Sarah is absolutely AMAZING! I am forever thankful I came across Sarah while searching for a hair stylist for my wedding. Her portfolio speaks for itself - she is so talented in her work and goes above and beyond to ensure your hair vision comes to life! I did a trial with her before the wedding and both the trial and wedding hair turned out absolutely beautiful! She took notes and photos to remember things we did during the trial to have on hand on wedding day. I got SO many compliments on my hair! It held up the whole day and even through the dance floor! On top of being amazing at hair, she is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet! I am so lucky that I even found Sarah through a recommendation AND that she was available on short notice for an elopement in Wrightsville Beach. I truly thought I’d have to do my own hair, but Sarah was so flexible and supportive throughout the whole process. She was so kind, and her energy was exactly what I needed on my wedding day. Everyone’s hair looked incredible and she stayed on schedule, which is impressive on its own. Ready to go last minute!

I needed someone to do hair for myself and girls almost last minute, about a month out. Sarah was available and able to set up a consult with me just days before my actual wedding. Everything I could dream of in wedding hair!

Sarah is absolutely fabulous! My hair was literally the only thing I knew I didn’t have to worry about during the stressful process of a COVID wedding! She did such a beautiful job and did so much to make me feel comfortable and confident with the style I’d chosen. When my MIL decided last minute she wanted her hair done as well, she rolled with it and we couldn’t have been happier with the results! A true professional and an artist, and I would recommend her to any bride to be!!

Wedding hair

Sarah is INCREDIBLE!!!! She did my wedding day hair and it was perfection. It held all night, was literally exactly what I asked for, and photographed so beautifully. My hair was a big part of why I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. On top of all of that, Sarah is such a fun, kind, and caring person so it was so nice to have her there to put me at ease on a very high stress day. Absolutely Amazing

Having Sarah do my hair for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made. She was the very first vendor I hired after a recommendation from a friend and I am SO happy I did. When we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID 19, she was so gracious and kind, pivoting the plans and helping me out every step of the way. She also helped me make a timeline. She did my hair this year for our "microwedding", with no trial and having never met me or worked with my hair - only photos. Not only is she the BEST to hang out with, but my hair came out PERFECT. She absolutely nailed my vision and I loved the beachy waves so, so much. I would hire her a million times if I could and I can't wait to have her do my hair again next year!

Accommodating and talented

My schedule was restrictive as I was living overseas before my wedding but Sarah fitted me in for a trial run during a trip home. My wedding was consequently postponed due to Covid, but Sarah did a more modest but beautiful up-do for my mini-mony this year. She is passionate about her work, knows how to listen to her client’s needs, and moreover is fun and friendly. 100% recommend Sarah!

Highly recommend Sarah for bridal hair & wedding party

Sarah did my hair as well as all my bridesmaids hair for my September 2020, small, micro- wedding. She was absolutely amazing. Her laid back, adaptable personality took pressure off our already stressful wedding planning during this time of Covid, canceling of our big wedding and replanning of a micro-wedding. She took Covid health and safety precautions seriously, wearing a mask the entire time. I knew I wanted a very simple, elegant, low bun and she absolutely nailed it even without being able to do a bridal hair trial. All the girls’ hair looked beautiful and my one friend who has very straight hair normally was so impressed that her curls stayed in the whole night! Would highly recommend Sarah!

Beautiful Wedding Updos-- A Must-Book Vendor!!

Sarah is an exceptional hair stylist! She expertly executed my wedding updo as well hairstyles for 6 ladies in my bridal party on my wedding day. My wedding hair trial was so beautiful but I requested more volume for the wedding day—my hair isn’t very voluminous, but she is a pro and spent so much time crafting my updo to make it look exactly how I envisioned. Each of the women in my bridal party have different length, texture, and style hair and she transformed their hair into beautiful styles that lasted all day & evening. She is so professional, patient, and so much fun! I definitely recommend booking her for your wedding or any special event!!

Talented and a pleasure to work with!

Working with Sarah was fantastic! I did my research to hire someone who was really talented with hair styling specifically (vs. those who did hair and makeup), and someone who would travel to do hair for me and my bridesmaids on-site. Sarah is the best!

