Best decision I made as a bride!
Where do I even start? Rebecca and her team exceeded my expectations and truly made my wedding day a dream come true. During COVID times, we had everything working against us at one point but Rebecca and her team all showed up with smiles on their faces happy to help with whatever was needed. They paid close attention to detail and nothing was left out or forgotten. The girls at one point even got the party started doing the cha-cha slide on the dance floor (one of my favorite memories of the day). Rebecca also made my rose gold acrylic wedding invites which came out stunning! I had a vision that I was not sure would be able to be met but, once again, she exceeded my expectations. Hiring Rebecca and her team was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. I would highly recommend her to any bride. -

The Best Planner.
I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Rebecca and her amazing team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to bring our vision to life—and somehow made it even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined.
Every detail was handled with such care, precision, and creativity. Throughout the entire process, I felt completely supported and at ease knowing we were in the best hands. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which allowed me to fully be present and soak in every moment.
Their professionalism, organization, and genuine passion for what they do truly set them apart. Not only did they execute everything flawlessly, but they also made the entire experience joyful and stress-free.

FIVE STAR review for the amazing Rebecca Calagne! There are not enough affirming adjectives to describe Rebecca in her wedding planner role. From beginning to end, she was timely, professional, communicative, experienced, creative, resourceful, connected, PATIENT, generous & overall... EXCELLENT!
When we were in the process of choosing a wedding planner, we spent a lot of time getting recommendations from friends and interviewing and pricing out various planners. We obviously wanted to choose a planner that had great executive and execution skills, but we also wanted someone that was creative and was a personality fit. We had some strong opinions and ideas, but also needed a lot of guidance and Rebecca managed all it all beautifully and with grace- we can't recommend her highly enough!
Wed like to highlight Rebecca's skills:
Communication- Rebecca is an excellent communicator and provided us with clear goals and weekly action items to complete throughout the year long engagement timeframe. She held us accountable to do our part, which made for a seamless process. She was extremely thoughtful of our temperament and tastes as a client and responds accordingly!
Creativity and guidance: we were starting with a blank slate and Rebecca helped us hone into our vision (because we were all over the place) and make it a reality, all while managing a budget. She created detailed vision boards for each design element that we considered and was incredibly helpful in guiding our various ideas. She was very personal and patient and pointed us in the right direction with finding vendors that would match our tastes. She provided great reassurance with all of our decisions, and if we had a question or need, she answered immediately.
Vendor relationships and Recommendations - Rebecca was super helpful with providing her vendor options that she already had working relationships with but was very open to our vendor contacts and comparing prices. Every vendor who has worked with Rebecca also has the utmost respect for her execution skills but also for her humble and thoughtful demeanor and professionalism. EVERY vendor loves working with her.
Timeline creation and execution- Rebecca created and incredibly detailed timeline document that covered every minute of the rehearsal and wedding. She communicated and executed the timeline seamlessly which made for a smooth and stress-free experience. She has a calming and in control presence and is responsive to every request and every need.
Rebecca goes above and beyond and has become a true respected friend in the process. She has a HUGE heart and is a strong leader. She wasn't just our wedding planner, she became family! We love her! We had the best wedding EVER!

Rebecca Calagna Events and Brianna are absolutely invaluable!
Hiring Rebecca Calagna Events was the best decision we made for my daughter’s wedding, and we were so lucky to have Brianna as our coordinator! From start to finish, Brianna and her team were incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful. As the mother of the bride, I was able to enjoy the entire day without a single concern or worry - a true gift.
There was rain in the forecast for the outdoor ceremony, and I started to get nervous. When I reached out to Brianna, she had already contacted the vendors, arranged a Plan B, and reassured me that everything was under control. Thanks to her preparation, I knew we didn’t need to worry. In the end, the day was overcast with a little wind, which made for gorgeous pictures, and the sun even came out for the ceremony - it was perfect!
There was a moment in the bridal suite when champagne spilled down a bridesmaid’s dress. The team had it cleaned up immediately, leaving no stain, and the bride never even knew it happened. Their calm, proactive approach ensured that every potential hiccup was handled flawlessly.
When the wedding was over, Brianna and her team had everything packed up and ready to go. We literally just got in the car and left for the after-party without lifting a finger- it was incredible!
Even though the venue had its own coordinator, Brianna and her team went above and beyond. They worked seamlessly with the vendors, kept us on schedule, and handled every detail with perfection. This was hands down, the best money we spent during the entire planning process.
I cannot recommend Rebeca Calagna Events, and especially Brianna, enough! If you want peace of mind and a stress-free, beautifully executed wedding day, they are absolutely invaluable. -

