). She did an amazing job! Every aspect of the service that she provided was top notch. She was quick at responding to my initial inquiry, she sought background information to ensure the photos were in line with what we were seeking, and her photos came out so well. Additionally, we got the first look and photos back relatively quickly after the shoot. She is very artistic and had great suggestions on silhouettes and backgrounds. Her pricing was very reasonable, especially in light of the finished product. I highly recommend her and have already given her contact information to several friends!

Working with Lisa was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day. She is incredibly talented, creative, professional, and personable. We chose to contact Lisa because of her amazing photographs that we saw on her website, but decided immediately after our first conversation that we could not have anyone but her as our wedding photographer.
As a bride planning our wedding from 7 hours away, contacting vendors and setting up meetings was definitely difficult. Lisa was so understanding about the distance and was willing to do video chats with us throughout the entire planning process. One thing that I loved about working with her was that she was so organized. She made sure every detail of the day was planned out. It was so nice to go into my wedding day without a single worry about photography.
I love every single photo from our wedding day. Lisa and Kris made my husband and I feel so comfortable with taking pictures, and we had tons of fun doing it! I could really tell that she took our personalities and our relationship into consideration when planning out photos for us to take. I truly feel like I'm reliving the day every time I look at the photos.
I am so thankful that we had Lisa, especially because it rained on our wedding day, which makes taking great pictures a little more difficult. She not only managed to get a lot of shots where you can't even tell it was raining, but was also willing to walk in the rain with us to get some views of our venue that we really wanted. The pictures are so great that we are now thankful for the rain because we got the most amazing pictures out of it! Lisa's talent is astounding. Her ability to capture the uniqueness of each of her couples is amazing. We met Lisa at a Christmas party right after we got engaged, and we hit it off. She mentioned she was a wedding photographer, so I proceeded to go right home and look up her Facebook page and blog. I was blown away by the extraordinary quality of her photography. Every couple is different, and her photographs showcase that in the most beautiful ways. As soon as we "officially" met with her to discuss package options, we knew we wanted her to photograph our wedding. She did a phenomenal job on our engagement photos and was very helpful in constructing a timeline for the day of the wedding to ensure we got all of the shots we wanted. She was very relaxed and always made sure we were taken care of - she even gave me the water bottle our planner brought to her because I mentioned I was hot! She truly knows how to go the extra mile. She made sure to capture some of the action on the dance floor, but knew when to bow out when things were getting rowdy - but not without getting an "end of the night" shot for us and giving plenty of hugs. I don't think we could have happened upon a better photographer or person if we tried!

All the photos by Rhinehart Photography turned out AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for capturing our special day... I absolutely LOVE all the photos of my then fiance, now husband, pre- "I do" poses, Kris did an excellent job capturing not only his serious and intimate moments with his groomsmen but also his funny side! We received tons of compliments on our "vogue" photo of the bridal party outside on the terrace :) And the detail shots were absolutely perfect, as well as different types of shots: traditional poses at the church to candid moments throughout the day to unique details captured such as the architectural surrounding/spatial awareness. I first saw Lisa's work on Facebook when an acquaintance posted her photos from his wedding, and I immediately knew I'd found my wedding photographer. Lisa was perfection - she was responsive, receptive to our ideas, and made us feel at ease immediately. We got to know Lisa through an afternoon engagement photo shoot, and fell in love with the photos she took. Lisa made our chosen spot in DC look magical, and captured natural, beautiful photos of us despite a crazy wind and our long history of awkward pictures together. For our wedding, Lisa managed to capture lovely, tiny moments with my mom, as well as hilarious dance floor photos and even an action shot of a very colorful runner who photobombed us during our couples portraits - still one of our favorite photos! Lisa and Kris made us feel really at ease and comfortable the entire time. We trusted them to capture the really special moments. Lisa is very organized and detail oriented in all the planning prior to our big day, creating a very comprehensive timeline to help us stay on track all day. My husband and I were married on 5/7/16 at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, DC. Once we booked our venue, we wanted to look into photographers that had experience working at the venue and knew what to expect with the space. When I was searching for photographers, I was absolutely "WOWed" by Lisa's work at the Carnegie. Her photos were classy, artistic, and timeless - everything I was looking for in a photographer!
We shot our engagement photos at the Library for Congress and it was pouring rain! Lisa captured wonderful photos of us, and I will cherish them forever. The rain did let up a bit, and we were happy to try and get a few photos outside. I don't how Lisa did it, but it looked like we had 70 degree weather in California or something! You couldn't even tell it was raining, and the outdoor photos came out great!
On our wedding day, Lisa & Kris were exceptional. They kept us moving in a timely but calmly fashion, so we didn't feel rushed moving from one event to the next. We gave Lisa some themes we wanted, but we really wanted her to have the ability to work freely and choose ideas for us (e.g. places for first look, bridal pictures, etc.) to use her creativity. I love how we have so many different photos throughout the venue space - Lisa did an amazing job choosing locations for us that came out wonderfully!
We recently received our custom wedding album, and it is really magical. The photos flow effortlessly and progress like they are telling a story. It makes me relive our special day all over again. The album is very high-quality and in my opinion, is 100% worth the investment.
All and all, I highly recommend Rhinehart Photography. If you are looking for a wedding (or any type) of photographer for a special day, you will be in goods hands with Lisa.

