Wonderful!!!

This was such a great company to work with. They were super responsive with any questions that I had and showed up early to the venue to pick us up. It is reasonably priced, especially for the service that was given to us. Highly recommend going with them for the after-wedding transportation.

Amazing experience with Renee’s!

I highly recommend Renee’s Limousines to any bride preparing for their wedding! Caroline and Remi on the business side of things were so nice, helpful, and quick to get back to emails. Bob was the driver of our trolley- he was so kind and helpful. The trolley was adorable and made a wonderful backdrop for pictures. I’m so happy I chose this company- they made our special day very memorable!

Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Renee’s Limousines for our wedding day! The whole process was easy. We rented a Lincoln sedan to drive us to the ceremony, alternative location for pictures, and the reception. The sedan was well maintained and very elegant inside. Our driver, Michael, was great! He arrived promptly and knew his way around to help keep us on schedule. We would highly recommend.

Excellent Service

The Renee’s Limousines team did an excellent job providing transportation for our wedding day. We rented the trolly to bring our wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and it was the perfect added detail to a beautiful day. The driver was very professional and timely and we had so much fun singing away on the trolly for the afternoon.
We also arranged for a limousine to pick us up at the end of the evening and bring us to the hotel. It was the perfect cherry on top of an impeccable day. Thank you for providing excellent service on our wedding day!

Excellent!

We used Renee's Limo Coach for our wedding. We worked with Ivan throughout the process. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions that we have. The Limo Coach was beautiful! It was so clean. The driver was great and so professional. We had such an amazing time on the limo and everyone loved it. I would recommend using Renee's for any event! I also was able to change my schedule for the day about 2 weeks prior to my wedding which was super helpful!

Event Planner Highly Recommends Renee's!!

I'm event planner and have used Renee's Limousines for many of my clients from weddings to corporate to foundations. So when it came time to look for a fun way to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, I knew calling Renee's would do it! The service was fantastic, our driver was absolutely wonderful and all of the tired parents who needed a break from their children and quarantine felt pampered throughout the night! They even upgraded us to the hummer limo when their regular limo wasn't putting out "enough" ac for their liking on this hot, 94 degree day. It was a perfect upgrade! I've always loved how wonderful they are for my clients but now I was able to experience it for myself. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!

Highly recommend!

Renee's Limousines was AMAZING for our wedding! It snowed a ton the day before, but they were still on time and had no issues getting us where we needed to be. Our driver, Terry, was extremely kind and even helped me with my dress when I had to walk through mucky parking lots and snow during our outdoor photos. We highly recommend Renee's for reliable transportation and great, friendly service on your wedding day!

Our experience with Renee's Limousines was superb! Terry was our driver and he was excellent. He arrived promptly and had the red carpet out. We were able to bring our cooler with beer on the limo and Teri had champagne on ice ready for us.

During our drive we made several stops, Terry helped each lady down the stairs. He was very fun to have and we sincerely enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend Renee's Limousines for wedding or other fun events.

Bob with Renee's Royal Valet was fantastic! He drove us all over for my sister's bachelorette party and even gave us great bar recommendations. When our time was up, my sister was having so much fun that I asked if we could rent for one more hour and he was completely flexible! We also have them booked for her wedding and I'm so glad we do!

I strongly recommend Renee's Royal Valet to anyone having a wedding or event where they need transportation! Our entire experience with them was excellent and both Kathy and Terry were very friendly and professional from the initial consultation through execution on the big day.

The process to get and accept a quote was quick and easy and all the pricing details were up-front and transparent. The overall price was very competitive especially considering the wedding package amenities they provided. They have a good variety of vehicles with modern style and features available and we ultimately rented the 20 passenger Limo Coach for five hours. Our driver (and Fleet Manger) Terry arrived on time, made multiple pickups and drop-offs at various locations and really made us and our guests feel special.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Renee's Royal Valet. The lady that I booked with was named Kathy and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure that I understood how our reservation would work and made the entire experience incredibly simple and stressfree. Our driver Linda was superb and super accommodating. We made an unplanned stop and it was no problem as all! Also, every time I called my driver, she answered on the first ring. What amazing service!! I would also like to make an important note that this company is very LGBT friendly which my now wife and I so appreciated. We booked the Trolley for our wedding party. We couldn't have been happier with our night! The driver was so accommodating to all of our requests and locations. We booked for January so snow and ice were on the ground and you would never know it. We got to all of our locations very smoothly and each time he helped up on and off the Trolley. Will definately be booking again for parties gatherings or events in the future. Thank you!