From the moment I met Sarah for my trial I knew she was the perfect person to do my hair for my wedding! Not only is she beyond talented, she has the most wonderful personality! She took the time to listen to what I envisioned for my hair and then created exactly what I wanted. When wedding day came she created gorgeous looks for all of the girls. Each one of them had a style that captured their personality. She also took the time to style my 3 year old who has pretty wild hair, the end result couldn’t have been more perfect! Incredible work!

Sarah came highly recommended by our make-up artist and we are so thankful we found her. Sarah did a fantastic job getting to know each girl and her stylistic ideas. Sarah took her time with each girl, but also kept things on track, ensuring al 7 girls were ready in plenty of time for the ceremony. Sarah did wedding attendant, and mom’s hair for a two grooms wedding so we do not have a “bridal” perspective, but if the work she did with our wedding attendants is any indication of what she can do with a bride’s hair, you will not be disappointed. Each girl was thrilled with how their hair came out and the end result was a stunning wedding party to celebrate our day. Sarah was organized, professional, and truly an artist and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a hair stylist for any event.

Sara is a pleasure to have by your side as you prepare on your wedding day. I felt completely at ease that morning for I felt an immediate connection during my consult with her and was excited to see my bridesmaids faces as she work on them and how happy I knew they would be with the resultant hairstyle Sara would come up with or perform. She just kind of breezes along while turning out styles on everyone. Like Mother, Like Daughter

Three years ago my mother got married for the second time. At that time she hired Red Carpet Ready by Sarah to do her hair. After seeing how beautiful my mom's hair came out I made sure to get Sarah's card so if and when I got married I could hire Sarah as well. That was a very smart move on my part. She is as talented as they come and a joy to have around. All of our hair came out super and stayed looking good in spite of some rather boisterous partying and dancing throughout the day and into the evening. Of course my mom said, "I told you to hire her!" I said thanks tons mom (but for me it was already a foregone conclusion after seeing how great mom looked on her "second" big day. ) Thanks so much Sarah, love you and envy you your talent.

Can Be Counted On, Totally

Red Carpet Ready by Sarah is the best possible choice for hairstyling for any occasion. I have been friends with Sarah since I first hired her for my photo to be included in my company's "Executive Hall of Fame" gallery. Since then I have used her on several special occasions where I needed to look my very best. Each time she has always come through for me. On my wedding day she arrived exactly on the time and was not thrown off course when I asked if it would be possible for her to do three more girls than we originally had plan on. She said with the time available she would do the best she could but only if the original five planed on were completely satisfied with their styles when she finished them. All five of us were totally satisfied, to put it mildly, so she then proceeded to do the additional three I had requested. She was amazing. By the end of the day, each of us still looked as good as when she had finished us that morning. Sarah Maher is a very talented and personable young artist to say the least.

Easy, Peasey Choice!

As with any purchase I make over $100 (frugal, not cheap), I spent hours researching the various “vendors” I and my fiancé would be hiring to provide the best services for our wedding.....from gowns, tuxedos, venues, caterers, florists, limos to make up and of course hairstylists.
Hairstylist turned out to be the easiest. Having read all of Sara's social media reviews I contacted her and discussed the style I was seeking, number of attendants, date and location. I booked a consultation/trial with her at which time I showed her pictures of my preferred style. We started with those and as she worked on creating it, I was amazed how easily she was able to get it done. When she was completed, she said she had a few suggestions to perhaps see if I might like a slight variation of the original. The result was wonderful. Her creativity and skills are exceptional.
Wish deciding on all the other vendors was a simple and enjoyable as working with Red Carpet Ready by Sara.

I know of what i speak

Prior to my recent marriage, I was a makeup artist for a number of professional commercial photographers and had the true pleasure of working with Sarah on a number of gigs. She is by far the most talented I have ever worked with as well as the most personable and easy going professional I know.
On my wedding day, I knew I as well as my mom and maid of honor would be a bundle of nerves, and we were. When Sarah arrived (exactly on time) she brought with her her calming and fun persona and with in minutes we where laughing and joking and although not totally stress free, we were all much better off.
Her styling was right on and all 9 of us looked our best.
I could not recommend anyone more highly than this talented and charming young woman!

