My wedding was booked at the Global Ambasssdor 3 months before the wedding date. I have NO IDEA how it would have come together without Emma and her amazing team at Revel! They all went above and beyond accommodating us and our short time frame. I can’t emphasize enough when I say Emma kept me calm, cool and collected the entire time. She truly kept the schedule moving and helped me so much when inevitable situations arose. I am so appreciative of her and the whole revel team and can not recommend them enough. She was there every step of the way plus some. 10/10 experience and paying for a wedding planner is my biggest recommendation for any wedding!! -

Sam, Ashley and the entire Revel team made our dream wedding a reality and we could not recommend them more! They were organized, communicative, connected us with amazing vendors, and orchestrated a perfect wedding weekend. I was initially very overwhelmed by the entire wedding planning process, but Revel had an amazing system to manage the event, breakdown the planning process into manageable sections, while tracking everything from all phases to bring our wedding to life. While living outside of Arizona, Sam and team were very flexible with our schedules, were extremely responsive, and scheduled productive meetings whether via zoom or in the small windows of time we visited Arizona. From vendor options, design details, and day of coordination they truly thought of everything and more! Countless guests have commented on the design details, flow/ structure of our wedding weekend, and how much fun they had. None of that would've been possible without the expertise and efforts of Sam, Ashley, their team, and vendors they connected us with. We were really able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that the Revel team had everything covered! We love Sam, Ashley, and team and our friends and family would echo us in saying we would choose them to plan our wedding over and over again!!! -

Above and beyond amazing!!!
Sam, Ashley, Ashley and their team were the absolute best people we have ever worked with hands down. Our daughter's wedding at our home was the most beautiful day ever and was just how we envisioned it. The entire process was handled so professionally and it was so nice to know everything was taken care of. We love Sam, Ashley, and Ashley so much!!! They are like part of our family! We are so grateful to have had them plan and be there with us the entire time. Wish we could do it all again!! -

We came across Revel through a recommendation from our venue--the Andaz Scottsdale. As soon as we met with them on the very first phone call, we immediately knew they were the right choice. Sam described their process and their approach to wedding planning, and we knew we'd love their detail-oriented, phased steps. As soon as we hired Revel, we were matched with Emma, 1 of the planners on their team--and she was a dream come true. Emma was such a calming presence during the entire year-long planning process. She was thoughtful, creative, patient, funny, and insanely detail-oriented (really, though, we were amazed with how well she would remember small details despite having many other clients at the same time).
Emma and Revel took care of everything we could've asked for, plus more. Their vendor recommendations were spot on (they recommended the most amazing photographer Sophie J, an excellent DJ service, and many other stunning vendors who helped make our dream wedding come true like florists and lighting and the dance floor supplier). Emma and the other planners communicated with us through Basecamp (a project management app) which made our lives so simple. Everything was organized and accessible, and Emma was extremely responsive. The planning process was painless, and as we got closer, Revel made the timeline plans/designs simple to navigate.
The weekend of our wedding, Emma and her team were so on point. They were upbeat and energetic and stress-free (well, at least to us they were!). We felt very fortunate to have them by our side both for the welcome reception and the entire day of the wedding. Emma worked tirelessly to make our dream wedding happen, and it ended up being perfection.
We both consider ourselves fairly picky about customer service, and we give Emma and the Revel team our absolute highest recommendations. We already miss our calls/chats with Emma (which is high praise considering how normally people talk about how stressful wedding planning is). Don't hesitate in hiring them! -

Sam and her team at Revel are simply the best in the business. Our planning process was a breeze, and was ten times more fun than it was stressful. Any vision we had, Sam and her team (with a special shoutout to Ashely), made it a reality. Weddings are a lot of work. Revel makes it easy.

