Great wedding transportation!

Thank you so much to Reston Limo for helping us transport so many guests for our wedding day! From the beginning of the planning process we worked with Kevin, who helped us figure out what we needed and got us booked quickly and easily! Our driver for the wedding party bus, Inam, was so kind, polite, and helpful and got us to the church quickly, and was so responsive to our requests. The driver for our 54 person coach bus to transport guests to/from the hotel, Christian, was so friendly and got our guests to the reception early, and made sure to make a second trip for guests who couldn’t fit on the bus for the first trip! I really appreciate as well how Reston Limo communicated to us when our bus was en route and arriving. Overall we had a great experience using Reston Limo for our wedding transportation!

Reliable and Affordable

We used Reston Limo for all of our wedding transportation, including an SUV for us, a 30-passenger shuttle for the wedding party/immediate family, and two 30-passenger shuttles for guests at the end of the night. All of the vehicles were on time, and none had any issues. Our sales rep, Phillip, was fantastic. In addition to being responsive to emails, he was easily accessible by phone, which I really appreciated because I wanted to talk through many different combinations of times/vehicles.

Best Limo Company

Reston Limousine was fantastic from the start. They were extremely flexible which allowed us to make last minute changes, even the week of the wedding. We condensed the number of rides to one at the beginning and one at the end of our wedding, and it was perfect! The drivers were extremely nice, courteous and professional.
Would recommend & hire again, in a heartbeat!

Professional and reliable

Easy to Work with

Love this transportation company! Their pricing is fair and inclusive of driver gratuity- one less thing to worry about on event day. We had a last minute add-on- a car to pickup the groom and I post reception, and they were able to easily accommodate. The driver for our shuttle, Christian, was fun, engaging, and fully aware and respectful of the added needs of driving a wedding party. Overall, a fabulous experience.

Wow! Stellar experience!

Reston Limousine provided our wedding party, family and guest transportation for our 9/4/2021 wedding. We were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service that we received leading up to the event as well as day-of service. The Reston Limo team delivered exactly what was promised and kept the 3 shuttles on schedule, which was very important for us as we had a tight shuttle window and several additional complexities with pick-up and drop-offs. The shuttles were unbelievably clean, incredibly comfortable and all 3 drivers were professional, kind and FUN! We even received many compliments from our guests. Thank you for making our big day run smoothly and for taking care of our guests as if they were your own. 10/10 recommend to all engaged couples.

Professional and Flexible Transportation Service

We used Reston Limo for our rehearsal night and for the wedding. For the rehearsal night, the driver was very professional and was early to pick us up and ready to leave whenever we needed to. Overall, they were great to work with and would recommend them for guest shuttle services.

Outstanding Service

Because of the needs of a large bridal party, we utilized 3 different vehicles the day of the ceremony and reception. Making the arrangements were seamless. Drivers were timely, polite, and demonstrated great pride in their work. Text messages with updates, kept the bride's father in the know and calm.

I highly recommend Reston Limo! We mixed and matched our transportation for our wedding day between Reston Limo and another transportation company to cut down on costs. We used Reston Limo for our car service pick up for myself and my now husband, my family, and my husband’s grandparents. It was awesome! We had great communication with them up to the day and they allowed us to delay the leaving time for my husband’s grandparents on the day until they wanted to leave. It was great! Also, their black car service is beautiful - we had the coolest car pick us up to bring us to our wedding night location. Thank you, Reston Limo!

Great, Simple Transportation

Reston Limousine was a great service for our wedding day. Our limo was always on time, clean, and our driver was very friendly and willing to accommodate a special drop off at the church so I wouldn’t be seen before the ceremony. Our getaway car at the end of the night was also great!

Flawless Experience

Our experience with Reston Limo was wonderful. Their pricing is simple and flexible - you can adjust day of at no additional cost, and you can take as many trips as are needed in the time that you have. The week leading up to the wedding was crazy busy. I hadn't checked in with Bill, so he reached out to me to confirm. It was just 2 days out and our hotel had changed from when we booked, so it's a darn good thing he did!! After a very quick conversation, I updated the plan and Reston Limousine took it from there. The day of went off flawlessly. Thank you to Bill and Reston Limousine for making this part of the process easy and stress-free!

Efficient and friendly

Reston Limousines provided the transportation for our wedding this September. I was impressed with their efficiency throughout the process- from booking, to day-of, to a follow-up after the event. The office staff were extremely communicative and the drivers were patient and helpful in getting my (many) guests where they all needed to go.