I could not possibly be more pleased with how well Sarah did on my wedding day. She was precisely on time (truth be told she actually sat downstairs in the lobby for 20 minutes so she would not show up too early for I asked for a 6:30 AM start time). She seemingly set herself up instantly and began creating great style after great style on me and my attendants.
Her warm and upbeat personality endeared her to each of us and her styling talents more than pleased us all.

Sarah has a number of very special talents. Sarah was absolutely fantastic to work with! My mom and I scheduled a trial with Sarah about one month before my wedding, and she blew us away with her skill and lovely, grounding presence. Sarah was able to craft an elegant updo for my mom and gently descending curls for me. She listened attentively to what we had in mind and executed it beautifully. She suggested that, given my somewhat thin hair, I might want to get extensions, and guided me through the process when I decided to do it. The extensions ended up being a fabulous idea, giving me much more length and volume. Sarah arrived perfectly on-time on-site at our wedding and was able to do the hair of five women in just three and a half hours. Everyone was happy with the results. We could not recommend Sarah more highly!

Sarah did my hair for a wedding I was in last year, and I knew right away that I wanted to hire her for my wedding day. She was energetic, personable, and extremely professional. Sarah is fantastic! First, her work is absolutely stunning. She is a hair magician and helped create flawless styles for myself, my bridesmaids, my mother, and MIL. Second, she is such a pleasure to work with and was a calming and reassuring presence to have around on a busy and hectic day. She is extremely patient as well. I had a few hair trials since I was trying to work out if I wanted my hair down or in an updo. In each trial I was blown away at what Sarah can create and do with hair. She is seriously talented and each style was gorgeous. I ended up going with an updo and I am so happy with how everything turned out. She helped make me feel beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot recommend her more highly.

I and each of my attendants all felt like such "glamor girls" in spite of the fact that we are all over 40. Sarah styled each of us exactly to our wishes and was simply "one of us" (although she is obviously no where near 40). Her talent is remarkable as is her warm caring personality. Sara is a total gem. She knows her stuff and is about the easiest going young woman I have ever met. She brought her talents in styling as well as her warmth and charm to a very hectic pre-ceremony situation. All went smoothly in spite of a few emotional bridesmaids who acted as though it was their wedding, not mine. Sara remained calm and in control through it all and we all looked very sophisticated and stylish even though some in the wedding party were less than that. Thank you Sara for staying on task as confusion and emotions seem to be the rule of the day. In the end we all looked great and our styles stayed in throughout the contentious pre and post ceremony goings-ons.

The first time I needed a professional stylist was when i had to create a portfolio for a modeling agency. I searched through "awarded" stylists on various professional sites as well as bridal sites and I found Sarah. We worked together and came up with six different styles for my portfolio and we nailed it (no brag, just truth). Since helping get me started in modeling Sarah and I have worked on numerous assignments and I am always so pleased both professionally as well as socially to see that she is doing the hair for the shoot. I know she'll do a great job and that we will have fun doing it.
When I got engaged she did my hair for the announcement photo for the newspaper, my bridal shower and of course my and my attendants for the ceremony. Each time seemed better than the previous time.
I can not possibly recommend Sarah enough. She is a master at her trade, as well as a total sweetheart.

I'm sure that not many take the time from their busy lives to sit down and show the appreciation that they should for work performed on their behalf. OK, so I am one of them. Probably have written two or three reviews in my life and only then when really disappointed. Not the case this time, gladly taking the time to extol Sarah's numerous virtues. Very skilled, creative, patient, talented to the max, etc. etc. etc. She truly is so deserving of the numerous awards she has won and been applauded for.

Hate to admit how hard I find it do anything to make my exceptionally fine and thin hair look good. Certainly not the case for Sara. She suggested extensions and showed me an awesome "trick" she uses to place and work with them. I'll never be able to repeat what she did for I am still amazed how easy she was able to make me look like I actually had tons of my own hair. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend this very talented and sweet young woman.

Such a wonderful experience from consultation to wedding day. Sarah listened to my wishes and then created the exact style I was seeking. Did a great job on all of us including my grandmother, mom, mom-in-law, six attendants and flower girl. Could not have been more pleased!

