Our experience with Lisa as our wedding officiant was nothing short of exceptional. We appreciated Lisa's dedication to understanding our journey as a couple and ensuring that our ceremony reflected our love story. Not only did she take the time to listen to our story and preferences, but she also went the extra mile by attending our rehearsal dinner. This allowed her to meet our friends and family while gaining insights into our relationship from their perspectives.
She was incredibly easy to work with, attentive to our wishes, and offered suggestions to personalize our wedding ceremony. Many guests praised Lisa’s efforts that made our ceremony beautiful.

Beautiful wedding ceremony & amazing person. Lisa is truly wonderful!!
Lisa was truly amazing, I am so grateful and happy we found her. I am still on cloud nine with how beautiful our wedding ceremony was on 12/2/23. She made our ceremony meaningful, personal, and so touching while bringing everyone in attendance together. It was so beautiful and we've been receiving so many compliments from all of our guests on how special it was. The ceremony was something that I really wanted to be special and I'm just so grateful that I found Lisa to work with (I looked for a long time and spoke to many people!). Lisa made the process really smooth by taking the time to meet with us and get to know us and then spearheading the creation of the ceremony based on our discussions while also making sure we could tailor it exactly as we wanted to make it uniquely us. The end result was everything I could have hoped for. If you are in the wedding planning process and are searching for someone to make your ceremony something beautiful, meaningful and memorable, my advice would be to work with Lisa. My entire family is so happy we found her!! -

Lisa was amazing
Our ceremony was beautiful and exactly what we wanted and we owe every bit of that to Lisa. A few years ago I attended a wedding in Lancaster, PA where Lisa was officiating. I thought the ceremony was the most personal and beautiful I had ever witnessed. A few years later when my husband and I were planning our wedding I reached out to her. She was willing to travel to our Malvern, PA wedding and we got to know her over a zoom call. My husband is Jewish and I am catholic. We wanted a ceremony that combined traditions from both faiths, but was also centered around our love story. Lisa created just that for us. We cannot thank her enough for the beautiful ceremony. During the cocktail hour, every single guest mentioned to us how our ceremony was the most touching they've ever been to. Don't think twice about choosing Lisa for your officiant. She will create a ceremony that is unique and personal and exactly what you imagine it to be. -

Our ceremony was the highlight of our wedding
I was pleasantly astounded at just how many people came up to me both during and after our wedding to gush about how much they loved the ceremony and felt moved by it. It was very important for both me and my husband that our guests left our wedding feeling like they knew us more as a couple and felt connected to our love, so we were over the moon when guests shared that exact sentiment. And that is in huge part because of Lisa. Her approach and style totally resonated with us. We appreciated her balance of giving us suggestions and a template to work off of with a lot of flexibility to customize some aspects. From our very first zoom call to meeting in person to discuss further and get to know each other, Lisa has made the process from start to finish so seamless, organized, and stress-free. We are so thankful for Lisa and honored that she will forever be cemented into our love story and wedding day. -

Best Wedding Day Ever
Lisa made our wedding day SO special. Her attention to us as a couple was extraordinary. She did an amazing job incorporating our story into our ceremony. From the moment we met her she made us feel special and we knew we would be taken care of with our ceremony. We had a laid back wedding and she helped make it very comfortable for everyone. Highly Recommend!
Lisa helped create the most beautiful ceremony that we will always remember. My husband and I were blown away at how she was able to personalize our ceremony so perfectly towards our love story and values. Our guests still to this day say how they’ve never felt so “in the moment” and how much love they felt throughout the ceremony. We can’t thank you enough Lisa! -

Warm, kind and compassionate
Lisa did a truly fantastic job at capturing the essence of who me and now husband truly are. You could tell she really cared and wanted this to be a very special moment for us both. Our wedding ceremony was perfect
Our wedding ceremony ended up being unique and memorable thanks to Rev. Lisa. She took the time to meet with us in person and also online via email and Zoom leading up to our wedding. She even took the time to offer some positivity to us after the pandemic disrupted our original wedding plans. It was obvious how much she cared about us, our wedding, and bringing our vision and personalities into the ceremony. Our guests loved that our ceremony had some personal elements to it including getting to know a little bit about our love story and being part of our tree planting unity ceremony. Multiple people told us it was very "us" and that was exactly what we were going for. We highly recommend Rev. Lisa! -