Sam at Revel Wedding Planning was the most perfect planner to work with. She understood and executed my vision and was supportive in every aspect leading up to and on the wedding day. There are so many details that need to be done to plan a wedding and I couldn’t have done it without Sam. If you’re not sure about the investment I can say it was absolutely worth it just to save me so much stress that’s involved in planning. She worked within my budget and let me know what was realistic pricing for different items. I will be using Sam and her company again for any future events I have! They are the best! Definitely recommend if your venue is El Chorro as well as they are very familiar with the venue! She also knows a variety of the best vendors in the area so the search work of finding other vendors is pretty much eliminated as Sam and her team have you covered. Thank you Revel!! You guys are the best. -

We hired Revel for our wedding on October 7th and it could not have been more perfect. I think the only reason it has taken us so long to write this review is that we couldn't possibly think of enough wonderful things to say about Revel and our lead planner Ashley! She was incredible!! We live in Boston and planned a destination wedding in Scottsdale and would not have been able to do it without her. She has a calm and relaxing presence but is extremely organized and remembers everything little detail. Ashley was so on top of vendors, quotes, contracts, follow-up emails, etc. which took a lot of pressure off of me and my fiancé so we truly got to enjoy the planning process. If there was something we didn't want to do or didn't have time for, we completely trusted Ashley to handle it. Revel uses a project management platform that made it super easy to communicate and keep track of all of our various conversations and ideas about flowers, music, photography, etc. I am a very type A bride who also changed her mind about a million times during the planning process. Ashley was not phased at all and cared just as much as I did that every little detail was perfect. I knew without a doubt that our wedding would be executed flawlessly. Everyone kept asking us if we were stressed the in the weeks leading up to the wedding but we were both just so excited to see it all come together. When the big day arrived we did not have a single worry and truly got to enjoy the most magical day of our lives thanks to Ashley and her team. Our families were so impressed with the care she gave them on wedding day. She kept checking in to make sure everyone had what they needed. By far the single best decision we made during the planning process. If you want to have FUN planning your wedding and make a great friends who you can trust, then you must hire Revel...they are simply the BEST!!! 11/10. -

The Only Wedding Planner You Should Consider
The Revel team is next level. We worked with Ivana to plan our wedding in 9 months. From the initial phone call to post wedding, we could not have chosen a better planner. Every decision you have is yours but Ivana is there to execute and make your dream wedding come true - SEAMLESSLY. She was on top of everything, not a detail slipped past her. She also is an amazing person and a kind and caring shoulder to lean on throughout the planning process. She was always positive, professional, was direct and honest when asked her opinion (in a good way, not overstepping) and absolutely knew her sh*t. We did not have help with planning from my mom or my MIL but we didn't need it because we had Ivana. All the other vendors we worked with said, unprompted, "Ivana is the best" and "We love Revel." Many of my bridesmaids also commented how awesome my planner was - they were seriously impressed. We also had the pleasure of doing our tasting with Ashley and messaged with Sam a few times - both were amazing as well. I would recommend everyone to Ivana and/or the Revel team in general!!! -

I'm not sure where to even begin with Revel, Sam and her team - but they (hands down) made our wedding experience the most amazing, seamless, beautiful day of our lives! From the first phone call my mom and I had with Sam, we could tell she was incredibly personable, professional, and educated on all things wedding. Meeting her in person was even more of a treat because she's so funny and FUN. She made making decisions easy due to her great relationships with all vendors in Arizona. As someone who lives in Chicago, without much insight into the right photographer/music/hair and make up/flowers, she was able to put me in touch with the right people to make the right decisions based on what made sense for us. Anytime I needed her to hop on a phone call or answer a question, she was right there ready to chat. She was always super detailed and understood what my vision was and brought it to life beautifully. I truly did not have to worry about anything because I knew she would have my back if needed.
Leading up to the wedding in our last couple of meetings, she remembered every little detail we had discussed and it made me feel so special. Her energy was soothing and relaxing which eased my mom and my feelings as the day approached. The day of, NO WORDS. Sam had everything handled. Not one person in my family had to think or worry about a single thing. Sam was calm, fun, and so supportive the whole day. Walking us around the venue to the right places at the right times, from making sure the tables and flowers were perfect, to helping my mom and I not sob down the aisle by making "Sam" jokes. I am lucky to have had so many compliments of the timing an ease of the wedding, and that it was one of the most entertaining nights many have had. Every single detail was accounted for. It was amazing to see how much the vendors TRULY enjoyed working with the Revel team as well. They were spoken of so highly and there wasn't one part of our day that we regretted (thanks to their suggestions). I'm not sure how I'll ever be able to thank Sam and her team enough for creating the most special, beautiful day of ours lives, one that felt like us.