With Rhinehart Photography you do not just have great photographers for your wedding, you also have a vendor that really wants to help you have the best day possible. Lisa helped with my wedding timeline, gave us amazing suggestions for our first look and made sure I got the sunset pictures I desired. Lisa really helped calm my nerves throughout the entire wedding planning process. Thank you Lisa! Kris, Lisa's Husband, was awesome with the guys as well, he kept things fun and relaxed for the groom and groomsmen. This showed in our pictures that the boys were relaxed and having a good time throughout our day as well. Wow! There just isn't enough great things to say about Lisa Rhinehart Photography. Not only is she able to take incredible pictures that are creative and unique, she is also organized and has a wonderful personality. She kept us on track through all of the planning for our big day, took beautiful engagement pictures, (she suggested the place- and it fit our personality perfectly,) and delivered some of the most gorgeous wedding pictures we could ever have hoped for. So many people have commented on the quality of our wedding photos to my husband and I. We didn't hire a videographer- and I don't think we really needed one because of the shots Lisa was able to get. Her work speaks for itself, I creep on just about every album she posts to social network because she is just that talented. Haha! You will not regret hiring her to take your photos. My best advice is to let her do her thing, and trust her. You will be so happy with the end result. Now I will just have to figure out if there is enough wall space in our home to hang my 5,000 favorites...

Absolutely amazing!! Lisa and her husband's work is truly a work of art. When my husband and I were looking for a photographer we were looking for someone who created extremely unique photos. We were blown away by her website. You can tell she takes a different approach to each event she photographs and caters to the style and personality of the couple. I did not want a cookie cutter approach, and I fell in love with Lisa's work. My husband and I were living in Florida during the majority of our engagement but we were still able to connect with Lisa via Skype several times. She was very accommodating and flexible with our hectic schedule. Lisa truly cares about her clients and wants to get to know them. She worked very well alongside our wedding planner to coordinate our wedding day timeline and ensure we captured very important photos. On wedding day, Lisa did a great job keeping us on time to ensure we would capture every moment. Out of this world!! That’s how I feel about Rhinehart Photography. We spend all this time planning, making calls, paying bills, doing crafts, sending invitations, designing menus and seating charts, and when the big day finally arrives, it is gone with a blink of an eye! It is really hard to process and absorb the whole day fully. That is, unless you have someone extremely skilled at their craft and is able to not only take photos of your special day, but really capture the warmth and nostalgic feelings that encompass it, bringing you back in time to beautiful memories whenever you look at your photos! That’s what Lisa and her husband, Kris, did for us. Her ability to capture intimate moments literally took my and my husband’s breath away. She understands lighting, architecture, and space so well that her photos look magical, yet effortless. Friends, family, and even friends of friends keep reaching out to tell us how amazing our wedding photos are! I also have to mention that it rained on our wedding day and our entire photo agenda pretty much changed last minute. Though my husband and I were really excited about our chosen historical photo locations in Philadelphia, it became clear that the rain wasn’t going to cooperate. I always thought I would be pretty bummed if it rained on our wedding day, but it didn’t faze me one bit. Mostly, because I knew I was still marrying the love of my life, but also because Lisa not only met the adversity of the situation, but exceeded it! I am so thrilled with the photos that we took indoors and I have no ounce of remorse for the ones we originally envisioned outside. Somehow she captured the fog/city skyline through the windows and gave our photos a romantic and timeless feel I never even expected. OH, and to top it all off- Lisa stayed up till about 2 am one night working on our photos to ensure we got a good sneak peak on our 1 month anniversary. How sweet?! Ok, so you've found "the one" to marry. Literally, the next thing I want you to do is call Lisa Rhinehart and find her availability to pick a date for your wedding day. She's that good. At your engagement shoot she takes the time to plan an entire day of wedding itinerary, which was a lifesaver. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to her. And then, the pictures she and her husband, Kris take! OMG. I never imagined I would have so many people comment "these are the best wedding photos I have ever seen". I could go on and on. Just book her :)

