  Better than the best!

  In making arrangements for my wedding weekend, Madison and Lacey were a God sent! Lacey helped me coordinate my wedding room block -- answering all my questions and administering all my requests to make sure my guests and I have a smooth wedding weekend. With planning our rehearsal dinner and first look within the hotel, Madison went above and beyond the call of duty! She showed us all the spaces and packages available to us in the hotel – all with the most contagious smile and friendliest personality. These ladies were extremely personable and professional, and their communication was top notch! If you are contemplating having ANYTHING for your wedding at the Renaissance, trust me when I tell you to just do it! This process has been an enjoyable and smooth one, and I thank these ladies from the bottom of my heart for all they have done.

  Best Wedding Venue

  My husband and I had our wedding reception at Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel and we had the best experience. Our reception was absolutely perfect! Jennifer, Lacey and Tina went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience, paying attention to every detail. Even in the midst of the pandemic, we couldn’t have asked for better service! They adapt easily and treat their clients with patience and kindness. From the food, to the event space to the service, we were not disappointed at all! The best venue in Baton Rouge and the surrounding area!

  The Renaissance was the perfect venue for us! We were extremely impressed with our guest rooms and with the wedding and reception venue. Staff were helpful and responsive and accommodated a last minute change in ceremony location due to weather. Everything was so beautiful--the entire weekend was perfect!!!

  Had wedding and reception here. Wedding venue was absolutely beautiful as well as reception. Food was wonderful. Landon the wedding coordinator was great to work with. Very accomodating and helpful. She made our wedding an event to remember by all. Thanks so much. So many compliments from guests about facility. Convenience having both events in the same place made everything so easy. no worries about the weather, transporatation and no need for designated drivers. we all rode the elevator to our rooms. it was great! Thanks so much!