Let me start by saying, we got married at a venue that had a list of required vendors to work with (Revel being one of them). I asked the coordinator at the venue when hiring, "if you were getting married, who would you choose"? They said Revel.
And they were SO right! Leading up to the event, if I ever emailed Ivana, I would get an answer THAT DAY. Planning was so stress free and easy.
And day of, same thing. I didn't feel one ounce of stress. Ivana was on top of everything! My friends and family all went out of their way to say their praises as well! The organization, calmness, and "get it done" mentality was so clear!
We were so happy with our decision and would hire all over again in a second if we could!! -

First, I will start by saying - if you don't think you need a wedding planner, you are sooooo wrong. Revel is your answer! My whole experience with Sam and her team from start to finish was an absolute dream. I cannot speak enough good things about them.
To add, I was a very PICKY bride who felt as if I needed to know everything and anything. Thankfully, the girls didn't mind and made me feel included every step of the way, which I loved. Revel remembered all the things I forgot, and knew what I needed without even having to ask.

Sam and the Revel team are absolutely the best! It's hard to put into words how amazing are wedding day was and we can't thank everybody at Revel enough. There isn't a thing we would've changed and I would do it all over again if we could! We live out of state and they were on it every step of the way and so patient with us. They helped us work through COVID, multiple date changes, and venue cancelations. They all work so hard and took care of every detail throughout the entire process. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but they are just good people and a lot of fun to work with! We couldn’t have been happier with Ashley and Revel overall for our wedding at El Chorro. Ashley is extremely easy to work with and bent over backwards to make our vision come to life! Every vendor she and Sam recommended were amazing. Since we live in Colorado she went above and beyond to make sure everything we had sent to Arizona arrived on time and she even ran went to multiple stores in the Phoenix area for us so we didn't have to do anything the week of the wedding. She was incredibly organized, calm and fun the entire wedding day!
We were just reminiscing about our wedding and saying that it truly could not have been more perfect for us and Revel is 100% the reason why. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with and I am so sad that it is over! -

Revel was truly a dream come true. Our wedding would not have been possible without them. From the very beginning to the execution of everything they were so easy to work with and helpful. The weekend was a dream thanks to them & their planning. The day of our wedding we had unexpected rain and they handled it with the utmost beauty. How to even begin to describe how incredible this company is?! Sam and Ivana are two of the hardest working people I know and their talent is unparalleled. Let me start off by letting you know how much I was dreading the wedding planning process when it first started. I definitely had a vision for how I wanted our wedding to be, but I found the industry to be so intimidating and overwhelming that I put off setting a date for months. That quickly changed during my first phone call with Sam. Within minutes, she helped me lay out all my ideas in a cohesive way and we came up with a concrete game plan for my 280 person wedding. I think we talked for over an hour on that first call, and it felt like I was talking with a lifelong friend. From that day forward until the day of our wedding, Sam worked magic. I dreamt of my wedding reception being outside under a canopy of lights, but there were many points where my vision got sticky due to budget, space and labor concerns. However, Sam always came up with new ways to make my dream a reality and she flawlessly handled the logistics of making it happen...it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She found us the best vendor teams and worked closely with them to make sure no detail went unaccounted for.
In addition to Sam's insane wedding planning talents, she is one of the best people I have ever met. She is so genuine, kind, patient, and also freaking hilarious! She helped me manage a lot of conflicting family opinions and kept me engaged with the process when I would have for sure given up on my own. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that there was nothing for us to worry about except enjoying the day. Having her there gave me such a sense of peace that everything would turn out perfect- and it absolutely did.
I really cannot recommend Revel enough. They care deeply about their clients and creating a perfect event as it was envisioned. The quality of their work is truly exceptional! -

