Simply amazing

Rev. Jill was truly amazing to work with. She not only crafted a ceremony for us that was overflowing with meaning, beauty, and love, but she was reassuring, professional, highly responsive, comforting, extremely flexible, hilarious, and felt like she knew us intimately after only a few brief conversations. We received countless compliments about her and the ceremony she created - so many of our guests told us it was the best ceremony they had ever experienced. Her charisma, sense of humor, and passion for what she does are infectious and it's so evident that she cares deeply about making sure her clients have an unforgettable marriage ceremony. We cannot thank her enough and we are so happy we chose her to officiate our special day.

So thankful for Rev. Jill!

Rev. Jill was our officiant for our elopement ceremony! She was amazing to work with right from the beginning. She was super fast to respond to my inquiry and made the entire process so easy! She also filed our marriage certificate after the ceremony, which was super helpful. We wanted a secular wedding ceremony and she was able to accommodate that request. She even sent us her script for the ceremony beforehand so we could make any changes. We had such a special wedding and we are so happy that Jill was our officiant!! We would very highly recommend!!

She was responsive, had a wonderful personality, her ceremony was beautifully written and unique (we did the elopement ceremony), she eased our worries on the day of and helped with any last minute details we were nervous about. Jill is amazing!

We reached out to Reverend Jill with only a few weeks to spare before our wedding date in late October. She was tremendously kind and accommodating to book us with so little advance notice. She was quick to put us at ease and has fun and warm to talk with as we planned our ceremony. Jill developed a ceremony for us that felt personal as well as dignified, and made sure that it reflected the intentions and beliefs we hold going into our marriage. I had so many guests and family members tell me it was one of the most beautiful and meaningful wedding ceremonies they'd ever attended. We will certainly never forget it. Thank you, Rev Jill!!

Best.officiant.ever

Jill was the absolute best Officiant we could have asked for. She was extremely personable and took everyone's thoughts into account for the ceremony and made sure that it was personalized and perfect for us. She made sure both of our families were comfortable with everything. She also kept it extremely light hearted and made sure we were happy with everything prior to the ceremony. She is the absolute best we could've asked for and we will highly recommend her to everyone we can.

Beautiful ceremony

Rev. Jill met with us before the ceremony to get to know us as a couple and then wrote a unique and personalized script for us. We had so many people tell us afterwards that our ceremony was one of the most beautiful they’d seen. We didn’t want any mention of religion in our ceremony, and she was very accommodating to make a script that felt perfect for us as a couple.

A wonderful and perfectly custom tailored ceremony

Reverend Jill was a gem to work with. Our ceremony felt so incredibly personal and customer to our story it nearly moved me to tears and we heard nothing but compliments all night from our guests on her ceremony! I appreciated the time she took to meet with Tadd and I on a video cal to see us face to face since we were an out of state couple. She also came and saw me before the ceremony to make sure everything was still going to plan but overall just to check on me and how things were going that morning. She was so incredibly friendly and her ceremony was eloquent and beautiful. It made an already memorable day even that much more special to us ❤️

Jill was fabulous!

Jill made everyone feel comfortable and spent a little time getting to know the couple beforehand. I know she had other ceremonies scheduled, but never seemed to be in a rush. She was funny and very personable. I would certainly recommend her services to others looking for elopements!

Highly suggest!!

Rev. Jill was so amazing through the whole process! She saved me and my husband when we needed someone last minute. She walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable. She was so understanding that we didn’t want any religion brought up and came back with the most personal ceremony I could have asked for. My whole family still hasn’t stopped talking about how beautiful it was and how perfectly it reflected our relationship. We will forever be grateful for her and cherish the day she made possible!!

Everything we could ask for..