I highly recommend this service to anyone hosting a big event!

A wonderful experience

Exceptional Customer Service!!

Very professional limo service. I called 5 limo companies prior to finding Reston. I am not from the DC area and I was trying to plan a proposal for my fiancé. When I called the other companies all they wanted to know is what day, time, location, etc...here’s your quote see ya later. I needed customer service. When I finally called Reston they helped guide me in the right direction and took the extra time to hear my plan out and helped fine tune the details. Amazing customer service and the service was amazing.

Easy booking for wedding transportation

We used Reston Limousine to shuttle the bridal party from our house to the venue as well as an escape care for me and my husband at the end of the night.

Everything went great. Both drivers arrived early and we had no issues getting to the locations.

Reston Limousine was fabulous! The cars arrived on time and were super nice and comfortable. We had a limo prick us the grooms party and then the bridal party and the service was flawless. The drivers were very friendly and professional and even helped to carefully stuff my huge ballgown into the car. They provided out getaway car at the end of the night and laid out a red carpet for us, very nice touch. The representative helped me to select the package that worked best for us and made sure everything was set including a check in a few days before. Excellent all around!

I'm really pleased with our decision to go with Reston Limousine for our wedding transportation. We had multiple shuttles of different sizes for our guests and bridal party, and multiple pick up and drop off locations, and Reston Limo was on time and ready at each spot. I worked with Thierry during planning, and he was even able to add another shuttle the week of the wedding when I called him panicking. I was so nervous about transportation and getting everywhere where they needed to be, and I really shouldn't have been. Reston Limo made the day flow seamlessly.

Reston Limousine saved the day when another transportation company attempted to increase my rate two months before my wedding without explanation. Reston Limousine had my trips confirmed (during their busiest weekend of the year) within an hour of me reaching out and were extremely accommodating and helpful! I think Reston Limousine tends to get a reputation for being pricey, but I found their prices to be comparable to the company that attempted to raise my rate months before my wedding. I highly recommend Reston Limousine for transportation needs!

Easy to coordinate and plan. Very flexible even with the bride & bridesmaids were running about 30min late from hair/makeup. Limo & buses were clean and attractive. Definitely needed the AC while the buses waited to be filled at the end of the night.

We had a great experience using Reston Limousine for our wedding on August 12th, 2017. They were very responsive by email and gave us a good price on our “getaway car”. The car was spacious and I could easily fit in my seat with my big ball-gown style wedding dress on. Our driver was very friendly and he arrived on time. We would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Booked only a month out from my wedding and they were very easy to work with, even recommending a more affordable option than I had thought of! On the day of, the shuttle driver was flexible and responsive. Would recommend!

Reston Limo was so easy to work with! We booked the 25 person Limo Bus for transportation to and from the church and it worked out great! We had about 20 people on the bus and there was plenty of room, even for a Bride in a large dress! The only thing that was difficult was the bus was very bumpy ride. The driver was super flexible and able to make changes at the drop of the pin. I would definitely recommend using them!

We hired two shuttle buses to transport the bridal party to the church and reception, as well as for the guests at the end of the night. Drivers were friendly, knew where they were going and made sure to get everyone there on time. I don't think you could ask for more when dealing with moving 70 people from place to place. I would definitely hire again!

Outstanding service for our daughter's wedding! Reston limo moved the bridal party in style to the wedding venue, transported all of our guests from the hotel to the wedding and back, and took care of the get-away car for the bride and groom. Their service was flawless, staff was polite and flexible, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy this special occasion!!

My sisters reserved a party bus through Reston Limousine in July. They were so pleased by the promptness and professionalism while working with Reston Limo to find the right vehicle to take to the winery. Our was outside our door early, with the bus full of water and bananas! He was very friendly and helpful when getting everyone into the bus. He got us safely to the winery and even offered to take some group pictures for us! I know how much planning went into the day for my Bridesmaids, and Reston Limo made it so relaxing and fun planning with them. I highly recommend them for future trips - especially your Bachelorette Party! Thank you!

We hired a car to drive my husband and I to the reception after the wedding. The driver was fantastic--he was courteous and let my new husband and I converse without feeling uncomfortable. It was a great 25 minutes of just being alone with each other and taking it all in before the chaos and fun of the reception!