Let me start out by saying that I interviewed probably five different wedding planners. Everyone I spoke with was truly so sweet and I am sure they’re all amazing. That said, I felt something different with Ashley and Sam right from the start - almost like a connection with a friend. I felt very comfortable and that was important to me when planning something as important and intimate as your wedding.
We contracted with Revel to oversee all design, decor, paper products and day of items. Ashley was our lead planner and I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. No matter what day it was or even the time, she would respond to me. So many times I had questions that weren’t urgent and could be answered next day yet she’d respond within minutes. I’d send her updates and new questions in different threads and she somehow managed to keep it all organized. If something didn’t work, she did what she could to make it happen. Four days before our wedding I realized our cake was listed wrong on the invoice with our cake vendor. It was 11pm and the cake vendor wasn’t open the next day. Ashley messaged me at 6:30am the next day that she was in contact with our cake vendor and would make sure the correct cake was on file for our wedding. We had a few hiccups the day of the rehearsal and forgot all of the ‘day of’ items we needed to bring. No problem, Ashley made time to stop by our hotel the next day to get them. No matter the item or task at hand, she always remains so calm - it’s seriously impressive!! The day of our wedding the Revel team was SO helpful! I would just turn around and one of them would be there to help me, whether it was getting into our car, holding my flowers, bustling my dress or bringing me bandaids for my feet! Just things you wouldn’t think you’d need they were there for. My now husband loved one of the appetizers so much Ashley went and got him an entire plate and held it for him while we were taking picture (so he could snack on it in between). The next day, my dad came to me and said he and my mom randomly lost their phones during the reception. Ashley saw the panicked look on his face and asked if everything was okay. When he told her they couldn’t find their phones, Ashley replied “Oh I have them”. He said to me, “I don’t know how or when she got them but I was very impressed. With everything going on she somehow managed to also keep track of our phones.” Honestly though, it didn’t surprise me at all. I have been working work Ashley since November 2020. I am fully aware of just how amazing she and the entire Revel team are at what they do. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and I owe so much of that to Ashley and the Revel team. My husband and I funded the majority of our wedding and the only regret we really have is not having Revel oversee more of our wedding prep, that’s how awesome they are!! 💗 -

Revel was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. I knew I needed a Day of Coordinator who would also check-in and keep me accountable for the milestones leading up to the big day. Their Basecamp software was super easy to use and provided a platform to ask and get questions answered almost immediately. Sam Glasscock and her team were always lighthearted and supportive throughout the whole process. A few weeks prior to my wedding, I had an issue with personally scheduling/verifying my hair and makeup team. Ivana Crook was super quick to get on the phone and help me sort through the mix-up. She kept me calm and reassured me it would work out. She worked her magic and it did! On the actual day of the wedding, the event went off without a hitch which I think is a true indicator of what this team can do, because so much could have gone wrong. Instead I felt calm and supported so I could focus on what was truly important in the moment- revel if you will! My favorite surprise was in reviewing our After the Tone guest book recording where Revel must have picked up the phone to record the final pronouncement at our ceremony. It was so special and is an example of their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to execute my dream wedding. Do not pass up the opportunity to work with this incredible team. You will be more than pleased! -

