We loved Relish!

Wow, Relish blew our expectations out of the water! We used Relish to cater our wedding in Grand Lake, CO and were ultimately so happy with our decision! Sam Davis was so great to work with. She basically held our hands throughout the entire process - from creating our menu, to choosing our table settings, to attending our venue walkthrough. I was a little bit nervous about the team traveling in from Denver on the day of our wedding, but they were on time and ready to go so that everything went smoothly. We got SO many compliments from our guests about the food, and the Relish team packaged up meals for us at the end of the night and put them in our room so that we could enjoy them later. Choosing vendors for your wedding can be intimidating and overwhelming, but we would absolutely recommend Relish if you're looking for your wedding caterer!

Fantastic food and service!

From the very first email to when the last drink at our wedding was served, we had a fantastic experience every step of the way with Relish. Our main contact was Sam, who was wonderful to work with. Sam was responsive, flexible and very kind throughout the whole process. She really was there for us every step of the way (not just with food but with rentals as well) and was very patient with us as we had tiny changes to details over the months leading up to our wedding. The day went great in part because of Sam!
In addition to Sam we worked with great servers and bartenders on our day. They were fast, efficient and friendly and served our plated dinner for ~105 guests quickly!
And finally, the food was AMAZING! Everyone liked everything. We got tons of complements on the food, and everyone was happy with how the steak was cooked (which is no easy task). They also accommodated food allergies with no problem. We had passed appetizers, plated salad and plated meals as well and it all went over great.

Top Notch Catering with Friendly Staff and Delicious Food!

We used Relish Catering for our wedding in July 2022, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The food was simply delicious. We got so many compliments about the polenta with romesco sauce, even from people who had never thought about eating polenta before. We worked with Shea at Relish, and she made the entire process as easy as could be. We really felt like she wanted our wedding to be as much of a success as we did, and it showed with the flawless execution by the entire Relish team on the day. If you want incredible food and a fantastic group of people to cater your event, definitely go with Relish!

good food and easy to work with!

Amazing Caterer in Colorado

We absolutely loved working with Relish Catering Company! Karen was a delight to work with and helped us design the perfect custom menu for our wedding day. Our theme was rustic elegance and we were able to showcase this theme with passed hors de oeuvres during cocktail hour and a more casual BBQ buffet for dinner. We were impressed with the food at our tasting and were excited for our guests to enjoy the food. Relish did not disappoint! Our guests absolutely loved all of the food and said it was some of the best wedding food they have had!

It was important to us that the food taste great and that our guests be well-fed. Relish delivered. Some of our guest’s favorites were the chicken and waffle bites with honey sriracha syrup, the mac and cheese, and pulled pork.

The Relish staff team was also fantastic on our wedding day! They were professional and attentive and always had smiles on their faces. They made sure we had a plate of appetizers after the ceremony and brought us our dinner plates to enjoy. It allowed us to enjoy the food along with our guests.

We highly recommend Relish Catering Company for weddings or for any special events. They deliver high-quality service and delicious food along with it!

Choose Relish!!!!

Wow, I don’t even know where to start. Relish was absolutely AMAZING to work with for our wedding. Rahea was incredible - professional, helpful, organized, supportive, and kind. I truly did not realize how much of the wedding the catering company supports until I planned one and Rahea and her team made it all look easy. They were understanding through our COVID postponement and kicked butt on the actual day. We were blown away by the service, the kindness and professionalism of their staff, and their attention to detail. Their food was excellent and we so appreciated the multiple tastings to really nail our vision. I cannot say enough good things about Relish - choose them and you will not be disappointed!!!

Taco Bar Was a Huge Hit!

SO so happy we went with Relish - not only were they easy to communicate with, but the food was incredible! we got to taste everything before the big day so we were comfortable with our choices. The goat cheese stuffed poblano appetizer was the biggest hit. Karen was a joy to work with and we are so appreciative.

Relish was truly amazing

Our venue recommended Relish to us for a catering service, and we are so happy we gave them a call. The food was unbelievable, and Relish was exceptionally professional and responsive the entire time we worked with them. They really put in a fantastic effort to delivering a menu that was unique to us, and our guests have still been talking about how great the food was for weeks after the wedding. We can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for catering for an upcoming event!

It. Was. Delicious!!

