A Spiritually Infused ceremony

Dr. Claus performed a beautiful ceremony for us. We could not have chosen someone better! Our guests were very pleased with the spiritual nature of the ceremony, despite it being a civil wedding.

Wedding wire hooks me up with this Reverend who was actually my old professor

Reverend Claus is so personable, he made everyone laugh, feel at ease, and didn't drag on the ceremony process. Couldn't have been better!!! Was also there checking on us every step of the way and helped do the paperwork

Top wedding officiant in Miami

Dr. Claus did an amazing job as a wedding officiant that all guests were impressed with his words at our ceremony. He takes the time to the time to get to know the couple and make the ceremony very personalized. Dr Claus made himself available to answer our questions and guide us step by step. Our ceremony was perfect!

Dr Claus felt like a part of our growing family! We chose exactly how we wanted the ceremony to go and he made it so personal with his own touch. He also did a blessing of our 9 month old which made some of our guests cry haha. He doesn’t do this for the money he does it because he enjoys it. One wedding a day so you are his focus. He still keeps in touch with us months after the wedding! All of our guests said how fantastic he was as well. Thank you Rev Dr. Claus!!!

So happy to have found Dr Claus!

We were thrilled to get Dr Claus for our wedding ceremony ! He brought such a warm and welcoming energy to the ceremony, and allowed us the flexibility to have a more modern but still classic ceremony and people are still talking about him a month later after our wedding! You’re in good hands if you hire him, he’s super responsive, met up with us in person, and was very attentive the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself. :) can’t say enough good things about Dr Claus!

Such A Blessing...

We wanted so much more than an officiate for our special day, and Rev. Dr. Kenneth Claus was the answer to our prayers. From the very first conversation we had, right on throughout the wedding and even thereafter, Rev. Claus was available and responsive to our every need. He performed a beautifully spiritual ceremony, filled with simple perfection, and just the right amount of wit to calm our pre-wedding jitters. Such a lovely beginning to our brand new life. Made Our Day

Dr. Claus was had such a large impact on our wedding day. I was planning a destination wedding and this can be difficult when trying to find the perfect officiant with out already knowing of someone. I came across Dr. Claus's name and called him and we hit it off. He was so kind and professional and willing to do whatever he needed to give us the ceremony of our dreams. My husband is Jewish so we also had a Rabbi. Dr. Claus and our Rabbi communicated and worked together so seemingly that our guests thought they had been performing wedding ceremonies together for years. Our ceremony was absolutely perfect. So many of our guests approached up after the wedding and said it was the best ceremony they have ever seen. An All-Around Professional

There's a reason Dr. Claus has so many great reviews: He's great through and through. Throughout the (very) stressful process of wedding planning, he was always available to answer any questions and help us with our ceremony; this meant a lot especially since my (now) wife and I work crazy hours. No matter your schedule, he makes it work. The actual ceremony -- a dual-officiant event -- went off without a hitch and he perfectly balanced humor and seriousness. Many people came up to us afterward and raved about him. Do yourself a favor and pick him as your officiant -- you'll be glad you did.

Witty and funny, made everyone feel comfortable.

Dr. Kenneth Claus has personality!!!! He always got back to us in timely manner and his passion to bring couples together speaks volumes. From the first time we spoke to him, he explained everything and also wanted to know our expectations. On our coffee date with him (second meeting), he went over all the details which we appreciated and any changes I (the bride) made, he acknowledged and adapted to them. Always available via email and text. If you want boring... then choose another officiant. All of our guests raved about how he got their attention from the minute the ceremony started.

Blessed and satisfied

After reading many reviews about officiants online, we were happy to find Dr. Claus. After speaking to him over the phone we knew that we have found our officiant. We do not go to a specific church, but we wanted our wedding to be officiated by an ordained minister. Dr. Claus did a wonderful job greeting our guests. He was very punctual. He came before the ceremony time just to talk to us and even chat with the bridal party. He allowed us to customized our ceremony, from the introduction to our vows and prayers. We are highly satisfied with Dr. Claus. He called us 2 weeks after the wedding to check on us. We are truly blessed to have found Dr. Claus to officiate our wedding.