We used Renee's Royal Valet for our bridal party to take pictures at our wedding and they were great!! The "party bus" they provided was very modern and looked upscale. Making the reservations was really easy and they were on time. I would definitely recommend using them and will also use them myself again in the future!!

My wife and I were absolutely blown away with the level of service we received. Both of us come from a background of event planning, with my wife coordinating many large scale events, and we continued to be amazed as the day went on. Our driver was polite and professional and had excellent communication all throughout the day with us without being intrusive or overbearing. He even helped us set up or decor at the ceremony site. I have since recommended Renee's to two friends that are planning their weddings and told them to look no further than Renee's!

Renee's Royal Valet was very professional and accommodating. They arrived early for each pickup during our wedding day and called us when they arrived, so we didn't have to stress about the limo arriving. They were great to work with and we would recommend them!

Our two hour trolley ride from the Church to the venue had to be one of the highlights of our day. Terry was great! So friendly and professional. He was right on time. When we were taking photos in the humid 90 degree weather he hand delivered all of our wedding party bottled waters. Such great service!

We had the green trolley take us from the church to our reception site. It was so lovely! We were able to come out, board with our entire bridal party, and pose for pictures on the back with a "just married" sign. It was brisk out, but the windows were down and they had a heater. We had a fantastic time riding and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a special touch.

I got a referral for Renee's Royal Valet from my sister who also used them for her wedding. We had a 14 passenger Excursion SUV for our wedding party. We all fit in nicely and comfortably. They provided non-alcoholic champagne and glasses, and they let us bring our own alcohol into the limo. They were good about the stops were making on the way. They were on time and very professional. We were very satisfied!

Working with Renee's was very easy and efficient and they provided timely, professional service. My husband and I live abroad and so email is our primary communication. Scott with Renee was incredibly responsive and honest when it came down to what we wanted versus what they offered. Turns out the weekend of our wedding, prom was going on so all the limo's were taken except a 10 seater. The 10 seater was actually what we wanted, but he mentioned that it would be pretty tight with us in there. Being this is all they had we were fine with it, but knowing he was okay if we went with another vendor for a larger limo, told us that he was honest and reliable. The day of our wedding, the limo driver was right in front of the limo waiting for us immediately after the chapel. Although, our photographer wanted to take photos of us and the driver was completely okay with waiting. We were also able to make a stop at Chino Latino's for a quick drink before he dropped us off at our reception site. Just a note, the "red carpet service" is actually a tiny little Red rug :) It's cute though. They also offer a non alcoholic champagne in the limo. Our driver told us even if we don't drink it to take it with us because someone else might want it at the reception... very thoughtful of him, plus we did pay for it :) Overall, we were very satisfied with Renee's and glad we ended up choosing them!

We used the Dubliner Trolley for our wedding transportation from the church to the reception and it was great! The inside was decorated with flower bouquets and decorative vail material type ribbon all around. The driver was curtious and knew exactly where he was going. He even made a stop for us on the way to get out and take pictures. The back of the trolley was a great photo opt as well. The service provided by Renne's Royal Valet was very efficient and they were so easy to do business with!

The Trolley we rented from Renee's Royal Valet for our wedding was perfect. The driver showed up as scheduled (even arrived early), was professional, courteous, fun and willing to go anywhere to make our day special. The Trolley itself was fantastic. We looked at the trolleys at other companies and found them all to be old and somewhat run-down. Renee's Trolley looked practically brand new. Everything was clean and looked great. It even had heat, which was needed on our wedding day.
Best Trolley company in the Twin Cities.

I would highly recommend Renee's for any limo service. Our driver was very patient with us when my flower girl had a melt down about not being able to come in the limo. He got us to our locations for pictures and even went around the long way so we would have more time to relax and have a drink. I will be using them again!

Renee's Royal Valet (RRV) performed flawlessly on the day of our wedding and in the days leading up to it.

Four days before our wedding, my fiance and I decided we would like to have the bridal party with us in the limo and had wanted to upgrade. My fiance called and had no issues with upgrading, they even called me because they had some questions about colors and timing of when the limo should arrive (lol, fiance referred them to me, he didn't want to screw anything up).