Relish was such a great company to work with from beginning to end. Rebekah was incredibly helpful at our tasting and understanding when she could clearly tell we had no idea what we were doing. She was so knowledgeable of what they could offer and was great at helping us piece together our menu bit by bit. She was always there if I had questions or tweaks to the menu here and there and this was especially helpful when we were forced to change our venue and severely cut our guest list due to COVID. She was able to set up a walk-through at our new location on a severely limited time frame (we live out of state so I only had a few days in town to work with) and we were able to make a completely new game plan complete with menu changes, rentals and staff required to pull it off. It was so nice that our food and rentals could all come from one place! This made for such a smooth day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they set everything up in a timely manner (complete with quick tent set ups in the rain) and cleaned and packed out everything they brought. Now, for the important part – the food. It. Was. Delicious!! I think every single guest commented on how much they enjoyed it. From the passed apps to the dessert everything was amazing, and we even got leftovers to enjoy for days after. If you are looking for a professional company with friendly staff and delicious food look no further than Relish!

Really great!

We were admittedly difficult clients that wanted an all-vegetarian wedding. Relish had no problems with that at all and let us custom-design a menu exactly how we wanted it. At our first meeting, they asked us our favorite foods and meals that were meaningful to us, then came back with a complete menu that reflected our tastes perfectly. We were able to taste the full final menu at our second tasting and refine all the details. It was important to me to choose the place settings and flatware, and they let me go wild at the rental showroom. All of the staff (including day-of) was kind and courteous, and our guests loved the food. They also made our (small) wedding cake and all the desserts. I was pleased (and surprised!) to see our contact at the wedding; she even gave us some cake-cutting tips. We didn't have any leftovers!

Excellent and delicious! Guests were very complimentary

Relish provided a wonderful experience throughout the planning and wedding day. Rahea, our Relish coordinator, was unbelievably attentive to all of the customized details and preferences my husband and parents had and she was also able to provide great suggestions and alternatives when needed. The food was so fresh and delicious and the guests complimented it long after the event. The service went very smoothly on the day of the event. Thank you chef and thank you staff!

Excellent food!

We chose Relish Catering for our wedding and the food was amazing! So many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and some even asked for their information for their upcoming events. We chose buffet style and it went smoothly. The only complaint is that they cleaned up too quickly so people couldn't go back for more food -- even though we had a ton leftover. Overall, the staff was wonderful to work with and helped us plan our rentals and ensured our day went as planned.

Your guests will be amazed!!!

I have never been to a wedding where guests raved about the food. My husband and I are huge foodies so this was a very important part of our wedding and Relish exceeded all of our expectations. They customized our menu to perfection and everything from the tasting to the wedding reception was executed perfectly. Courtney was such a pleasure so work with and put all of my bridal nerves to rest. Relish is the most incredible catering company I have ever seen and I am so grateful we had them for our New Years Eve wedding. The food was perfect.

The best wedding food our friends have ever eaten!

Relish was absolutely incredible catering our wedding! The entire experience was enjoyable - from design through the big day. They were helpful, professional, and ensured we were completely satisfied through the process. On the day of our wedding, Relish didn't miss a beat! And our guests told us over and over again how it was the BEST wedding food they had ever eaten; even months later, our friends are still talking about it! Courtney, our event designer, is a true gem and one-of-a-kind. She takes great pride in her work and takes the time to get you to know you as people. From the beginning, Relish stood out among other caterers, as they helped us create our own menu for our wedding when we met with them for the tasting. Amazing Food and Service!

We hired Relish Catering for our wedding and it was an incredible experience. The tasting was a lot of fun, very personal, and one of the most enjoyable aspects of the planning process. Relish was very responsive throughout the months leading up to our wedding, especially when it came to making adjustments and changes to our order. We worked with Rebekah and she was an absolute delight. The day of our wedding, the staff was excellent and took very good care of us. They were kind and respectful, and even our guests commented on how wonderful the catering service (for a plated dinner) was. The food itself was fabulous. All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed dinner. We had Colorado Trout as one of our meal options, and we fooled many of our guests who assumed it was salmon! They worked beautifully with our planner and vendor team, and played a huge role in the overall flow and success of the night. If you're looking for excellent service, great tasting food, and an enjoyable catering experience for your wedding, I highly recommend Relish Catering.

Delicious food at a reasonable price!

I was so relieved to find Relish! I thought I had another caterer lined up but the tasting went poorly so I was scrambling to find a new team at the last minute. Courtney and the crew at Relish saved the day! They were professional and allowed us to do a chef's tasting and a menu tasting of our selections. Their food is wonderful and they even were open to making a creative app to suit our family from Spain! Definitely check them out.