From the moment I saw the gorgeous, Vogue-like photos Lisa took of a friend's wedding, I knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding. My husband and I first chatted with Lisa via Google hangout so she could get to know us better before our engagement photo shoot. She traveled to D.C. where we live in June for our engagement photo shoot and took some really amazing photos at our engagement location, as well as at one of our favorite restaurants.
We chatted again before the wedding about what types of photos we would like, the style, and specific people with whom we wanted photos. On the day of the wedding Lisa and her husband, Chris, who served as the second photographer showed up right on time and took the most amazing photos my husband and I could have imagined. Lisa is extremely easy to work with and makes you feel at ease during the whole process. Chris took wonderful photos of my husband and the groomsmen. He also did a fabulous job with the lighting - our two favorite photos both involved unique back lighting that showcased both Lisa and Chris's creative genius.
My parents were so excited about the wedding photos that they asked Lisa if it would be possible to get a photo early to give to my Grandmother for her 92nd birthday. Lisa came through and gave us not one, but two fabulous photos that my Grandmother loved!
If you want creative, gorgeous, and unique photos that will impress everyone, Lisa is your photographer. Lisa, you blew us away with your photos and we are forever grateful to have you as our photographer!

I first met Lisa when she photographed my sisters wedding in May 2014. I was so impressed by her work that we booked her immediately for our wedding in June 2015. My husband and I got married in Chester Springs, PA however we planned our wedding from London. Lisa made this so easy! She went above and beyond (Google chat calls with the time difference!) to get to know us and to make our day perfect. She was always available and willing to help in any way possible. We recently received our wedding album and will cherish it forever! It is so well done and so well made. Such beautiful craftsmanship and design. We can't wait to show it off! We also got the parent albums as well so they were over the moon with their Christmas gifts. Thank you again for such a great experience! When choosing a photographer for a wedding, sometimes it's hard to differentiate nice people and nice people that have talent -- It's essentially choosing a business partner that is going to be your confidant, best friend, ally, creative genius and also partner in crime for the entire wedding planning process right into the big day - I am headstrong, opinionated, strong-willed, outgoing and have extremely high expectations - When I do things, I give everything 110% and I expect that from anyone that works with me as well - From the 1st moment I met Lisa, I knew she was the perfect fit - She was able to easily navigate us through the 1st meeting while listening to our creative ideas but also staying on task to complete the meeting in the time we had -- Creativity and business-mind partnered together is the name of the game -- In our 1st photography session, she came with ideas and clearly had done her research on our location ahead of time -- It was really like hanging out with a friend but getting beautiful, timeless photos at the end. After our engagement session, we spent 2 hours at dinner planning the big day - She stayed in contact with me regularly and sometimes was reaching out to me to check in before I was reaching out to her (Good luck finding vendors that are more on top of YOUR wedding than YOU!!) -- The day of came and went off just as planned - All the photos we talked about were executed perfectly and except for how beautiful she made me look, there were no surprises. Getting married is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us and Lisa made it feel so easy as it pertained to her guidance and leadership -- if I could rate her a 6 on the scale of 5, I would -- I love Lisa and any bride will feel the same way... Trust me... You want her on your side on your big day.

