Jason gave a Profound, Philosophical, Theological, and Emotional delivery as our officiant.
Jason is sincere, genuine and compassionate. I truly feel like his depth of knowledge for scripture and literature made our wedding ceremony so so so special to everyone who attended. I will remember how beautifully led that delivery was for the rest of my life. Please book Jason for your wedding, you will think of him as the most valuable person and vendor on your special day. Jason made effort to meet us the night before for our rehearsal as well. As I, the bride, planned most of the day on my own with only a day of coordinator, Jason was the glue to our entire wedding party. -

Jason was wonderful!
Jason was incredible and I can't recommend him highly enough. he made my fiancé and I feel at ease during our rehearsal and our wedding. Although it was our first time meeting Jason, he felt like an old friend and had a calming comforting energy about him. He guided us through every step of the process and our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. He spoke about us like he's known us forever and many points in his ceremony really hit the nail on the head with our relationship. He even added some things and that he heard us speak about in our own written vows. He made us feel comfortable in one of the most nerve wracking moments of our lives. We both felt like we could lean on Jason during this time, he kept things lighthearted, and we couldn't have asked for a better officiant. Highly highly recommend him!!! -

Jason is wonderful!
Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him as an officiant! He met with me and my husband ahead of our wedding for coffee and really took the time to get to know us. We didn’t write our own vows - and Jason recommended us to do a wine box ceremony which I loved. Also his words were so beautiful and there was not a dry eye at our ceremony. The best! Hire him!
Jason met with us before the wedding to get to know us and get a feel for what we were looking for regarding officiant services for our wedding. He was a perfect fit! He was so kind, personable and professional. We loved working with him and highly recommend to other couples. He helped us feel calm leading up to the day of our wedding and for sure helped us feel centered and relaxed (as much as one can be lol) on our wedding day. Several people came up to us at our wedding reception and remarked how much they enjoyed what he shared during our ceremony. Thank you, Jason for making everything come together for our ceremony. Incredible Experience
We chose Jason as our officiant, and are thrilled with our decision! Jason took the time to meet with us well before the wedding day, answered all of our questions, and provided all of the information we needed to prep. As for the wedding weekend, Jason definitely calmed our nerves as we rehearsed and got ready for the ceremony. Something we loved about Jason is how natural he is! He was able to make our ceremony personal and feel as if we have known him for years. We are thankful for this experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant who will guide you through the entire process and will work with you to create a memorable ceremony. -

We loved working with Jason and he truly was the final piece to a great wedding. I think people underestimate the importance of a good officiant. He talked us through the entire process and made sure to personalize everything for us. Highly recommend using him for your wedding! -

Heartfelt!
Jason was our officiant through Tide The Knot Beach Weddings. We did not meet or know what he had prepared to say before stepping onto the beach that day. And WOW! We were blown away with the heartfelt and touching words Jason spoke. He was professional, made us feel comfortable, provided some laughs, and overall made our day so special! Jason did an AMAZING job!
We were an out of town wedding so did not actually get to meet Jason in person until we were basically walking down the isle, and you would NEVER know! He met with us twice over the phone and did a perfect job of getting a feel for our personality and how we wanted our service to go! Even my Grandpa (who is rather traditional) couldn’t believe that was the first time he met us as a couple because the service seemed completely customized to us! I highly recommend using Jason- I can’t imagine a wedding he wouldn’t do fantastic with! I don’t have my whole album back to share a ton of photos -

We received a lot of compliments on Jason after the wedding. He was phenomenal. He worked well with our personalities and performed a beautiful ceremony. My husband and I couldn't have been happier. Jason is super nice and wants to make sure he performs the ceremony the way you want it. His communication is excellent and I was thankful he helped the groomsmen with their boutonniere which was a blessing and something he didn't have to do but he did. -

The best decision hiring Jason!
Jason was awesome! He came as a recommended vendor from our venue and once connecting with him we knew he would be perfect for what we were looking for. Due to COVID we didn't meet Jason in person until our rehearsal. He was very responsive throughout the year leading up to the wedding and creative by recommending a zoom call prior to our rehearsal to see what we wanted to include and go over any details. On our wedding day no one would have guessed that we hadn't met Jason before. He fit right in! He personalized our ceremony but also included lines that weren't rehearsed but humble and fit right in. He made us laugh and kept everything lighthearted (exactly what we wanted!). Would highly recommend - thank you Jason! -

The Prefect Officiant!
Jason was an absolute blessing! My husband and I met him a few months before the wedding and were comfortable around him immediately. Everything was perfect from rehearsal to ceremony, beginning to end. He even tied in the rain (a tropical storm hit my wedding location shortly after the ceremony so it was drizzling) and our love of Star Wars into the ceremony. Highly highly recommended! -