Rev. Jill was absolutely amazing. From when I found her by tirelessly looking for a reverend that suited my needs and seem actually dedicated to her career. Since we’re from Chicago, we didn’t know really what to do so found her online, she was soooo quick to respond! Eventually we chatted via FaceTime to get to know one another, her humor was amazing and ability to impress was outstanding. She didn’t judge, she didn’t offer her opinion unless asked and was open to adding as many or as little religion pieces in. Then we the wedding came she came earlier than the ceremony, came to check on me, meet everyone, ask if she can grab me anything, and just wanted to help! People were saying she was helping set the table! I mean come on! She truly went above and beyond! The ceremony went sooooo well, she cracked a joke when appropriate and actually made everyone laugh and cry. Rev. Jill was truly incredible. If you’re looking for someone who will add none to a lot of religion into their ceremony, add a spice of humor, get along with everyone, and be very detailed and helpful when planning. Go with Rev. Jill, I promise you will NOT regret it.

Rev Jill is the best decision you will make!

Rev Jill is absolutely amazing! She officiated our small, intimate elopement at an Airbnb in the smoky mountains. From the time we first contacted her, she was quick to respond via text or email. We had a couple skype calls with her and then she authored an amazing ceremony script for us to review. The whole thing was very smooth and one of the easiest parts of wedding planning!

Jill was very accommodating and was willing to travel to our Airbnb in Tallassee. After the ceremony, each one of our guests commented how it was the best ceremony they had been to! They felt like she had known us for many months because the ceremony was so perfect for us. Jill is so well spoken and did a great job incorporating our wishes into the ceremony. We wanted a friend to do a reading and Jill's ceremony incorporated it beautifully. BOOK JILL NOW! You will not regret it :)

Best decision ever!

Jill was absolutely amazing. My husband and I keep talking about how beautiful our ceremony was. It’s all we can talk about. She blew us away. I had a vision of what it would feel like, but it was more special than I could’ve ever imagined. Jill was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was everything we wanted and more. Not only does the ceremony draft make you tear up, but wait until you hear her say it at the altar on the big day. She will take your breath away and leave all your guests crying happy tears. All of our guests were asking who she was and complimenting her speaking style and our ceremony immediately following the ceremony. People are still reaching out to us wanting to share their story of how our ceremony made them feel. That speaks volumes in my book. She is amazing at what she does. She is also professional, funny, and very prompt with her responses. Do not hesitate to hire her. She will be the best decision you make. We love Jill!

Rev Jill is absolutely AMAZING! Our guests have been raving over our ceremony for days, many saying it was the best they’ve ever witnessed. It was the perfect mix of tradition and personality; exactly what we were looking for. We only met once before the big day, but she knew the perfect questions to ask about our relationship. She turned our casual conversation into an eloquent love story. Rev Jill was also incredibly helpful logistically - responding to questions quickly and helping us every step of the way. She even managed to make me feel relaxed right before the ceremony (who even knew that was possible?). We would recommend her for whatever you’re looking for - she can do it all!

Best Officiant You Could Have!

I found Rev. Jill on Wedding Wire and I couldn't be happier with my choice! When I first spoke with her she was so pleasant and had such a nice sense of humor which my fiance and I loved. She took the time to get to know us and asked of plenty of questions about how we met and how we felt about one another. We even had to postpone our wedding date due to COVID-19 but thank goodness she was still available for our new date. On our wedding day, our ceremony was absolutely perfect. The blessings that she performed and the wonderful things she said about our relationship was so fitting for us and we are so happy that she was a part of our big day. If you are looking for an officiant look no further since Rev. Jill is the best you could get. She is patient, kind, and such a pleasure to be around. Our guests loved the ceremony she performed and are still talking about how great she was. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again in the future for anything we may need!

Rev Jill Dillner did an amazing job officiating our wedding day. Her ceremony was heartfelt and truly captured our love. Everybody was commenting how lovely the ceremony was and people couldn’t believe Jill wasn’t a close family friend. Our Soul Officiant

My husband (boyfriend at the time) and I were at a wedding for close friends in May 2018 when we met Rev Jill. She was funny, personable, and everything we could want in our officiant. So that day, before even being engaged we agreed that when the day came to get married, Rev. Jill would be the one we hired. Fast forward to October 12, 2019 and that;s exactly what happened. Rev. Jill was the first vendor we hired after securing our date and venue. She responded quickly, and from there really started to get to know us as people and a couple. Our guests will rave about how she made timely jokes, perfectly placed sentiment, and a short yet very very sweet ceremony. She was in constant contact with us about our marriage license, drafts for the ceremony, and counting down the days with us! She was completely accessible for any questions we had leading up to the big day. Rev. Jill drove 2+ hours to be there for us on our wedding day and I'm not quite sure how we can ever thank her enough!

Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved rev jill! She was so easy to work with and she made the ceremony exactly how we wanted it to be and it was so special. I was really nervous to read my vows in front of so many people but she made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. On the day of my wedding I added to my vows and she even wrote them out for me since I didn’t have time to write them myself, didn’t have access to a printer, and didn’t want to read them from my phone. I’m so happy with my decision to hire rev jill and I 100% recommend her to everyone!

I am so glad we chose Rev. Jill to officiate our wedding! We were looking for someone who could flawlessly intertwine some religious aspects into a mostly secular wedding, and she absolutely delivered. We met Rev. She's the best!

Rev. Jill is wonderful! She officiated our wedding in July and put together such a beautiful ceremony. She is open and honest and listened to our suggestions. She created the perfect blend of sentiment, religion, and even humor. She is very personable and caring and she took the time to get to know the two of us and incorporated that into the ceremony. Rev. Jill is awesome. She officiated our wedding and created a ceremony that perfectly blended sentimental with a bit of humor.

We had multiple people come up to us both the night of the wedding and the next day and said that the ceremony was their favorite ceremony of any wedding they had ever attended and indicated that both the content and the way Rev Jill delivered the ceremony were large reasons why. Rev. Jill did a fantastic job of working in aspects that were personalized to my new wife and I and we cannot thank her enough for how beautiful of a ceremony we had.

She's so amazing!

Hiring Jill as our officiant was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Working with her was a pleasure - she is so professional and charming. We first met her via Skype and instantly felt at ease with her and loved her warmth. We then met in person 7 months before our wedding and had a really fun conversation getting to know each other. She then crafted an incredibly beautiful and meaningful ceremony and worked with us to make edits until it was exactly what we we envisioned. On the day of the wedding, she helped the venue and our bridal party with coordination and then flawlessly executed the ceremony. She seamlessly blends meaningful messages and rituals with humor throughout the ceremony. She was just so charming! We can't recommend her enough; she is so worth every penny.

Couldn't be happier!!

Jill came recommended to us from our photographers, who told us after meeting with us that she would be the best "fit" for our style and personalities. Jill was even better than we could have imagined!

She knew just the right questions to ask to suss out all our romantic inner feelings, and the ceremony she wrote was just beautiful. She was extremely flexible about adapting the ceremony and also giving us options (we found so many things we didn't even know we wanted). We had guest after guest coming up to us saying how wonderful it was, and we definitely saw some tears being shed.

Jill was wonderful about working with all our special requests, and was a wealth of knowledge and experience about the marriage license process. We were impressed by how capable she was, and how she took charge and took care of everything.

The entire planning process went perfectly, and the day of was flawless. We could not have asked for a better combination of warmth and humor in an officiant.

Beautiful Ceremony

My husband and I knew from our first meeting with her that we wanted to work with Jill. Jill is personable, funny, and willing to put in the effort to make sure the ceremony is exactly what we were looking for. We were initially a bit nervous about looking for a non-religious ceremony because we didn’t know what our options were, but the ceremony was extraordinarily beautiful and personal. She listened to the comments we made and the details we wanted to include, and radiated an aura of calm that helped us tremendously the day of. Jill was on top of all the details, and our guests kept telling us how beautiful the ceremony was. The ceremony was a healthy mix of laughter and tears, and I am so grateful to her for it.

The BEST Officiant

We really can't say enough good things about Rev. Jill Dillner. She was easygoing and attentive right from the start. She worked closely with us to mold our ceremony to fit us as individuals and as a whole. Believe it or not, she had our guests crying and belly laughing. They're still reminding us about how incredible the ceremony was -- many of which said it was hands down the best ceremony they've ever attended. Rev. Jill made an impromptu remark about my Dad being present when the sun (finally!) made an appearance as I was walking down the aisle -- that meant the world and I'll never forget it. She was emotionally supportive on our wedding day as she knew I was struggling with the changed plans due to rain. She kept me calm and showed me photos of the (now indoor) ceremony space. We knew Rev. Jill was a perfect fit for us from the very first phone call because she listened intently, asked meaningful questions and assured us she would be able to perform a non-religious ceremony that was both beautiful and light-hearted. Oh yeah, and she didn't bat an eye when my husband decided he wanted us to write our own vows a week before the wedding. She's the best of the best and you'd be lucky to have her perform your ceremony!