My now husband and I fell in love with Lisa's work before we got engaged, we had several friends who used her for their weddings and the pictures were all very unique and beautiful. As soon as we got engaged we knew that wanted to meet with her. We immediately felt comfortable, laughed, and she took a lot of time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple. Our engagement session was fun and tailored to fit us, our pictures turned out to be more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. We told her that we loved reflections, candid's, and sunsets. Lisa was able to capture all of it! On our actual wedding day Lisa and Kris were early, took time to walk around our venue, and talk with our family and vendors. My husband and I live in Philadelphia but are from South Central PA and got married back home where we both grew up. Lisa learned about our LOVE for Philadelphia and knew that we were incorporating the LOVE sign throughout our reception; she took it upon herself to bring a LOVE prop that she had and incorporated into our pictures. Lisa was also very flexible, yet very organized on our wedding, at the last minute we decided that we wanted a group photo of all of our guests following the ceremony. Lisa scanned the area and decided it would be best to get a ladder to take the picture of everyone at their seats immediately after the ceremony. She climbed a 12 foot ladder and got some amazing shots of all our guests smiling and cheering us on! So cool and a photo we will really cherish forever. Kris and Lisa both took a lot of time individually with my husband and me; and us with our bridal party. My husband coaches and loves football so there are a few pictures of his guys lined up with a football starring Jason as the quarterback. The groomsmen really had fun with that! Lisa and Kris are amazingly talented professionals who do more than just photography. Lisa helped in so many ways for our special day and we LOVE our photos!

Immediately after my engagement, I knew who would be my perfect engagement/wedding photographer. I had been working at a local wedding venue and had the luxury of seeing many photographers in action for years. Out of the hundreds I've seen, Lisa Rhinehart was the one I knew I wanted immediately! Her pictures were breath-taking and seemed to be so unique to each couple. After setting our date, which was over 2 years away, I made the call to Rhinehart Photography right away! My soon-to-be husband and I met with Lisa the first time and felt so welcomed. We knew we wanted her to be with us from engagement to marriage. After our meeting we had a few Skype appointments and decided on our engagement photo story. She really went above and beyond to make sure she captured our story at the Baltimore aquarium and Ravens stadium. The day was amazing and despite some rain Lisa made sure we got many "perfect shots". Our family and friends were blown away by how unique and beautiful our pictures were, they knew our up coming wedding day memories were in good hands with Lisa behind the lens! As our wedding grew closer, Lisa helped me establish my wedding day timeline. We discussed what kind of images were important for me to capture and how to make our "happily ever after" moment a success. Im the type of person that likes attention to detail but in the grand scheme of things, a photographer is a photographer, right? .... I have since learned I couldn't have been further from the truth.
Let me take a minute to tell you about Lisa and her Character. My first real meeting with Lisa was at our Engagement Shoot by the Brooklyn Bridge, That morning, my fiancé' and I got a message from Lisa ( who was traveling from 3 hours away ) that there was a train derailment and she would possibly be running late. It turns out the derailment was a major situation and all transit lines were shut down. We offered to re-sdhedule, even drive to where she was. Lisa knew how badly my fiancé wanted to take pictures by the Brooklyn Bridge and she was determined to make that happen! She got off the train, hopped on a bus, took a subway and walked about 20 blocks to make sure she made that happen, AND despite the 5 hour additional travel, still had a smile on her face and was ready to go.
On our Wedding day, Lisa and Kris were as professional as could be. They were at a venue they had never shot at before and were only able to see pictures of the venue online. Lisa looked at ease and comfortable as if she was taking pictures in her own backyard. She was a true professional, giving direction, getting shots from different angles, even at times, laying on the floor to get the shots she wanted. She adapted to the environment with the blink of an eye even at the last second when it started to rain and the entire ceremony, chairs, decorations and props were all moved inside. Instead of getting flustered, she saw it as an opportunity to get some more fantastic photographs.
If anyone reads this review, Im sure you have done your research on Lisa Rhinehart. Her pictures speak for themselves and need no explanation, they are in a class of their own. You should feel at ease knowing she is there for you, getting the pictures that make Lisa Rhinehart who she is.

