Robin was fantastic to work with - she put so much time and care into understanding and executing my wedding day vision from full floral design to decorations and linens. Even when there was a last minute issue with customs (completely out of her control) Robin communicated honestly and clearly with me and came prepared with solutions. Her warm personality and professional suggestions made everything a breeze. I have nothing but lovely things to say about Rhapsody in Blooms and would use them again in a heartbeat! -

Robin did the flowers for our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding. They were all simply stunning. I gave her a few inspiration pictures and a color palette and the flowers were better than I had dreamed they could be! She is super easy to work with and flexible with ideas. I would 100% recommend Robin as a florist to anyone! -

Robin is a PHENOMENAL florist and helped make our wedding absolutely beautiful! Our event space was very stark white, and Robin was so creative in choosing colors and flowers to warm up the space into a magical, candle-lit atmosphere. She is so friendly, kind, and talented--she truly was a highlight of our wedding planning experience and the end result was STUNNING! She's incredible! -

Robin and the rest of her staff blew it out of the park, my venue was stunning! She came to my highly recommended by my wedding planner and come to find out lives a few houses down from me which made it even more fitting. I’d never been the type of woman who dreams about her wedding day from childhood. I knew that I wasn’t a ballroom kind of girl. We chose to have our wedding in a brewery in our neighborhood. I’d shared with her my Pinterest board and the kinda vibe I wanted - bright, fun, classy, garden. When I walked into the venue it was everything I’d imagined and more. To see my vague vision come to life in such a way to capture my personality was awesome. When you tell people you’re getting married everyone wants the details - what are the colors? What kind of flowers? My response was “all the colors”. We had 6 different linens - some where solids in coral, teal and magenta - others prints in lemon, tangerine and raspberry and it was all integrated beautifully. Thank you Robin for taking my vision, embracing it and executing it flawlessly! -

Robin was such a breath of fresh air. I had a pretty specific vision in mind and she definitely came through. Sustainability was important for me, so she provided potted succulents and plants at the table centerpieces that doubled as wedding favors. The bouquets had succulents and air plants that we were able to propogate and use beyond the wedding day. The color scheme of the flower arrangements complimented the wedding party's attire perfectly. We noticed the day before the wedding that our ceremony arbor at the venue was still dormant and Robin was able to quickly come up with a plan to add a few potted arrangements to dress up the ceremony space. All communication was easy and positive. I 100% reccomend Rhapsody in Blooms! -

Due to COVID, we had to make some last-minute changes that left us with a floral vacancy just one month out from the ceremony. Robin was extremely responsive, quickly created a design board that was perfect with our color palette, and had a call with me to discuss some of my ideas about her suggested designs. The flowers turned out absolutely perfect on the day of, and we received SO many compliments. -

I am so grateful for Rhapsody In blooms. She truly went above and beyond to make my bouquet and flower arrangements PERFECT! . She was a part of our FREE EventPod wedding giveaway and with that being said she gave her services to us for FREE (that shows heart! and passion) She was so so personable, kind, friendly and truly made the vision for our wedding come to life. I am a perfectionist so details truly matter but I didn’t have to worry when it came to Rhapsody In Blooms. You wont be disappointed that's for sure!

Robin is such a gift!! After seeing her work at my sister's wedding, I was sure she would be the right fit for ours here in North Carolina. At both price points (our budgets were very different) the results were equally stunning.
My husband and I are huge retrophiles and were after a very specific look--mid-century modest, if you will. Farmhouse without the rustic and 1950s without black checkerboard and jukeboxes. She NAILED it. She paired our collection of antique linens and jadeite dinnerware with her own found milk glass and vintage vessels full of beautiful flowers sourced specifically from a local flower farm. She even incorporated fresh summer strawberries and peaches into the florals. It was ecclectic, elegant, and 100% us.
Robin has an uncanny ability to bring your vision to life and the unique details are where she really shines. Grateful for her talent!! She made our day unforgettable! -