We rented the 30 people bus. It was very affordable, bus was really nice with all leather interior and very comfortable. Driver was on time and very courteous.

We utilized Reston Limousine services during several segments of our wedding day. We had a stretch limo prior to the wedding that was used to drive the wedding party to various photography sights. We also had a 30-passenger bus that took our family and out of town wedding guests to the wedding/reception venue and then back to the hotel when the night was over. Both drivers were punctual, friendly, and flexible to last-minute changes in the schedule.

We had a 30-passenger guest bus as well as a sedan getaway car for our wedding, and Reston Limo was punctual, reliable, and affordable (well, at least compared to their competitors in Northern VA). I worked with Debra Lawlor, and she was responsive, organized, efficient, and just a really sweet person! No complaints, and the guests certainly appreciated having a shuttle to/from the wedding.

Reston Limo was very flexible... we had some changes two days before, and they were able to work with us to make everything happen. We had a pretty complicated pick up / drop off schedule (there was for one trip, two stops) but the driver showed up on time and did everything perfectly. Thank you Reston Limo for getting everyone to the right places at the right time!

I have used Reston Limousine's services before for winery visits, but they really won me over with their wonderful customer service when I booked them for my wedding. The salesman that I worked with, Michael Hum, was very flexible when none of their pre-set wedding packages fit my event, and instead he helped me to craft a special package to get my bridal party and guests where they needed to go. The party bus driver especially was great and accommodating when my bridal party asked to make an unplanned stop on the way to the reception to pick up snacks and drinks. My guests also could not stop talking about how much they appreciated the shuttle bus service. Overall, Reston Limo continued to impress me and I will definitely use them again.

We used Reston Limo for my daughter’s wedding to provide transportation between the hotel and the wedding/reception site. We had a 35-person bus for the beginning of our ceremony/reception, and a 55-person bus for the end of the evening. The buses were both in place early, and they were clean and comfortable. The drivers were excellent. The office was efficient and professional, with my emails and questions answered promptly. I would highly recommend Reston Limo for any occasion.

Would definitely use Reston Limousine again. They took the my family and wedding party to and from the ceremony and we had them wait for 8 hours. It was the best deal for the large block of time that we reserved. I would use them again for sure.

We highly recommend using Reston Limousine. The sales staff was extremely helpful in evaluating our needs and putting together reasonable proposals. We had guests at two different hotels and needed to shuttle them to and from our venue. Everything was on time and went according to plan. At the last minute, they were able to accommodate an additional request and provided me and the bridal party with a ride to the venue. Our driver informed me that he was new to the area, so he had conducted a trial run to the venue. He didn't want to risk getting lost on the day of our wedding. That kind of exceptional service should be recognized. Great value and great service!

We hired the Van Terra from Reston Limo to take the wedding party out for pictures during cocktail hour. The driver took efficient routes to avoid the worst DC traffic during Friday rush hour and got us back to the venue on time. We also hired a car to pick up my grandmother from her house and bring her to the venue and they were very accommodating to our "special care" requests (e.g., help her in and out of the car).

We had serveral town cars plus shuttles for bridal party and shuttles for the guests to and from events. Out host hotel had some restrictions, which Reston already new about, so it was super smooth. There was a bit of trouble getting to my house because of constrction. I tried to send directions ahead of time, but they still got a bit turned around. Everythung else went like clockwork!

Reston Limo was on time to both our pick ups and got us to the church in time. They also were able to pick us up at the church after the ceremony on time. Before the wedding they found the best deal for us knowing that we would only be taking one of the limos from the church to a hotel and recommended that we use a town car instead to save us a few bucks. They were looking out for our best interest and we are glad we listened to them.

Daniel Oh at Reston Limousine is the BEST person to work with for wedding transportation.
He is 100% professional: efficient, organized, flexible and could not be any more pleasant. He was also extremely patient when we asked for numerous changes.
We had many out of town guests who needed transportation from the hotel in 1 town to the wedding in a 2nd town to the reception in a 3rd town.
In between the wedding & the reception, our guests took a tour of Washington on board "our" Reston Limousine Coach. Although the driver was not a professional tour guide, our guests were bowled over by how knowledgeable he was. He was especially helpful when 1 guest requested a change in the route so she could see her husband's name at the WW II Memorial.
This is the 2nd time we've turned to Reston Limousine for a large event - both times their service was superior in every way.
Our guests arrived at each destination of the day on time and very happy, due to the VERY clean coaches and polite, friendly drivers.