Lisa is one of those people who you know who she is immediately by looking at her photography, hard working, passionate, unique, personal, dedicated, and artistic, that are just a few words to describe how amazing she is. I saw her photographs before my husband and I were engaged and knew that she was the one for that "one day" event there was no contest! From the time we began communicating with her until after our wedding day she was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to us. When we first met Lisa it was for our engagement pictures and it was a rainy/cold spring day on a farm BUT she made sure we would have amazing pictures! We were nothing short of trusting in her and had no doubts that she would make this happen. When we saw the pictures you would have no idea it was a rainy day, they were absolutely stunning! Fast forward to the wedding and she was the reason we stayed on time and got all the pictures we needed, I easily get side tracked so this was a great thing. It was very important to us to have quality time to get portraits individually, together and family portraits and she made sure this all happened. One moment that really sticks out is we were in the middle of a parking lot and there was this beautiful tree full of spring blossoms and the after picture made it look like we were in the middle of a million flowers! It was one of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen! She was so passionate and made sure our day felt so special. One thing that was so noticeable to me as well is she was there but you would have never known. Having been to a number of weddings now it always bothers me when photographers are in the way or standing in the view of the guests there. I know how important it is to get the pictures but Lisa is able to do this with out ever being in the way. Many people after even said to me how amazing her pictures are and it's like we never even noticed she was there. She is easily the best in the field!

Lisa was so easy to work with from start to finish. She makes you feel so comfortable and her ideas are amazing. When I saw her photos, I knew she had to be my photographer. She took my engagement and wedding photos, which turned out better than expected. She is so creative and thinks of these pictures to take that the average person wouldn’t see. Everybody who saw my photos were amazed by how great they turned out. Her photos speak for themselves on how great they really are. I am so glad I decided to choose Lisa because I didn’t have a videographer and her photos really captured every moment of my wedding day!

I knew for a while before I even got engaged that I wanted Lisa to be the photographer for not only my engagement shoot but my wedding as well. I knew that I wanted something more than the typical "generic" staged photos that come with every wedding where every couple looks the same, so I spent a lot of time googling for creative, unique photographers. It wasn't long before I found Lisa's blog, and I fell in love with her work. I loved that all her photos used unique angles, shadows, reflections and creative techniques that you didn't see in a lot of photos- it was exactly what I was looking for! My engagement photos turned out gorgeous- Lisa was extremely accommodating with my ideas and traveled all the way to Albany for our shoot because we wanted to include our dog in them. We ended up with so many photos we loved I wanted to frame them all! Our wedding photos came out even better. Lisa helped make the day flow by effortlessly. She worked with me and my wedding planner for months leading up to the wedding to plan out my "day of" timeline- she helped me figure out how much time we had to take photos and made sure I fit in all the photos that were important to me, while ensuring that my husband and I made it to our entire cocktail hour. Then it poured the day of our wedding- but Lisa took a situation that could have been a disaster and used the rain to make our photos even more creative and unique. Our photos were exactly what I wanted- anything but generic. They captured mine and my husband's personalities perfectly- and we didn't look exactly like every other staged couple. I now have a whole different problem- I have TOO many photos I want to turn into giant wall canvases and not enough wall space!! Lisa and her husband Kris were an absolute delight to work with and they gave me and my husband more than we could have ever imagined - we have received so many compliments on our gorgeous and unique photos. We our so pleased with our decision and so grateful.