Hie is awesome!
Definitely. He was great and one of our guests was a retired priest who even said he was wonderful. We even had him as a guest at the reception. He knows how to set the tone right from the beginning of the service, serious but uses tactful humor at the right moments. There was a problem with our first pastor moving and were blessed to get Jason since this was a destination beach wedding. He is AWESOME. -

Jason came highly recommended to us by our event coordinator as an incredibly professional and heartfelt officiant. She could not have been more right. My husband and I met with Jason and immediately took a liking to him. He's friendly, down-to-earth, and very well-spoken. We left our first meeting with him confident that he could provide us with the kind of sincere, meaningful, and secular ceremony that we wanted. He was responsive and professional with every interaction that we had and offered useful tips to the groomsmen during the wedding rehearsal. Our wedding day at Tampa Bay Downs Racetrack was very rainy, and so we had to relocate our ceremony from the winner's circle to the grandstand in order to avoid soaking our guests. During the ceremony itself, Jason made a well-researched horse racing reference to rainy weather that thoroughly impressed me with it's relevance and execution. That unexpected and very personal addition made our ceremony so much more special and was something that our guests commented upon later. For any type of wedding ceremony, Jason is your guy. -

So glad we chose Jason to officiate our wedding. He gave us the idea to do a wine box ceremony, which we ended up loving. Now along with our new beginning we have a new anniversary tradition to share together. Our ceremony went great. He had offered to do whatever we wanted, but we trusted him to just do whatever he wanted. I’m so glad we did! I loved that he didn’t seem to be reading something scripted. The reason we chose Jason was because we came across a video of his on YouTube. It was about an amazing charity he runs. We could just tell he is a really caring, sincere person and we couldn’t imagine anyone else officiating our wedding after that. -

Jason officiated our wedding this past weekend in St. Petersburg. From start to finish, we loved everything about him. At our first meeting, he talked with us for over an hour and got a feel for what we were looking for. Before my wife and I even made it back to the car we agreed that we'd be choosing him. He is able to perform religious or non-religious ceremonies and is very flexible in fitting your style. In our case, he made the ceremony fun and a little laid-back, but still very heartfelt, which is exactly what we wanted. He was also very reassuring, confident, and comforting which was helpful especially during the final hours when everyone was racked with nerves. On top of that, he asks a VERY reasonable price compared to other officiants that I have seen advertised. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to be a part of our special day and I'm sure we'll be friends for many years to come! -

Jason was easily one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. He was very responsive, let us completely customize our own ceremony and was absolutely incredible on the day of - our friends and family raved about him! He makes the ceremony feel so personal, you feel as if he knows you. Jason was the officiant for our April 9th wedding and he did a fabulous job. He met with us before the ceremony to get to know us and get a feel for what type of wedding we wanted. He made sure that we all felt comfortable and had the wedding of our dreams. At the rehearsal he made sure that everyone knew exactly what to do and felt comfortable. I can't explain how amazing his energy is. He puts you right at ease and you feel as though you have known him for years. He did an amazing job and we can't thank him enough. -

Jason was a wonderful officiant at our wedding. Jason spent time with us prior to the wedding getting to know us, he provided ideas to help make our ceremony unique and special, and worked with us to create the perfect ceremony and vows to fit our style and wishes. We had a destination wedding across the country and Jason, was not only very fair in costs, but very accommodating about traveling cross country. He was professional but also helped bring a little lightness and humor to our ceremony - which we loved. We enjoyed having Jason officiate our wedding and also getting to know him better as a person. Jason felt like part of the family from the get go. We met for coffee / tea to get to know one another and we hired him on the spot. He later joined us for our rehearsal dinner and got to know our immediate families, we had a small intimate wedding. After the wedding ceremony he stayed and mingled, he fit right in.
His words at our ceremony were so touching, he really got to know us. He was professional but warm. He had such a presence at our wedding and he brought it all together so effortlessly.
We were honored to have him share in our special day. -

Jason was everything and more we expected from an officiant at our wedding. He has a lively and warm spirit, a gentle confident manner and a great sense of humor. My husband found Jason online and reached out via Twitter to check on availability- to which he responded promptly! We were really excited to find someone young, youthful and respectful of our more secular beliefs. Jason was a fun officiant who very clearly believes in love and happy endings. I feel so lucky to have found Jason to officiate my wedding. My husband and I live in California, so all the wedding planning was done be email or phone. I met him once in person before the big day. He was warm, friendly, easy going and very professional. The man knew what questions to ask: what we wanted and any special requests we had. We aren't very religious (go to church on a regular basis), but my family & myself are Christians. Jason was able to make the ceremony a neutral setting for everyone - the religious and nonreligious. I didn't have anything special in mind to be said, so I gave him full reign. His speech was flawless. The words were rich with love & relate able. His speech & presence really made the ceremony amazing. My bridesmaid (who is a wedding planner) raved about him and hopes to use him in the future for other events. If you book him, you won't be disappointed. He raises the bar to a whole new level. Thank you Jason for making our wedding the most wonderful day of my life. -