So nice to have had the experience of working with Sarah again. What was extra nice was that this time it was me that she was doing the styling on. I am a makeup artist who has had the pleasure of doing a number of photo shoots with Sarah and also we have worked together at 4 weddings. I have seen my share of hair stylists and none can compare with Sarah. She is creative, obliging, and such a sweetheart. I truly recommend her for any type of style you are seeking.

Sarah is an exceptionally talented, sweet and patient young woman. It took me 3 consultations with her before deciding upon which of the many styles she had created was the one for me. She worked seemingly so easily each time I asked for something different. She did up-dos, down, partial up-dos, and everything in between. My problem was that each time she completed the styling, I thought that's the one. Then my mom (who accompanied me each time) would say "How bout if you tried this one" (holding up a picture). Sarah would set to work again and again I would say that's the one! Finally I was able to pic which one I liked best (mom's 2nd choice). On the day of the wedding Sarah arrived exactly on time and recreated the one I liked best perfectly. It looked just as good at the end of the reception as it did prior to the ceremony. Thank you Sarah for your patience and wonderful styling abilities.

I actually heard about Sarah from my family's hairdresser. We (mom, 4 sisters and me) have never gone to anyone else for all of our lives. When I told her I was getting married she immediately said "Hire Sarah from Red Carpet Ready!" She had seen Sarah put on a demonstration at an industry show and said that she was in awe of this young lady's talent and poise. With that advice I contacted Sarah and set up a consult with her. The rest is history. I and all of my wedding party loved her talent as well as her personality. We all looked super and stayed looking that way all day and night. Thanks Sarah, you are the best.

Can only give her five stars, but she deserves many more. The day of my wedding was sooo stressful that I needed to take an anti-anxiety pill. Problem was I had not thought to bring any to the hotel. Sarah arrived exactly on time and after that she had such a calming effect on the entire wedding party that I soon forgot I was anxiety-ridden, for I no longer was. Her experience and warm, fun personality seemed to lighten the entire atmosphere and when she started to make each one of us look the best we ever had, it just kept getting better. Everyone of her reviews mention how special her hairstyling talents are, and they truly are special. Talk about a guilt trip. I am awful. Twice Sarah has called to inquire about the condition of my grandmother who fell and broke her hip while at the hotel while Sarah was doing all of our hair. I on the other hand never even took the time to write a review to state how amazingly talented (and kind) Sarah is. She did a wonderful job on all 8 of us and our styles stayed perfect all day and night long. She was a welcome calming influence during an already stressful time prior to the ceremony. Truly a professional young woman.

On time, really kind, perfect frame of mind, and can she style hair!!! After my first consult with Sarah I immediately called my six bridesmaids and told them"We are going to all look great!!" I showed Sarah a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. Bang, she did it and I loved it. Then she said let me "tweak" it a bit. Her "tweaking" it made it look totally better. Her experience shows and her creativity flows!!

Sarah is a MUST hire! She traveled to my wedding venue in NH and was a calm, fun presence during my hectic morning and did amazing hair for me, my bridesmaids, and mother and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law is very particular about her hair and was nervous to rely on someone else but Sarah put her right at ease and she walked away smiling and looking gorgeous! My bridal hair was inspired by a photo and Sarah replicated the picture exactly in my trial and then strategized with me to make tweaks like adding a braid and making the bun more full to my exact wishes! Everyone's hair lasted the night despite humidity and lots of dancing!
Since we were getting ready on a property the demeanor and personality of the stylist made a big difference since it was a pretty intimate environment and Sarah was the perfect mix of professional and fun. I cannot recommend her more highly!

Sarah styled the hair of my daughter, myself and about 7 of the bridal party. My daughter and I both had updo's but they looked very different from each other. I can not tell you how many compliments we received on our hair. Sarah is fun and sweet and very easy to work with.

Sarah did a super job!! There were 8 attendants and myself, each with very different lengths and types of hair. Sarah "breezed" through each of us with all of us extremely pleased with the results. It was a wonderful experience for us all.

