    Awesome Experience

    We just rent for our church event. The owner and his assistant Laura very helpfull from start set up until done. The price is great. Excellent communication

    Recently Renewed

    I recently visited this venue during my wedding venue search and I was impressed with it! I live close to it and the place caught my attention due to a major renovation that they were doing on their outdoor area. I went there and I was surprised by the fact that they have 5 different ballrooms. I spoke to Laura and she was so nice!

    Christmas 2018

    Shirvani and her staff were excellent. From coordinating with our limited budget. To working with us on payment. The day of the event. The Regal staff was very helpful and we are planning our 2019 party already.

    Amazing Venue with a great staff!

    Recently held an event here. The venue was beautiful and the staff really took care of us. They were very professional and managed all of our needs. Would recommend to anyone and everyone to book your events with Regal!

    They were really professional and friendly. They really made our event very special. Staff was wonderful and Very helpful.

    Regal banquet was the best choice for our wedding. There management team and the staff were wonderful to work with. They were very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our wedding very special. We would definitely recommend regal banquet to soon to be brides and grooms.

    Absolutely AMAZING!!!

    We had such a great experience having our engagement party here! From organizing the event, the beautiful hall, the food- everything was incredible! They made this event completely stress free for us!! We are sooo happy and definitely recommend them for any event!

    Your wedding is your special day, don’t have it here…


    My wife and I have dealt with regal banquet hall for approximately 2 years from when we scoped and agreed to have our wedding at this venue to the wedding getting delayed due to the pandemic to finally celebrating it this past weekend. In short, our experience with them has been very mediocre to subpar…in summary they are
    - Stingy
    - Non-accomodating
    - Poor value for money
    - Harassing

    Some examples of how they screwed up:
    - We paid for the venue in full months in advance to our wedding, with an original guest count of approximately 280. Our final count/due to CDC guidelines was less than half that amount. Not only did they never give us any credit, which is fine, they ended up charging my wife more. I will explain that further
    - My wife defined certain stage sizes/criteria to them, multiple times in advance. We literally visited them at least 3-4 times to walk this through. On the day of, they did not follow through with our requests.
    - My wife requested that they keep the hall open a little earlier so our decorating vendor can get there early to setup. They did not follow through
    - Little things like burners, lighters were nowhere to be found
    - The worst case, on the day of our wedding, while my wife is trying to enjoy the day and celebrate and has 1000 things on her mind, she was harassed by the Regal employee for an extra $500 given that one of our vendors supposedly used the kitchen. We are very doubtful of this fact, because they tried to extort $500 from us multiple times before. Keep in mind we already paid in full for much more people than came through

    In essence, because of them not knowing how to operate a business that depends on reviews, recommendations, and customer service, we will never recommend them to our ~120-150 friends/family who showed up to our wedding.

    It took us a lot to write a negative review, since we wanted to be accommodating, but we do not recommend booking an event, especially a wedding here.

    Regal Banquet Hall's reply:

    Client rented hall only from Regal that includes Tables, Chairs, Stage and Dance floor and selected their own catering. On the event day Client decide to use kitchen and we charge for it because it not included in contract. When client don't want to pay or want to get refund then they try to find excuses. Client texted me and ask for $500 refund or will do bad review. We try our best but Sorry we can't make you happy.

    I had my daughters sweet 15

    Terrible management and service. Not flexible at all and service was slow. The owner was very rude and wouldn't want to cooperate. Last minute made me get event insurance and offered $500 extra to cancel the day before the event. I had to chase everyone around just to make sure things were done the right way and I couldn't spend time with my daughter on her special day. I didnt get to enjoy the event with my family with all the hard times the service people gave me including his catering. I had to go back the next day to pick up my cake and the rest of my belongings and the people from the hall ate my cake and only left a small piece. Wouldn't recommend this place at all i didn't even get back my candles for my daughter.

    Dear Margarita,
    We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. We at Regal Banquet Hall take pride in our service, hospitality and most importantly safety of all our staff and everyone who attends Regal Banquet. We would like to clarify on our end the reason for your unpleasant experience. You had requested many things which were not in our control and you did not want us to comply with CDC guidelines. At this stage and with the COVID pandemic on the rise we believe safety is priority above all things. As per the CDC guidelines we have to limit and restrict many things, one of which is the no dance floor or limit crowd gathering in small spaces, this is something we have no control over and you were very persistent and wanted us to break the law which we refused to do. Another issue that occurred was with leftover alcoholic beverage, by law we cannot allow you to take home any beverages that are not used at end of your event. Our liquor license does not allow this, because we purchase directly and are not authorized to give out left over liquor to clients. In regards to the cake issue, our staff turns over the banquet room at the end of each event, if something that was valuable to you should have taken it with you the same day. We are not responsible for personal belongings after the event is over unless you have specified prior. We have never had any issues with other belongings being taken that are not considered regal banquet property, we are here to make sure everyone has a great time and enjoys their event with their loved ones. We apologize for your inconvenience but we have to follow safety protocol and if needed please reach out to us for more clarification on the issue.