Best wedding planner of your life
This review is long overdue. Rebecca is an angel from heaven, I am sure of it. As a former Bridezilla (in recovery now), Rebecca handled all my crazy requests, "urgent" text messages, daily questions with such grace, kindness and professionalism. I pestered her for a whole year leading up to the wedding and she always had an answer to my never-ending questions. However, the best part about Rebecca was how she made us feel on our wedding weekend. We had a logistical nightmare of a wedding with events in different cities, themes, etc. It was also 105 degrees in Palm Springs that day. However, Rebecca never complained. She helped execute everything to our dreams and she just has such a calm energy about her that you can't help but calm down as well. I seriously cannot thank her enough. We are already thinking about the next big event Rebecca can help us plan just so we can spend time with her again! She is truly a gem, you NEED to book her as your wedding planner. She is incredible!!! -

The best wedding planner and events team ever!!!
Honestly, Rebecca is a literal angel and her team is just as incredible. Throughout the wedding planning process I found myself grateful everyday to have Rebecca and RC Events in my corner. Rebecca worked diligently to make my visions come to life. Whenever I was stuck on a wedding related decision Rebecca knew how to read my mind and provide the perfect solution. You can really tell Rebecca cares about her clients, she felt like an extension of my family throughout the planning process. My only advice to any bride to be is “Hire Rebecca!”. My husband and I were able to be present the day of our wedding and that is all thanks to RC Events they were able to handle every last detail. We are so grateful to Rebecca and her team.-

Rebecca Is Your Wedding Day Lifeline
We got engaged in November of 2022 and wanted to have a full-on wedding. We found ourselves struggling early on because we both work full time and didn’t have as much support in the planning. We had no idea what we were doing!
Rebecca came recommended through a coworker who had worked with her before and had great things to say. We met with her and decided to go with full planning package, which included both the preplanning and day-of coordination.
Throughout the planning, she accommodated our work schedules and met with us in the evenings to make progress. She was organized and detail oriented, which helped ease a great deal of our stress going into this process. She helped us on prioritization in the vendor selection. She has connections to amazing, vetted vendors, some of which we ended up choosing for our wedding day. She also worked closely with the vendors we selected that were outside of her initial recommendations.
Day-of, she had a full team with her, helping guide not only the members of the wedding party, but also the guests and vendors. They were really on top of everything and worked cohesively. They were quick to address any potential issues and made sure the day went by smoothly. As bride and groom, we were truly able to be immersed in and enjoy our special day thanks to Rebecca and her team. Our guests were impressed by how coordinated our wedding was and we received a lot of compliments on how enjoyable the whole experience was for them.
Rebecca is kind, professional, and experienced. Don’t wait any longer and just reach out to Rebecca! It’s the best planning decision you’ll make. She is truly passionate about wedding planning and making your wedding day truly special! -

The BEST wedding coordinator
I cannot recommend Rebecca and her team enough. As someone who works in the event industry, I knew I wanted a coordinator to handle the finishing touches and day of details so that I could relax (a bit) and enjoy the day. After an intro call I knew that Rebecca was going to be perfect and I was 100% right. Our wedding wasn't huge and Rebecca came with a small army of professionals. Her team kept us on the timeline and the day was flawless. They setup the reception, took photos for us so we'd have a few right away, worked with all our vendors, and even helped one of our guests setup a special surprise performance with the DJ which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day. Rebecca's experience, knowledge, and kindness make her the best in the business. -