A wonderfully catered meal

Wow! Just wow!

Relish is the best! They did our wedding and we are looking for a reason to hire them again. Courtney and the relish team were amazing.They promised an emotional experience and they delivered. My Dad, a professional chef, was impressed by the quality, preparation, and presentation. From the roasted vegetables to the beef and salmon cooked to perfection, we will be talking about this meal for a long time. let's not forget the absolutely adorable bartenders they were entertainment all by themselves. 5-Star Food and Service!

We worked with Rebekah from Relish and she was wonderful! We changed our menu up a bit once it got closer to our wedding day, and she set up a tasting for us to try the items we hadn't already tasted. Relish's food was amazing and all the guests loved it too. They also sent us home with lots of leftovers that we got to enjoy for a week or so after the wedding. Delicious food and great service!

We really appreciated how flexible Relish was throughout the whole process. We were a little thrown off when they served us ham during our initial tasting but when we went for our wedding tasting we could barely think of any notes to give them. Everything was absolutely fantastic and tasted equally amazing on the day of. We had Thai peanut chicken skewers, plantain chips with avocado mousse, stuffed pepedew peppers and our FAVORITE - spanakopita. For our buffet, we had grilled chicken and Colorado trout with quinoa and lots of veggies. We loved how much of “us” the food brought with it. It totally reflected our personalities and taste in food. Although we were nervous after dealing with what felt like a lot of turnover, ultimately working with Rebekah made that all a distant memory. She was amazing and on the day of came and brought us apps herself. We also wanted to share apps and champagne by ourselves in the bridal suite immediately after the ceremony and they made that perfect. They helped orchestrate the entire day and just completely and totally came through for us. They did an incredible job and everyone raved about the food for days (including us!) we also loved that we were served first with a plate full of a little bit of everything. We left with barely any leftovers which we took as a pretty solid sign that our guests couldn’t get enough. Thank you Rebekah and Relish staff for helping make our day so amazing!

Great food, easy to work with, nice people, professional

Relish catered for my wedding in September. They were so easy to work with. Stephanie was responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The tasting was good. We did not like one of the appetizers and switched it out basically a week before the wedding and they worked it out perfectly. I know they do order their food in advance and they were able to switch out and let us have scallops for appetizers. That was so yummy. We had steak and chicken for our guests and everything was cooked perfect. I love the beets salad. Guests were commenting how good the food was.

They are also great with set up. They helped me set up my DIY decorations so I could relax and focus on what I needed to do. We had such a great time! I would definitely recommend them to friends or companies to do weddings or events.

Yummy Food

Relish was amazing. Their food was excellent. When we went in for a tasting, they had picked a great menu and we were easily able to change whatever we wanted about it. Stephanie was assigned to our event and she did an amazing job answering all my e-mails and walking us through everything. The day-of, the food was excellent and the wait staff did an excellent job. Relish does a really wonderful job at creating amazing food at an affordable price.

Relish is the best

Stephanie was an amazing coordinator, and the food was great! They got rentals for us cheap, and Stephanie was super flexible with our ever-changing ideas. Many people told us how great the food was. They let us take the leftovers home, and even after two weeks the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Relish!

From the first moment I spoke to Karen, I knew Relish was the one! I explained what I had in mind, my budget and my wedding date. Since it was just 3 months away, they were fully booked! Much to my delight, Karen, the Owner, said she would take on my event and do it herself! Within 30 minutes she called me back with a menu plan and estimate.

Needless to say, she and her awesome staff did not disappoint. Since I am in California and my wedding was in Colorado, I had so many questions. EVERY call or email was answered and always with a smile. They never made ma feel like I was bothering them (and there were LOTS of calls). I was amazed by how often the answer was, “That’s included” or “We’ve already handled that”.

They also referred me to other EXCELLENT companies that made my wedding PERFECT! The DJ Guy, All Digital Photography, and at the last minute even a lighting professional!

The food was delish! My guests loved it. Everything was so beautiful, the guidance provided from food, tables, linens, room set up, was priceless! My mother in law even hired them for another event! The Catering staff did a phenomenal job making my special day stress free. We just can’t thank them enough!

The food is SO amazing! Stephanie is absolutely amazing and so sweet to work with. When our venue forgot and had not ordered the salad plates for our plated salad at dinner, Relish rallied, provided, and served the salad on paper plates. Even though it was embarrassing having to use paper plates, it was better than not having anything to eat the salad on at all. My quests have commented on how good the food was.
There were quests who didn’t show up and Relish even boxed up to go boxes of leftover food for my husband and I to take home!