Ugh, Revel. I'm just sad I don't have another wedding to plan with these incredible women. They are AMAZING. Sam, Ivana and the entire team seriously cannot be put into words the work they put in to make your wedding dreams a reality. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and not only did they get on emergency Zooms with us but brought my anxiety down 10000x. I couldn't have asked for better human beings to help us with the craziness that is planning a Covid wedding. The best it gets!
Where do I start. We were introduced to revel through a friend and officially booked them after booking our venue, about a year out from the wedding. Every time I sat down and thought about the wedding and everything I wanted I would get overwhelmed. There was just so much, I would write everything down and talk to my fiancé and he would just say just wait until you talk to Ivana. Every time I talked to Ivana I just felt so at ease, It’s like every ounce of anxiety or stress was gone. She always answered every question I had and if she couldn’t she would get back to me as soon as she knew! Now fast forward about 11 months and boom, COVID. I can’t even imagine having a wedding without Revel, but a covid wedding postponement without Revel, I would have literally lost my mind. They gave us so much support and took care of contacting every vendor to post pone and find new dates that worked with all of our vendors! Sam and her team at Revel are the very best out there. Sam was so dedicated to making every inch of the process go smoothly. Even with having to reschedule the wedding due to Covid restrictions, the day could not have gone better. Sam is a professional and knows her stuff. We found that all the other vendors we used, love her as well, and most gave discounts because we were using her company. I can't rave enough about what a great experience it was working with Sam. Words can not adequately express my gratitude for Sam and the Revel team. It’s taken me a while to write this review for that very reason!
During the planning process I would often call my style “simple” to which Sam would say, “not simple, classic.” Sam made every one of my Pinterest dreams come to life. She seemed to see my vision for the day even more clearly than I did. She also knew the perfect vendor for every want I could think up.
If you are lucky enough to book Revel, my advice to you is simple: TRUST SAM. If you give her a sense of your vision and what you dream for your day she’ll take that and run with it.
The thing I miss most about the wedding planning process is getting to talk to Sam allll the time! I went through the wedding planning process without my mom. As I watched back the raw footage of my day, I realized that, in many ways, Sam filled that void. Sam did not just care about me as a bride, she care about me as a friend.
She gave advice when I needed it. She always gave her honest opinion when I asked if my hair looked ok or if my makeup was smudged. She comforted me when I felt overwhelmed. She forced me to drink a Coke minutes before I walked down the aisle because I hadn’t eaten anything and she knew that’s what I needed (it 100% was).
My day was perfect and I could never have done it without Sam and the Revel team.

Hiring Revel was honestly the best decision we made (aside from getting married). Sam and her team were absolutely incredible and made wedding planning feel easy. Our wedding was truly a dream and Sam made everything happen in a short, four month period (girls- make sure to really vet your wedding planners bc our first wedding planning company did not work out. Luckily Revel Weddings saved the day!). After I met with Sam and Ivana, they took all of our thoughts and ideas and created an amazing design plan complete with inspirational photos. We were beyond impressed! Sam quickly worked to contact vendors and gather proposals. Anytime I would call/email her, I would get a response either immediately or within a few hours. Sam also managed to calm my nerves, particularly when trying to mesh our two cultures while making our parents happy (I’m Jewish and my husband is Persian). Moreover, when I asked for an acrylic sofreh aghd (part of Persian culture) and there wasn’t one to rent anywhere, she contacted our florist (Mint Green Design) and had one custom built. Literally, every detail, every wish, Revel made happen. But most importantly, on our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly and my husband, family, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. We were able to enjoy our wedding, just like any other guest present. And as I write this review, I’m getting tears in my eyes, thinking about how lucky I am to have found Sam and Revel Weddings. They made my dream wedding happen and I’m forever grateful. -

