Jennifer was great to work with! She was VERY fast with responses and was willing to make changes as I changed my mind, etc. Once I received the invitations they looked AMAZING! Once they were sent out I received so many calls and text about how great they looked!

I just received my invitations, and to say they are exactly what I ever wished for would be an understatement. These invitations exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with the outcome or the shop owner. She was very accommodating and helpful, and always answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend this shop to ANYONE! I have been working with Jennifer Rossi for about a month maybe even less. I just recieved my invitations and they are absolutely beautiful. Working with Jennifer was so easy and seriously my pleasure to do so. She responded to all my emails so quickly. Sent me a customize sample and just tried to meet my needs in any way she could! Jennifer is the pinnacle of quick responses. She reacts quickly to all your questions (believe me, I had a few) usually within minutes!! She made our invitations exactly the way I pictured. Any changes were quickly fixed. She is very professional and wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who values quality. I only wish she had more items that I could buy from her!

I ordered Menu cards for a wedding I’m hosting. Jennifer at Red Hearts Paper Co. Responded immediately with a sample card. Quality paper, beautifully printed with choice of font and ink color, and when the guest numbers went up, I had to add on. The number I needed wasn’t available, so she did a custom listing for me based on my needs. Immediate communication, and received them in just a few days.
I looked at Crane paper and other card stock, and the price was way more than this shops.

I met with a local seller first who quoted me $20 per invitation, for the same type and quality that I purchased through Red Heart, except Red Heart was a quarter of the price. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful and the invitations came out beautiful. I cannot wait to send them out to my wedding guests. They are stunning and I highly recommend!

Jennifer was AMAZING to work with. She was very prompt with responses and always seemed very willing to help. She helped me with wording for invitations after we had a death in the family. Wedding Invitations

We used Red Heart Paper for our 220 portfolio wedding invitations and our bar menus. Jennifer is very creative and flexible. We loved getting the proofs emailed for us to look over. She was very accommodating. Our final product was absolutely gorgeous and so many guests commented that our invitations were the prettiest they had ever received!

Working with Jennifer was fantastic! I reached out to her and she had the addressed & finished (customized) invitations to my door within two weeks! This included proofs and changes. They were packaged neatly and thoughtfully. I was also relieved that she had already assembled all the invitations, and I just needed to add stamps! I cannot recommend Red Heart Paper and Jennifer enough! The invitations were spectacular. We also ordered our table numbers and place cards too! Elegant and simple! Just what we wanted. She has many color and paper options. Jennifer is responsive and quick. Everything was delivered on time and was absolutely perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for all of my wedding stationary and she was phenomenal! I got my wedding invites, envelopes, programs and place cards done. Absolutely amazing & stress free!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing when it came time for invitations! I was so stressed out when it came time to finding something I really liked that also didn’t break the bank. I had looked EVERYWHERE online & even had gone to a few invitation shops on Long Island and nothing or no one gave me the vibe I really was looking for. I wanted whites and ivories with some greenery with just enough touch of sparkle for the holiday season! I’m getting married 12/28/19 so I wanted something very romantic but with a touch of the holiday spirit! I came across Jennifer’s page off of a huge Facebook page I am a part of called “Brides of Long Island” with over 8k members I had reached out for some help and fellow brides came running with Jennifer as their recommendation. Feeling so defeated I reached out to Jennifer on Etsy late at night during the week one day expressing my stress and concern and she responded right away!!! She was responsive always, her work and time she spent on detail was amazing. She made the whole process so effortless for me! This is one customer service experience where I have absolutely nothing negative or even constructive to provide. My entire experience with this vendor was top of the line. She was prompt with her communications and even provided guidance to some degree regarding timelines for save the dates and invitations. This was extremely helpful as I am doing the majority of the planning for my wedding.
I received so many compliments on the quality of my invitations and save the dates as well. In addition, I was able to request a slight format change to the invites which wasn't a problem and easily accommodated. 5 star work!

AMAZING vendor - even during a pandemic!!

Picking wedding invitations can be hard, but not with Jennifer at Red Heart Paper, LLC. I had a 5 star experience across the board - Jennifer is so kind and spent so much time working with me to customize exactly what I wanted starting from our very first correspondence. The quality of these invitations exceeded my expectations!! These products are truly one of a kind and deserve much more than 5 stars!

Like many other brides, I searched the internet for weeks trying to find the perfect invitation, but every search was unsuccessful until I came across Red Heart Paper. Jennifer's beautiful invitation designs stood out, and I suddenly found myself trying to narrow down her designs that I loved rather than settling on an invitation from somewhere else, and, not to mention, every detail of her invitations is completely customizable!

