    From initial planning up until the day everyone was extremely helpful even during the first few months when they were transitioning to a new catering manager. Whether it was by phone or email the response time to my questions or concerns were answered in an expeditious manner. The food was excellent.

    We love the swanky lobby, the fact that they provide a piano player for cocktail hour, and how convenient it is to have the ceremony, reception and rooms all at the same place! We like that there is open parking and it's in the outskirts of the city, so no valet needed, no traffic and construction to figure out. They provide shuttles to the airport and SEPTA station to make transportation easy.

    The big problem we've had is that, in the 13 months we've had the hotel booked, they are now looking for a third events manager. We started with one, and she left a few months after we booked. When they hired a new person, she assured us she had no plans of leaving, but then took another job after only being there for a few months. So really, I'm not sure what is going on behind the scenes that this position has so much turnover. The two girls we did get to work with were both really helpful. After the second one left, we called to voice our concerns and the catering manager, Dennis, who has been there for over 20 years, assured us he would take control and be our point-of-contact through the rest of our time with them. He is very helpful and wants to work us to make sure the entire process through the day of the wedding runs very smoothly.

    We also asked to substitute butternut squash in our stations menu, and although it wasn't something they've ever offered before, Dennis and his team created a fabulous dish and we are so excited to share it with our friends and families!

    Loved the space. Loved Trevell the catering manager. They were a little slow with responsiveness (to emails and phone calls). Great fun!
