Best Wedding Officiant

Having Reenie officiate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Reenie was truly a breeze to work with and is an expert at what she does. Reenie made it a priority to get to know us as a couple and personalized our wedding ceremony. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful our ceremony was. Reenie made the process so incredibly easy, from the rehearsal to submitting our marriage license. She does it all and is worth every penny!

Meaningful and personalized ceremony made easy

Reenie made the process of creating our ceremony an easy task. It was nice to meet with her and discuss what we did and did not want in a ceremony. She wrote everything up for us, including personalized details and readings that were meaningful to us, and sent it ahead of time for us to review and make small edits as needed. Her services were affordable and she made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We would recommend her to anyone!

Reenie is awesome!

When my fiance and I were trying to find the right officiant for our ceremony we stumbled on Reenie and we couldn't be more pleased. She's affordable, responsive, and made our ceremony one our guests and ourselves will never forget. Reenie was amazing!

Both my husband and I are not very religious people, so when we were looking for an officiant, we wanted someone who knew how to cater to our needs and Reenie went above and beyond what was asked. She met with us before the date, asked us questions, made us feel comfortable, and truly made our wedding that much more special. I highly recommend her for your wedding! Her experience and personality just made our day that much better and we were honored to have her marry the two of us. Incredible!

Customized & Special Ceremony

Reenie is fantastic. From the first day we met her, we felt so comfortable to have her marry us. She is open to a lot of ideas, has awesome suggestions, and can personalize any ceremony. She was always accessible via email when we had any questions arise. We made changes to the ceremony the day of the rehearsal and everything still went perfectly. Our family and friends all loved her enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism. We HIGHLY recommend Reenie as a wedding officiant.

Best day ever!

Rev. Reenie was a pleasure to work with. She is personable, hilarious, and knows how to keep things short, sweet, and to the point. Our ceremony lasted around 20-25 minutes, which was perfect for the hot 85-degree day we were all outside in. The ceremony she wrote was beautiful and captured everything we felt our love/marriage was and wants to be. She included a couple of readings we had asked for as well as a different unity ceremony. She was more than happy to listen and was a huge asset to our wedding day!

She was amazing

Reenie was amazing to work with. I would message her throughout my planning process and would always get a quick response. My husband and I are not religious so it was tough to find an officiant to do non religious ceremonies so I was extremely pleased to find Reenie. She gave us many choices for vows and readings. I still am hearing from wedding guests how they loved her and her writings!

Super personable and friendly

Reenie was recommended to us from a family friend and we are so glad she was! She was wonderful to work with and helped us build the perfect ceremony. Living in a different state, Reenie was always available via email and over the phone to help guide us through the process. She helped us build our timelines for the ceremony and made sure we rehearsed everything the right way so that our ceremony went smoothly! I'm not one to usually write reviews, but felt it was important to share my experience with Rev. Reenie since I found her on Weddingwire. I was recently married (7/14) and Reenie was our officiant. From our first meeting I knew she was the one for us! She was friendly, funny, and made sure to get to know us as a couple so she could write up the perfect ceremony. The day was perfect and everyone commented on how beautiful the ceremony was. What she wrote was so meaningful and special, I wouldn't have changed anything. I highly recommend Reenie!

Rev. Reenie was absolutely amazing, personable, funny, & so kind. We kept in touch throughout the few months leading up to our surprise wedding via email & come to find out she actually knew my future mother in law (so it was a surprise within a surprise to have her officiate our wedding). Our day was so special, but was made even more special because she was a part of it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is; we could not be happier with how our ceremony went! Rev. Reenie officiated our ceremony at Riverdale Manor this past weekend and she was just perfect! We were able to talk with her in person and on the phone leading up to our wedding to plan a great custom ceremony that incorporated our beliefs, personalities, ideas and readings. Reenie did most of the work and came up with a great script. On the day of the wedding, she showed up early and orchestrated everything for us. Everyone loved her and multiple guests commented about how much they liked our officiant! One future bride-to-be even asked for her info and we were happy to make the recommendation.

Reenie is wonderful! In fact, one of her ideas was probably the biggest hit of the entire wedding! When we told her our wedding was on my parents’ 50th anniversary, she had the idea to present them with a Papal Blessing during the ceremony. She wove the presentation into the ceremony beautifully and people are still talking about how wonderful it was. The entire ceremony was so personal and romantic. We found her via recommendations from 2 couples who don’t even know each other so we were confident she’d be wonderful but she still exceeded our expectations.