We started working on my order right before the pandemic hit, and as a COVID-19 bride, I am still blown away by the amazing quality of service I received. Jennifer was so understanding of the situation and immediately worked with me to pause and hold my invitation order until my wedding could be rescheduled; it took around 9 months for my wedding to be rescheduled, and Jennifer picked up exactly where we off! We weren't able to have a large wedding due to gathering restrictions, but Jennifer worked with me to customize our original design into a wedding announcement instead of an invitation that we could send to family and friends - and I couldn't be happier with the result!!! We plan to include a wedding photo with each of the announcements; I included photos to show our beautiful announcements and envelopes, both in the pearl/shimmer paper that Jennifer offers. Photos are unedited. (The envelope addressing was a breeze and turned out gorgeous! I covered the address in the photo for privacy).

I recommend Red Heart Paper, LLC to every bride looking for not only high quality paper goods, but also high quality service!

More than I ever expected

When I received my invitations I knew they were everything I’ve ever dreamed of, but to receive as many compliments as I did already from my guests is an amazing feelings! Jennifer was always responded so fast to my emails! She accommodated our request to have them mail out to us much faster than we had originally agreed and she even accommodated me by printing out envelopes from family members I have in Greece in GREEK! She sent me proofs for everything and made sure everything looked as I wanted it! I already have friends who are asking me about my invitations so when the time comes they know!!! Highly recommend working with Red Heart Paper!!!!

I was stressing out about ordering place cards for my wedding of 150 people. It was getting close to my wedding day and I couldn't seem to find anything I liked, until I found Red Heart Paper. I placed an order, and Jennifer had me a proof in less than a half hour. I changed my mind, and wanted to make a total adjustment to my original order (not because of her work, the original proof was beautiful, I just changed what I wanted) and she totally accommodated me. She had a revised proof to me in 20 minutes. It was amazing and took so much stress off of me during a busy time. Once I approved the proof, the place cards were delivered to me in about 3 days -- so quick for a custom order! The quality is top notch and they came out truly perfect. I can't thank Jennifer enough and I definitely recommend her to any brides.

The invitations for my wedding turned out exactly how I wanted! The invites were made from very high quality materials, were put together flawlessly and were completed and sent to me promptly. I cannot say more positive about Jennifer from RedHeartPaper. She has been, by far, the most patient, friendly, detail-oriented, and accommodating vendor my fiance and I have worked with throughout wedding planning. We (unsuccessfully) shopped around for invitations prior to finding RedHeartPaper. We could not believe how reasonable the invitation suites were for the quality and all-inclusive service provided by Jennifer. She spent countless hours editing our invitations until they were absolutely perfect. AND she was beyond enjoyable to work with. I really enjoyed working with Jennifer at Red Heart Paper Co. She was extremely professional and her responses were almost immediate. I have shopped around locally, and online for invitations and my wedding paper needs and her business was the top of the line in quality, value and flexibility. Jennifer is awesome to work with. Where do I begin? From beginning to end, she saw to every detail of everything that was needed. She responded very quickly to every communication. She designed a beautiful invitation for my bride that exceeded all her expectations but also stayed within her budget. The samples were made and shipped very quickly. Any small changes that needed to be made, were so easy to spot and correct through the digital proofs that Jennifer provides as well. The final result was gorgeous. The paper and ink are amazing quality. She offers so many colors in both that my bride had truly unique invitations that matched her wedding colors perfectly. She also chose to have the guests addresses printed on the envelopes, which came out lovely. The final invitations came 2 weeks early! It was one less thing she had to worry about in this whole wedding planning process. I look forward to working with Jennifer again.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! If I could have given her more than 5 stars I would have! She produced beautiful custom ivory shimmer place cards and table numbers for my daughter's wedding, using the script font we used for the wedding invitations. She quickly sent proofs upon receiving my request and turned out the final product the next day! Jennifer was great to work with when it came time to order my place setting cards. Prior to placing my final order, I ordered some proofs to make sure that the long last names of some of my family members would fit with our chosen size and font (11 and 12 letters with not so short first names to boot!) Once we received the proofs we began putting together our spreadsheet per her instructions, which ended up pulling double duty for our seating arrangement list at the reception hall, and eagerly awaited the finished product. They arrived on time and in beautiful condition and, even though one might think place setting cards go unnoticed, we received compliments on the crispness and readability of the cards from several friends and family.

Jennifer was great to work with! I have already been asked by other brides for information about where I got my invitations, because the quality and look were outstanding. There was a small issue following delivery, but Jennifer corrected it immediately. All in all, a great experience!