I met Sarah at a bridal show at the Hynes Auditorium. My partner and I were fortunate to have the booth next to Red Carpet Ready by Sarah. In all honest, had we not been next to Sarah, we would have never have done as well as we did. While people waited to talk to Sarah or stood by watching her do the show’s model’s hair, they had no choice but to give our offerings a closer inspection. When the show closed I booked a trial with Sarah, more to get her professional opinion on my personal preferences then to see if I would hire her. I had no doubt about that. This review should have been posted months ago. I totally owe Sarah an apology for not doing it sooner. She deserved to have me write this upon the return from our Caribbean honeymoon. Life just seems to have gotten in the way. Sarah was such a professional from my trial in late December of 2015 to the change-0ver from my "ceremony" hairstyle to my "reception" hairstyle. My mom really wanted me to have an "updo" for the ceremony in keeping with what mom feels is a family tradition. I wanted a half up and half down look myself. We compromised by having the ceremony be an updo, and immediately after the pictures where taken Sarah created an exact copy of the photo I brought as an example of what I wanted, half up and half down. Seeing she did my hair twice in one day there was an additional expense which was totally worth it.

Sarah did a wonderful job. She arrived exactly on time, set up her accessories and began to turn all 9 of us into perhaps the best we have ever looked. Hotel suite sounded like a three ring circus and confusion seemed to reign, but for Sarah. She just kept her cool and performed her art. I could not have been happier or more pleased with Red Carpet Ready by Sarah. I went to her home for the "trial" and within minutes felt a true connection with this very talented young woman. Two years ago, I met Sarah at a bridal show where she had a booth set up and also provided hair services for each of the models in the show. I watched her do each model and when she was done I asked if she had my wedding date available in 2016. She checked and found she did already have a booking for that date, but much to my relief, mine being an evening celebration, it didn't conflict with her AM commitment. I immediately gave her a deposit to secure the date. Now after 2 years the date finally arrived and she somehow has gotten even better. We loved our hair and Sarah. Sarah is so warm, fun and bubbly. She asked me to show her some inspiration pictures for what I had envisioned my hair to look like for my wedding. I showed her a few and she NAILED it! My hair looked even better than what I had showed her. Sarah's talent exceeded my expectations beyond belief. My hair held all morning, day and night and my curls kept the whole time! I hired Sarah to do my hair, as well as my bridesmaids and both moms, for my wedding in June of 2015. She did a great job! A month or so prior to the wedding we did a hair trial, and while it came out pretty well there were definitely things about it that I wanted done differently for the wedding. Sarah listened to me both after the hair trial and then again when we were getting ready on the morning of the wedding. She was able to fix/change everything I wanted, and the result was better than I had imagined. She was always responsive by email and showed up on time, ready to go the day of the wedding. Because we were on a schedule I asked her to bring an assistant with her, and she was able to arrange that with only about a month to go until the wedding. I highly recommend Sarah and am so glad that I chose her for my wedding :)

Being on rather limited budget my Aunt Maria paid of Sarah to do my hair as well as my maid of honor and my mother's.

You can be sure that you are getting a true professional, yet exceptionally warm and patient young woman when you hire Red Carpet Ready by Sarah. Her skill is only out done by her friendly and helpful manner. I
I showed Sarah a number of pictures of the style I was hoping for and she gave me just what I wanted. My hair looked wonderful and stayed that way from 9 AM to well after midnight, and I don't doubt that it could have lasted even longer had there been a need or desire for it to do so.

To this day I am still getting compliments on my hair on the day of my wedding. Every time any one sees my wedding album the first comment is "Your hair looks incredible!" or "Who did your hair?" I totally understand why. Sarah did a wonderful job on my hair as well as on all of my attendants.

Sarah did my then sister-in-law -to-be's hair for her engagement photos, then her bridal shower party and of course then her wedding. Being a member of the very large wedding party Sarah also did my hair. Each of us were totally pleased with how good Sarah made us look. Before leaving for the ceremony I gave Sarah my deposit to insure she would have my wedding date locked in for me.
Sarah is an extremely good hairstylist, cooperative, professional and a very nice young woman as well.

She was so patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair and a tad stressed out about it. She helped me relax and spent a lot of time trying different hair styles on me. On the day of the wedding I of course changed my mind about what I wanted. She understood exactly what I envisioned from my short description and the final product looked amazing. Not too casual but not too done up - perfect! I got married on an island with limited ferry service. The kids in my party were a little more high maintenance then expected and she didn't finish by the time she was supposed to leave. Without batting an eye she said she'd stay until the next ferry so she could finish everyone. I really appreciated that! She was so fun to hang out with all morning and put us all at ease. Everyone whose hair she did looked amazing! Everyone got completely different styles so she can really do anything with hair! I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah!