Incredible Officiant and Ceremony!!
Lisa officiated my wedding at Penn State this past September and I’m really glad we chose her to be a part of our special day. She created and delivered a truly beautiful, heartfelt and unique ceremony for us that perfectly captured the occasion. Lisa also took the time to get to know my now husband and I as well as our families and made the ceremony very personal. She also offered suggestions for ceremony unities and listened to what we wanted our ceremony to be like. Everyone loved the ceremony that she officiated and it means so much to us that she officiated our wedding in such a perfect way. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and even met with us at Penn State a few months before our wedding to finalize details. I highly recommend working with Lisa. Thank you so much, Lisa!!! -

The BEST wedding officiant Rev. Lisa Sarick!
From the moment we first met via skype interview, Lisa made the entire process absolutely seamless. She was so friendly and kind, we knew we were in good hands as soon as we started getting to know eachother. She thoroughly explained her role on our special day and after discussing different ceremony details, she left us with some easy homework to help her put together the most magical ceremony. After the initial interview, we were instructed to complete a brief questionnaire, which Lisa used to put together our love story. The love story is a unique story Lisa creates that neither the bride or groom have a chance to review. After Lisa's love story, there wasn't a single dry eye at the ceremony! During our reception, the #1 compliment we received was how perfect our ceremony was, and how perfect Lisa was. The entire ceremony was everything we could have ever asked for, and we are grateful we found Lisa! Not only would we recommend Lisa, we believe those looking for an officiant would be silly if they didn't chose Lisa!-

Personal and unique ceremony
After finding Lisa and speaking with her, I knew we had found the right officiant for our wedding. She made the whole process seamless and so easy, as a bride you cannot value that enough. In fact, hiring her and ironing out the details for the ceremony was one of the easiest parts of the whole wedding. All the other miscellaneous things took up so much of our time and effort, I was not expecting our ceremony to be the part of the wedding everyone talked about. But without a doubt, Lisa’s ceremony was the highlight of the wedding. Everybody, young and old, came up to us to say how personalized and different it was from every other ceremony they have ever been to. She took so much of her own time to learn about us as a couple and as individuals, and met with friends and family to learn our story. People asked if she was a family member or a long time friend, and were shocked to know Lisa was actually doing this all coordination from across the country! We had only met her in-person the day before the wedding, but it was like she knew us forever. I couldn’t have asked for a ceremony that represented me and my husband better.
PS- I should also add that her professional personality is very calming and for the biggest day of our lives, to have her calming presence next to us allowed us to enjoy the moment and soak it all in without the overwhelming emotions taking over. -

Lisa was incredible!!! She created such a special ceremony for us. Even with limited time face to face time (we live out of town), Lisa was able to capture everything that we feel by telling our story. She incorporated everything that we asked for including readings from family and friends. It was so sentimental with every piece being so meaningful to us. Lisa was laid back and extremely professional, knowing exactly how to make everything flow seamlessly. All of our friends and relatives commented on how beautiful our ceremony was with many saying it was the best that they've ever been to. It was the perfect way to lead into our celebration and the start of our lives together. She was perfect! -

The entire process with Lisa was a joy start to finish. She brings a grounded, loving presence to every step of the way. Lisa took time to get to know us as a couple through phone calls and questionnaires, and also through spending time with our families and loved ones throughout the wedding weekend. She used this information to write and tailor a ceremony that was everything we hoped for, and also perfect in ways we couldn’t have imagined. All of this culminated in the most genuine, heartfelt, personal, and loving process and marriage ceremony, and I would recommend Lisa to anyone who wants their wedding to be the most sacred and beautiful day of their lives. Every guest I’ve spoken with since our wedding has told us that our ceremony was the most beautiful they had attended, and this has everything to do with the way that Lisa was able to guide everyone into the present moment of love, and hold a sacred space for us all. Lisa leads Spirit of Love Interfaith celebrations in her home town, and I feel that is exactly what she brought to our day - The Spirit of Love. I am grateful beyond words! -

