From the moment we chose the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel as our wedding venue, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Planning a wedding is a complex and challenging task, but the special events coordinator Chanit Trabulsi, and the hotel staff made every step enjoyable and stress-free. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for our special day exceeded our expectations in every way.
Working with Chanit was a highlight in our wedding planning journey. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly creative and accommodating. Every request, no matter how small or large, was met with a can-do attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was personalized to our taste and reflective of our journey together.
The booking process for our guests was seamless. We blocked off rooms and had family and friends book using a link. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our guests were taken care of with the utmost attention. They made everyone feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate special requests, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
The level of service from the hotel employees, from the valet to the housekeeping staff, was exceptional. It was clear that everyone knew we were the bride and groom, as we were treated with incredible warmth and attention throughout our stay. The valet employees were prompt and courteous, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, always greeting us with bright smiles. The restaurant servers made our dining experiences delightful, and the housekeeping team ensured our room and our guests' rooms were immaculate and comfortable.
Every detail, no matter how small, was taken care of with professionalism and grace. We felt truly special and cared for, making our wedding weekend not just a celebration, but an unforgettable experience.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are clean. The hotel staff is quick to respond to any issues you may have. They also left a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room on our wedding night. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel for themselves or a room block for their wedding party.

Fairmont Newport Beach is GREAT!! They have a 1 ceremony garden thats amazing and 2 reception areas...We had ours in the TENT! Not a regular tent though their tent is up for 6 months and has draping on top and chandaliers very classy and you dont have to spend too much money on decor! Shiela the catering manager is super nice and made our experience at the Fairmont even more pleasant. Very accommodating! You get a upscale hotel but not the upscaled PRICE! Every engaged couple should check out this venue..small hotel so it also feels very intimate and you will most likely have the WHOLE hotel to yourself! Pretty much 1 wedding a day so better hurry and book them before someone else does!

I decided to have my wedding at the Fairmont Newport Beach because the Garden Gazebo was gorgeous and the Bamboo Garden was breath taking. The first time I saw the Bamboo Garden, I told my husband, "This is it. This is just what we are looking for." We booked with the Fairmont that next week. The food was DELICIOUS! That was extremely important to us because wedding meals usually don't taste good. Fairmont's chef was amazing! All my guests LOVED the food, especially the mushroom soup and filet mignon. The service was also GREAT. I felt as if I always had someone there waiting on me hand and foot. On my wedding day, everything went smoothly and stress-free. Our honeymoon suite was HUGE . Everything at the Fairmont Newport Beach is WONDERFUL. If you were looking for a nice outdoor gazebo and huge outdoor reception, go to the Fairmont Newport Beach. You will fall in love with the wedding location.

The food was exceptional. The room was breath taking. The Ballroom has a gorgeous chandelier that added so much to our decor. We also had a dessert buffet that was exceptional. The way it was presented was beautiful and our guests still talk about how delicious the food was.

This was amazing place to do an all in one wedding. We had the ceremony there outside and the reception immediately following inside. The service was great, the food was delicious, and our overall experience was terrific! There isn't one thing we would change about our night!

The venue was absolutely beautiful ! The hotel staff was helpful throughout the whole process and they were flexible and understanding. We and Our guest loved it! We had a large wedding so the space was perfect.

We hosted our company's 50th anniversary party at The Duke. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Video/audio services were pricey!!!

I have a room block here and they have been so accommodating to all of our wedding needs. Highly recommend!
