Receptions was flexible and was in our budget since me and my fiancé are paying for our wedding

I think if you are not having a big wedding Receptions is a good place to have it along with them working with your schedule being flexible which I love

Beautiful yet affordable

I met with receptions in November of 2018 , the staff was super nice and professional with great customer service. The venue is all inclusive , which is definitely a plus. They give packages that are affordable and realistic.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would be looking for an all inclusive wedding

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful!

I don’t even know where to start with Receptions! They are Amazing! Kayla was amazing! My husband and I are beyond happy with the turnout! It was everything we wanted! They work with you so much! Our guest just loved everything and kept telling us how beautiful everything was! Receptions offers a lot which took a lot of stress off of us! Our staff that worked with us the night of was great. Our guest had so much fun with the bartenders😊

I had my wedding at Receptions at the Fairfield locations about a week ago. It ws fantastic from beginning to end! My venue I originally had ended up closing. When I went to receptions they did everything they could to work with my budget. And when the big day came every went well! My coordinator Diane was amazing!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

First left me say this venue in Fairfeild is beautiful. I have to personally thank two people. First Kayla she was super nice and so professional. She responded very quickly to any and all questions I had. She was a breath of fresh air coming from the disaster we dodged at our previous venue. THANK YOU! Now to Diane. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You are gifted at what you do. I owe you the biggest HUG ever. My family is crazy and you kept all of them in check. I truly believe your are the sole reason our wedding day made it to the end with no problems. You are AWESOME! Thank you again.

My wife and I looked at several venues prior to choosing Receptions in Loveland for our wedding ceremony and reception. Receptions offers competitive pricing for all inclusive packages. They were by far the best value. Similar pricing to a do it yourself Wedding without any of the effort or stress. Receptions did an amazing job on our ceremony and reception. Mercedes was available throughout the wedding planning process and was also present the day of the wedding. We did not have to worry about setting up or moving anything. We delivered some special items for the room (candy for candy bar, place cards etc) prior to the wedding and receptions set all items up along with their decor. Also, if we did not like the way something looked, Receptions moved it and ensured that we were satisfied. My wife and I used the 2 bridal suites for getting ready prior to the ceremony. Both were very nice and well kept. Receptions also provided drinks in a mini fridge for our wedding party. Carrie was our captain on the day of the event. I cannot thank or praise her enough for her hospitality. She checked in with us several times throughout the night to make sure things were going well. She also coordinated our walk down the aisle and qued people when to go which was needed due to it not being a traditional wedding. She made the process easy and stress free. Before and after the ceremony, she offered the wedding party drinks and was very quick to bring them back. She also ensured that wedding party had drinks while at the front table and she and another staff member personally served my wife and I at the buffet and carried our plates back to the table. The food at receptions was amazing and we got several compliments. The cake by Mindy was also included in our package. The cake was not only delicious but it was also beautiful and exceeded my wildest expectations. After the wedding, receptions cleaned up and gathered items that we picked up the next day. I would highly recommend them!

I would recommend that you book early. This venue is great, reasonably priced and very popular. It was an amazing experience.

My husband and I used Receptions in Loveland, OH to host our wedding ceremony and our reception. We loved the idea of having everything in one place and I know our guests did too. We worked with Mercedes. She did an amazing job of helping us with anything we needed. I could always contact her and know that she would respond in a reasonable amount of time. Anything I needed, she assisted with. Our room looked absolutely wonderful. Mercedes helped me to make some decisions on table decor and it worked perfectly. Our guests raved about how beautiful the decorations on the table were. All of which were provided by the facility. The food was wonderful. Everyone loved the food and told us how this was one of the best wedding dinners they've ever had. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day at a better place. We were truly satisfied with how great everything went.

I cannot say enough good things about Receptions-Fairfield! Kayla was the best! She was so helpful and very responsive. It is great how much we got in our package for the value. Also, staff that night of the reception was delightful as well! Thanks to all!!

We had both our wedding & reception at Fairfield Receptions. They did an amazing job! Kayla was our rep & we could not have asked for better service. She went above & beyond to accommodate our needs. She was extremely friendly & professional. Anything we asked she was there & willing to help. She helped make our day just as we envisioned. The staff at Fairfield Receptions is great & I highly recommend them. They helped eliminate so much stress & that was much appreciated.

We used Receptions for our June wedding and it was absolutely perfect. When I started my wedding planning I wanted a more outdoor, country themed reception however I got frustrated by the offerings in the area and the amount of work I would have to put in the day of the wedding. I loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about the reception at all during the day and Receptions took care of everything (they even set up the candy buffet!).Everyone at our event had rave reviews and commented as to how nice it all was. Working with Becky to set everything up was great as well as she was able to listen to me and make suggestions to make my wedding perfect.