We got engaged on December 22, 2017, and knew that we wanted to get married in early June 2018. We booked our venue in Spring Lake and now we needed to research for an officiant for our ceremony. Luck was on our side…Rev. Jill Dillner was not booked for Friday, June 1st. When I met with Rev. Jill for the first time in January, I had a nice conversation with her that put me at ease and I knew that both my fiancé and I would want to have someone that would keep us calm throughout the ceremony. My fiancé later met with Jill and was equally impressed. Jill was helpful in sending samples of different vows and readings that we could choose from and gave us some very good suggestions. After our meeting, Jill put a draft together of the Ceremony set up and she really did a wonderful job capturing both our personalities. We wanted to have a more modern feel instead of the traditional format. Our family and friends were incredibly impressed with the heartfelt ceremony, commenting that Jill had a very refreshing way of talking about the bond of marriage...creating a unique and happy moment for everyone in attendance. The ceremony was important to us and we wanted someone who was kindhearted, thoughtful and easygoing to marry us on such a happy day. My husband and I were looking for an officiant for our wedding at the Jersey Shore. We had many recommendations but when we came across Rev Jill, we needed to look no further! The first time we met Rev Jill it was as if we knew her forever. She is so personable, funny, kind and truly caring about making your wedding day perfect. She listened to our many suggestions, got to know us as a couple and tied all of that into our fantastic ceremony. You pick the venue you know your colors but then there is the MOST important person to choose ... who is going to marry you and make it official ?!? That’s when we met Rev.Jill.. her warmth and humor and her modern approach made us fall in love with her on our first Skype call. Jill took the time to learn our story and to understand what it was we were looking for in a ceremony. Throughout our wedding planning process she was always available to answer any questions or just to laugh , dream, and be excited right along with us! We were married June 9, 2018 at The Bradford Estate. Rev. Jill delivered the most beautiful romantic ceremony. She involved our parents , bridal party , and two year old daughter and created a beautiful wine unity. It was flawless! She was our rock and our light of the day. BOOK REV. JILL AS YOUR OFFICIANT! Let me explain.... The moment that my husband and I met Jill, we immediately felt at east and comfortable. She asked us about our story, how we met, etc. She incorporates these personalized details into the ceremony. We loved her personality upon meeting her: she is dynamic, warm, and funny. Leading up to the day, she was always great at responding to e-mails. We wanted to incorporate some Catholic & Jewish traditions into the ceremony, which she was happy to include. She was super flexible with everything we asked and wrote up an amazing ceremony draft. The draft was sent to us a month before the wedding, so we had plenty of time to look it over. Honestly, there were no changes that had to be made, because the draft itself was so great! On days leading up until the wedding, Jill checked in with us to see how we were doing. On the actual wedding day, she made it a point to introduce herself to our friends and family. She was a calming force throughout and made us feel at ease. The actual ceremony was SO AMAZING. We got A TON of compliments on the ceremony and Jill. We had family members saying they want to get married again just to have her officiate. Out of every detail of our wedding, we definitely got the most compliments on the ceremony. Jill is worth every single penny, and if you want to start your marriage off in a meaningful way, please book her.