How do you write a review for the most epically beautiful, totally tuned in, spiritual yet nonreligious, perfect perfect, moving, integrated ceremony officiated by The Incredible Rev. Lisa Sarick? I'm going to try. As far as stars go, my wife and I extend an infinite amount of glittering gold ones to Lisa. From listening to our thoughts and ideas at the onset, to answering all of our many questions, and tailoring the most phenomenally gorgeous ceremony out of it all, Lisa was an outstanding and integral part of our entire marriage process. Lisa was always open, collaborative, and came to us with rock-solid ideas for how to create a ceremony that was indeed at the heart of our Big Day. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable, providing both a traditional basis for our ceremony and alternatives to tradition - exactly what we were hoping for. Beyond leaving not one single dry eye in the house, Lisa left all of our guests asking: "Who was your remarkable officiant?!" I have fielded this question so many times since our wedding, I've lost count. Lisa was present for our entire wedding weekend with an ease, comfort, sense of humor, and overall openness that set a magical tone for me and my wife, and our friends and family. I'm only stopping myself from writing more because I could go on and on and get very gushy here! In short: look no further. Hire Lisa immediately before she gets booked up by everyone out there wanting the most perfect ceremony. Lisa officiated our wedding in State College. Every part of working with her was seamless from the first phone call to the wedding ceremony. We live out of town and were able to have a Skype meeting prior to the wedding. She came to our rehearsal, stayed for our rehearsal dinner and spent time talking with our friends and family, and of course was there for the wedding! She wrote a beautiful, personal, meaningful ceremony we will never forget and incorporated all of our requests. I could not have asked for a better experience or a more wonderful person to officiate. We can't say enough nice things about Rev. Sarick. We had a non-religious wedding that she executed wonderfully. The ceremony was thoughtful and touching. Everyone loved it - both the super religious and the non-religious. One of the cool things Lisa does is give a story of the couple that she gathers from the couple and their family. I swear that when she told our story it brought a tear to everyone's eye. To this day, people tell us how nice the ceremony was. We are glad she was our officiant. -

We first saw Lisa when she officiated my friends wedding and absolutely loved her ceremony. It was no question we wanted her for ours. She does her homework and makes your special day about you! We had so many compliments on our ceremony including people saying it was there favorite ceremony they had been too! Couldn't be happier with our wedding thanks to Lisa -

Rev. Lisa was able to provide us with a ceremony that was so beautiful and was unique to us. She helped us to express not only to each other but to the friends and family joining us how loved they all were. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and how it was so "us". We even had a friend ask for Lisa's contact information for her own upcoming wedding! We couldn't have done it without Lisa. She was easy to work with and made the whole process rather fun! I would recommend her in a heart beat! -

Lisa's ceremony for us was magical. She listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we wanted. She wrote a beautiful script which we could review ahead of time and managed to keep the fun and relaxed nature of our personalities- this definitely came across in our "love story". Hearing a new part of the ceremony that day made the experience much more fun, surprising and real for us. Any couple who chooses Lisa as their officiant can rest assured that they will receive a personal, touching ceremony that will be talked about all the rest of that day, and fondly remembered all the days afterward. -

Our guests have overwhelmingly told us that our ceremony was their favorite part of our wedding. Lisa created a ceremony that was not only personal to us, but inclusive of the entire guest party, regardless of religion. Lisa was absolutely amazing!!!!! I highly highly highly suggest you book her!!! She put so much effort into the ceremony. She got to know my now husband and I's 13year relationship in a couple months. And she absolutely hit the nail on the head. The guests were astounded by how personal she made the ceremony. As if we had been lifelong friends. She really stresses everyone at the ceremony be acutely aware of the event. Live in the moment. I really loved everything she did and I have nothing bad to say about Lisa!! -

Lisa is a fantastic, warm energy to guide you through your special day! Her professionalism and comfort with all forms of faith will ensure that your ceremony will feel uniquely and intimately yours.
She conducted interviews with us and had us complete a small survey well in advance so she could craft a ceremony that was very personal. Our responses were kept secret as she used them to create parts of the service, so as she was conducting the ceremony we were as delighted as the audience to hear the wonderful things my wife and I had said about one another. I genuinely got the sense that Lisa was as honored and excited to be a part of our wedding as we were :) -

Lisa was great! She worked it out to where she traveled almost an hour and a half to come to my wedding! Lisa had such an out going and very friendly personality. Lisa was very easy to work with. Due to the fact that we got married outside on a Sunday we had a difficult time finding an officiant. We met Lisa in person a few weeks before the wedding and we put together a ceremony that matched the personality of my wife and I exactly. She gave us suggestions on things to do during the ceremony and everything just worked out. I would recommend her to anyone. If you are having a hard time finding an officiant that will mix different ideas about religion and be able to blend old and new traditions, give Lisa a call. -

