Carolyn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding and on the day of. We ended up switching venues at the last minute, and she was extremely flexible and supportive. The ceremony was very emotional, and she guided us with kindness while making sure everything flowed perfectly. She even handled our small mistakes during the ceremony with grace and humor. Carolyn, thank you for all your help! We really appreciate all of the useful tips and documents that you provided us. Your guidance has helped us find our inner voice to come through in our personal vows and made the marriage license process something we looked forward to. Thank you as well for extending your services to file our marriage license for us. An additional fee for a lot less stress on our Wedding Day was an easy decision. We also love how beautiful our keepsake marriage license came out to be and are thankful that our bridesmaids and groomsmen could sign it with us.
In regards to the ceremony, you did a wonderful job with the speech. It was just as we had imagined. Thank you for taking what we wrote and elevating it to new heights. We loved all the classic Disney and Kingdom of Hearts quotes. Our mothers loved the presentation roses as well. Thank you for suggesting incorporating that into the ceremony. They were touched by the gesture.
As a result, we'd highly recommend Carolyn Alexander as an officiant. She went above and beyond. We suggest reserving the date well in advance (i.e. at least a year or more) to ensure she is available. It was a magical evening and it wouldn't have been the same without you.

Excellent Officiant
Carolyn was an excellent officiant. She was recommended by our wedding planner so we knew we could trust her before meeting. We had an initial phone meeting that went great and she was very flexible with the script and outline of the ceremony. She had options we could choose from or we could totally customize it. We customized ours and she was totally accommodating. She also answered our questions about the marriage license and different parts of the ceremony as well. On the day of, she was very knowledgeable and personable. She did a great job walking us through the ceremony. And she saved the day as the bride's mother forgot her dress and she lived far from the venue, so it had the potential to push our whole wedding back over an hour, but Carolyn had an extra outfit with her that she let us use so she could walk her down the aisle on time. It was a really nice gesture and saved the day. We would highly recommend!

Carolyn is an A+ officiant, and an even better person. Carolyn was incredibly gracious and helpful from step 1 in being an officiant for our wedding. She was transparent and flexible to our preferences for certain parts of the ceremony.

Working with Carolyn was a huge blessing. She was able to make my dream wedding ceremony happen within a short amount of time. I am so glad we worked with Carolyn! We’re an out of state couple and she made the process so simple for us. We submitted our paperwork, met her a few days later at our hotel, signed and went over the rest of the process. We unfortunately had an error in our license from the day of (our fault not hers!) and Carolyn has been in touch with me consistently for SIX MONTHS to help me solve the problem. I couldn’t have done it without her! She stuck with us and made sure we got it handled. Highly recommend her for your wedding. Carolyn Made Our Ceremony Absolutely Perfect
We booked Rev. Carolyn Alexander to be the officiant for our wedding. We were referred to her by our planner, Rebecca Calagna, and scheduled a call well in advance. From the very beginning, Carolyn put us at ease with her calm demeaner. After our first call, we were sold on booking her for our big day. Carolyn was very organized and gave us flexibility with the ceremony and what we wanted to go into it. She was accommodating to different beliefs and had different versions prepared. She was in constant communication with us and helped us understand the process for obtaining our marriage license.
The day of our wedding, she arrived punctually, dressed professionally and ready to go! She met with us individually to get our signatures for the marriage certificate before going to the ceremony space. It was clear Carolyn was experienced in delivering wedding ceremonies, as her calm, soothing voice drew the attention of the audience while still making sure the spotlight was on us – ensuring we had our opportunity to shine. She was very reassuring in guiding us through the whole process. She is the perfect officiant. We greatly appreciated her presence at the altar.

Carolyn was a Godsend, really. One of our biggest points of stress when planning our wedding was finding someone to officiate. Carolyn took the time to talk to us as a couple, to get to know who we were as a couple, and she took care of all of the details. No, really, she's a notary too! She took our license to the courthouse, and took care of all of the behind the scenes work so we didn't have to. I had a BLAST working with Carolyn and Bill! Bill officiated our wedding and he did a great job. I worked with Carolyn all the way up to the wedding because my husband and I were planning to add a whole bunch of nerd references to the ceremony speech. We added all kinds of things, star wars, star trek, lord of the rings, marvel, etc and it flowed together very nicely and everyone who attended had fun listening to it.
Another thing I liked a lot were the different options they had for you to pick from in terms of what kind of a ceremony you wanted.
They were very professional and also very welcoming not only to us but to our guests as well.