If you get a chance to work with Stephanie, you are already in good hands. They provided our guests with everything to make a perfect wedding day. We had flavored water and lemonade for the ceremony, amazing hors-d'oeuvres for cocktail hour and buffet-style dinner. Our guests got to try different flavors from around the world and everyone left full and happy. They always say the key to a good wedding starts with good food, and our day was perfect.

We chose Relish from the list of 3 caterers that were approved at our venue (Auraria Campus). They were the only place that invited us in for a chef prepared lunch and to design our custom menu. We worked with Natalie who provided wonderful suggestions and designed a delicious and memorable dinner and event. Relish also coordinated all of the rentals for the ceremony and reception, and the service staff for the reception. The staff was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Thank you!

Relish was a highlight of our wedding planning process. We met with Stephanie about 7 months before our wedding- she was nice, extremely responsive over email, and gave us great catering recommendations. We did a taste test of their food before ever signing a contract, which I really appreciated. Their food is AMAZING. Stephanie kept in great touch with us all through the process…even responding to communications from my mom, my husband's mom and sister, etc. Every email and phone call was professional and helpful. The guests LOVED the food both at the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to have total confidence in Relish food and service the day of our wedding. The prices are extremely competitive and Stephanie was really helpful with keeping things within our budget. THANK YOU!!

My wife and I were so lucky to come across Relish Catering, as they did an amazing job. The food was amazing, including the main dish, the sides and desert. We've been to few weddings, and the food cannot even compare to it. The wedding day could be stressful, but their staff were very helpful and did a great job organizing it. I would recommend Relish Catering to anyone. It was helpful that they invited us for tasting before we made the decision; it felt like we were at some fancy restaurant.

Tegan and the whole team at Relish Catering was AMAZING! First, they asked a ton of questions about our wedding theme and budget before we even went to meet with them, and at our first meeting, they presented us with a three course meal, for free, to show us what they could do. Then, Tegan sat down with us and tweaked the menu to accommodate vegetarian, diabetic, and gluten-free guests and gave us a total that was perfectly within our budget, including a butler-passed appetizers cocktail hour, which I didn't think was in our budget, but it totally was! I cannot tell you how many people complemented the food at the wedding--it was absolutely fantastic!

Tegan and the rest of the office staff also helped us set up a payment plan after my husband lost his job, so that we could have the wedding of our dreams despite suddenly finding our budget blown apart by an unexpected layoff!

From start to finish Relish delivered a wonderful wedding for us. What initially sold me on Relish was working with Stephanie at our tasting. She was the only caterer that worked with what I was looking for - for our wedding and didn't just give me menus to select from. I really wanted something different and unique and Stephanie did a great job of basically reading my mind and providing for us exactly what we were looking for. I also felt like they charged a very reasonable price for all of their services. The day of went smoothly, and their staff was wonderful and friendly to our guests. We received numerous compliments on the quality of our food! I would recommend any couple to use Relish for their upcoming event, especially if you're looking for something more tailored to you as a couple.

Picking out a good caterer was very important to us and when we very first met Stephanie, we knew we wanted to work with Relish Catering. We started with a tasting while building our own custom menu/proposal. It is a VERY smart business model, because the food is amazing and makes you interested right away. They literally created a menu with everything we loved and more. We even got to do a second tasting to make sure the menu was on point. We are so glad we did, since you truly do not have much time to sit down and enjoy it at the wedding. We were concerned about how much a caterer would cost, but they worked wonderfully with our budget and helped us make some cost effective choices when we were pushing it. Stephanie was always available for every single little question we had. She was great at the walk through and we were confident that the night would go off without a hitch, which it did. I highly recommend Relish to everyone for any event!

We met with A LOT of catering companies for our wedding before finding Relish, and they were worth the wait! Relish was not only hands down the BEST food we tasted, but they were also one of the most affordable catering companies we met with! The food is delicious, truly, and features locally sourced ingredients which was important to us. All of our guests raved about the quality and told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. My new husband and I lost track of time with the photographer and inadvertently kept guests waiting for dinner to be served. No one even noticed because Relish continued to serve our passed appetizers (YUM) and they plated and the salads (which were delicious!) to keep the guests full and busy while they waited. The service was absolutely excellent, the Captain made sure the newlyweds' cocktails were always refreshed and brought us plates of appetizers and dinner while we were busily greeting people during the dinner hour. They also thoughtfully boxed up dinner for us to take with us after our wedding because as the bride and groom there was hardly time to enjoy the delicious food. Everything- quality, food presentation, service, responsiveness, and value- were top notch. I cannot recommend Relish for your event highly enough!