From day one we were so happy with Lisa! She began with a meeting so we could get to know each other before sending the packages/booking, she spent time knowing what was important to us, what we were confident about, what we were not-confident about...I hate pictures period so this was so wonderful to me and by the end of the meeting we were confident in hiring her!
Lisa spent our engagement session seeing how we are as a couple, she came with a booklet of poses and pointed out ones she felt would work for us (which helped me a ton!) and the pictures were so amazing! We instantly felt at ease with her relaxed personality and she was receptive to trying our suggestions as well as suggesting ones we would have never thought of! The pictures turned out amazing and we were not only confident in how our wedding photos would turn out but excited to see what they would be like! Our photography quickly became our most anticipated part of the day!
The wedding day went so smoothly with Lisa and her husband Kris as her second shooter...both are insanely talented and we have the best pictures from getting ready to the final moments. She captured moments and details I didn't even see! We know we could not have made a better decision when chosing Lisa to hire. We can not stop looking at all the images of our day and all the breathtaking moments that were captured...we chose not to hire a videographer and are 100% happy with that decision after seeing what Lisa was able to capture!
If you are having any questions or hesitations in hiring her put them aside- she is truely personable, professional, and hands down the BEST photographer!!!!!!

Lisa Rhinehart is an absolute professional when it comes to photography. There is no one out there better! She takes the time to listen to the couples ideas, makes suggestions to help capture exactly what they want, and makes even the most simple moments appear to be beautiful works of art when she captures them with her lens! She photographed my wedding in January and everyone one of our photographs is stunning and reflects the whole theme of our day! She took the time to meet with my husband and I multiple times before our day, did our engagement photography shoot (at no additional charge when you buy a wedding package, JUST so she can get to know you and your style better), and knew exactly what we wanted her to capture throughout the day. I had been admiring Lisa's work for years and she was the very first person we contacted after booking our wedding. We are SO happy that we were able to book her and could not be more thrilled with our pictures. Her work is an outstanding mix of candid shots and sharp, creative, and truly artistic images. Since we were not able to have videography at our wedding, we wanted a photographer that was able to capture our day like it occurred and really give you the emotion of the day, like a movie. Lisa did this and more!! She made our day last for eternity and now we are able to continue to replay the very special day forever! :-) Lisa is so dedicated to her clients they are handled like family. I saw Lisa's photos online and decided that I had to have her for my wedding. She did our engagement photos and wedding photos. The products were absolutely phenomenal. Lisa Rhinehart is the best of the best when it comes to photography! When my husband and I started looking for engagement/wedding photographers we knew we didn't want someone that was going to just do the standard posed photography that you see so often. We wanted something that was unique and personal to us and our story. While talking with a friend about looking for a photographer she told me that one of her roommates from college was a photographer and was pretty good. One look at Lisa's blog and I knew I would not settle for anyone else except her to do our engagement and wedding pictures. We pretty much planned our wedding around the dates that she was available. Lisa took the time to get to know Matt and I, she asked a lot of questions and even had us fill out worksheets getting to us and exactly what we wanted. Our engagement pics were done at the York Fair and they turned out beautiful!!!! Everyone that saw them couldn't believe that a photographer would go to the fair and pretty much just follow us around riding rides, playing games, and eating and come out with such beautiful pictures. For our wedding day Lisa and her husband Kris were AMAZING! Lisa met with us before the wedding to come up with a timeline for the day so that everything would run smoothly and everyone would know what time to be where. She actually seemed more like a wedding planner than a photographer. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew she had it under control. She even came to my apartment and photographed me with my cat Grover b/c she knew how much I wanted a pic of him with me in my wedding dress! Lisa was so professional and organized, we couldn't be happier! We just recently picked up our wedding album that she made for us and it is beautiful!!!!!!!! Anyone that wants pictures that look like they were taken right out of a magazine Lisa is your girl!!!!!

I've known I wanted Lisa to shoot my wedding since I saw her work a few years ago-- before I even met my husband. It was great to know that photography was something I didn't need to research when planning. Lisa was great throughout the entire process. I am very critical of pictures of myself, and while she didn't see what I was worried about, she listened and made sure to only use angles and poses that made me comfortable. I'm an average girl, but I feel like a fairytale bride when I look at our wedding photos!