Carolyn is Easygoing, Lovely and Caring
Carolyne was so kind and guided me through the process which I was not familiar with. She took care of all the paperwork so I didn’t have to worry about it. She was so sweet and caring on my wedding day, she had my husband now, signed the documents first and fees, by the time she came to me, as I was still getting ready, she was calm and we finished the paperwork. She was a great friend, I felt that she knew just what I needed and how to make me feel at ease, and we laughed a lot! She put together a beautiful ceremony which included verses for my husband, us and me. It was wonderful, I asked if I could have a copy so I can frame it. Incredibly Professional, Made our Day Wonderful
Carolyn was the officiant to our Disney Wedding. From the start she was nothing but professional and caring. She took time very far in advance of the ceremony to ask us what kind of ceremony we wanted. She answered all of our questions and even provided great suggestions for our ceremony when we were unsure.
The day of the wedding Carolyn was so friendly and met each and everyone one of my guests and spoke with them. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about her.
During the ceremony Carolyn's voice is something out of a Fairy Tale. She truly made our entire wedding special and I feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of having her at our ceremony.

We found Rev. Carolyn through a preferred list of vendors from our venue. Honestly, it was the greatest thing to find her. We booked her about 2 years before our date and she was always there to answer questions and give advice for the ceremony if needed. She listened to us and our concerns. She even had a service to go to the city clerks office if we needed her to. She incorporated the date (May the 4th) into our ceremony. I love looking at the pictures from that day and seeing us all laughing because of something funny said. She really is the sweetest, most professional, and caring officiant we could've asked for. Beautiful ceremony on the beach
Rev Carolyn was such a blessing to meet, plan, and officiate our wedding. She was so helpful detailing each step of the ceremony and walked us through how we can personalize our ideal wedding. We spoke to a handful of potential officiates but the Alexander family stood out to us; Rev Carolyn was very accommodating and gave us all the time and space to allow us to fully enjoy every second of our wedding. Rev Carolyn truly helped to make our wedding day the most memorable and precious day of our entire lives. She took all the stress off our plate for dealing with the tedious paperwork involved with securing licenses, etc which was instrumental in helping us to focus on the thousand other tasks that needed to be done before the big day. Reverend Carolyn Highly Recommended
We could not have found a better officiant than Carolyn! Carolyn was referred to us by a good friend who was married by her husband, Pastor Norman, and we are so glad that she was available for us. She is a delight! We met with Carolyn several months before our wedding and she took the time to get to know us, hear what we wanted and provided advice and suggestions as to how our ceremony could go. We both immediately liked her. She is warm, considerate, light, and knowledgable. Carolyn gave us several options regarding the exchange of our vows (traditional, contemporary, personal, etc.), which was very helpful and allowed us to create vows that were meaningful and reflective of who we are. Carolyn is very professional, easy-going, and fun.
Not only did Carolyn perform our ceremony, but she handled all of the time-consuming documentation. She took care of our marriage license (going to the courthouse, having it notarized, etc.), which allowed us to just show up and sign on the dotted line. Worth every penny! Wonderful experience
Carolyn is very friendly and helpful since our first meeting. We were provided different options of words of the ceremony, and she followed up a few weeks before the wedding to help us finalize it. On the wedding day, she came early to have us sign the application documents before the ceremony... it was such a crazy day and we didn’t even get to thank her properly... but she was so patient and efficient. I’m very grateful and highly recommends Carolyn for your big day!
P.S. we paid extra to have Carolyn complete the marriage license application so we did not go to the court and received our marriage licenses within a month of the wedding

Best officiant!
Rev Carolyn was recommended to us by our wedding planner and we are so glad that Rev. Carolyn was available to officiate at our wedding this past November. From the beginning, she was very reassuring and walked us through the process of crafting a ceremony that fits our personality and style. She gave us different options on the type of ceremonies and wording, ranging from traditional to modern, and enabled us to mix and match different ceremony elements that were meaningful and important to us. On our wedding day, Rev Carolyn's delivery was on point and made our ceremony that much more memorable.
Rev. Carolyn is also authorized to issue confidential marriage license, which was a huge plus to us and we would recommend this to anyone who want to save time while making sure that all the legal administrative portion of getting married is really taken care of without a hitch. Many of our friends had told us stories of how their marriage license got returned multiple times due to various errors and incompletions, and so we knew that was not something we wanted to deal with. We met with Rev Carolyn before our wedding day and she walked us through how to fill out the forms correctly and took care of all the logistics of mailing and getting certified copies for us. We received our copies of marriage certificate in less than 5 weeks after our wedding. All in all, we are very happy to have Rev Carolyn as our officiant and highly recommend her.