We were very happy with Relish as our caterer. Stephanie was our contact person and she was great to work with. She helped us create the perfect stations menu that fit our personality. The food is delicious and the service the day of our wedding was great. They set all the tables, chairs and linens up and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. During the planning stages Stephanie was always available to answer questions and add and take away items from our contract as needed. Relish is more than just food at a wedding. They are service that goes above and beyond and I think you should consider that when choosing a caterer as this is such a stressful time where you need professional yet understanding people by your side. Plus we got lots of compliments on the food which was great! We also got lots of leftovers that they boxed up for us to take home which was very nice of them. We had an amazing experience with Relish and I would highly recommend them as they were reasonably priced and you receive such a high value for what you are paying for we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Let's face it, wedding reception food isn't always memorable. However, Relish is onto something. Catered food can, in fact, be fantastic and Relish pulled it off. They served a menu that was primarily locally sourced which was extra cool. Relish catered our wedding reception and not only can I say that I actually ate my meal (salad and entree) but people were actually raving about the food. So, if you are interested in a catering company that works incredibly close with their clients, that meets or exceeds the desires of those clients (no matter how many different dietary restrictions they throw at them) and create absolutely delicious menus that don't break the bank, Relish is a fantastic partner. I would highly recommend Relish and would absolutely look forward to working with them again.

All of my guests talked about 3 things: the gorgeous venue, the meaningful ceremony, and THE FOOD! So many people talked about the amazing, delicious FOOD! Relish was awesome. Set up was delightful and the food was SO tasty. My mom's friend even pulled me aside and said, "this is THE BEST wedding food I have EVER had." And she's been to a lot of weddings.... Relish Catering did a fantastic job with our wedding! Throughout the booking process we were very pleased with their willingness to work with us on the details to make our wedding exactly what we wanted. They responded to most emails within 24 hours and were available to answer questions by phone, whenever needed. We are also very impressed with their willingness to allow us to provide some of our heritage traditional foods, ourselves. They were incredibly helpful and professional and were very conscientious of our budget and our theme. We also appreciated that they were not pushy about using their rental items and allowing us the opportunity to provide some our own items in order to cut down on costs! The food quality was great! We had BBQ and our guests are still raving to us about how great the food and service was! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My now husband and I got married in Lyons this past July. After doing a lot of researched we narrowed our caterer down to Relish and a few others. What made Relish stand out from the others was the pleasantness and responsiveness when communicating with them. Stephanie was great and handled all our questions and concerns quickly and in a very professional manner. This was particularly important for us because we were planning a distance wedding. She even handled my gluten free service ware panic immediately and with a very practical solution (this happened the day prior to the wedding).

We had 115 people at our wedding and while we did have leftovers, we didn’t have buckets and buckets of them. She nailed the amount of food for our estimated guest list and was there personally to see everything set up. Relish provided bartenders whom were fun to chat with as you passed the bar area.

Best of all? The food was DELICIOUS! And I know this even though brides rarely have a chance to eat on their wedding day because immediately after we entered the reception tent and were announced, they served myself and the groom a full plate of food, even before the rest of our guests had stood up to get in line for the buffet. We thought this was brilliant because it meant that while our guests were saying hi to each other and getting up to get their own food, we had a chance to actually eat before making the social rounds.

I really enjoyed the materials they brought with them – coffee mugs and wine glasses. They were perhaps not the most expensive ones we could’ve had if we’d purchased them ourselves but they looked great (esp. the wine glasses).

I’d highly recommend Relish for any catering situation and thank them for helping our wedding be a grand success.

At the recommendation of our venue, we decided to give Relish Catering and Events a try and we were very impressed by the quality, professionalism and flexibility of this company. We went in for a tasting, and the food was absolutely amazing! We are still receiving compliments on the food from family and friends several moths after our wedding. We were looking for catering on a budget, and they were able to offer customizable menu options to fit our price range. They even accommodated some of our guests who were vegetarian or gluten-free all without very much extra cost. The people that we worked with went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding and reception went well, even things that didn't involve the food! We decided to go with the pasta buffet, which to some people may seem like the cheap cop-out, but trust me, Relish Catering provided delicious food at a very reasonable price. Of all the vendors we used, relish did the best job, and I simply cannot say enough good things about them! The food is one of the most important aspects of a wedding and they most certainly made it memorable for my husband, myself and all of our guest.