These guys handled the transportation for our wedding and did an amazing job. They provided a limo for the bride's family, a towncar for our departure, and several shuttle trips from the venue to the hotel and vise versa. Very flexible on options with a lot of vehicles to choose from and the driver's were great and very professional. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them for any transportation needs.

Reston Limo was very professional from the start. The driver came early and allowed our photographer to take photos from inside as we prepared to leave.
We had a good driver and he was friendly and prompt. I would've loved to have some water, gum, even a few snacks or tissues in the car on our drive, but everything else was great. He got us to our destination on time and let us have a few moments of quiet as we enjoyed our first few hours as man and wife alone.

We used Reston Limo for transporting our guest and me (the bride) on the day of our wedding to/from hotel, cermony and reception. They were great to work with before and the day of, I could not have been happier with their service.

I later found out from a guest at our wedding that when she arrived at the ceremony location she had a hard time parking her car. The Reston Limo driver saw this got out of the van and offered to park her car for her so she wouldn't miss the wedding. --- What great service!

We used Reston Limo as a shuttle between the hotel and venue for the guests and bridal party. When they realized that the bus I ordered wouldn't fit down the driveway at my wedding site, they upgraded me to two medium-sized buses at no extra charge. We got married a couple weeks ago and used Reston Limo for a 25 passenger shuttle bus for our wedding party and a transfer town car to get the parents from the ceremony to the reception. Their price was better than a few other vendors I checked out and they are reputable. The person I worked with in reservations was extremely kind and answered all of my (numerous) questions within hours. They shuttle and car showed up on time and knew exactly where they were going.

Reston Limo was great!!! Daniel was our coordinator and he was so super helpful considering all the changes we kept making to our already complicated timeline. Being new to the area they let me come and take a look at their vehicles and also helped hand out snacks to my guests since it was a long trip from the hotel to the ceremony. Their traffic control center was impressive and everyone there was super helpful. Their prices were also very, very reasonable.
My only recommendation is skip the stewardesses. I thought it would be helpful to have but my guests said they really didn�t do much. It was inexpensive so I am ok with it but if you have a bridal party use them. I would definitely use Reston Limo again and I highly recommend them!

We used Reston Limo to provide a shuttle for guests to and from the hotel to our ceremony. We also used a mini-bus for the bridal party to go around DC taking pictures after the ceremony. The shuttles were prompt, service was good, and everyone was where they needed to be. Our mini-bus driver did an excellent job of navigating traffic on a very busy cherry blossom weekend in DC. Great service!

What an amazing deal! We used a party bus for our very large wedding party and it was perfect! We also had a seperate car for my brother- and sister-in law since they were underage. We'd tried to book a Town Car, but due to an unexpected conference in the DC area, they were all booked the day of our wedding. The company agreed to give us a small limo at the price of a town car given the unexpected change. The were vey flexible with the multiple pick-up and drop-off location we arranged since we took pictures all around the University of Maryland campus. Our wedding fell on Homecoming as well and they were move than flexible with the crazy traffic given the events of the day.

We originally contracted to have the Limo driver take the Bride and Groom from the reception to their honeymoon suite, but on the day of the wedding we needed to make a detour. With one simple phone call everything was taken care of. Thanks for handling everything so smoothly.

Daniel at Reston Limousine was a great help in determining our transportation needs for our September 2015 wedding in Sterling. When we had to add a second hotel for our guests just a few weeks before the wedding, he was very responsive. He created a package that would safely transport all of our guests while ensuring we wouldn't burst our wedding budget. He coordinated with the venue and our month-of coordinator by passing along names, numbers and other information to confirm everything was in place. All I know is that when my husband and I hopped in the town car to head to our hotel after the wedding, we were confident our guests were taken care of. That was a big load off of our shoulders. Reston Limo was flawless. Their prices felt on the expensive end, but not unreasonable at all. We ordered a limo to drive the groomsmen to the church and then to come pick up the bridesmaids and drive us to the church. The limo then drove the bridal party minus my husband and I to the hotel. For the two of us we ordered a sedan with a driver to drive us separately from the church to picture locations, and then to the reception. We also ordered two buses to drive guests from the hotel to the reception sight and back. Everyone we encountered throughout the day was professional, on time, friendly, and delightful to work with. The limo was beautiful, the private car was comfortable and quiet (what we wanted) and the buses were clean and spacious.