People have not stopped raving about our ceremony and Reverend! Jill is the best! Hands down! Such an easy process and she is so helpful and fun to work with! We ended up last minute meeting in a panera close by later at night and stayed and closed down the restaurant just talking! The way she personalized our ceremony made us feel like the only 2 In the world. You would think she knew us our whole lives how she spoke with such confidence and caught on to who were are as individuals and a couple. Her way with words and tone of voice is infectious. So positive and upbeat yet still serious and with emotion. She took our notes carefully into consideration and included some very important readings and motions. She just showed such happiness for us as if she was one of the family. She suggested a wine unity ceremony and it was awesome!! So unique and what a cool take on tradition. After the ceremony to be able to hug her and talk about meeting up as friends now outside the wedding stuff was just great! Hands down the best! Rev Jill was PHENOMENAL and she should be your only choice for your officiant needs :) It was important to find an officiant who wasn’t simply reading from a binder, but had a presence and was well-spoken. However, Rev Jill was the ONLY officiant I found that had samples of that. Her Instagram had snippets of her officiating, and she also has YouTube videos of herself in a web series about weddings. Through those resources, I could tell she wouldn’t just read from a binder. Our first meeting with her was via Skype as our schedule give us room to meet with her in person, but her personality came through and she made it SO easy to talk to her. She was accessible via email and text (I preferred email), and leading up to the wedding, she reached out to ensure we were finalizing things on our end. She showed up promptly and was so comforting to me prior to the wedding. Prior to the wedding, she walked my parents through what was expected of them and calmed everyone’s nerves. She put together a great ceremony that was personal and unique, and we got so many compliments about her throughout the night! She had a great tempo throughout, and she was great on her feet. Thank you, Rev Jill, for marrying us and adding to our perfect day!

Reverend Jill was fantastic and our guests loved the ceremony that she put together. Throughout the process, her sense of humor and words of wisdom were always welcomed and our wedding day couldn't have been better. We did not do a rehearsal before the ceremony but Rev. Jill talked us through everything just before we walked onto the beach and no one could tell that we hadn't practiced before hand. When we first met Rev. Jill, we knew that she would be our choice for the wedding and she worked with us to create a great ceremony that aligned to our goals and values. We highly recommend contacting Reverend Jill for your event. Rev Jill is amazing! We were so happy we found her through Wedding Wire when looking for an officiant for our wedding. My Mother is a strict die-hard Catholic who was a Catholic school teacher and raised all of her children under the Catholic Church. She had a hard time with our decision to not get married in the Catholic Church and did not approve with our decision. However, after Rev. Jill officiated our wedding ceremony my Mother turned a new leaf. She could not have been happier with our decision and even commented on how personal the ceremony was, unlike in the Catholic Church. She was so beyond thrilled with everything and Rev. Jill was just beyond amazing with the planning for our big day.

Nearly four years later we contacted her to bless our daughter in a private personal ceremony in my family's backyard. This was not something that my Mother would have been okay with under any circumstances, however Rev Jill won her over with our wedding and my Mother was thrilled she would be blessing our daughter.

Rev Dillner is the best! After our first meeting we knew she would be the one for us. She's laid back, funny, and tailored our ceremony to fit our personalities. Our guests loved that our ceremony was short and sweet, and we even got a few laughs. The only bad thing I can say about the Rev is that she's a Flyers fan, but even that didn't deter us from having her perform our ceremony! ??