Destination Wedding

Dr. Kenneth Claus made our special day very memorable! He was able to take what little time he had before the ceremony to meet with family and friends and integrate those findings into the ceremony making it more personal and meaningful for both my new husband and I. The Wedding Ceremony of Our Dreams

This is a long overdue review, however I'd like to start by saying that if there were more stars on the review system to give, i'd give Rev. Claus even more!

Dr. Claus superseded our expectations. My husband and I are a blended family in every sense of the word: different ethnicity, different religion, different cultures, languages, you name it, we are truly united by love, and Rev. Kenneth Claus in a very respectful, yet joyful manner made our family and friends feel included -with no exception during the celebration of our marriage. This was not only the experience from the bride and groom, but this feedback comes too from our family and friends who congratulated us not only on our wedding day, but for having found the perfect officiant!

Dr. Claus was a real pleasure to work with all along the process of planning our special day. He's very responsive, he has a well structured way of guiding the bride and groom towards deciding what works best for the wedding that they envision. From the moment I contacted him to check about his availability, all the way until after the wedding: going through being flexible with my crazy -traveler for work- schedule, up- to confirming to us when he had sent our marriage documents after the wedding to obtain the marriage certificate.

Dr. Claus, Matthew and I can't thank you enough for having made of our wedding ceremony a celebration of love and faith to remember forever!

We were beyond happy and fortunate to have Dr. Claus officiate our wedding ceremony! All of our guests were extremely impressed as well. He was very easy to get in touch with before and after the ceremony. We had a destination wedding so we did not actually meet him in person until the wedding day. Right from the beginning Dr. Claus was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He made our great wedding experience that much better and we feel very fortunate that he performed our wedding ceremony. Not only was it extremely easy to communicate with him through any method of our choice (call, text, e-mail, etc), Dr. Claus truly went out of his way to make himself available at any time we felt a need to speak to him. I am so truly grateful that we found Dr. Claus, as he was WONDERFUL. My husband and I live in New York, and we didn't have a relationship with a minister in Florida. Thankfully, we found Dr. Claus online. His reviews were great, so we decided to take a chance - and I'm so glad we did! It was such a pleasure getting to know Dr. Claus. He was so accommodating to our needs at every step. When we were visiting Florida, he drove far out of his way to meet with us in person before our big day. Then he also agreed to come to our rehearsal on his own birthday the day before our wedding! Dr. Claus was not only generous with his time, but also his spirit. We had so much fun talking with him, and he gave us great advice on our ceremony. He didn't pressure us to include any specific components; he was very open about the ceremony and wanted to make sure that it was truly "us." While we did choose to include some prayers, he was very flexible about how much traditional "religion" to include. This was important to us. We live in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Dr. Claus worked with us planning by phone and email until all the details were just right! He had all options that you could possibly want in a ceremony in one packet. We combined a little traditional with a little non-traditional topped off with some Apache Blessings and sayings. Our ceremony was a small and private on the beach at the Solara in Surfside (Miami) and Dr. Claus was easy to work with... changing the ceremony location on the fly while looking for shade! Dr. Claus has great personality and sense of humor and we felt like we had known him and been friends for years within 5 minutes of meeting him in person! Ron and I highly recommend him! Then we were off on the cruise ship and into Hurricane Irma!!! It was a whirlwind of a wedding and honeymoon that was a secret and surprise to our families, a cruise running away from a hurricane, and an evacuation up the Florida turnpike from Miami to Orlando for 11 hours due to cancelled flights!!!

Dr. Claus was absolute amazing. We were supposed to get married in Key West, but due to the hurricane we had to move our wedding and reorganize in less than 2 weeks. My wedding planner suggested Dr. Claus and we have couldn't done better choice, he was very willing to help us, even with no much time, he made everything easy for us. The ceremony was lovely, we asked him for a short ceremony, since we would all stand under the sun and he made a such great job, giving us a beautiful ceremony. All my guests loved him, he is very personable, caring, and super friendly. He made our day extra especial and memorable! We would recommend Dr. Claus to anyone !!!