I do wish that our coordinator the night of would have been at my final meeting so that she fully understood how I wanted things to run. There were a few issues with timings (dinner was not ready when we arrived) and I think it was due to the fact that I was not able to tell her how I wanted it to go beforehand. Besides that everything was amazing and I would definitely book Receptions again.

Receptions Inc. in Fairfield was awesome, their food was MUCH better than our tasting, everyone raved about how good it was (we did the Winter Wonderland package). We were really skeptical about the outside of the venue, it looks like it's a strip mall and was off-putting, but the inside is beautiful and we loved that everything was included (cake, lighting, wedding coordinator). They set up your favors, escort cards, and center pieces and were great about handling all of the details which made things really easy and stress-free.

Receptions what so great to work with! They were affordable, and worked so well with us. It's so nice that they include everything there including the food and drink, and offer cakes as well (which we did not do). As our wedding day drew near, I had many questions that I would continue to think of to make sure everything was perfect. I sent a lot of emails to our contact, and most of the time I received a response the same day, and it was always a great and helpful answer. A+ for these people!

We had our reception in the Buckeye / Butler Rooms at Fairfield Receptions on 12/12/14. Our captain Diane was great! She kept the room flowing. She met us when we got there, talked with our DJ, and everything ran smoothly. She took care of my husband and I with some cheese, fruit and crackers for back at the hotel that night. Everything was just the way I envisioned it!!

I cannot recommend Receptions (we used the Fairfield location) highly enough. We chose them because of their reasonable prices (best I could find for all they provided), amount of services and amenities offered, great venue and awesome customer service, and we could not have been happier. The first time we sat down to talk with a representative, it was a much more relaxed atmosphere than any other place we had looked, which we liked. They were able to accommodate easily every question or concern we had, and they always got back to us quickly. The food was great and we got lots of compliments from guests on it. My favorite thing about it, though, was how easy and stress-free the staff at receptions made our wedding reception for us. I am told that weddings can be very stressful occasions, especially for the bride, but luckily I never experienced that. We did not have to worry about anything! All we did was show up for a tasting and a meeting prior to our wedding date, and then showed up for our actual reception and everything was perfect and ran so smoothly. We are so grateful to Receptions for making our wedding a night that my husband and I, as well as our guests, got to enjoy to the fullest and will remember forever!

I had an overall wonderful experience with Receptions - Fairfield, OH location. They were very easy to work with during the planning process. They were always quick to respond to emails, calls, and all questions. Everyone there is very professional and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the taste testing evening and that helped with our meal selections. I also really like how you meet with them a week or two in advance and you discuss all the details of your Reception- you choose your center pieces, linen color, uplighting colors, food selection and discuss all of your vendors. My sister had her reception here in 2010 and everything was great. That is why I also chose to have mine there too! They were very accommodating and available throughout the entire process for help. Our "leader" for the night, Diane was amazing !! She helped the night run so smoothly and was so friendly to everyone!! Receptions is awesome because they pretty much do everything for you which makes life a lot easier for you especially since so much other planning and time is involved even outside of the Reception realm. They set everything up exactly how you want and take everything down. They will also had things for you as long as you provide the extras and explain where you want them to be. Example, I did extra icicle lights under the bridal party and cake tables and we did extra candles (fake tea lights) on every table, added pictures to our cake table and also had a picture slideshow. They did all of these extras for us ! We just had to drop them off in advance in well marked containers with descriptions of where exactly they go. Several guests had very positive comments about our reception ! :) I would definitely recommend them and feel that they are a good value for what you get. Also, the food is delicious !

We really enjoyed having our wedding here. The food was great, the staff was extremely helpful, and the absolute best part was that we didn't have to tear down or set up anything. We dropped our decorations off the night before and it was all done for us- and they even helped us clean up afterwards! I would definitely recommend Receptions for anyone who is looking for a venue.

This place was BEAUTIFUL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Joyce and Renee were great to work with! I called and emailed Joyce multiple times to change things with my reception and to ask questions. She was very quick to reply and was so easy to work with. My guests said that when they walked into Receptions West it was like walking into a Fairy Tale. IT WAS PERFECT! Joyce set up everything that I wanted, exactly how I wanted it. This saved me so much time on my wedding day... I didn't have to worry about setting up or tearing down because she did it all!!! Receptions West has it's own private balcony where my guests could go out and smoke cigars and to just step out and get some fresh air... The place was gorgeous and the employees were all so nice and helpful. They made me feel like a princess the minute I got there... It was also very nicely priced compared to other venues which included many more things (example: center pieces were provided at no extra cost, some places want to charge you for using their centerpieces). Also, silverware was included, that sounds funny, but some other venues actually wanted to charge you extra if you used their silverware and china!!! I could say sooo many good things about Receptions West but it would take wayyy to long to read... But my family and I were VERY SATISFIED...