I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how incredibly talented and unbelievably skilled Sam and her team at Revel are at creating the most perfect day of your life. Sam was recommended by another vendor and she was the first call I made when I knew I was in too deep trying to coordinate and plan our day myself. I’m from Scottsdale so knew the valley and vendor options fairly well, and I thought I’d be able to plan most details myself even while living in Seattle but boy was I wrong...from the first few moments talking to Sam on the phone, I was instantly put at ease and just knew Sam was the friend and confidant I needed to turn my jumbled dreams into reality. I remember mentioning little things I thought would be neat, and next thing I knew, she’d have vendors and options ready for me to check and out and approve. Everything she suggested lined up with what I wanted - never did I feel like she pushed anything over budget and I appreciated that so much.
I wish I could describe day to day interactions with her and just how at ease she made the entire process, but I’d be writing the longest review ever. I can honestly say Sam and her team at Revel exceeded every expectation I had, and every single detail, whether tiny or huge, went off without a hitch and it was the most perfect day of our lives. Many of my co-workers or friends would tell me “be prepared for something to go wrong” but I never even had any concern because Sam is such a professional that I knew it would be perfect. And it was! Our families loved her and she honestly made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with - a true testament to how organized her business is and the relationships she builds with her brides. I already miss her dearly and it’s only been one week! My now husband and I joke about having another wedding just so we can spend more time with her.

If you are reading this review and newly engaged, RUN, don’t walk, to your computer and set up a meeting with Sam Glascock from Revel Wedding Co.! Hiring Sam was undoubtedly the best decision my husband and I made during the entire wedding planning process.
In the beginning my husband and I weren’t convinced that we needed a wedding planner as it seemed more of a luxury than a necessity. However, looking back on the entire process, we would without hesitation recommend her and her team to any couple considering it. Our friends and family regularly commented on how calm and relaxed my husband and I were throughout all of the planning, and even through the wedding day itself. While I would like to think this was all due to our super chill personalities (ha), it is undoubtedly because we had Sam on our side. They anticipated every need, thought of every detail, and expertly guided us through every stage. For us, that sense calm and lack of stress was worth the cost ten times over.
Over the course of our 14 month engagement, Sam and her assistant, Ivana, became household names. Any question or concern we had was acknowledged within minutes no matter the time of day (my husband and I have unconventional work hours and really tested this at times), and answered fully within hours. They crafted a vision for our wedding out of the few very vague adjectives I gave them for how I wanted our wedding to feel that fit our personalities to a “t”, and they put together a list of vendors that were talented, professional and helped execute this vision perfectly. I barely lifted a finger.
Perhaps the best aspect of working with Sam and Ivana was how easy and free our communication was. While they are consummate professionals and make it clear that they hold their work to the highest standard, I never felt like I was working with a business. This was so important to me in order to feel comfortable. Instead, it felt like we were working with a close friend who cared deeply about making our wedding perfect for us. Our meetings often went longer than planned because we were having such a good time chatting (some vendors had to interrupt to get us back on track), and Sam and Ivana made it clear that they were here for US and no other reason.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is a complete BOSS, but who will also be your best friend in this process, look no further than Revel Wedding Co. We will truly miss working with them. -

When we decided to have our wedding at El Chorro and in Scottsdale (it was a destination wedding for us) I was really excited to attend the “I Do” experience, a vendor fair that happens one a year at El Chorro. I had been recommended by another friend who used Revel for her wedding at The Biltmore 9 months prior, to use Revel for my wedding planner. I knew both Sam and Ivana were going to be at The “I Do” Experience so I was really excited to meet them and talk to them about using them as our planner!
We had a great experience from the start! Ivana made the planning extremely simple and really easy for us. Everything was seamless and she started the coordination months before. Ivana did a great job including our parents in the tasting and making it a special day! Ivana was always super responsive to calls, text, emails!
Everything was detailed out perfect and our day was extremely stress free. We didn’t have to think about ANYTHING!!