Vow renewal at Disneyland
Carolyn was so wonderful in managing our vow renewal ceremony at Disneyland. This was a destination ceremony so we made all arrangements on line and Carolyn was great. She instantly ‘got us’, tailoring the Disney themed ceremony to us perfectly even though we had only met for the first time that morning. She instantly put us and our guests at ease. She radiates warmth and charm. I would highly recommend Carolyn for Disney and more traditional ceremonies.

Great experience
Working with Rev. Carolyn was very easy. I found her on Wedding Wire and we met in my neighborhood that same week. She gave us a lot of ceremony options. Organizing a destination wedding at a place we are not familiar with is not easy. And relying on professionals you have never met is also causing a lot of stress.

Reverend Carolyn Alexander was a fantastic officient on our wedding day. Both her and her husband Norman are exceptionally pleasant, patient, personable, kind, and warm people. Rev. Carolyn was the best option EVER!!
Rev. Carolyn was the first option we had and now we can't imagine somebody else for our ceremony. She understood us from the very beginning and was so delicate with what we wanted, I really appreciate her and I feel nobody else could understand us the way she did. You will not be disappointed at all, in fact, she has so much experience that at some point she gave us options for the ceremony we didn't think about in the first place, and it made us cry of happiness!! Please, don't forget my advice is to go with her, can't think of a different optionat all!!

The perfect ceremony

Carolyn Is Amazing. Period.
My relationship with Carolyn had several layers. I first met her when I was a wedding coordinator and my clients hired her for their wedding. She was so kind, professional, and always stuck out to me from the hundreds of officiants I’ve met over the years. A few years later I was speaking with a friend and found out that she was his mom! I thought what a small world (Disney pun intended)! I also have a deep love for Disney and seeing as she has officiated so many Disney weddings I thought it was fate to hire her. Everything about her personality, professionalism, eloquence deserves 5 stars. She goes above and beyond for her clients, including going to the courthouse to secure the marriage license! As a working professional my husband and I did not have time to go stand in line and get this done. This service she provides is truly a lifesaver. She also took the time to go over different aspects of the ceremony, what should be included, gave us ideas and even templates for how to draft our ceremony. This definitely helped as I had no idea where to start! As far as the ceremony, ALL of our friends and family can’t stop raving about Carolyn and how wonderful she did officiating our ceremony. Her voice is so calm, soothing, almost magical and I think this is from her years of practice. She look it upon herself to introduce herself to all the parents and bridal party to make them feel comfortable and answer any questions they had. I can go on but I’ll leave it simple- Carolyn is the best and if you are in need of an amazing officiant, look no further.

Our day was made even more special with Rev. Carolyn's guidance and warmth
We're so happy to have had Rev. Carolyn officiate our wedding. She helped make our day extra special! We were so impressed with her communication and assistance in helping us put together the perfect ceremony prior to the wedding. Rev. Caroly took the time to get to know my husband and me and helped us create a unique ceremony script that was meaningful to us. On the day of the wedding, Rev. Carolyn was prepared, brought the necessary paperwork, was cordial and interactive with our family and friends, and brought a big smile and lots of warmth to our celebration. The best part is: I received so many compliments from my guests telling me how my ceremony lasted for the perfect length of time - it wasn't too long or too short! The guests truly appreciated that. Rev. Carolyn's guidance and enthusiasm for our ceremony made the entire process less stressful. I'd highly recommend her!

Best day in my life!
I was so lucky to meet Carolyn through one of our Disney Fairytale Wedding Coordinators, Michiel!
We met for meeting once and everything just went so smooth! I loved every words that Carolyn said during the ceremony including the 'Love Recipe"♡♡
All of my family told me about how good she did!

Completely Amazing
We were married by Carolyn in May, and she was so amazing. She helped incorporate dual languages, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond after the wedding when LA county “couldn’t find” our marriage license. (We live outside California, there was no way I could have gone to the courthouse to figure it out myself.)
My husband and I were so pleased by Carolyn’s kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Everyone at our wedding came to us after the ceremony to tell us how wonderful she preformed the service.
I really cannot express how wonderful and how grateful I am for her.

True Disneyland Fairytale
Rev. Carolyn Alexander officiated my wedding May 2019 at the Disneyland Resort and words cannot describe how incredible she made our special day. On the day of my wedding we met for the first time in person but during the ceremony you would have thought she was a close family friend. She added so many personal touches that made our ceremony that much more genuine and sweet. Our family and friends were all left speechless and of course there was not a dry eye left. I would get married all over again only if Rev. Carolyn Alexander officiated!