My husband and I got married in October 2016 at the reception center and she came highly recommended. We didn't even look anywhere else. I'm so glad she was recommended because she was amazing. She was very responsive and flexible which was important since we lived out of state. She wrote the entire ceremony out and incorporated out ideas as well. The ceremony was beautiful and the choice of words were so sweet. All of our guests thought we knew her for years even though we only spoke a few times. Reverend Jill was absolutely wonderful. From our first initial meeting, my husband and I knew we wanted her to perform our ceremony. She was always professional and courteous. We first met Reverend Jill at my husband's cousin's wedding a few years ago where it included a wine ceremony. We thought her ceremony was unique and refreshing. She ended up doing my husband's daughter's wedding as well as other family events. When we got engaged, we immediately knew we wanted to book her. We didn't even want to consider anyone else. We met her at a local coffee shop where we chatted about the wedding day. We already knew she did amazing ceremonies but we learned she was also so funny. We just hit it off with her and booked her right away. As we got closer to the wedding, she sent us a draft of the ceremony. It was just so beautiful. I started tearing up just reading it. Reverend Jill captured exactly what we wanted for our ceremony and the day was perfect. After the wedding, we had many friends and family comment about how Reverend Jill did an amazing job and how her style of speaking is very engaging. We completely agree. We first saw Reverend Jill when she married a close friend of ours, long before my husband and I were even engaged. Her beautiful ceremony resonated with us to such an extent that when we were finally planning our own wedding (2 years later!), we immediately knew she would be the one to marry us. Choosing Jill as the celebrant to facilitate our ceremony was the easiest decision we made in the whole wedding! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and she will easily incorporate any requests you may have into your ceremony. She truly takes the time to understand each of her couples and is able to reflect their personalities in her process - she kept our ceremony sentimental but light hearted as well, just like us :) My husband and I were both baptized Catholic and I especially come from a religious (Italian) family. Although my husband and I did not want a religious ceremony, we did want to incorporate our parents in our marriage. Jill went above and beyond and provided them the opportunity to bless our rings during the ceremony (my mom’s favorite part!) After we were declared husband and wife, my parents told me that they absolutely loved the ceremony and thought Reverend Jill did a phenomenal job developing the perfect script for us. All of the friends and family were incredibly impressed with the heartfelt ceremony and also thought she had a beautiful speaking voice, creating a calm and happy moment for everyone. The ceremony was so important to us and we wanted someone who was kind hearted, thoughtful and easygoing to marry us on such a happy day. Reverend Jill is all these things and more, she is truly an outstanding person and I highly recommend her for your wedding! Thank you Reverend Jill for creating such a beautiful moment for both me and my husband! I am so happy we have such a wonderful memory to carry with us for the rest of our lives :)

My wife and I chose Rev. Jill to officiate our beach wedding in Asbury Park, NJ and we couldn't be more pleased. Jill has a fun personality that came through from the moment we first sat down with her (and she knows how to party, too!); she was always responsive to questions and crafted a beautiful ceremony that suited us perfectly, graciously incorporating a number of revisions based on our (sometimes admittedly knit-picky) suggestions. The handfasting was a great choice for our ceremony and everyone was in tears by the end! Rev. Jill provided everything we ever could have asked for in a wedding ceremony, and for a very fair and reasonable fee. I would highly recommend her to any and all couples, heterosexual or same-sex, religious or secular. She can do it all!

Reverend Jill is the best. She's got a great personality. She makes you feel like you've known her from the moment you meet her. She makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her until the end of your ceremony. She worked with us to make sure we had a customized ceremony, offered great suggestions to make our ceremony unique. The day of the wedding we had some minor changes, and she went with the flow as if the hiccups were planned into the ceremony. Thank you Reverend Jill for making our ceremony perfect!

Rev. Jill performed our wedding ceremony on December 19, 2015. It was a second wedding for both of us and we wanted our families (children and grandchildren) to be involved. Rev. Jill wrote a beautiful ceremony that included our family in very meaningful ways. She met with us, listened to our ideas, and gave us some great ones we had never thought of. Right before the wedding, Rev. Jill sent us a draft of the ceremony and then Skyped with us to get our changes (we didn't have to make many) and to put us at ease. We were nervous and she accommodated our request to repeat our vows a few words at a time (!). We had a great rehearsal and a ceremony filled with love and humor. At our reception, many of our friends told us what a meaningful ceremony it was and asked if Rev. Jill was a friend of the family - a great compliment for a wonderful person. (We told Rev. Jill that she now truly is a friend of the family!) We highly recommend her to anyone who values their ceremony as the most important part of their wedding day.

Jill was our officiant for our August 9, 2015 wedding. Jill was fantastic. We live in Australia, but were getting married in my hometown of NYC. She Skyped with us at a few early morning hours and was very accommodating. Although she didn't meet us in person until our wedding day, she covered everything she needed to write our ceremony via Skype. She also took our out of the ordinary unity ceremony and turned it into a great moment in the ceremony. All our guests and family commented on her poise and how good her ceremony was. I would definitely recommend Jill!

Rev Jill officiated my mother's wedding and as far as my fiance and I were concerned, she was the only option. Where do I start? I can't say enough wonderful things about Reverend Jill…nor could the guests at my wedding!