Beautiful perfect arrangements
Bridgette did amazing work. I wanted out of season flowers and she created beautiful bouquets and arrangements in silk that captured everything I wanted. She Incorporated real flowers as well in my wedding colors. She listened very well to my wants and likes and even dislikes to create perfect day. -

Robin is so. incredibly. talented. My groom and I have very particular tastes. We wanted a colorful wedding in December that was bright without being garish, was both modern and mid-century, and picked up on the holiday season without feeling theme-y. She nailed it. Our wedding day was absolutely brought to life by her decor. She worked seamlessly with us and our planner, was always responsive and open to our ideas and feedback, and delivered on everything she committed to and more. She has such an eye for design. We were so lucky to have her! -

Courtney Sent on 07/25/2018I cannot tell you enough how wonderful and easy Robin made this process. When it came time for a decision on flowers, I had absolutely no idea where to look or what to do. I knew I wanted white, blush, and greenery. I had a few pictures of things on my Pinterest board I thought was pretty, but that was all I knew. I also found out quickly how ridiculously expensive flowers could be. Robin was recommended to me by multiple people on her amazing work and affordable pricing. Everyone was constantly commenting on how beautiful the flower arrangements were and how incredible my bouquet looked! I didn't want to part with my bouquet so much to the point I had it preserved! I have a picture of my husband and I on my phone, and I still have people comment on how beautiful my flowers were!

Robin worked with me to come up with the perfect vision - but the execution was more than I could have ever dreamed up. People raved over the floral arrangements at the wedding, but the true piece de resistance was my bouquet. Robin listened to everything I said during the planning stages and created the most magical collection of flowers for me to carry that day - it was breath taking! I can't speak highly enough about Robin's willingness to listen, her ability to create stunning arrangements, and more importantly, her quick responses and guidance through the madness that is wedding planning. Robin and her team went above and beyond to design and offer the most beautiful floral arrangements at our reception in Atlanta. In the midst of planning our delayed reception, I had a change of heart of what I wanted (color scheme, decor, etc.) Robin met with me again after we had agreed on her first proposal and submitted a revised second proposal. She and her team were timely, professional, and the everything was stunning day of. -

Rave Reviews on Our Florals!
We found Robin at a showcase at the venue we ended up picking for our wedding. She was very personable and I could tell she had a passion for her work. I liked that upon further research that she takes a sustainable and local-when-possible approach in her business.
I had a lot of strong opinions about our florals and décor because I consider it one of the most important parts of setting the tone for your wedding. Robin addressed all my concerns and came up with a plan that was within our budget and fit our needs (including a serious back and forth about the linens... cause who knew that that is the one thing the groom is gonna have feelings about!)
I was so excited to finally see everything the day of and I was IN LOVE! Everything was amazing. We had multiple people come up to compliment the florals. People from the day, coworkers who saw photos, friends on social, everyone loved them! We has a great wedding, but Robin made it beautiful! -

Magic Maker
I got married at Callanwolde Fine Art Center June 2021 and met Robin at a showcase at the venue a year prior. We chatted and she told me that she grew up going to classes at Callanwolde and that she worked there quite often, so we decided to use her for our wedding because she was so familiar with the venue. Initially, she set up a zoom meeting to chat with us and discuss what our vision was. We could tell from our first meeting that she was really talented and knowledgable. She did the flowers and decor for the event and I have gotten so much feedback from guests about how pretty they thought the flowers were. We ended up having to relocate the ceremony at the last minute due to rain, and when I walked in and saw what Robin had done I was truly blown away. The space truly ended up being prettier than our original plan. I told Robin that I wanted some color besides white in the flowers but nothing too over the top colorful, and Robin and her team achieved it perfectly. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind. Robin also provided flowers for my bridesmaids hair and a hair piece for me. Thank you Rhapsody in Blooms for helping make my wedding so magical! -