Best wedding planners EVER!!!!!
The revel wedding planning co is hands down the most amazing people my husband, famlies and I have ever worked with. Wedding planning is scary, stressful and hard but working with Sam and ivana makes it easy, fun, stress free and organized. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were there to answer every email, text and phone call. They truly put all of their time, effort and focus on making sure you have the wedding of your dreams. Our wedding day was hands down the most perfect day of our lives and I feel so lucky and proud we can call them our wedding planners. Everything about our wedding day was fun, smooth and on time!!!! My husband, my mom (especially) and I feel so blessed to have been able to work with Sam and Ivana (and you will too😉). I don't know where to start with Ivana. I was so fortunate to plan my wedding alongside such a kind, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable planner. Being my first time coordinating such an event, I was both anxious and unsure of where to start. Luckily, Ivana took away all the worry and sent the most incredible vendors my way, paved the way to my budget, answered all my questions, concerns, and emails promptly and stayed on top of every detail I knew I couldn’t. I am so grateful for Revel Wedding Co. and they are so blessed to have Ivana on their team. I didn’t meet a single vendor that didn’t talk Ivana up and how amazing she is. I saw it all unfold on the day of my wedding. I was carefree and enjoyed every minute. I have been planning events my entire life. Second grade popcorn sales to the senior prom, bachelorettes, bridal showers, and everything in between. I take control, I plan, I create, and I love it. People were shocked to learn we had hired a wedding planner, but I knew they would be our partners, our secret sauce and we needed them.
When I got engaged to my now husband (eek!) after nearly ten years of dating, we knew we wanted a domestic destination wedding and we wanted it to be unquestionably us. We knew we wanted a planner to brainstorm and collaborate with us who had local subject matter expertise. We knew we needed a planner who could execute our vision so we could melt into the moment.
We interviewed a number of planners. The meetings had all gone well, pretty and polished. Then we met Sam. Within 2 minutes, the others faded to memory. She was funny, engaging, and truly listened. She wanted to get to know us, to gauge if we were a fit and could be successful together.
Sam and Ivana helped us from the first moments of planning. Venue shopping, vendor selection, engagement photos. If you’re looking for a planner, engage them early, you will be thrilled that you did. The continuity this created over 18 months was tremendous, as Sam and Ivana remembered every detail and always anchored us back to our vision (not theirs, an important clarification).
One of the loveliest parts of working with Revel was watching them create the fiercest, kindest, most talented team of vendors. We were told, no less than 20 times over our wedding weekend, how we had the best team ever assembled. This is a direct reflection of who Sam and Ivana are, the personality they bring to their work, the passion, and the true, raw talent. By our wedding day, our crew felt like family, and I have never felt more trust, security, or confidence in anyone. Our wedding day was our calmest and most peaceful, because we put our dreams in their incredibly capable hands and all we needed to do was pick our jaws up off the floor all night long.
Sam and Ivana are our friends for life. They give so much of themselves, from answering countless emails to accepting a zillion packages. For over a year, I felt as if I was their only bride. No question is too small or too trivial. Even in the last month when we “needed a bat signal” or in the last week when we needed 75 copies of the Sunday New York Times, they made it seem effortless. There truly is nothing they cannot do (and all with a witty remark and killer smile).

We were so fortunate to work with Ivana Crook of Revel Wedding Co. for our big celebration. I don't even know where to begin because she was fantastic! From day one, Ivana was there for us and ready to provide tips, recommend vendors, offer up suggestions, and just overall keep us on track. She understood our vision, personalities and budget - and never once tried to oversell us on anything or suggest ideas that weren't "us". She is extremely honest which I greatly appreciated, and with a great sense of humor! During the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, Ivana would answer questions/comments/thoughts at any and all hours of the day - this girl does not stop! She was there to remind us to breathe, and really focus on enjoying the entire experience rather than get caught up in anything else. I am so sad not only that the big day has come and gone, but that it also means I don't get to catch up almost daily with Ivana too. Revel Wedding Co. is the best - good people who are excellent at their jobs!! -