Jason did a wonderful job for us. He incorporated details about us into our ceremony (such as what we did on our first date) in a way that made it seem like he'd known us forever - despite the fact that we met for the first time in person the day before the wedding. He did several things that I considered to be particularly noteworthy: 1) My grandmother complained to him about the nondenominational, mostly secular service we'd had - which I had mentioned to Jason might happen. He let me know so that we could address it. If you don't want to know such things, I'm sure he wouldn't tell you. I had asked him to let me know if it came up, so he did. 2) My husband (eek!) had his sleeves rolled up for the ceremony, so Jason rolled his up. It's a small detail that I wouldn't have even noticed, but my husband commented to me that he really appreciated that gesture.
I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking to have a ceremony tailored to their needs because he excels at making your wedding custom for you. -

My now husband and I got married in June at the Lange farm, and Jason made our wedding so special. He is such a nice down to earth guy. He was very professional and made our ceremony one to remember. Loved him! He is young with a 'cool' vide and we just loved him after meeting him! My husband and I are both Catholic, but getting married outside the church we opted for a non-reglious wedding and Jason was perfect as he let us customize the ceremony. Jason was awesome. My husband and I aren't religious in the least and didn't want any religion in the ceremony and Jason was super accommodating with that. I don't live in the area and wasn't able to formally meet Jason until the day before the wedding, so we communicated via email to work out the details of the ceremony to keep it nice and short and lighthearted.

The first day we met Jason, we knew we wanted him for our beach wedding. His calm demeanor and easy-going personality fit right in with us and the type of wedding we wanted. He was easy to communicate with, and always prompt and professional with replies. He incorporated all the Christian elements we wanted, including communion for my husband and me, sand unity, and readings. The best decision we made for our wedding (and we made a lot of good ones!) was to have Jason as our officiant. One of the coolest guys I've ever met, and also just happens to be an incredible officiant. Jason did a wonderful job officiating our wedding. He was so laid back but also very professional which really put us at ease. We didn't know him at all before we hired Jason, but he was so easy to get along with right away...He also got along with all of our friends and family right away the day of the wedding. He really listed to everything we said we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony, and it went so smoothly. We would recommend Jason to anyone! -

We met with Rev Jason Sowell just a few weeks prior to our ceremony. Once speaking to him for just a little while we knew, no need for a rehersal. He had it all together.
He made us and our guest feel very welcomed and his ceremony was great.
Even hung out at our reception for awhile. Which we really appreciated. -

My husband and I found Jason on Weddingwire. We were and out of state couple looking for a non-denominational officiant. After reading the reviews, we contacted Jason to get some information. With his attitude, and professionalism, he was a perfect fit for our destination beach wedding. We kept in close contact throughout the planning months. Jason quickly responded to questions/concerns we may have had. He worked closely with us to give us the ceremony we had dreamed of. I would recommend him to ANY couple looking for a hard working, professional officiant. Both of our families were VERY impressed with him, especially at the fact that we had never met him before coming down to Florida. At the reception, my younger brother even said to Jason, "we're flying you out to our Indiana wedding. You were awesome!!" So if that doesn't tell you how Jason Sowell impressed my family, then nothing will! -

Jason was perfect for our ceremony and we were so honored that he performed our wedding! He had such a great personality and worked to make us feel comfortable. He visited with the family and stayed until the end of our reception talking with family and friends. We were concerned that by choosing a destination wedding our officiant, one of the most important people in the wedding, would be distant and uncomfortable. We would recommend Jason to anyone looking for an officiant in this area. He met with us several times to go over the ceremony and provided suggestions when we weren't sure what to do. He was always professional, down to earth and responsive to all of our questions. We incorporated a sand ceremony and he helped us with the wording and also how to make our three year old son part of the day. At our invitation, Jason attended the rehearsal dinner and reception and spent time getting to know our family. Everyone really enjoyed spending time with him and felt like they had known him for years. Jason made everyone feel comfortable and at ease and the ceremony was beautiful. -

We thought Jason did a wonderful job! We met him for introductions a couple months prior to the wedding day we and both felt comfortable and confident about hiring him. He is an extremely nice and friendly person.
