From the moment I spoke with Kathy from Fork and Flask, I knew hiring her team to cater our wedding was a good decision, and she proved me right at every turn. From helping us decide on our menu to her flexibility with changes on our end right up until the last minute to the friendly, professional staff and the quality of the food, which our friends and family still can't stop talking about, they made our day exactly what we dreamed it would be. -

Kathy Mac and Dillon - what a duo!
During the chaotic time we are living in, we decided to have a small wedding with just our parents. I was given Kathy's name by a DE beach native and from the first conversation, I knew she would be a perfect match for our event. Kathy's creativity in helping step up my menu choices enabled the meal to be so much more elegant. Kathy and Dillon were so hard-working and fun at the same time. It was awesome to walk into the kitchen to take a breath, and receive a laugh and a smile in return. I was able to not worry about a thing, which is how it should be at your wedding. The food was spectacular - everyone is still raving about the choices and the quality. I will always remember this special day because we all know that food is a direct gateway to everyone's heart. And Kathy and Dillon walked right in there! Everything was so amazing. Their professionalism mixed with laidback demeanors gave us the opportunity to enjoy every moment. If you're looking for someone to wow you - look no further! -

We absolutely loved La Vida Catering! Kathy was amazing and SO helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. When we picked our venue, we were nervous with so many details to attend to ourselves, but Kathy helped us with figuring out what supplies we needed, coordinating our rentals, and she went above and beyond in helping us transform our wedding to be COVID-19 friendly and reach out to new vendors when others were no longer able to help us. The food was incredible as was the serving staff. We highly recommend using La Vida to anyone having a wedding down the beach! -

Planning a wedding is a lot to handle with so many different vendors and responsibilities. Kathy was with us every step of the way. She did way more than we could have ever expected. She knew just the right touches for every point of the wedding!
We had a tasting with her and of course the food AMAZING!! Working with Kathy was calming in a sense, she took care of everything and was of course always professional. She not only handled the coordinating of the food but she also kept on top of things with Dover Rental where all of our items were coming from!
Our wedding was around 225 wedding guests, along with a band, videographers, and photographers. Kathy flawlessly coordinated all of the guest meals and vendor meals with her timeline which allowed the night to flow and be stress free. I cannot brag enough about the quality of service we received through La Vida Hospitality and Kathy. I would recommend them to anyone. Kathy and her team made our day even more special and our guests still talk about the food and service that was provided!

Fantastic Food Delights Guests!
We booked Nage for our wedding in Salisbury and were extremely pleased with their services. Kathy was amazing to work with and helped us throughout the entire process. She made the time to schedule a tasting with our parents when we were unavailable to attend ourselves and created a FaceTime meeting so we could all discuss the food. The buffet that was created encompassed a raw bar, turkey, roast and crab cakes, which all came out incredibly delicious. The staff was very nice and professional at the event, and we had no issues with any of the services provided. Everybody raved about how delicious the food was and all of our guests we're extremely satisfied with the food. Thank you very much Kathy, and all the fine folks a notch who took the time to be apart of our wonderful ceremony! -

Annie Sent on 10/15/2017Our guests are still raving about the incredible food that they had at our wedding. Kathy and her team at Nage prepared a truly unique dish - we asked for a specific surf and turf for our beach wedding, and they certainly delivered! While I wasn't a huge fan of our cake choice, our beautiful dessert bar as a whole was to die for. I'm not sure who ever said that brides don't eat at their own wedding, because I had too many macaroons and cake pops to count! Also, my husband is from Kentucky, so naturally we had to have mint juleps as our signature drink. All of his Kentucky guests commented how delicious they were and that they tasted like the true southern juleps they enjoy at the Derby! We especially appreciated that Kathy was on-site overseeing the set-up and food prep. Worth every penny.

User2813988 Sent on 10/13/2016Nage is the best of the best in catering! They are professional, pay attention to detail, and will do everything you ask. We are so happy we chose them for our special day. It was pouring down rain on our outdoor, tented wedding and they didn't miss a beat and knew exactly what to do even when we were all over the place. Kathy must do this in her sleep because she ran the show like it was nothing. And the food was delicious too! Can't thank them enough!