Relish Catering & Events played a huge part in making our wedding reception a smashing success. The locally sourced menu was inspired and something we got to take part in creating from scratch, which made the food another personal touch reflecting what we love, versus a run-of-the-mill set menu. Executive Chef Bill Miner really listened to our ideas and provided great suggestions, and our guests were blown away with the outcome. The Relish staff was professional and beyond accommodating, a testament echoed by so many of our guests that we lost count. We can't thank Joshua Riggs enough for his flawless coordination of everything during the wedding and reception. Everything was on cue and he managed to make it look effortless, and it's easy to see he makes this happen because he truly has a passion for what he does. We were so impressed with what Relish accomplished on our big day and would recommend Relish without hesitation. Owners Brett and Karen Tucker have developed a marvelously talented company. I am so happy with Relish. They did a fantastic job catering our event. I asked for a drop off only, and they provided all pans, utensils and even plates and set everything up. The food was AMAZING. All of my guests were pleasantly surprised with the customer American-Filipino fusion buffet menu that Relish set up for us. They were very cordial and direct with us, quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls, and the end result was more than I could have asked for.

We recently worked with Jordan at Relish Catering and Events for our late August wedding, and were so impressed!!! Jordan was incredible; always available to answer any questions we had, super professional, very sweet, and a true joy and pleasure to work with. She made planning our wedding a breeze. Relish not only provides AMAZING food (we received tons of compliments on how incredible the food was, and I have found that to be rare at weddings...), but they coordinate all rentals, and provide an excellent and accommodating staff. Relish did an amazing job catering our wedding at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park, Colorado. From the moment that we first came in for a tasting, we felt at ease and well taken care of. Jordan and Stephanie were amazing and were great at answering all of my (many) questions about everything from our pie displays to our meal choices. They even worked with me to coordinate an a cappella performance during dinner. We wanted a Mediterranean inspired, locally-sourced meal for our guests, and that's exactly what we got. I was a bit stressed because I planned my entire wedding in 5 weeks, and Jordan eased my mind by getting us in for a tasting right away and even took our vision and made it a reality. My (now) husband and I chose Relish Catering for a number of reasons. First, we are big foodie people, and having a delicious meal at our wedding was crucial to us. What we liked about Relish, is that they don't have set menus or items to choose from, but rather work with you to create a menu that is one-of-a-kind to your tastes. The staff was great in providing suggestions that were well-matched to the ideas and flavors we were interested in having. We had not only two amazing entree options to choose from, but also a delicious salad, and three yummy appetizers, including a blackberry and brie puff and bison meatballs! Second, Relish provided not just the food, but also ALL silverware, dinnerware, drinkware, napkins and table clothes, waitstaff and a bartender. They do so much more than just cater your event - they serve very close to being an event planner for you! Our representative was always available with questions/concerns/changes, and was present throughout our whole event to not only make sure her own staff was on task with setting up tables and serving meal courses, but she was also ready and able to act on any request or help that myself or guests needed. We HIGHLY recommend Relish Catering for any event, and would gladly use them again.

I can't think of another major event with better food. We had passed drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour, and the food during dinner was amazing! There was barely any left at the end of the night. I loved that Relish worked with us to make the dinner "very Colorado" - we had beef with green chile sauce or Fat Tire reduction with mushrooms and onions, and trout for the main dishes. It was fantastic. I LOVED the vegetarian empanadas and buffalo meatballs we had as appetizers, too, and the shrimp cocktails were extremely popular. The salad we had was also fantastic; family members who abhor vegetables even liked the salad. It was amazing and I would recommend Relish for any event.

My fiancé and I had what you'd call an "unconventional" wedding. We wanted a Game of Thrones meets Lord of the Rings theme complete with costumed guests and - you guessed it - a THEMED menu. Relish was absolutely up to the task. Not only did they provide some of the most incredible tasting food I have ever had at a wedding, but they were totally willing to indulge our out-of-the-box ideas

We had three stations: one which included giant turkey legs and "Orc" meat pies, one with fish and Elven "Lambas" bread for those with more exotic palettes, and a purely vegan station they called the Shire's Harvest for our diet-specific guests. They were even completely accommodating to our guests with severe nut allergies and kept all nuts off the menu.