My husband and I could not have been happier or more fortunate to have Lisa as our wedding officiant. Upon meeting Lisa, it was clear that her intention was to help us create a ceremony that was both meaningful and memorable. We first met Lisa for coffee, where my husband and I described everything about each other from how we met to what we hoped our future would bring. We shared ideas for our wedding ceremony, and Lisa provided a number of options that were in keeping with our personalities and our spirituality. Lisa conducted the rehearsal with professionalism and extreme patience (we had lots of friends and family who were distracted and couldn't help talking!) Lisa attended our rehearsal dinner, and little did I know that while she was getting to know our friends and family, she was collecting wonderful little anecdotes which, much to my surprise, she incorporated into our ceremony. It turned out to be the most beautiful, touching wedding ceremony. I highly, highly recommend Lisa Sarick as your wedding officiant. -

She created the perfect nonreligious ceremony for us; it was extremely personal, a feat which I was skeptical of since we just found her online!!!!!!! Our guests laughed, cried, and smiled their way through our ceremony, as did I. Lisa seemed to really, truly understand who my husband and I are as people, as a couple, and in our souls and was able to convey that in her ceremony, and we felt like she really cared deeply about us and understood our love for each other. The way she weaved information about each of us, our love story, and celebrating love was outstanding. During our reception one of the main compliments I heard repeatedly as I spoke to my guests was about the ceremony; and I want Lisa to know that almost EVERY ONE of our guests commented on how "this was the best ceremony I've ever seen!", old AND young people!!!!!!!!!!!! Lisa was incredible. We really wanted an officiant who we knew so that the ceremony would have a personal feel. We couldn't find anyone we knew, and found Lisa online. She did such an amazing job of getting to know us. We first did a Skype interview, then later spoke with her over the phone and via email. She was very easy to reach. Lisa also had us separately fill out questionnaires about each other and our love story, and used all of our information to create a unique, heartfelt, and very PERSONAL ceremony. We were just thrilled. The ceremony was so beautiful. Lisa was great at our rehearsal as well. She has a calming presence and was great at improvising during the ceremony (when I couldn't tie the knot I was supposed to literally tie, for example). Our guests raved about Lisa, as well. She was truly an exceptional officiant. -

We were able to customize every detail and the result was the perfect ceremony. From incorporating our families in readings and Unity Cross ceremonies to writing our own vows and having traditional vows, everything about the ceremony was what we wanted. It was somewhat daunting looking for an officiant to preside over our wedding. Being fairly nonreligious made it hard for us already, and we were both of the opinion (myself especially) that it would be near impossible for us to find a complete stranger that could get to know us and our history well enough to do a good job on our ceremony. After (a lot of) searching, we found Lisa, and after initially chatting with her, we already felt that she would be perfect. She actually turned out to be absolutely, awesomely perfect. She helped us structure and write our ceremony, wrote a unique and awesome backstory of how we met and fell in love based on interviews and conversations with us and answers we gave in separate questionnaires to her, and was very receptive to any changes we wanted to make, and she was always available to help. Most importantly, we feel that she got to know us as a couple very well, and as a result she understood exactly how we wanted our ceremony to be. The ceremony ended up being perfect, Lisa ended up being perfect, and we could not be happier with our decision to have her as our officiant. Afterwards, during the reception, multiple people came up to us and asked us how long we had been friends with Lisa; they assumed she was a close family friend for many years, based on the way she spoke of us. I think that speaks volumes of the absolutely amazing job she did. We recommend her as highly as humanly possible :)

My husband was very concerned about having an interfaith minister perform our ceremony. I asked him to talk to Lisa on the phone. He was comfortable enough to meet with her and we are very happy with our decision to have her as our officiant. We wanted a ceremony that would express both our love for each other as well as our love for our guests. Lisa created a ceremony that was just what we were looking for. Lisa did a fantastic job creating a very customized and personal ceremony for me and my husband. She helped guide us to options that felt very "us," despite our own lack of knowledge about the process. She was very professional and responsive, friendly and involved without being overbearing, and created a ceremony that we have heard so many sincere compliments about. Lisa presented some unique ceremony options that I've never seen anywhere else- we really lucked out that she was available! I would recommend Lisa to anyone, especially if you are looking for a secular or spiritual (but non-denominational) ceremony, but she is flexible with nearly all requests. -