I booked Rhapsody in Blooms for my October 2018 wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Robin was very easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and added or removed anything and everything I asked for. The whole process was very smooth and I had a ton of confidence she was the perfect fit for my wedding. On my wedding day I was SO excited for her and her team to arrive so that I could finally see my flower vision come to life! Now let me just say, I had asked for a few specific things. My bridesmaid dresses were a burgundy color and I did not want overly red flowers that would clash with them. I even went as far as to order a swatch of the dresses and sent it to Robin so she would know the exact color. I simply asked that the flowers be more of a burgundy color. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem. Also, I wanted a loose, garden style bouquet. I had sent her multiple pictures of how I wanted the bouquet done and again, I was assured it would look exactly like the pictures I sent. On the day of the wedding, one of Robin's team members walked up to me right after they arrived and handed me a bouquet...in all honesty I thought she was joking because it looking NOTHING like the pictures I had sent Robin. But when I learned she was serious I nicely told her that wasn't what I asked for. I pulled up the same pictures I had sent to her, showed them to my wedding planner and told her this is what I was expecting. Luckily, the Rhapsody in Blooms team was able to completely redo mine and the bridesmaid's bouquets to at least be somewhat in the ballpark of what I had asked for. Unfortunately, there were a few other issues as well. The bouquets consisted of very red roses. They were beautiful, just much more red than I wanted. The boy's boutonnieres were supposed to be small burgundy roses. Instead, it was some kind of prickly, seeded flower which wasn't even close to a rose. Additionally, I was told the flowers on each of my guest tables would be in gold vases and they were put in clear vases. Overall, it was still very beautiful. Several of my tables had greenery that were pretty and well done. There was a lovely arrangement going up a stair rail that I received many complements on. There were certainly some great things! And my guests didn't know the difference between what I asked for and what I received, which is why I am giving this company 3 stars. My biggest issue was the problem with the bouquet. The last thing I wanted on my wedding day was to be handed a bouquet I didn't ask for - especially after being very clear about what I wanted. Robin is a sweet person and I think she is very good at what she does. And believe me what I say that I don't take pleasure in leaving sour reviews like this but when you're spending thousands of dollars on a service, you expect it to be exactly as it was proposed. -

We hired Robyn for our November wedding. Robyn writes very "flowery" proposals but the real life product is extremely disappointing. She used very , very few flowers in our expensive arrangements, to the point I had guests comment about the lack of flowers. I was embarrassed!
She promised cascades of lanterns here and there in important areas and what was delivered was 2 small candles in their place or nothing at all.
We had one very important feature we wanted copied exactly from a photo of another wedding and it was not done correctly.
She promised a 6 foot long moss table to hold the place cards and all that was there was a 9x12 wood bowl full of moss.
The chair ties she did on reception chairs had to cost 50 cents, the ties she put at the ceremony blended on the chair, so along with being a cheap piece of cloth, you couldn't see them.
She was asked to decorate the cake and cake table There were maybe 6 flowers on a 4 tiered cake. That is it! Oh, and she stuck like 7 small pieces of moss around the base of the cake. It was supposed to cascade down.
I could go on and on but it is so aggravating to me, I won't take the time to do it. She is extremely expensive. Not only does she charge you 250.00 for a table arrangement with a branch and 3 flowers, but she also charges a labor fee to put it together. Our floral bill for and 80 person wedding was 12,000.00! While that also included linens, $4000.00 of that was her labor fee. I was just beside myself that day.
I asked her to make a boutonniere of Lily of the Valley, which she had to order from Holland, the price went from 300.00 to 500.00 for a box of Lilly of the Valley. It must a have been a tiny box because all we got out of it was a SMALL grooms boutonniere and 4 sprigs of it in the bridal bouquet.
I would have rather had her tell me she couldn't do it, than make up a verbose proposal, set expectations and then not deliver. It was a once in a lifetime experience, with an opportunity that was blown.
She doesnt email you back, so communication was poor until 7 days before the wedding. Fairly, I would like a refund for all the items she did not provide, but I doubt when she sees this review she will feel obliged to make it right.