Their prices were incredibly reasonable for the service and quality of the food (and did I mention the hors d'oeuvres were to die for!) I would absolutely recommend them for any occasion, traditional or otherwise.

Joshua , the absolute pro , we had 240 people at the Cielo and I am not exaggerating but everything was more than I dreamed of. The staff , Joshua , the food , the timing, the buffets. We had to turn the room because we could not have the ceremony outside . The staff was unconcerned, they worked hard all night and we had a spectacular event because of the. I would never hesitate to refer time and time again . Working with Joshua was the best . He simply makes you feel special and you know you are when you see what they do for your wedding. Natalie was amazing. She knew the venue and helped create an amazing meal. We didn't come in knowing our menu and she guided us through it all and the rentals! I cannot provide enough praise for THE FOOD GUY/RELISH Catering. Joshua was fantastic from the get go - professional, got back to me incredibly quickly, was very friendly and kind and was willing to work with our budget and any ideas we had. He also had fantastic ideas of his own! It was difficult to stay in our budget because the food was so delicious & enticing... but we never felt pushed into any of our choices, and have received so many compliments on the food from our guests. They also took such great care of us that night by making sure we had appetizers, and full meals waiting for us. Joshua was also incredibly organized, helping us with schedules for other vendors, etc. and was always very quick to respond to any question we had along the way. The entire staff was great, and helped make the ceremony & reception gorgeous. I cannot recommend THE FOOD GUY/RELISH Catering enough - they made our day/event absolutely FANTASTIC for us, and all of our family & friends. THANK YOU SOO MUCH!

The most delicious food for an affordable price. I absolutely loved working with Natalie for our wedding. She helped us build a menu that I wish I could have at every special occasion. Relish catered to all the needs of my guests as well as my own and were amazing to work with at our wedding. The staff was friendly and fun but super responsible. I'd recommend everyone to use Relish!

They were our caterer/wedding planner and they were amazing. Anna had great ideas about the way things should be set up and was very attentive to everything we needed. The food was delicious and the staff great. I recommend them very highly.

Joshua and the staff at Relish catering were amazing leading up to and during my wedding on October 19, 2013! Joshua replied to my emails within 24 hours (and sometimes within within the hour). This was so nice, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding when your stress levels are a little higher. Joshua was so knowledgable and always had an answer to my many questions. Set up went well and everything looked so beautiful. And the food was DELICIOUS!! Everyone commented on the food and the appetizers. Since we were taking pictures during cocktail hour, they left a plate of appetizers on our sweetheart table which was so sweet. I would definitely recommend Relish and Joshua, and am actually kind of sad to not be working with him anymore because it was such a great experience!

Our daughter got married October 19, 2013 at Cielo at Castle Pines. Joshua and his staff did a fabulous job with everything. The food was great and people kept coming up to me to tell me. The appetizers were so delish! From our first meeting with Joshua until the wedding was over, we had a great experience with now called Relish Catering. Formally The Food Guy. The Food Guy (or now recently Relish Catering) catered our wedding at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. They were AMAZING! They do not have set menu items. Relish helps you create a menu that YOU want and fits in your budget. They met with us the month before and went through every little detail about food, tables, linens, and decorations. Relish wants the event to be as wonderful as you do. I can not thank them enough, it was PERFECT!

The Food Guy, now Relish Catering catered our daughter’s wedding this past Saturday at Cielo at Castle Pines. Every guest we have talked since the wedding has said nothing but compliments about how fantastic the food was along with how great the service was! Joshua and Deb (Head Captain) went out of their way to make sure our night went flawless. Joshua was so accommodating as we were initially planning our meal, the linens, room set up, etc. He and his team are so professional, and so nice to work with. They definitely know what they are doing and how to pull it all together! We had not one worry the entire night. We would recommend this catering company to anyone!!!!

The Food Guy was recommended to us by a family friend who had them cater her wedding. We were not disappointed. Anna was our main contact at the Food Guy (now Relish). She was great to work with from the moment we began our wedding planning. She had great ideas and worked within our budget. She was quick to respond to all my questions, and usually anticipated them before I asked. I would recommend this company to any other bride looking for a streamlined and seamless wedding. The event staff was terrific to work with as well. They were welcoming and provided fantastic service. Kudos go out to Deb, she made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible.