Rev. Reenie was able to put together the perfect ceremony for our wedding. We wanted something that would be light and fun (no tears!), but still sweet and heartfelt, and she delivered! We met with her a couple times, and she was able to recommend some excellent readings for us to choose from, and helped us come up with a ceremony that fit us so well! We received so many compliments from guests afterwards about how much they enjoyed the ceremony and Reenie’s personality. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. I am usually terrible at making it through any wedding without crying, but Reenie was able to keep us smiling through the whole thing, and even laughing at some parts. It set the tone for the rest of the day: stress-free and happy!

Reenie was amazing!!!! From the moment we first spoke to Reenie on the phone, we knew that she would be perfect for our wedding. She is so personable and put us at ease about everything immediately. We had told her that we wanted our ceremony to be about love, and upon reading the first draft, my eyes welled up - it was surely about love and so perfect. We told Reenie about how our love story started, as well as some inside jokes, and she incorporated everything into the ceremony in the most perfect way ever. Almost everyone who attended our ceremony was brought to tears of happiness and we are still hearing from our guests about how awesome our officiant was. We want to re-live the ceremony over and over again because it was the best moment of our lives and we cannot thank Reenie enough her part in that!

I positively cannot say enough good things about Reenie! She is perfection! She helped us with our unique handfasting ceremony, and basically performed 3 in 1 (PA Legal I dos, handfasting, ring ceremony). She automatically feels like a best friend or a sister, her enthusiasm and everything made her the best! We were even counting down the eBay bid on my dresses during a meeting lol. She is fantastic!

Reenie is the best! If you haven't hired her for your special day, please do so. From our first meeting with her, we knew she was the perfect person to be a part of our ceremony. She allowed us to customize our ceremony to our liking - and she really gave some great suggestions/additions to for us to consider as well. She is extremely professional and handles working with other vendors (such as vendor, dj for ceremony music, etc). We our so happy with our decision to have Rev. Reenie officiate our ceremony. We got married out of town so all of our planning was done via email and Reenie was very easy to work with and quick to respond. She provided us with tons of examples of vows and readings to choose from and once we picked she worked her magic. The end result was a personalized ceremony that truly celebrated our relationship and our new marriage. Our friends and family felt included and it made for a very intimate occasion. Reenie is the absolute best! My husband and I could not have been more happy to have Reenie officiate our wedding! She went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions! And everything was so personalized for us! She really understood us and who we were and what our relationship was. My husband and I aren't the most outgoing people but Reenie made us feel right at home at the ceremony and just made us feel relaxed and totally excited to be there in that moment. She really made our ceremony exactly what we wanted, if not more!

Reenie was fantastic. She was so helpful in planning our ceremony and suggestions for what not to forget day-of the wedding! Ceremony planning was very easy with her. We weren't really sure what to include in a ceremony and were worried about writing our own vows. She had a lot of options to choose from in terms of readings, vows, blessings, etc. and went through the ceremony piece by piece so we understood what would be happening at each part. She had great ideas and gave a beautiful ceremony that really felt like "us."

Reenie is a wonderful person to work with and to design the perfect ceremony that is personalized just for you. This was one part of our wedding that I had no idea where to go with. After meeting with Reenie, all of my nervousness and anxiety were gone. She was very attentive when we met with her and responds to emails very quickly. The ceremony that she delivered was beautiful! She is a very organized person about details, down to the point of what color dress she was going to wear-which she looked amazing in and went the color scheme of everything. I highly recommend Reenie as a wonderful person to work with because she makes everything seem so easy and stress free.

I cannot express in words how fantastic Reenie was officiating our wedding. My husband and I chose Reenie after asking our vendor to recommend someone who would help make our ceremony a true reflection of us as a couple. Reenie was the first name uttered and I can, without a doubt say, I understand why. The best way to put it is Reenie seemed to know my now husband and I better than we even knew ourselves in terms of the ceremony. Without making our meetings feel like interrogations, we sat in a coffee shop talking, about life, our past and everything in between? Reenie was able to the reflect us in the ceremony she created? It felt like us! Looking back I couldn't imagine doing any of it without Reenie! I now consider her a friend.

Reenie is awesome!!! When my husband and I had first met her, we immediately clicked with her and knew that we wanted her to officiate our wedding! She seriously is amazing! Our ceremony was so beautiful and she really worked with us to make it perfect. We did a tree planting ceremony that was her idea and she had a plethora of readings, poems, stories - anything we wanted to help us setup our ceremony.