Dr. Claus exceeded our expectations and I have no trouble recommending him to anyone seeking someone to perform a wedding ceremony. My wife and I are from different races and have very different backgrounds, and also have both deeply held and conflicting views on religion and ceremony. Dr. Claus was very willing to help us develop a ceremony which spoke to both of us and was very accommodating with any and all specific changes and modifications we wanted to make. In the end, we had a wedding ceremony which both of us felt reflected how we felt, not just about each other but also our place in the world and our families, something I was deeply concerned we would be unable to do before speaking with Dr. Claus. In addition, he was extremely responsive every time we needed to communicate about issues large and small, and we really felt he went the extra mile to personalize our wedding for us and to speak to both of us and our families on this highly important day.

What made our ceremony so special was the fact that Dr. Claus took the time to recognize each of our guests that had traveled from out of state (and out of the country) to be there for our wedding day. It was a great ice breaker for everyone and made the ceremony itself so special and enjoyable for our guests – they loved it! We went with a traditional ceremony and vows and Dr. Claus did a beautiful job – our guests were able to hear and understand everything he said and our ceremony was the perfect length of time.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Rev. Claus officiate my wedding. From the very first conversation we had with Dr. Claus when looking for someone to officiate our wedding, we knew we found the perfect match. He is funny, charismatic and extremely passionate about what he does. My husband grew up attending a Catholic church, and I a Lutheran. It was important for us to incorporate aspects of both faiths into our wedding ceremony, but we also wanted some non-traditional aspects of the morals we live by in our relationship. Dr. Claus endlessly encouraged us to customize our ceremony to fit us, with both traditional and non-traditional characteristics. It was perfect for us.

Our family and friends only had amazing things to say about Dr. Claus after meeting him at the rehearsal and on the wedding day. Dr. Claus truly made our wedding ceremony the most amazing and meaningful experience of our lives. We cannot thank him enough for all the encouragement and support he gave us throughout the entire process. He will always have a very special place in our hearts!

Dr. Claus is amazing! He is kind and professional. He takes the time to sit down with you and really understand what you want in a ceremony - which is completely customizable. He has a funny and communicative approach towards he event and makes sure to always confirm with you (the bride and groom) that the ceremony is done your way. We had him help with our rehearsal as well. It was good to go through thenprocess before so everyone knew what to expect. He showed up in a nice suit and had beautiful robes for the ceremony. Kenneth Claus gave us such a smooth ceremony planning process. We had to plan remotely which seemed a little overwhelming at first, but he made it such a breeze. He was always available via text, email, or phone call. When the wedding day came my husband forgot our vows in the hotel room and thank goodness KC had an extra copy for us, once again taking the stress away! What can I say, but totally great! Dr Claus was on point from our first call. He sent out his info packet quickly. He allowed us flexibility in tailoring our ceremony. I made a few time changes and then at the last minute I made a location change and he was super flexible with a great disposition through it all. He showed up exactly on time. He was very personable and engaging. His ceremony was done very caring and we felt very comfortable. He included my children in the Ceremony and made them feel like they were a part of our great day. Dr. Claus took my wedding ceremony over the top. We did a non-religious ceremony which is shorter as it is, and he managed to make it so personal, so intimate, and so beautiful. He greeted all the guests that traveled near and far, he made everyone laugh, he made everyone cry- he did it all! Additionally- he remained available through the whole wedding process if needed, and even checked in with us after the wedding. I truly can't recommend him enough- he really is just amazing.