Now for the BEST part. Because we booked so many things, they are providing us with complementary round trip transportation to the airport and back for our honeymoon. Our flight leaves at 6AM, and comes in at 11:35 PM, so we weren't looking forward to asking friends or family to drive us, and luckily we didn't have to. They are set to pick us up at 4AM tomorrow morning in a LIMO and then pick us up on the other end at 11:35. They also took our flight information so that if the flight is delayed they'll still be waiting for us. So fantastic!

Throughout this process we worked with Dan from Reston Limo, and he was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.

All around I HIGHLY recommend this vendor to any Northern Virginia bride.

Setting up my transportation was great experience, all of questions were answered and they worked with all my requests. We had one problem with our driver at the end of the night where I'm not sure he had the right information, but it all worked out in the end. Everyone got to and from the venue safely and the limo and shuttles were in good condition and clean! They also worked eoth me to get everything I needed at a great price.

Reston Limo offered a fantastic team for our wedding day! We had a LOT of logistics in play throughout the day and they were able to accommodate each request. The entire team worked together very well and coordinated efficiently with our wedding planner. They were on time, the busses that were provided were clean and comfortable, and all of our transportation needs were met with ease. They were very flexible and when the bridal party was late, they were able to change the schedule to fit our needs. Working with Daniel Oh to plan our day was easy and efficient – he answered all of our questions and sent us complete schedules and POCs before our wedding day. The drivers were very polite, friendly, and reliable! We have used Reston Limo for other events as well and they never disappoint! We would definitely recommend the team to others for any transportation needs – the owners and entire team are wonderful!

We booked Reston Limousine to provide transportation to and from our wedding venue in Purcellville, VA, in addition to a town car to take my husband and I back to our hotel after our wedding. While there were a couple of issues (not all at the fault of Reston Limousine), I have to commend Reston Limousine (Barry, especially) for their complete professionalism, responsiveness and determination to ameliorate the situation. Barry took the time to walk us through everything, from A to Z, that had happened - and in doing so, was very attentive, gracious and generous in compensating for what had happened. Long story short, while we had an unfortunate experience, Reston Limousine more than atoned for what happened and beyond that, was a pleasure to deal with. So thank you, Barry, for your exemplary customer service.

Our representative at Reston Limo, Michael Hum, was fantastic. Rather than charge us a flat rental fee, he worked with us in order to find a rental option that met our needs without having to over pay for time we didn't actually need the shuttle. We rented two, 25 passenger shuttles to pick our guests up at the hotel and drop them off at the venue before the ceremony, and then have the same shuttles pick up our guests from the venue at two separate times at the end of the night. The shuttles provided were clean, on time, and impressed our guests. We are very happy to have selected Reston Limo as our transportation service for our wedding and would certainly work with them again. Thank you!

We used Reston Limo for our wedding transportation. We hired 2 limos and 4 sedan transfers. The drivers arrived punctually and everything was clean and well maintained. We made all our reservations through Michael and he was responsive via email. The only complaint I have is that we did not have the drivers' contact information until the day of the wedding. I understand Reston is a big company and drivers are not assigned very far in advance of the journey, but it did make me nervous that I had to call Reston several times on the day of the wedding to get their contact information. Overall things worked well and I was very pleased with the service we received.

We called Reston Limo just six days before our wedding and they were great. Picked us up on time, and had a smooth ride from our reception to our wedding night hotel. Only downfall is that you have to hire them for a minimum amount of time (we only needed an hour, and the minimum was 3 or 4), but that seems to be the standard across most car/limo rental companies. Would definitely recommend.

We contracted Reston Limousine for a 24 passenger limo-bus and a Lincoln Town Car. Reston was very easy to work with leading up to our wedding. They showed up early and were ready to go. Both the limo bus and car, were very clean and nice on the inside. We settled the contract 2 weeks before our wedding and the process was very smooth.

Reston Limousine is the best company to use for transportation in the Washington D.C. area. All of their vehicles are on site so there is no mix ups with vehicles being unavailable because they are being transported from another company. The drivers were courteous and professional. We used three mini buses to transport our guests to the reception. One of the buses was about 5 minutes late but it wasn't really an issue since the guests were going through the receiving line. The head office called the next day to apologize for the mishap. Everything went very smoothlyl

The folks at Reston Limo were very responsive--I booked a limo for my bride and I to back to our hotel after our reception. They were on time, the driver was very professional, and allowed us to stop several times on the long drive back to our hotel, as we needed to pick up some things from another hotel and my bride's apartment. The limo was very nice and comfortable. Before the limo arrived, I called them to make sure they would be on time, and was pleased to find that they have a 24/7 operator who is in touch with all of their drivers--it was nice to have a company that was as "put together" as this one.