We hope that as our siblings start to get married, they use Reenie and "keep it in the family". Her work is beautiful!

This review is coming a bit late (we got married Sept. 2014), but my opinion of Reenie has not changed. She was wonderful to work with and helped us plan an absolutely beautiful ceremony. She was always available to ask questions (and I had a lot of questions) and was totally comfortable making our wedding what we wanted it to be. While she was totally comfortable making the ceremony non-religious, it was nice that she is a reverend so my very conservative mother was also happy. Couldn't recommend her more.

Rennie was great and connected with our personalities perfectly. She made our ceremony very easy, personal and plug and play for the flow. Her communication with us was easy ahead of the wedding and I would recommend her.

Reenie was the best. We first met at a Starbucks just to get to know each other a little, and from right then we knew she'd be perfect to officiate our wedding! She worked with our schedule and budget and made it work. Our rehearsal with her was just what we needed and day of was flawless. We loved her personality and couldn't have asked for anything more. Rev. Panzini allowed us to create a handcrafted, custom, secular ceremony that we felt was an accurate representation of us as individuals and of the partnership we were entering into. We built our ceremony from the ground up, and she helped us craft something unique and memorable. She knew the legal requirements for the state, and allowed us a lot of freedom beyond that to structure our wedding the way we wanted.

She was communicative, quick to respond, and incredibly kind and helpful. She was flexible when we sent her last-minute edits, and when my husband surprised me with a wedding ring she was able to work that into the ceremony.

We were so grateful for her kind spirit--she was a lovely, calming force on a whirlwind of a day!

If you’re looking for an officiant to help you celebrate love, I don’t think there’s a more perfect person in the world! Reenie is so adorable and fun – I think meeting her was one of the times I was most excited for my wedding. She was more than receptive to the unique ideas we had for our ceremony and she helped us add the traditional elements that we were struggling with but wanted to include. Plus she just exudes acceptance, love, and positivity which was evident in all our communications, including the big day. Irene "Reenie" Panzini married my husband and I on 10/19/13! We are not a religious couple (at all) and we knew a church wedding wasn't for us. I love that our officiant was open to all of our ideas. She was very flexible and was easy to get ahold of any time I had a question or concern. She guided us through unique things we could do during the ceremony like tying a knot, or unity sand. She read two of our favorite readings/quotes and gave us a beautiful ceremony. I think a lot of people were holding back (happy) tears by the time we said our "I will's"!

I would recommend Reenie to anyone. :)

It was such a joy to have Reenie officiate our wedding! My husband and I struggled with coming up with ideas for our ceremony. However, after filling out a short questionnaire for Reenie, she came back with a ceremony that was almost perfect as is! It only took a couple revisions to get to the ceremony that was perfect for us.
She is warm, funny, and had so many ideas for us. She performed our ceremony perfectly, and even got some of our last minute adjustments right (a real pro)! We also rented a photo booth through her, which was a huge hit at the reception!

We could not have been more pleased with our officiant, Irene Panzini! My husband and I spent a good amount of time considering what kind of wedding ceremony we wanted as we felt that it was really important to find an officiant who really took the time to understand us and the kind of ceremony we wanted. Irene really took the time to listen to us, understand us as a couple, and put together a ceremony that reflected us perfectly. Reverend Panzini was so sweet! She took so much time in crafting our ceremony and vowels to fit us. Her style of delivery at the ceremony was warm, welcoming and light. She incorporated so much about myself and my husband that it felt so personal, exactly as we wanted it to. I must say that even though I enjoyed working with all of my vendors, Reverend Irene was by far my favorite. I absolutely loved working with her and she got exactly what I wanted for my ceremony with very little direction from me. What can we say- except Reenie was the perfect officiant for us!! We had a really difficult time in starting the process to interview officiants, but needed someone to perform a non-religious yet romantic ceremony that expressed our love for each other. We found that and so much more in Reenie. Our guests even commented constantly at how amazing and romantic and perfect our ceremony was, thanks to our officiant. My husband and I had originally contacted Rev. Reenie Panzini and were excited to work with her for our wedding in September 2012. Do to circumstances out of her control she was not able to officiate for our wedding however she did give us advanced notice and set us up with a friend and fellow Reverend, Molly Cortright. We were very pleased with Molly, she worked with us to build a ceremony that fit our style, she was quick to respond and thorough in answering any questions. We weren't able to meet her in person before the wedding but she suggested we have a skype session which worked out wonderfully. Molly was very professional and even coordinated with my wedding colors on the day of :) I would highly recommend Susquehanna Ceremonies and Molly Cortright.