When we started planning our wedding, one thing I knew I wanted was an amazing photographer. I went to numerous wedding shows looking for a photographer. I stumbled upon Lisa through our reception venue, Capriotti's. As soon as we saw her pictures we knew we wanted her as our photographer. From the beginning Lisa was very kind and personable. She is extremely professional and truly cares about her clients. She really got to know us and what we wanted from our wedding photos. She is very easy to talk to and took away any awkwardness that can come from staging photos. Devon and I cannot thank Lisa enough for the outstanding job she did. Our wedding pictures turned out incredible thanks to her and Kris. We will definitely be using Lisa again in the future!

First let me start by saying Lisa is the BEST of the BEST. From the beginning, I knew I needed the perfect wedding photographer and Lisa was the best choice I made (Besides my husband, of course). After many friend's recommendations not thrilling me, I fell upon Lisa's work by google. I knew from the second I saw her galleries I HAD to have her photograph our journey. My husband and I actually tied the knot in Montego Bay, Jamaica and I knew our situation would be different because Lisa would only be shooting our at home reception on 060714. Once we met Lisa we knew photography would no longer be one of those wedding planning stresses! Lisa goes out of her way to get to know you as a couple which helps her to better capture your special day and make you comfortable. She responds quickly and even skyped with me to go over engagement shoot outfits when I couldn’t decide myself! We had so much fun shooting our engagement photos we just couldn’t imagine how beautiful our reception pictures would turn out. On our wedding day the girls and I were running late from the salon, but Lisa still managed to fit everything in. Lisa and Kris are very professional and such a fun presence to have around! After our reception, We went to Pinchot Park to use the rest of our time. This was a fun way to unwind from the action filled day. To top it all off, she had our blog posted and gallery ready for us to view before a full month passed! All of my friends and family are still raving about how stunning all the pictures are! You are guaranteed to have meaningful photos that bring out the individuality of you as a couple. We HIGHLY recommend Lisa for her talent, patience, and creativity. I am so thankful I didn’t settle and did my research! I feel like we came out of this experience making a friend and we cannot wait to use her to capture photos for our family in the future! She is such a gem and we truly cannot thank her enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! She's the real deal people!!! The first thing we did after we got engaged was look for a photographer, we knew it was something we didn't want to skimp on. As I was searching the internet I came across Lisa and found myself continually coming back as nothing else compared! We made a rather late night meeting due to our busy schedules and she never made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her. We ended up moving from New Jersey to Maryland before our wedding and the distance was never an issue. Lisa really takes the time to get to know you and your story to incorporate it in her photos. Our wedding was in the OBX and to our delight she was happy to travel :) I can honestly say, 110%, that without Lisa there the day of our wedding it would not have gone as smoothly and absolutely perfect as it did. We had a day-of coordinator that seemed to be MIA but fortunately for us Lisa was very organized and helped keep things moving and on schedule. She was definitely a key player in keeping me sane on a very busy day (I can't thank you enough Lisa!!!) We can't wait and are absolutely ecstatic to see our captured memories from our wedding day.
To say we would recommend Lisa is an understatement-- she's AMAZING!

I knew when I started planning our wedding, that I wanted to use Lisa Rhinehart as my photographer. She had shot one of my closest friends wedding (which I was in so I got to see how professional and personable she was) and I had been very impressed after seeing her work.
Living in NJ, I was initially unsure how I would portray my thoughts and ideas about our wedding over the phone or email to Lisa. She suggested we g-chat and we were able to "meet" twice and share all of our information and ideas. She was super patient as I showed her our wedding vision and her true artistic talent captured our day with perfection. I was nervous as the weather threatened to rain/ruin our outdoor wedding. However, Lisa and her husband not only reassured me, but were able to work with the overcast weather and produce soft/romantic wedding photos that I couldn't even have dreamed of. She is professional and listens to all of your needs. She helped keep the day organized and on schedule. I had confidence from the beginning that she was capturing every moment of our amazing day. Sooo many of our friends and family have complimented the beauty of our pictures and have commented how Lisa was able to tell such a beautiful story. Thank you Lisa for your amazing work! Your talent shines through!