The Food Guy did an amazing job at our wedding. We wanted to create our own menu and they worked with us to keep the food in our budget and taste wonderful. We live out of state and traveled to Colorado for our wedding and at no time did I have any fears. Lexi was always available by phone or email to answer any of our questions. Our friends are still raving about the Mac and Cheese station with pork belly.
On top of the great food, it was a snowy mess on our wedding day and everyone was on time and had everything set up on time.

The Food Guy has been sold and rebranded as Relish catering..and relish we did! Absolutely amazing food, service, professionalism, and value. Great food and wines were the central focus of my daughter's wedding. She is a sommelier, and her husband a chef...so it had to be perfect. Relish Catering (aka Food Guy) = delicious. My husband and I were not looking forward to having/getting to plan our wedding. We decided to start with what we were most excited about- FOOD. Our schedules are quite hectic at work and Lexi was still able to make it work. THEN, I totally messed up on ordering the number of AMAZING stuffed peppers. 2 days before the wedding, Lexi fixed it. The food tasted incredible and I am still receiving compliments about it. :)

I loved that I could design my own menu. I first I thought this was a daunting task, but being that this is what The Food Guy does, they patiently helped me make my wedding menu what I wanted to serve. My husband and I wanted our guests to experience the wonderful tastes we had while traveling the world together and The Food Guy made it happen! I loved that our menu was customize to us and our guest loved it too! The food was perfectly cooked the day of and their staff was very professional. Could not have been happier working with anyone other than The Food Guy!

We LOVED the food guy! Our appetizers and dinner was (non-biased I promise!) the best wedding food we have ever had, and our guests agree. It was plated beautifully and there was plenty provided; we were even able to take some leftovers home. We received many compliments on their food! Rather than plain, boring appetizers, they offer creative and colorful options -- we had a garden-esque variety of skewered vegetables and meats in a setting of wheatgrass. We did it buffet style and it worked out very well. Staff was friendly and professional. Thanks Food Guy!

We loved The Food Guy. They provided amazing food that our guests are still talking about (like at my husband's sister's wedding four months later...), and the customer service was great. They won us from day one by serving us an amazing meal without telling them what we were thinking for our reception. We ended up choosing that meal, of course, along with two others. All three turned out AMAZING. We had the Crudite (the edible veggie "scene") and a couple of passed hors d'oeuvres - everyone loved the Crudite! Natalie was our rep, and she did an incredible job of helping us with our wedding, even while she was planning hers. We really wanted to be as local as possible in planning our wedding, and Natalie reassured us that The Food Guy had been 'local' for years. They worked hard to make that a top priority for us. I would highly recommend The Food Guy to anyone for any kind of catered event!

The Food Guy was simply incredible!! They did far more than I ever imagined a caterer doing. The service was great!! Some of the friendliest people on the planet. They did so much to help make things easier on us and it was hugely appreciated. The food was beyond delicious!! The Food Guy was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Brittany Kress was our Event Designer and she was just wonderful! Brittany was available for anything I needed prior to the event and the staff that worked our event were friendly, professional and our guests loved them. The food was amazing, I had so many complements on the quality of food and I ate seconds! I would hire The Food Guy for any occasion, they are a great company!!

I can't say enough about the Food Guy catering. You can tell they have been doing this for quite some time. They brought everything together at the reception and I did not have to worry about a thing. The food was SOOOO good. Everyone commented on how good the food was. I really appreciated the little details that you don't think about. They brought everything to the reception for us and set everything up for us. This was especially nice since we had our reception in Winter Park and we live in the Denver area. We dropped everything off the days before our wedding and picked anything up the day after. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Their staff was very professional and during the reception they mostly asked questions of the bridal party and I was hardly bothered at all and was able to thorougly enjoy my wedding. The price was reasonable and comparable to other caterers, but their services went above and beyond!!!!

The Food Guy catered our wedding and they did a great job. We wanted a unique menu and they customized it exactly the way we wanted. They even used one of my husband's recipes for a dish. We had a Caribbean /Jamaican themed dinner and every dish was very authentic and so delicious. We received a lot of compliments from our guests.

The best part of our wedding was our caterer. Not only is their food delicious but, they set everything up for us too. Cindy was so amazing. Unlike most wedding vendors where you are treated like a burden rather than a valued customer, everyone at the Food Guy treats you like a friend. I was always greeted with a hug! They are incredibly professional though as when the day arrived, everything that they were in charge of, went perfectly. I had no doubt that it would though as they were so good at easing my mind in times of great stress.