There really aren't words for how special Reenie is! My husband was raised Catholic but I don't really have a set belief system so traditional ceremonies did not appeal to us. Reenie was able to get to know us and really bring out the essence of us in the wording she chose and the the suggestions she had. She really "got" us. She was always there to assist us in finding readings or finding ways to incooperate our son. Since she is multifaith she knew about alternatives to unity candles (we did a salt covenant) and was willing and excited to perform them:) I've been to weddings where the ceremony gets off track and stops being about the couple and starts being a sermon, and she really just makes it about the couple (unless you want the sermon lol). Our ceremony was lovely and so, so special because of the time and effort she puts into creating the perfect ceremony for you.

Wow, where do I begin!? Reenie was AMAZING and we would recommend her to anyone! We had a bit of an interesting situation, one in which we lived 2800 miles away from where we were getting married but that never once was an issue with Reenie.

Within a few emails we knew she would be perfect for our special day. When we finally did get to meet Reenie in person (3 months before our wedding date) and she was fantastic. Our personalities immediately clicked and we felt completely comfortable with her.

Communication with her was very prompt, easy and open, her suggestions about readings were spot on and her willingness to come to our rehearsal totally put my mind at ease. She listened to what we wanted and tailor made our ceremony for us.

She helped make our ceremony one in which people will be talking about for years to come. YEAH!

I don't know where to even start with how amazing Irene is. My husband and I were at a crossroads with whether we wanted to have a church ceremony or get married where we were having the reception. After a cold encounter at my church, we went in search of an officiant who would let us customize our wedding ceremony. We are still thanking God that He led us to Irene!

Irene made us feel so accepted and welcomed during our meetings with her. Our first meeting we came in so broken about not wanting to against tradition by not getting married in my church but also wanting to do what was right for the 2 of us. Irene offered to incorporate many of our religious traditions in our ceremony, and she did a beautiful job. She made us feel so at home and we walked out of our first meeting knowing we had chosen the right person to marry us. She helped us customized our ceremony so that it truely represented the two of us coming together. By the end of the vows, I think all three of us were tearing up--My husband, me, and Irene! She really connected with us and our entire family, and my husband and I feel like we made a new friend in Irene. If you are looking for a beautiful, personalized ceremony, Irene should be your officiant. We heard so many beautiful comments about the ceremony from our family and friends, and my husband and I agree 100 percent. Thanks Irene for making our wedding so meaningful and memorable!!

We were really happy with Irene. She was very professional during our ceremony - which was held in a field in 100 degree weather. She had no hesitation about me writing the ceremony script myself, or about incorporating traditions from a variety of cultures (hindu, orthodox, apache, etc.) and brought it all together beautifully on the wedding day. She was calm and composed and reminded me of things I was supposed to do during the ceremony as well (like when to hand off my bouquet, when to get the rings, etc.) She also remained unflustered when the DJs microphones didn't work - the one big flaw of that day.

I really appreciated Irene. The only drawback was that she was booked for another rehearsal on the day of ours.

Wow... Irene is such a delightful and charming Human Being! My Wife and I were married just 3 weeks ago in Lancaster. We are not members of a church although we do have a sincere faith and personal convictions that are very central to our lives. We had hoped to find and individual that was inspiring or inspired, to be the officiant of our Nuptials; rather than some state official or merely a professional "officiant". We were so pleased to have Irene as our officiant. When we met with her for the first time, we knew that she would be great!!! She was very helpful and tailored our ceremony to fit us perfectly. Everyone thought that she did a fabulous job and we would highly recommend her.

Rev. Irene Panzini was great to work with. Our original officiant became ill about 2 months before the wedding and Irene was recommended to us by our coordinator. She was always pleasant, was very responsive to my emails and was helpful in getting the ceremony organized. She put together a wonderful ceremony for us and was very accomodating of the unique things we wanted to add to our ceremony. In addition, we had a mishap with our bus company and she was understanding of the situation, waiting patiently for all the guests to arrive so we could get started. As a bride dealing with a minor crisis on her wedding day, that was much appreciated! I would highly recommend her to anyone that's looking for an officiant!