I didn't quite know what time they should arrive at the end of the ceremony to drive us around before the reception, and they went through the timing of everything (when the ceremony started, what type it was etc...) to make sure they were standing outside before the guests started leaving to kind of "show off" a little. We didn't know where we wanted to go until we were in the limo and our driver (can't remember his name for the life of me) knew exactly where we were talking about. He gave my fiance his cell phone number to call so we could call him when we wanted to leave (he had to park a block or so away while he waited). When one of the bridesmaids forgot her purse in the limo, we just called and he drove back, and then drove away to wait again.

He did not get lost at all on the way to the reception venue and was very professional and courteous to both myself, fiance, and our bridal party (opening doors, nice tux, etc...).

The limo itself was amazing, seemed brand new and up to date with the sound and light system.

I would definitly recommend Renee's Royal Valet to anyone that is looking for a wonderful/worry free time on their wedding day.

We had a 14 passenger car. It was beautiful inside and out. Our driver was very accommodating. We had teenagers with us, he showed us where to get beverages from. He was on time and ready for us as soon as the wedding was over. It was a great time. Our itinerary didn't allow for extra driving around, we had to get to the next location (which wasn't far). We would have liked if we could have fit in more time in the limo. it was a great time though.

We loved our limo service so much! The limo bus was absolutely beautiful and state of the art. Our driver was fantastic -- so flexible and professional. The company was super responsive and professional, and was able to meet all of our requests. Limos in general are expensive, so this was a splurge for our big day, but it was totally worth it. We had 21 people and a cooler on our limo bus, but that was about all it could hold. It had a full panel of music controls in the back for the bridal party to use, and we plugged in an iPod and partied all afternoon. It was awesome, and I would totally recommend renting a limo bus through Renee's!

Overall, I was very satisfied using Renee's Royal Valet. The only reason I did not give them 5/5 is due to two small errors in the route. We didn't take the most direct route to get all guests, and we missed a turn off the highway for one stop. The driver was very nice and tolerant (of the 13-year-olds who were celebrating a surprise birthday). Making the reservation was pleasant and convenient with follow-up reminders, and the ride was fun for everyone. I would definitely use Renee's Royal Valet again.

We used the trolley for our wedding, and had a lot of fun. It was an easy way to tranport our bridal party from ceremony, pictures to reception site. The trolley also had a "balcony" off the back get pictures and wave. We toasted champagne and it was a blast!

Won’t Refund During COVID19 Stay Home Period

This was transportation to a Bachelorette event. The bride and four of the ten would-be attendees are frontline healthcare workers now battling the COVID-19 crisis. Rescheduling an event cannot be determined.

It appears today, after 4/6 correspondence by the MN Attorney General as to my filed complaint, that a refund of $580 (of the $780 I paid) was refunded, however, they are continuing to keep $200. I have to reschedule for a future date. This is somewhat cooperative, as initially they were placing a 90 day stipulation on the rescheduling.

Of the three vendors lined up for this event, Renee’s Limousines was the only one who was not communicative and withheld refunding. The other vendors contacted me first offering full refunds, even when their normal business policies state “all sales are final.”

With family members risking their health every day to fight COVID-19, I fully understand how deadly this virus is. I cannot recommend a business that chooses to profit from this worldwide pandemic and disrespects the safety of its consumers.

We used Renee's recently for our wedding. The driver did not pull into the right area and I was forced to walk through dirt and mud as it had been raining all day. Some of our wedding party ended up having to go back to the hotel and we had to go get them (the hotel is located in the parking lot of where our reception was), and asked the driver if that was ok (which he agreed to but told us to provide him with directions). We asked if he would be able to hear us from the back seat and he said yes. The driver ended up missing the turn to continue on the road we needed to be on, and when we yelled at him to turn around he did not even awknowledge us and just kept driving. My maid of honor had to give him her cell phone with GPS to get us back. Now tell me, this is 2010 why do driver's not have a GPS in their vehicles?? I am appalled. Because of this, we ended up not being able to do any extra pictures and had to go straight to the reception. When we complained of the service and refused to pay the $650 they wanted for an hour long ride in the wrong direction the manager at Renee's was extremley rude and sided with his driver. I've been in customer service my entire life and if I ever treated a customer like that I would loose my job in a heart beat. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to another reputable transportation service.