Coming from two families with strong Catholic backgrounds, my husband and I were in a bit of hot water when we told them that we didn’t want to get married in a church. (We wanted our ceremony to be less “mass” oriented and more about a celebration of our relationship, our family, and everyone who had brought us to that point in our lives.) Still, it was important to us to have some religious ties that we had been raised with. Needless to say, what we were aiming for was a pretty tall order…but not for Reverend Jill!

She met early with us to discuss the ideas and traditions that we wanted to incorporate, (on a side note, she is the most fun, down to earth person you’ll meet!) and assured us that she would revise our ceremony script as many times as needed in order to make it perfect. Together we developed a rough draft of our ceremony, and revised it back and forth about five or six times, each time without ANY pressure or worry.

When we finally read through our final version of the ceremony, my husband and I cried. It was the perfect celebration of our relationship, our family, and our friends—just what we had asked for, and just what Reverend Jill had promised.

The day of our wedding, there wasn’t a dry eye in our crowd. Everyone—including our very Catholic families—said it was the most touching ceremony they’ve ever attended. In fact, I already had guests at our reception telling me that they want to hire Rev Jill for their wedding!

I’ll be 100% honest when I say that having Rev Jill for your ceremony is the best decision you can make. She’s personable, articulate, and has an easy-going charm that will put any last worries at ease on the day of your wedding. I'd recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat (and already have to my newly engaged friends!). She'll make your ceremony a beautiful one, and you’ll remember it forever!

Where do we begin??? My husband & I just loved Rev Jill. We met her on a whim after she was recommended to us and, within 5 minutes, were confident that we wanted her to perform our ceremony. Rev Jill tailors the ceremony to your preferences and needs. We chose a civil, non-religious ceremonial with classic English literary passages outlining our vows and she was more than happy to accommodate. Rev Jill even allowed us final edits on her ceremony script, which I feel is rare for an officiant. She is heartfelt, funny as anything (where appropriate), and just a wonderfully-natural speaker. My husband gets a kick thinking about how he began to make her cry during the ceremony. We were such an emotional couple and the Rev experienced that emotion with us, as active participant, not a generic bystander. Guests kept asking us whether she was a longtime friend because that is the excellent rapport she has with her couples. We also chose -- and loved -- the Handfasting option, which seems to be one of Rev Jill's specialties.

If you are looking for someone to officiate your wedding who is warm, professional, experienced, funny, helpful and a really nice person I would highly recommend Rev Jill Dillner. We were searching for an officiant who could create a beautiful, warm and personal ceremony for us. We were also looking for someone who had some experience with and was comfortable performing same sex wedding ceremonies. We really hit the jackpot with Rev Jill. We were very comfortable with her from the start and by the end of our first meeting we were convinced that she was the right person for us. She listened to our ideas about the ceremony and then provided lots of good suggestions along with resources for us to explore further. As we got closer to the wedding she sent us a draft of the ceremony which was really lovely and together we modified it so that it was exactly what we wanted. I can’t tell you how many people came up to us after the ceremony to say how beautiful and personal it was. Rev Jill was also very helpful prior to ceremony itself when we were freaking out when we realized that we forgot to bring the marriage license. She was very calm and stepped right in to help us stay on track and ensure that all our pre-ceremony tasks got completed. She was exceptional and added immeasurably to our wedding day!

We couldn't have asked for a better officiant! Rev. Jill was exceptional. Our guests are still asking us about her...they loved the ceremony..almost as much as we did. The ceremony was so US...humorous at times and serious at times. We knew from the first meeting that Rev. Jill would be perfect..she was down-to-earth and funny. Plus, the fact that she is a dog lover was a big bonus for us. She incorporated everything we wanted and more into the vows. We can't thank her enough for everything!! She's friendly, fun and absolutely hysterical. She's down to earth and listens to what you want. She has some amazing ideas and helps in every and any way she can. We were unable to Jett Rev. Jill prior to our actual ceremony but we spoke on the phone and skyped with her. You don't feel rushed, ripped off or like just another couple getting married when your speaking to her. She made us feel very special and honestly made us laugh a lot!!!! When we finally met on the morning of, she had everyone in the bridal party under control and informed and it made me feel so good and so relaxed. When she says don't worry, you really don't have to worry:) I was honored as was my now husband to finally meet her and look at her face to face. She performed an absolutely beautiful ceremony for us. My husband and I were extremely emotional and she helped us right through. She knew we were behind schedule due to the limo accidentally leaving with the girls' flowers so she did her very best to work around that without taking away from our ceremony. Our ceremony didn't have a dry eye in the room. Between our high emotions and the love we have for one another and Rev. Jill's words you couldn't not cry, our families said. They loved her as did we. Everyone wanted to know where we found her and how long we knew her cause it was just so amazing. She was and is perfect at what she does and we couldn't recommend her any higher! We wish her the best in everything! Thank you soooooo much Rev. Jill!!!! You will always be in our hearts and prayers and have left a lasting impression on us and our families.