Overall, I highly recommend. Their costs may be marginally higher than some of the competitors, but I think it is worth it, particularly for an occasion like a wedding where you cannot afford for anything to go wrong.

Booking with Reston Limo was a very simple process - they asked all of the right questions and any edits to the contract were made within minutes. The day of, we had no problem shuttling our 150 guests from two hotels, to the church, to the reception site.

Reston Limo showed up on time with a really nice limo. We were pleased with the quality. My planner did all the leg work for obtaining them and I do not recall her mentioning having any problems.

I was initially unable to book them via there online system, but once I called things went smoothly. Not sure why they have an online reservation system if it does not function...

The driver on the day of the event was outstanding! Gave us a very smooth ride from Round Hill back to Fairfax, even with it being a crazy windy night.

Reston Limo came highly recommended by our venue and coordinator. We booked a package that included a limo, shuttles before and after the wedding, and a town car for me and my husband after the wedding. We received upgrades on the limo and town car (upgraded to an SUV). The drivers were prompt and professional. It was a bit frustrating that the minimum rental time for the shuttles was 3 hours each, but this seems to standard across companies.

During my initial research, I felt that Reston was a bit on the expensive end, but after researching other transportation providers, I realized it worth Reston's level of responsiveness and quality of service to go ahead and hire them. I worked with a particular representative at the company who was extremely professional and very flexible through many vehicle changes that we made the week before the wedding. I never had doubts that a vehicle wouldn't show or would be late. I would highly recommend them for brides who want one less thing to stress about on their big day!

Debra Lawlor, at Reston Limousine, was very helpful in coordinating transportation for my daughter's wedding. We hired two limos, two buses, and two town cars. We had multiple stops for the buses and, as far as I know, everything went as planned, on schedule. We even added a late night bus tour to DC after the reception for out of town guests. The driver could have had a better route planned through DC, but he was a super nice and pleasant guy and even made an extra stop to drop off one of the couples.

Christina was my sales rep and was quick to respond to all my inquiries! She was fantastic to work with. My only issue I had was that the day of the event, the driver DID NOT call our point person to let us know he was there so we were late to getting to the venue. If we weren't trying to beat the sunset for photos this would not have been too much of a big deal, but unfortunately it was and all our pictures were rushed to capture the landscape behind us.

Reston Limousine did a fantastic job shuttling to and from our hotel and wedding/reception site.

We had a limo pick the girls up from the house to take us to the venue. They arrived right on time and got us to the venue in a timely manner. They then picked up the groom/groomsmen from the hotel and got them to the venue quickly as well.

The shuttle picked up guests from the hotel and did a great job. The one complaint I have is that they had listed the wrong hotel after we had confirmed with them multiple times which hotel guests were staying at. Thankfully crisis was averted!

Reston Limousine arrived promptly at the end of our ceremony to take us to our hotel. The driver was polite and the sedan was very clean. He had his GPS and could have navigated on his own, but we helped him out since we were in the middle of a rural area. The only downside was that the booking required a 3 hour minimum when we only used them for about 15 minutes. Reston Limo had a promotion going on when we booked that included a free ride to the airport for our honeymoon, so that helped make up for the added cost on the wedding day.

They were pretty good. Unfortunately there was a miscomunication between my husband and them. We only booked them for 3 hours, but they had it for 4 hours. So we only used them for 3, but got charge for 4 hours. They are good and punctual in a rainy day.

No complaints! All I needed was a 20-passenger limobus for about 3 hours to pick us up from the hotel, take us to our picture site, and then drop us off at the ceremony. Reston got me exactly what I needed with the best price I could find. I found my contact at Reston to be pleasant to deal with and willing to help out when we needed to make a slight change of plans only a few days before the wedding due to a really bad weather forecast. On the day of, the limobus arrived early and waited patiently for us to come down. The driver was a bit gruff and not particularly friendly, but he was by no means rude or anything like that -- just not a very outgoing guy, I guess. Anyway, he got us where we needed to go on time (I also really liked how the limobus had a GPS unit in it, so there was no concern that the driver would get lost). All in all, I was pleased.