When it comes to hair, Sarah is the total package. From the first time I contacted her, she was nothing but professional, talented, flexible, and sweet. I chose Sarah because her website showcased that she had experience working with all different types of hair, and my bridesmaids and I really do have almost every hair type imaginable. I know that a couple of the girls with very curly hair were worried about finding styles that they'd feel comfortable with, and Sarah really made them feel comfortable and make their hair look incredible. She worked quickly while still taking her time making sure everyone looked perfect, and they did. When it came time for my hair, we ended up having to move to a different room to finish getting ready, and though it was not ideal for her to have to move all of her tools to another room, she was incredibly patient and flexible about it. Sarah really fit in with the group of girls we had getting ready and she made everyone feel absolutely gorgeous and pampered. It's obvious that Sarah has a natural talent for hair, and I couldn't be happier that I got to work with her for my wedding!

I first met Sarah while attending a function at Legal Seafood Harborside in Boston. Having struck up a conversation with her and her date while waiting for my fiancé to arrive, I asked Sarah who had done her hair for it was truly beautiful. She then told me that she did it herself. I expressed my doubts of that being true for it didn't seem possible for a person to have done that on their own. She then pulled out her business card and showed me that she was a professional hairstylist specializing in weddings, photo shoots, and special events. The next day I called her and set up an appointment for my "trial".
I really had no idea what style would be bests for my hair. We looked through her very extensive portfolio and found a style we together thought would work best for me. She then proceeded to duplicate the style in what seemed no time at all. I was so pleased!!
On my wedding day Sarah arrived on time and quickly and efficiently again duplicated the style perfectly as well as beautifying my 4 attendants and mother.
Sarah was so much more than I could have ever hoped for.

Based upon my experiences with Sarah I would truly recommend Sarah for any type of occasion where you want to be confident that your hair will look awesome and that it will stay that way.
I have hired Sarah 3 times in the last year and each time she gave me a "new do" that was exactly the look I had in mind. First time was for a gala being held on New Years Eve. Second time was for my engagement announcement party and pictures. Third time was for my wedding day and I must say she really out did herself.
She is warm, fun and exceptionally talented.

First of all, I want Sarah to be my friend and literally wanted to kick one of my guests out so she could come to my wedding. She is so sweet and easy going and just a really fun person. Besides all that, she is EPICALLY talented in what she does. I did a trial and she did exactly what I wanted- however the loose look I was going for didn't survive well in the heat and when I e-mailed her she had lots of great ideas but most importantly didn't want me to worry about it. She ended up giving me the look I wanted but with a bit more structure to ensure it lasted in my outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour- and it did! She even brought her friends extensions just in case I needed them and graciously let me use them to complete my look. She made all my bridesmaids look beautiful and dealt with my mothers last minute change of mind like a pro. She is great at what she does, comes prepared for all sorts of things, and when I was worried about scheduling and timing she offered to bring an assistant to ease my worries. She is awesome, do not hesitate to hire her, but maybe leave an open seat for her at your wedding because you will want to hang out with her longer!

Sarah did my hair for my wedding along with 6 bridesmaids and throwing a few curls into my mother's hair. When I went to my trial, I had no clue what I wanted to do just that I wanted some sort of braid in the updo. Sarah took her time, never rushing and created a gorgeous updo and then was able to perfectly reproduce it on my wedding day. My bridesmaids did half up half down updos and full updos. Everyone was so happy with their hair and Sarah was great about making sure that no ones hair was too similar to mine. She stayed to put my veil in and show my girls how to take it back out. She is so nice and fun which is great since you're spending your wedding day with her!