Could not have asked for a better reception venue. They worked with us to make sure every single detail was perfect, from chair bows to menu items. I live a hour away, and jef met me halfway to choose menu items and other specifics. The packages are tailored to fit exactly what you want and there are absolutely no hidden charges, like at other reception venues. Just one flat price, which I found to be within our very tight budget. They were all great, and I highly recommend receptions

We used this local venu for out reception. They were great. The room looked beautiful, they set up all out decorations for us and took them down so we could pick them up the next week so we did not have to stay late to clean up. The food was amazing and they even did seperate plates for the small children with chicken strips and mac and cheese so they would have something to eat that was more to their liking for not additional fee. The staff was so nice and made sure everything was taken care of. We had someone that required a special meal for health reasons and they even fixed them a special meal no questions asked. This place is amazing.

I would highly recommend them. We used receptions in Fairfield, OH. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They thought of everything that needed to be covered for us. The food was delicious. The dance floor was big. The center pieces were provided and beautiful. They were so organized that we didn't even have to worry about how to enter or when to eat, they directed everything.

They were fantastic.

Absolutely amazing place to have a wedding reception. They were professional, flexible and very fair in price. This place takes care of everything and we didn't have one concern the entire time. Jan was constantly checking on us to ensure the reception was going perfectly. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend anyone looking for a venue for a wedding reception. Worth every penny!!!!

Blown away by how perfect my reception was here!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Receptions is THE best value you can find and you get above and beyond what you pay for!! Thanks to them and their wonderful costumer service, our night was perfect and everything we could have hoped for!!

Receptions was great. I am still hearing how fantastic the food was and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. This includes find the closest thing they had to a wheelchair (a foodservice cart) to get the MOB to the car after she twisted her knee on the dance floor!

At first I didn't want to even look at Receptions because it reminded me of high school dances and ceremonies...but my husband made me and I'm so glad we did! They have completed re-vamped since high school days and the layout was the BEST we found in the city for our wedding of 200 - better than any of the big name places in NKY! And of course, the value was incredible. My husband and I had to pay our own way so a $15K minimum was out of the question - and honestly absurb anyway. The food was great and the staff was amazing to work with. They did everything we asked for and more. I would definitely suggest Receptions Fairfield to any Bride looking for a great value and a stress-free wedding!

I had my reception at the Receptions in Fairfield, OH. Receptions was wonderful. I would recommend the place to everyone. The night of my receptions I did not have to worry about one thing. The staff was wonderful and made our whole family and every quest feel so very comfortable. Receptions accommodated to all of our needs and went above and beyond. Reception is a hassle free place that made everyones evening fun and stress free!

Renee and Dave were awesome to work with!! I had both my ceremony and reception and couldn't have asked for a more elegant atmosphere. Diane, our wonderful Captain brought me refreshments while we took photos before the wedding and helped me relax! They worked with us to have time to set up the centerpieces and the tables. They took care of everything and we still get rave reviews for our food!! Maybe I can talk them into sharing the recipe for the Pasta Pomodoro!!

Receptions North did an amazing job with our Reception. I did not have to worry about a thing involving the Reception. We dropped off our favors/decor a few days before with directions, and everything was perfect when we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and catered to us through out the night, even when the reception was over. I don't have enough words to describe how perfect our wedding reception was:) I would highly recommend using them for your wedding reception or any other event.

They took care of every single detail with no worries. The food was great and we had several different opportunities to taste test before the big day. They were very good with getting back to us and to help us choose the perfect things.
Would highly recommend! The cost was alittle high but included every thing we wanted/needed so it was worth it not to have to worry about 1 single thing except showing up. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very professional.

A+ This place is great and the most you can get for your money. Included in our price we got the hall, tables, chairs, linens, ice sculpture, chocolate fountain, fruit and cheese spread, food, unlimited beer and alcohol, and great service. I'm sure I'm missing a couple things to. They are so great and kind. First of all I started out with the smallest room they had because thats all that was left but then they got a cancellation and we got a bigger room the the same price! On the day of our wedding our photos took a little longer than expected so they let us have the hall for that much longer. I would definatly refer people here!

Receptions is amazing at what they do! They are so nice and know everything about a wedding reception and know exactly what to do. Planning with them was so simple and they took care of everything at the Reception!! We didn't worry about one thing that night.

I was thrilled that we made the choice to use Receptions North. The staff was awesome, they responded to my 500 emails quickly, they allowed me to make all sorts of special requests with no problems or hesitation. I made all my centerpieces for the table even though they provided one but instead of having to go by 30 eifel tower vases for my arrangement they allowed me to use the ones that they had at the location as well as all of there tealight candles so that I did not have to purchase my own. I needed 8 extra tealights for the cake table and they provided those for me as well. THe night of the wedding everything ran smoothly, the food was excellent and the service was fabulous. I highly reccomend this establishment for a wedding reception.