Wonder experience
Carolyn was extremely kind, warm, professional , and organized. I am from a Jewish background and my husband is from a Catholic background and Carolyn helped guide us through the whole process of personalizing our ceremony while providing lots of guided help but also leaving and offering lots of room for us to create our own unique experience. She responded promptly to any and all questions, and took time to get to know my husband and myself showing that she really cared about us as a couple. We absolutely loved her and her passion for what she does is quite evident! I highly recommend her!

Wonderful officiant service!
Carolyn is truly wonderful. We had a preliminary meeting with her where she explained the officiant process. She worked with us to customize our wedding ceremony and everything went beautifully the day of our wedding. We received a lot of beautiful comments from our guests about how much they loved our ceremony. I would highly recommend Carolyn. She is a sweet person, knowledgeable and took care of everything we needed for our wedding ceremony.

Love Rev. Carolyn!
My husband and I spoke with Rev. Carolyn on the phone and she just had this calming voice and personality. I knew she was the one for us! She was super easy to work with and a wonderful communicator.
On the wedding day, she was a necessary and calming presence. We could not have asked for a better person to marry us. We both marveled at how she carried herself with ease and grace. She really made our ceremony special for us and our guest.
As the bride, walking down the aisle is a very special and nerve wrecking moment. I was a little nervous about it. But when I walked down, I notice everyone in the audience was standing. It really gave me a moment to connect with people when I was walking down the aisle. Truly. It made all the difference to me walking down that aisle. We purposely had a small wedding and we really felt the impact of our decision right then. After the wedding, I asked my husband about why everyone was standing and he said that Rev. Carolyn asked everyone to. I was touched that she thought of doing that because of how special it made my walk.
The extras - Before the ceremony, she checked on me to see how I was feeling. I was fiddling with my bouquet and she told me to hold my bouquet to my belly button. I'm so glad she mentioned my belly button because I was able to use that as a frame of reference. And during the ceremony, she moved off to the side so we could give our vows and it gave the photographers a chance to snap pictures of us at the altar.
We had non-denominational, contemporary ceremony. We also used her services to take care of our marriage license. Everything was worth every penny!

Rev Carolyn Alexander did a wonderful job as our wedding officiant! Meeting with her before the wedding was useful and helped to give a sense of what was happening. I got to customize our ceremony. Her website made the payment easy. She was prompt responding to me and at the ceremony. We could order our marriage certificate copies directly through her. She did a great job at the ceremony!! She added some personalization with our story as a couple and spoke well! Thank you very much for everything!

What I liked about our ceremony is that it wasn't just formal. Carolyn made our minimalist wedding feel very special and touching. We felt the importance of the moment and we enjoyed it. Also everything was smooth, not a single issue. Carolyn was very responsive and responsible. Highly recommend.

We were so happy to have Rev. Carolyn Alexander as our officiant for our wedding on 11/4/18 at The Vintage Rose. We contacted Carolyn via our venue referral list. Our initial meeting with her was over the phone. She was so sweet, caring and calm throughout our conversation about her officiant services. After meeting with her in person, we knew she was who we wanted to officiate our wedding. She was responds to emails in a timely manner and always encouraged us to contact her if we had any questions. She has templates of ceremony vows that she provides but also is open to you editing those or making your own version. She is really about working with you to make your day special. She also worked with our venue several times and our wedding coordinator enjoyed working with her, which helped with communication running smoothly. On our wedding day, she was great - checking in with us prior to the ceremony and made sure everything went well during our ceremony. Overall, we would highly recommend Rev. Carolyn for her officiant services (her husband is also an officiant). Thank you again, Carolyn for all your efforts to make our wedding day special!

She is incredibly kind, sweet, and very professional. And we took that away immediately from just a phone conversation. We could tell how genuine and sincere this woman was from the getco. She was also extremely easy to work with and she was very responsive when we had any questions along the way.
You can tell she's been doing this for many years & that she loves what she does, because she officiated our ceremony flawlessly--from her pace/tone and overall positive energy that she brought on the day of the wedding to the actual content & her inspiring words on what a good marriage is all about--all of it was perfect. , and we could not have been any happier!

Rev. Carolyn Alexander was perfect. From the very first communication, she was flexible in helping to craft a ceremony that fit our relationship and our personalities. She made us feel important and special through the whole process, and helped make our day as magical as we dreamed it would be when we decided to pursue a Disney wedding. We didn't have a rehearsal as part of the Disney package, but she helped guide us through the ceremony in a professional and kind manner.