Selecting Lisa as our wedding photographer was one of the easiest (and best!) decisions we made during our entire wedding-planning process. After our initial consultation with her, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with her (and I am normally the type of person who likes to explore my options and deliberate decisions, so that says a lot coming from me!) Her photographs caught my eye from the beginning...so stunning and unique with crisp, vivid colors. And on top of her amazing work, she is also highly organized, detail-oriented, and very personable! All of the things we were looking for in a photographer!
During the year leading up to our wedding, Lisa really took the time to get to know us and learn about what was important to us. She put a lot of effort into making our wedding photographs (and engagement photographs) unique to us. We ended up with so many beautiful photos from our wedding day! We don't even know where to begin selecting our favorites. Our family and friends have really been enjoying them too and can't stop talking about how amazing they all are.
Lisa and Kris (her husband and 2nd shooter) were a great presence to have around on the day of our wedding. They are calm, easy-going, and friendly, and Lisa kept the photo schedule moving along smoothly.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and Lisa will be our photographer of choice for any photography needs in the future!

We had such a great experience working with Lisa for our wedding. She was such a professional, but made us feel so comfortable and at ease during both our engagement pictures and the day of the wedding. She worked to get to know us as a couple, and that was definitely reflected in our photos. She did an amazing job of capturing not only the more traditional shots, but the smaller moments of both us and our guests thoughout the day.
The pictures turned out better than we could have ever hoped for. We highly recommend working with Lisa!

ts been a whirlwind romance for my husband, Kevin, and I. We went on our first date, July 26, 2012, were engaged on June 1, 2013, and were married November 23, 2013. When my husband and I knew we wanted to get married, we were bound and determined to not have an engagement longer than 6 months. We were in our early 30s and ready to be married. I mention this, because Lisa demonstrated flexibility with our shortened time schedule. (Most brides contact her a year before their wedding.) Also, imagine our surprise when on our 6 month wedding anniversary to find in the mail our beautiful Wedding Album!!! I've had friends who have waited a year plus to receive our album.
Working on this shorten time schedule, Lisa by no means skimped on her quality of work. Our pictures are beautiful. I've received so many compliments. Friends and family recognize that we received something special in hiring Lisa to be our photographer. When you hire Lisa, she captures the moments of your engagement and wedding day. But, what makes her special is that she captures your story. Before the wedding Lisa takes the time to learn about who you are as a couple and then she finds ways to put these details in to imagery. Its hard to describe her photo talent, but when you look at your photos you know exactly how you felt in that moment.
After she took our wedding photos, she then wove them together in a beautiful album. At first when we were working with Lisa on the album, I was overwhelmed. To many choices to pick. Lisa provided us with a list of her favorite photos and allowed us to choose some of our favorites. Then, this is where the magic happens. Lisa's artistic eye allows her to choose the best photos and put them together in away that not only makes logical sense, but also makes for a beautiful memory. With every page I turn on my album I relive my wedding day. I know this album will be a treasured memory for years to come. All I can say is, Thank You, Lisa!

Lisa definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars! Her pictures are magnificent. The images are so crisp and clean. It was the quality of her work that first attracted me. Her photos evoke emotions-you can feel what her subjects are feeling even though you have never met them. Our initial consultation was done over Skype since we were planning a long distance wedding. She was so sweet, helpful, and honest during our hour long Skype session. After we met her for our engagement photo shoot, we knew we hit the wedding photography jackpot! Everyone we showed our engagement photos to wanted to know who she was-our family and friends were so impressed! She is punctual, courteous, and really advocates for the bride the day of the wedding. She makes sure to get the shots that every bride wants when we are too busy to recognize what we want. People are captivated by our wedding photos. I have received so many compliments. Our wedding album is outrageous! It exceeded our expectations and she was so helpful throughout the process of picking pictures. She also did our thank you cards which were high quality and I LOVE them. About a month after our wedding, she had all of our photos ready for us to review. It is amazing how quickly she works with such an amazing outcome. I cannot say enough great things about Lisa. I would recommend her to anyone.