Irene was just amazing. She had wonderful planning documents, was flexible with our ceremony components, and in general, made the planning of our ceremony easy and painless! She had options for full customization as well as options that were more "plug and play." Eventually, we decided on a fairly custom ceremony and Irene was able to make our day very personal for us and our guests without requiring us to do tons of homework or spend hours of focused time. Many people commented on her beautiful delivery and how well she seemed to know us as a couple. She was great to work with and she filed all of the required paperwork in a speedy manner. We could not have chosen a better officiant!

Rev. Panzini was absolutely amazing. She is warm, down to earth, and easy to get along with. She is reasonably priced, and so flexible. She was the first of six officiants we contacted about our ceremony, and she got back to us all within 24 hours of inquiry. She met with us immediately, and it just clicked! She provided my husband and I with such distinct, personal service. She met with us numerous times to discuss our ceremony, and she offered us pre-marital counseling. My family loved her as much as my huband and I love her! If you want a professional and personal touch for your ceremony, then Rev. Panzini is the officiant for you!

My husband and I wanted have a non-traditional ceremony incorporating the hand-fasting tradition. When we met with Irene she completely understood and supported our ideas. Irene took our vision and created a unique and beautiful ceremony, incorporating our ideas seamlessly. Irene was even able to calm us as our nerves began to take over on our wedding day. We were extremely impressed with Irene and would highly recommend her.

Rev. Irene was awesome! She was very patient with me while I got it together because I had tears of joy almost instantly! She really impressed our guests and they said they would love to have her do their vow renewal when the time comes. It really was personal and intimate and perfect!! Thank you Irene, for everything!!

Neither my husband nor I had strong religious ties but we did have specific thoughts concerning what we wanted to be said at our ceremony. Irene worked with us, offered many suggestions, tolerated our revisions, and created a memorable, humorous and wonderful ceremony! It truly reflected us, and we had tons of compliments on the ceremony afterwards. It was the best part of our day! I would recommend Irene to anyone!

My advice is you can tell Irene who you are as a couple and what you enjoy to do she will put together the perfect ceremony for you hands down.

Despite all of the bad that HURRICANE Irene brought, REVEREND Irene made our day absolutely wonderful! We loved her personality, kindness, and ability to work with us. She came out to marry us in the middle of a hurricane, and she gave us a beautiful, well thought-out ceremony. Thank you Rev. Irene! You are wonderful!

Irene was extremely helpful when designing our ceremony. We knew that we wanted it fairly short, intimate, and unique. She helped us to find readings and other special things to make it everything we wanted to make it all about us. Most of our communication consisted of e-mail, so she was able to design our ceremony just off of one meeting and what was described in through email. Everyone that was at the wedding said the ceremony was very beautiful and unique. She was awesome and I would definitely reccommend her and use her again in the future.

Irene was a God Send to us! We had an officiant and a few months before the wedding, he backed out. We searched online and found Irene and loved the flexibility she had for ceremonies and services. We had a very traditional ceremony with a unity candle, and we read our own vows. Irene also helped us add in a section to acknowledge those who have passed within our group of family and friends. She always responded any time I had a question or a concern, and her level of professionalism is outstanding. No matter what kind of ceremony you are looking for, Irene can make it happen in a way that is so much better than what you had ever imagined!

I was able to have a ceremony that reflected my groom and I. We were not told how things needed to go, from order to readings. I presented Irene with the type of ceremony we wanted, and the feel and she was able to put together a ceremony that we could only dream of. She was on time, very professional and just as excited to be there as we were! We did all of our communications through email and were still on the same page. Our package that she presented us after the ceremony was wonderful, the beautiful copy of the ceremony was my favorite. I am so happy that we found Irene and we will recommend her to anyone we run into!

When planning our wedding, I was worried that we would not be able to find an officiant that would be able to create a special/unique ceremony for our wedding day. We are an untraditional couple with different religious views and Irene put together a beautiful ceremony tailored just to us! So many of our friends and family commented on how the ceremony was so beautiful and fit us perfectly. She offered may suggestions as to readings and options for vows and made the process easier than I could imagine! I HIGHLEY recommend her! She helped make our day unforgettable :)

Our wedding would not have been possible without Rev. Irene Panzini. We were so confused as to what type of ceremony we wanted and she had the best advice. She guided us with humor and grace always seeming to know what we wanted before we did. Her resources and ideas are endless. Irene has an ease about her and she is great at combining modern and traditional elements. Only she could incorporate readings from the Bible and from Native American culture seamlessly. Irene is easy to talk to and I believe she is good at what she does because her spirituality is rooted in the reality of family and friendship. She really put a personal touch on the ceremony. We have a friend for life and I know we will look to her spiritual guidance in the future.