Rev. Jill was such a pleasure to work with! We planned our NJ wedding from TX, but we were able to Skype with her and meet her in person when we were in town. She is one of the most genuine, fantastic people we have ever met and we were so lucky to find her!!! Our ceremony was absolutely incredible - everyone was talking about how perfect it was! We couldn't have done it without Rev. Jill!!

Rev. Jill performed our wedding ceremony on April 20, 2013 @ Sir John's in North Brunswick. Josephine and I were extremely happy with our ceremony. Rev. Jill's personality is ...i don't even know...she's warm, friendly, cool, fun, funny... and we had only met her twice before the ceremony! She definately has a way about her! :)

Jill was extermly friendly, personable, and helpful in determing what my husband and I wanted in a ceremony. The ceremony was short and simple exactly how we wanted it. Jill also was very flexible and met me halfway to put meet up and plan the ceremony. She was always available via phone, text, email to answer any questions we had. Jill showed up on time for the rehersal and wedding and is very reliable! We are so glad we chose you Jill for our special day thanks for everything!

We first met with Jill about ten months before our wedding. We immediately felt comfortable with her. She really made it a point to learn about us beforehand so that the ceremony could be specifically for us. Jill really helped to put us at ease. The ceremony was beautiful and meaningful and many people commented on how wonderful it was. Jill's voice was very clear and able to be heard by everyone. We would recommend Jill to anyone...especially if you want a ceremony that is specific to you. We can't wait to get the full video so we can sit and listen to the ceremony again. Thank you, Jill for helping to make our special day one we will never forget!

Rev Jill came recommended to us from our venue Clark's Landing. She is one of a kind and we loved the fact that Rev. Jill was laid back yet professional. When we met with Rev. Jill we explained to her that we wanted a ceremony that was a little more laid back then usual, with a little bit of humor to go along with our personalities and she was able to deliver that and more. The Ceremony that she constructed for us was beautiful and so many people commented on how great she was. We are so happy that we got to share our day with Rev. Jill.

I can not picture my wedding being officiated with anyone other than Rev. Jill. I just got married this past Saturday and she was absolutely amazing! I should have known it was going to be great based on our rehearsal 2 nights before. She is so easy going, makes you laugh and is very respectful. Our ceremony was amazing and everyone keeps asking me about her - she even had someone go up to her right after the ceremony and ask for her card for their own wedding!! Everyone, my husband and myself included, absolutely loved her and say they've never been to such a fun wedding ceremony before! And the wine unity (instead of a candle unity) was a huge hit! Thank you, Rev. Jill, we absolutely loved every single minute of our ceremony, and it was because of you!!

Rev. Jill was fantastic. She was so calm and relaxed and provided great hugs when I started to panic. The ceremony was beautiful and tailored to fit our personalities perfectly. I have gotten so many compliments since the wedding on her beautiful ceremony, and was told by multiple people that it was the best ceremony they had ever attended. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I wanted a low key wedding in our home. We needed to find an officiant and both of us looked on the internet at different times. When we started to discuss what we found we had both picked Rev. Jill. From the time we made our 1st phone call to her, we were beyond thrilled that she met all of our expectations. She is so personable and warm, agreebale to what type of ceremony you would like, and her vows are beyond beautiful. It has been almost 1 1/2 years since we got married and to this day I still talk about our ceremony and how comfortable, calm and romantic it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Rev. Jill to anyone who wants to get married. There really is no better officant!