Oh Dr. Claus! I love this guy so much! He was my professor freshman year of college, and I knew from then that I wanted him to marry my husband and I! He put me at ease and gave us tons of options for the ceremony (both traditional and non-traditional), and we were able to customize our ceremony to something that meant more to us! Upon speaking with him on the phone it was obvious that he was extremely friendly, funny, and eager to help us design a ceremony that suited our personalities. Dr. Claus was a dream to work with. When I first contacted him, he responded the same day with a break down of how he conducts ceremonies and pricing. It was a perfect fit. We were looking for something simple, romantic, and light hearted and he hit every note. I was most impressed with his responsiveness. Dr. Claus did an amazing job at our wedding! I highly recommend him, do not keep looking for an officiant and book him soon as he only does one wedding per day and he is AMAZING. Dr. Klaus was great from start to finish. He worked with my religious and my husband's secular backgrounds and put together a beautiful service that everyone enjoyed. Our guests found him charming and funny and thought the ceremony was one of the best they'd been to. It was a hot day on the beach but he delivered a wonderful, timely ceremony. Dr. Claus was the perfect wedding officiant for my partner and I. We live in Texas and found him online and contacted him. He responded right away and we spoke over the phone and were very impressed with his wit, charm and professional manner. We booked him and he provided us with options for a traditional or contemporary ceremony with several different options for each. He called us the day before the ceremony to make sure that we made it safely to Miami and again on his way to the ceremony. He arrived early and was dressed in his white alb and stole and put us both at ease the minute we met him as he did his best southern accent to break the ice. He performed the ceremony exactly as we had discussed and stayed afterwards to get to know us and take pictures. He also filed the marriage license for us after the ceremony which was one less thing for us to worry about before leaving for our honeymoon. We would recommend him highly to anyone getting married in Miami especially to non-residents as he was so easy to communicate with and made us feel so at ease and at home, like an old friend.

Dr. Claus was exactly the type of officiant we were looking for! He was able to be flexible to the type of ceremony we wanted- he gave us some guidance on readings/prayers and etc and was able to incorporate ones we had chosen as well. Dr. Claus did a wonderful job of making our guests feel welcome and comfortable, intertwining some history lessons along the way to make the ceremony interesting as always.
We caused him more anxiety than we should have by leaving many details to the last minute... if you are laid back like us or want everything decided months in advance, you wont regret your choice to go with Dr. Claus!

I had the opportunity to see Dr. Claus in action when he officiated my sister and brother-in-law's wedding two years prior to my own. When it came time for my own nuptials, my (now) husband and I were excited to have Dr. Claus marry us as well. He was extremely flexible and was able to help my husband and I create a ceremony unique to the two of us. Throughout the planning process, Dr. Claus kept in contact and was always easy to reach. Come the day of the wedding, we were faced with some Miami weather challenges, but Dr. Claus handled the rain and our outdoor ceremony perfectly. Dr Claus was a pleasure to work with from our first consultation to the end of our ceremony. We planed a Florida wedding all the way from California and his personality really shined every through text messages. At our first meeting which was the week of the wedding he was so sweet, flexible, funny, and made us very comfortable. He guided us through picking the ceremony, but wanted us to make it about us. Ken officiated our commitment ceremony 18 years ago. With the Marriage Equality rights now in place, we asked him to legally marry us again, except this time we wanted to include our son as part of the ceremony. Rev. Dr. Claus was an amazing officiant. What a nice person he is. He commits himself entirely to you the day of your wedding, which was important for us. He maintains constant communication with you throughout the planning process and I will say that I was very impressed with his response times. We hired Rev. Claus rather late in the day as our wedding was short in planning (completely our intention) and Rev. Claus did not flinch at the short notice. He did everything possible to make us feel at ease in the lead up making himself available through Skype, text and phone as we were based in Atlanta and he in Florida.