This is a very good group to work with they have vendors that they suggest to you, they have a beautiful place for your reception. They were always there to answer all of my questions, and the most imp. part the food is AWESOME i had no problems with any of it and we never ran out!! They also offer extra things to make it your special night like i had a ice carving and they made it look like a glass slipper that meant so much to me. The night of the reception the GM came out and spoke with me to make sure everything was ok!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!

Receptions North made my wedding planning go so much smoother. From arranging the setting of my hall to sampling the actual food that would be served to all of the little things I didn't think of they did for me. They even set up a little hall for my bridesmaids and groomsmen to eat a bite as well as giving me a room to spruce up before announcing me at the reception. you simply cannot find a better staff, more accomodating hall, and price anywhere in Cincinnati!!

Receptions was AMAZING! I dropped off my table favors on Thursday and got to see the Reception Hall completely decorated on Friday morning (my wedding was Friday night). It was absolutely beautiful. I didn't have to do a thing. We didn't have to set up or worry about cleaning up. I walked in for my reception, had the time of my life and then left without having to worry about a thing.

I recommend Friday night weddings. It saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! The staff there is amazing and so willing to work with you to create the event of your dreams.

Maria Rosiello, Event Coordinator, was outstanding and professional. She answered all of our questions and had great suggestions on how to improve our Ceremony/reception. Many of our guests commented on how classy our wedding was. We were disappointed that we couldn't have our rehearsal the day before our wedding only to find out that the room was set up for us three days prior when we brought our party favors and other decorations to them.

We had a wonderful wedding at Receptions! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to help with whatever they could and they made sure that our special day was as perfect as it could be. The only draw back were the bartenders who didn't seem to want to serve the alcohol that we paid extra for. Other than that we're thrilled and have used and will continue to use Receptions for future events. Thanks a million!

Receptions made eevrything about the reception on my big day go so smoothly. I had nothing to worry about. I took my decorations to them, and in addition to their own that I picked out, they set everything up, and even tore everything down after the reception. They cut my cake, boxed up the left overs and the food was absolutely to die for! The service was excellent, the staff even carried my plate for me as we went throught he buffet line so I wouldn't get any food on my dress. I would highly recomend this venue to anybody who wants a stress free day!

The main thing that everyone tells us as we discuss our reception is how great the food was! We had a tasting there which actually led us to move the date of our wedding; we liked the food enough that we moved our date.

Everything was very pretty and everything was taken care of for us. Mary, our banquet captain, was so accommodating.

Receptions Fairfield is a great choice for every couple.

This is where we held out reception.It is a charming venue and was nice and spacious enough to accommodate all of our guests.Our planner was very attentive and took care of everything for us,all we had to do was pick what we wanted.I was really impressed with their service throughout the night.This was definitely the right place to hold our reception the view is spectacular and the service is fantastic.

We loved working with Receptions! They were extremely attentive to us on the day of our wedding and the head of the serving staff at our reception always made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. We had our centerpieces included in our rate. Since we did our wedding on a Sunday, our prices were lower than Friday or Saturday. We had a chocolate fountain, ice sculpture, and chair covers included in our package. Our open bar price was phenomenal because they were running a special. I would definitely suggest looking for their specials. They seem to always have one on something and then compare them as they change and see if you can talk them down on things. We loved our reception. They only part that I was not happy about was our room layout. We were asked by Receptions to provide them with a blueprint of how we wanted the room to be set up. I gave that to them but it was not followed completely and our parent tables ended up in the wrong location. That was the only problem that came up that night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very affordable for everything you got with the venue and they don't nickel and dime you like some of the other venues I considered. We had a wonderful Reception there and would use them again for future events. The food was excellent and they provide everything you need in their price- center pieces, chair sashes, lighting, etc. The venue itself is very nice on the inside as well.

I had my ceremony and reception both at the Receptions in Fairfield. I am very happy that we booked them. The quality of food was fantastic. The package we got was the winter wonderful and the price per person included the buffet, open bar, chocolate fountain, a gorgeous wedding cake, set up/tear down and the use of their linens, silverware and centerpieces. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous.
You really can't beat the price they were offering and the quality they deliver is very high. I did have some problems with responsiveness as far as emails but they could have been busy with several brides all at once and they did eventually get back to me. Calling them was more effective than email. There was a snafu with my rehearsal but they smoothed that over and made up for it in a very professional manner.The bartenders, servers, staff and room captain had nothing but kind words to say to us as they passed each of us and they were efficient and clean. The room captain, Diane, even packed us up some cheese, fruit and several slices of cake for us to take back to our hotel room after the event. This is the only reason we got any cake (besides the little bit we fed each other).