I am so incredibly grateful to have found Sarah for my wedding day!! I had a huge wedding party with 10 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom and myself to have our hair done on the morning of my wedding. Sarah came along with two assistants and they flawlessly transformed everyone to have the most beautiful hair! They listened to each of the girls to understand the look they wanted and everyone was so pleased with the way their hair came out! Not only did they do amazing work, but they were all so much fun to have there that morning! It was so fun to be laughing and having a good time -- not just with my girls, but with the hair and makeup artist as well! It was such a fun and relaxed atmosphere, I wish I could do it again! My hair was absolutely stunning!! Sarah had taken plenty of pictures at my trial, remembered all my feedback and created the most beautiful style for me! Everyone was complimenting my hair all day long. One of the first questions I get every time someone views my wedding photos is, "Who did your hair? Its amazing!" She is so incredibly talented!! Sarah is amazing! I remember going to my hair trial and being SHOCKED at how similar my hair looked to the picture I showed her. Her work is far beyond any other hair stylist I've had my hair done by. My bridal party was pretty indecisive on what they wanted- Sarah helped them all pick styles, and executed flawlessly... They all LOVED their hair and couldn't stop talking about it. She stayed until I put my veil on, and made sure to teach someone how to take it out. She left hairspray for touch ups. She didn't mind throwing a few curls in the flower girls' hair without charge, and she even did touch ups on whoever wanted before she left. She is super talented, and in my opinion went above and beyond to make everyone happy.

I was the MOH this past Saturday in my sister in law's wedding. I can say that I have never written a review of any sort on any website but I felt compelled to do so for both Sarah and for the makeup artist as well as they were both amazing.
Sarah styled six bridesmaids (including myself), the bride, the mother of the groom and the flower girl. Sarah had previously consultant with the bride so was prepared for that style and it was gorgeous. Exactly what she wanted and beautiful.
The rest of us each wanted different styles and Sarah took the time to ask each of us what we felt comfortable with and liked. We were able to show her some photos and she would work from that. Her work was beyond amazing. It was simply stunning and she is a real artist. Also the fact that she went back to touch up a few things on the girls she did first showed her attention to detail and perfection. A++++ all the way and I have her card and I am trying to think of an event or an excuse as to why I can have Sarah do my hair again. She was the best!

Sarah was a pleasure to do business with.
I had cut out a few pictures from bridal magazines to show her the type of "do" I was hoping for. She said that with my hair being as thick as it is that she wanted to show me a style she thought was more appropriate. I am so glad she did. I constantly was told all day that my hair looked great. Best of all it lasted through out the ceremony, pictures (taken outside in a strong breeze) and the reception which went till after midnight.

Being a second marriage for both my fiance and myself, we wanted to have a nice yet simple ceremony. Sarah had done my hair when my youngest daughter got married. Everyone's hair that day look so beautiful, even mine in spite of it being 99% silver (sounds nicer than grey, lol). I felt as glamorous as the bride and her attendants.
She once again "out did herself" for my wedding day. As I did at my daughters ceremony I felt glamorous, stylish, and could not have been happier to have such a sweetheart of a young woman make me feel as special as the first time I wed. She is warm, understanding and a true professional and an expert at what she obviously loves to do....make women feel confident and attractive.
I am sure I will use Sarah's services again for any occasion that I want to look my best at!!!

I was not sure how I wanted to have my hair on my wedding day, up-do, simple, half-up, tons of curls, etc. Last fall when my cousin got married Sarah had done my hair (as well as everyone else's in the party). Each of us loved what she had done for us so I finally decided to simply ask Sarah for her suggestions. She surely rose to the challenge. I had expected the trial at her house to last for perhaps an hour or two. I told her to do what she thought would work best for me. First try, she nailed it!
The day of the ceremony Sarah was a joy to have around with her easy smile and exceptional talent. My entire wedding party were all very pleased with her and my best friend booked her on the spot for her upcoming wedding in October.
I, as well as all six of my party, would strongly recommend Sarah for any and all occasions where you want to feel special and look great.

Sarah and I went to high school together. Every day she arrived at school like she was walking a runway...latest style and her hair "drop-dead gorgeous". If she wasn't such a sweetheart, I and many others could have easily hated her. I knew I wanted her to do my hair as well as my mom's and sisters who made up our bridal party.

While waiting for my annual physical at the doctor's office I met Sarah who was there for the same reason. Such a lucky break. I told her about not so far in the future wedding and she said she was a hair stylist who specialized in special occasion events (bridal shows, commercials, and thankfully weddings). When I left Sara house after my trial, I knew I had one less thing to worry about on August 2nd. She is awesome. Recommend her for sure!!!!!!