We worked with Ivana as our day of coordinator and she was the absolute best. She was incredibly responsive and very professional. She was always prepared and answered questions super fast. I honestly do not think our wedding day/timeline would have gone the way it did without her. Wow, I truly don't know where to start with this review because I can't speak highly enough of Sam and the Revel team! We are based in NYC and knew we wanted a destination wedding in Arizona. After speaking with a friend who highly recommended Revel, I spoke with Sam and was hooked from the start. She was by our side for the entire 18-month engagement, planning process, phone calls and pulled of the wedding of our dreams. Every aspect of my wedding planning process was stress-free thanks to Sam and our guests are still raving about it. The best part of working with them is that you will never be pushed to go in any particular direction, I was able to make my own decisions and they helped guide me in the right direction. We had colder weather than we expected and Sam and her team stepped in, handled it and I was able to actually enjoy my time in Arizona because I knew it would be perfect. I always hear brides say they never got to sit down, eat, dance, etc because they were so stressed or busy running around taking care of things. That was NOT the case with us, we got to completely enjoy the wedding and it was fully because we worked with the best team ever with Revel. I'm so happy with the results and the only thing I'm sad about is not getting to work with Revel now that the wedding is over! -

Okay, the details. We could not be happier with the wedding we had with Sam and her team at Revel. My now-husband and I planned multiple events for a destination wedding for 150 demanding guests, and Sam consistently went WAY above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From finding the best vendors to personally stuffing gift bags to offering great advice at every turn, Sam crushed it. Several of our guests used the word "flawless" to describe the weekend, and that was due to Sam, Ivana, and the rest of her team. And, somehow, she made us feel like we were her only wedding—even though she actually books up every weekend during peak season (as she should).
But beyond work, Sam is an amazing person who got to know us and our family and friends. She is kind, thoughtful, smart, organized, and funny. By the end, it felt like she should have been a guest at our wedding—and, honestly, if we had another wedding in our family, she would be. We can't say enough good things about her. -

There is no way my wedding would have been as amazing if she wasn't a part of it! What is my favorite thing about her? Even though she is doing a wedding every single weekend she made me feel like I was her #1 priority and her only bride. She responded to every stupid or annoying question I had the same day. Her recommendations for vendors were so on point. She supported my mom (my #2 wedding planner) and made her feel confident about how seamless and fabulous the wedding day would be! And day of, I got to feel like a beautiful bride and didn't worry once about the details. Sam made me feel confident and comfortable and was worth every single penny.

Lawrence Sent on 03/31/2018Miguel and I were married after 25 years together, and we wanted an untraditional wedding. A late Saturday night party for our friends. As a designer I had a strong vision, a black wedding, dramatic and fun, filled with joy, but I needed a strong leader to see my vision and coordinate a team. Sam was the most amazing find and choice for us. She is organized, methodical, planned and experienced. Her personality is warm and caring and generous in spirit. She anticipated our every need and experience, and provided us the most amazing experience. Our wedding was only for 100 people, at the Tempe Center for the Arts, but it was complicated. With an enormous amount of set up, timing and talent coordination. Sam handled every detail, except one, that I arranged myself, when it failed during the event, she even saved that. Our guests continue to tell us ours was the best wedding they ever attended in their entire lives. Sam made the whole experience a pleasure and created memories that will last our entire lives. None of us in my family had planned a wedding before and we knew that we wanted it to be a special experience for our family and friends and that we needed help bringing it all together. Let me first start off by saying that my wedding day was the happiest day of my life, marrying my husband Daniel. It brought our families together in a beautiful way. We had a Chinese and American style wedding with a tea ceremony in the morning followed by our ceremony and reception at the Arizona Biltmore. Sam was the first person we reached out to after Daniel had proposed, before we even had picked out our venue! There were many, many, little things along the way that she helped me with; From dreaming up the wedding day design and inspiration, to hiring the best vendors she knows in the business from all her years of experience, to nailing down our date at the Biltmore (yay!), lots of great follow up emails to stay on track and staying in budget. My family still mentions Sam and Ivana, they really are impressive at what they do, kind hearted, extremely hard working, caring people. They are also such visionaries and so creative at what they design. It was a joy having them a part of our wedding. Thank you again ladies, Sam again, you really took me under your wing and the wedding turned out beyond beautiful for everyone to enjoy, it was better than I could have even imagined. And Ivana, thank you so much for helping with the family shot list and setting up the lantern display (I know that display was heavy!!)