On the day itself, Rev. Claus provided everything I was looking for in an officiant and more. While I wanted my wedding to be simple, small and intimate I wanted to to be correct. Rev. Claus understood our need for this to a tee. He provided the perfect service fitting for the Christmas season in a fun, light hearted nature with elements of humour to put everyone at ease which is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Rev. Claus did not rush off straight after the ceremony, he stayed back and chatted with our immediate family and was keen to be present at the cake cutting (and tasting)!! ;-)

Rev Dr Claus was over the top amazing! He helped us to capture the essence of our relationship leading up to our wedding day through the ceremony of our dreams. Our guests were highly entertained by his lightheartedness and insight of the Pennsylvania Dutch culture. He arrived to our venue on time and was great at putting me at ease before the ceremony began. Our ceremony was completely custom, written by my husband and I with Dr Claus' help and insight along the way. He is extremely responsive whether it be via email, voicemail, or even text message. I feel not only did we have an officiant there, but a friend as well. His attention to detail was incredible; down to the attire we wished for him to wear, to our personal vows being sent to him the morning of to ensure we wouldn't lose them for the big event! I love looking through the pictures of Rev Dr Claus and my husband before the ceremony began, wondering what they were talking about during that time.. Dr Claus stayed afterward for pictures and reached out to us as a follow up just recently to see how married life was going. I would highly recommend his services for anyone getting married in the South Florida area.

This began as a surprise given to me by my husband no one new anything until that Christmas night at our home. All our guest were enjoying each other’s company, food and music when out of nowhere Dr. Claus walked in and said do you know why I am here I answer (NO Sir)! I am here to marry you all I could do is shake and cry of joy. This was the best Christmas gift I could have ever wished for and Dr. Claus was very the very best choice to marry us. My Husband said he was easy to talk to he explained to him that he will do only one wedding on Christmas eve and it would be ours. The ease of which he was able to get in contact with him for any questions or concerns was amazing he would secretly be texting my husband so that I wouldn’t find out. They met secretly where Dr. Claus offered my husband two different types of ceremonies and my husband chose wisely our dream wedding Traditional. The ceremony was unforgettable simply beautiful. Dr. Claus was very humorous and made everyone feel very relaxed. He has a way of drawing in the crowd as only a great speaker can. All of our guests made it a point to mention to me how great he was some guest even ask for his info for themselves or to refer him! We are so thankful to Dr. Claus for our ceremony for a memory full of love that will last a lifetime.

Our Ceremony was filled with love, warmth, light and humor thanks to Dr Claus!!! We couldn't have asked for anyone better to marry us. Dr Claus was always available as we prepared our ceremony. After a couple of phone calls, multiple emails, and a text on Thanksgiving, Dr Claus married us on 11/28/2014 in Key Largo. Every single guest loved him and so do we! We look forward to seeing him again one of these days on another trip from CT to FL!

Without Rev. Dr. Kenneth Claus, our wedding wouldn't had been the same. He truly and genuinely cares about you and your wedding much beyond your normal officiant. I could not have been happier having Dr. Claus as my officiant for my wedding October 25,2014 at the Club of Knights in Coral Gables, FL. Dr. Claus was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and kind all with a good sense of humor. We basically had a rap concert going on during our ceremony and he completely pointed out the humor in it and put our guests at ease. All of our guests commented on how great he was and we totally agree. He is more than someone who performs your ceremony, he is there for his bride and groom throughout the whole process. You can tell he loves what he does, which is so important and something you can feel. So happy we found him, our wedding would not have been as great if he wasn't our officiant.

For our special day we chose Dr. Claus to be our weddings' officiant, and he exceeded all expectations! Prior to the big day, we had phone conversations and a face to face meeting. He always made us feel special and you could tell he enjoys marrying people and that makes the experience. He helped us tailor the ceremony by giving suggestions and reminding us that it was about us and not a cookie cutter ceremony. He provided great guidance helping us choose exactly what was said & read. I also have to mention he was great with follow ups and reminders. My now husband and I found Dr Rev Claus on an online search for the right Officiant for our wedding. We did a destination wedding in Miami Beach and knew we wanted someone who was an actual reverend as this was very important to us to have a ceremony in God's word. Since Dr Rev Claus was a reverend and is a professor in religion, we felt we had found the right fit. We are a believer in fate, and that there is a greater plan for us and there was a reason we found Dr Rev Claus and our hearts told us to go with him. There are many many officiants to choose from and we could have landed on any one of them for any reason, but here is where we landed. I can not Thank Dr Rev Claus enough for what he has done for us over the past nine months of planning. He gave us a sense of calm and security that we had chosen very wisely. He was so prompt when emailing us, it didn't matter the time of day, or night our in-boxes lit up within minutes. He made himself so available to us, that I had no question going into this that we found the right person to unite us in marriage. He made our ceremony so personal not only for us but for our guests. Not usually do you get compliments from your guests about the ceremony, the flowers the decor sure...but the ceremony was very special for everyone who was there. This is all because of Dr Rev Claus. My husband and I truly feel we have found in Dr Rev Claus a spiritual mentor and friend for life.

