Rent-All City was easy to work with and delivered quality items for our wedding. We were so happy with the wood cross back chairs, so cute! They delivered during the scheduled timeframe, were quick to respond to communications, had budget friendly prices, and helped us make our wedding magical. We highly recommend! -

Rent-All City was very accommodating leading up to my wedding. I had a few additions to my initial quote, then some subtractions, and the afternoon before the delivery, I had to switch all of my round tables to rectangle tables! Rent-All City made it happen! -

Because the arch we were going to use wasn't gonna work out, we found ourselves needing a different one just 2 weeks before our wedding. We were panicked since it was peak season and we needed something sturdy to hang a lot of decor on. I'm so grateful Rent-All City had this big bamboo beauty that fit right in with our style, was affordable, and delivery and pickup went seamlessly! Everyone we interacted with from the staff was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend! -

We have hired this company for a wedding in November 2021 so I am not reviewing product.. but considering how helpful they have been to date dealing with an issue we came across with property management for authorization to put up a tent I have no doubt we are going to be well taken care of. Rent-All City was so easy to work with! As our wedding got closer, we needed to make adjustments - reducing the count on certain items and adding some additional rentals - and they were happy to make changes up until 2 days before. They worked directly with our venue to coordinate delivery and pick-up, which saved a lot of logistical stress on our end. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable! Overall, we had a great experience with them. -

Rent-All-City were amazing to work with! Justin, was so caring and attentive every time we spoke. I used to emails him at least twice a week during a month before the wedding with different changes I wanted to do in my contract, either adding or taking things off and throughout the entire time he was amazing. Never made me feel I was over asking for things and I never for one second felt worried about my rentals. They work directly with my Food Vendors (Carraba’s) so I wouldn’t have to worry about picking up or dropping off the rentals -

My husband and I hired them for rental chairs for our small beach wedding ceremony.
I got a quote from them because a friend has used them for her wedding about 5 years ago and had nothing but good things to say.
We got quotes from RAC as well as several other rental companies and RAC beat them all in terms of pricing and service.
They were super helpful and answered all of my questions before and after renting with them - giving me peace of mind that edits could be made easily to my reservation.
They were also willing to deliver to the beach and setup on the beach for an additional fee (some other companies stopped offering the beach setup service completely 👎🏼)
My only semi-complaint (which isn’t really a true complaint) is that during “tear down” it was sunset. There were several water cups and plastic champagne glasses that people had left sitting in their chairs as we took group photos on the beach - and the person putting the chairs away seemed to just knock of the cups into the sand (understandable - his job was to put away chairs). This would not have been a very big deal but as soon as he was finished it was dark and we could not see the cups in the sand to pick them up. Because it was a beach wedding we wanted to make sure not to litter, so it took us a lot of extra time with flashlights to walk around a big area and look for discarded cups I the dark. I know that is not his responsibility, but it would’ve been nice if we had realized what was happening and could’ve helped pick up or if he had just throwing things in the trashcan that we had provided. I was too busy with photos to notice and by then it was too late. Definitely something for your guests to be aware of if you book them for the same thing - make sure to have your guests trash their cups and not leave them on the seats just after the ceremony, otherwise they will be come litter in the dark while your guests are distracted.
Overall, we had a great experience with them and would definitely hire them again. -

We ordered tables, chairs, games, and a bar for our backyard wedding and everything was delivered and picked up right on time! The bar was a little beat up so we had to get creative to try and cover up the imprefections, and the some of the chair cussions had holes, but thankfully they gave us extra chairs so it was ok. -

Candace Sent on 09/30/2009We had our wedding on labor day weekend and Rent All city accomadated us even though they don't work holidays. They were very well priced on evertything. We ordered Charvari charis and brown table cloths. The chairs and cloths arrived on time the day before and was very hassle free. Only compliant was tablecloths were wrinkled and chairs are in just ok condition could use touch up. but was pretty happy all in all -

Alicia Sent on 07/15/2013Be sure to speak clearly and repeatedly when renting from Rent All City. We ordered table linens, chair covers, and chair sashes. On the day of my wedding, my father picked up all the linen, when he arrived back at the venue, he was only given chair sashes and table linens. This was a huge issue. When my mom ordered she specifically said black chair covers, but they placed the order as black chairs. Luckily we were getting black chair covers so they had them in stock, but I would have been completely screwed if I had white linen since they were already out of stock a month before. They don't deliver linen, but they deliver other items (chairs, tables etc), on the day of my wedding they were delivering a table for a wedding the day after. This had us confused as my dad had to go pick up the linen, and while he was picking up the linen, Rent All City arrived at our venue to deliver someone else's order. They certainly need to get organized!