I was a former student of Dr. Claus in college. When the time to plan came around, I couldn't think of anyone better than him to officiate our wedding. The process with Dr. Claus from start to finish was very smooth. My husband and I got together with him a couple weeks before our wedding and chose what words would be said on our special day to match how we felt. Our ceremony was as beautiful as could be- exactly how we imagined it. All our guests were so pleased with his service and the way he made everybody feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. We had nothing but positive remarks! On top of it all, Dr. Claus tends to only one wedding a day, so you can guarantee that you will feel special- just how you should on your wedding day.

I don't think I can't ever express how thankful I am I found Dr. Claus! He was so professional and sweet from the very 1st phone call when I booked him to be our wedding officiant. Dr. Claus made sure to contact me and keep in touch throughout my entire wedding process from the moment I booked him to the moment the ceremony was done and he still called to make sure everything was going well after the ceremony. When it was time to put the wedding ceremony together he took his time to make sure it was perfect, he made a special blessing for our 3 kids and greeted all our guest something my guest are still talking about. I would highly recommend Dr. Claus to officiate your wedding. Planning a destination wedding, it was very important that we chose an officiant we felt comfortable with on our big day. Dr. Claus, in fact, went above and beyond to make my husband and feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was extremely prompt in answering all our questions and even called me within an hour of receiving my initial email. Unlike most vendors, he wants you to ask him questions. He is extremely personable over the phone and was a joy to meet in person. He made our guests feel comfortable by including them in the actual ceremony, too. Even after the ceremony, several guests asked how we found such a amazing officiant.

Dr. Claus was so sweet, helpful, kind, and attentive. He answered all of my emails, texts, and calls every single time within minutes. He gave examples of what other couples had done, gave ideas when he saw we were lost, and was so committed to us throughout the entire process. I would recommend him a million times over! I actually met him first as a professor in college, and looked him up when I got engaged, as he made such an impression on me. He was punctual, amusing, creative, and very very easy to talk to. He only does 1 wedding a day, so you can guarantee he will be dedicated and committed. :)

Dr. Claus was very helpful. He listened very carefully to my requests and the expectations for my wedding ceremony and made it all happen. My then fiancee and I underwent a unique situation where my uncle who was going to be the officiant cancelled at the last minute (well 6 days before our wedding) to be exact. We went online and searched Craigslist and many other sites. We came across Dr. Claus and called him once we saw all the positive reviews. From the very first conversation with him, I knew that he was the one that I wanted to marry us. He quickly arranged a meeting with us and explained everything from A-Z. Talking about sense of urgency! Dr. Clause has an abundance of positive qualities. He has proven to be understanding, empathetic, flexible, funny, smart, professional, and compassionate. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to get married. Dr. Clause gets four thumbs up (my now husband and I).

Trust me, you will not regret it contracting him!

I am very very happy I found Dr. Claus, he took the time to get to know us and customize the wedding just the way we wanted it, with a mix of traditional and non-traditional. At first we were clueless about the details, but he guided us the whole way. He mailed us a booklet right away which included a guide line of the wedding ceremony order. He made him self available via phone, txt & e-mail. My wedding was great and I was very pleased. He was professional at all times. My family still talks about how great he was: nice, outgoing, etc. We were blessed to have him as our officiant! I would definitely recommend him.