Amazing Service !
I never knew how important it is to have a wedding coordinator. The experience we had with Rebecca and her team was amazing !! I have high standards and expectations and these ladies surpassed those. I felt like royalty !! They made our special day, stress-free and unforgettable, myself and my wedding party didn't lift a finger. The day of our wedding when we ran into any type issue or problem Rebecca was there to put our minds at ease and handle the situation like a pro. Even the next day when we couldn't find certain belongings , she was just a text away, responded immediately and she new exactly where all of our belongings were. The RCE Magic
We hired Rebecca and her team for 60-day partial planning and day-of coordination. I knew I wanted someone to help with all the details and make sure the day ran smoothly-- and so I could just relax and enjoy the day. Tough for me, as a type A person.
But now I can say with confidence hiring Rebecca and her team was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Here's why.
1. Kindness: Rebecca and every one of her assistants were just incredible. She brought in 3 assistants because our wedding had a lot of moving parts and they were all so wonderful. It felt like we had an army of friends around us. And, I especially noticed how kind and collaborative they were with all our vendors. To me, that is a sign of utmost class and not something you always see. It was important to me, and I didn't even know that it would be.
2. Organization: We brought on Rebecca only for the last 60 days. She had shared a recommended vendor list before that, and also was available for a few questions/gut checks even before she officially started, which to me was a sign she really cared. I had already hired almost all my vendors at the 2-month mark, but Rebecca brought it all together. She became the point of contact for everyone, and when we had a few vendor mishaps she was there to help us sort through it all. At this point I felt a little chaotic. So many details, so many vendors, so little time. But, with Rebecca on my team I never doubted it would all work out. I just started adding her to every email exchange because it made me feel better to have her totally in the loop. She came to my final walk through at the venue and it was just so comforting and helpful to have her there. Her timeline packet is legendary.
3. Unexpected turns: Without fail, every wedding has a few bumps. Ours was no different. For example, my dad was supposed to drive a golf cart and instead just left and I turn around and Melissa is doing it, without skipping a beat! And unfortunately we had a medical emergency with a family member during dinner and the whole RCE team was totally all over it and after everything was okay were able to quickly pivot and get the wedding and timeline back on track. And again, with so much warmth and kindness during a very stressful moment. I am so grateful to them.
4. Little extras: Bree took my phone during getting ready and took a bunch of photos so that I had them the next day. Without me even asking! Melissa literally was on the ground to help me with my shoes when we were going to take couple portraits at the beach. Melissa also took a bunch of polaroids during the reception just to add to the candids. They packed up everything at the venue at the end if the night, put it in a box and put it at our house. I woke up the next morning wondering "where is my ceremony dress... my veil... my shoes... the champagne glasses... where are all the cards... where is EVERYTHING." Dear reader, everything was perfectly packed up in two boxes and in my husbands childhood bedroom. How? I will never know. And that is the RCE magic.
I cannot recommend RCE to you enough. If you're reading this they're already on your radar and you should just hire them. -

Best Day-Of Team!
Rebecca and Julianne were such superstars for my wedding planning needs! It was super helpful that they had done several weddings and events at our reception location, but that they were also willing to jump in and be available at our rehearsal dinner and ceremony location. They were only our "day of" coordinators but I feel that I would have been lost without them leading up to the big day. They were constantly there for me through emails and texts and were there to calm any of my nerves. They were so organized with the design of everything and when it came to the day of I did not notice anything missing from our notes. They created the most detailed itinerary that we could share with everyone involved so that everyone knew the timeline. I felt that even during the reception Julianne was so on top of getting me to every next scheduled event and even being so kind to help me change dresses quickly. I could go on and on about how insanely helpful and professional this team was! I would recommend them for any event you would like to plan, it truly provided peace of mind for me and my husband.-

Amazing job and most essential part of our wedding planning
The venue we chose had some communication issues and was not instilling any confidence. They recommended a coordinator and so we chose Rebecca as she was a direct affiliate. Honestly, that may have been THE best decision we made. Rebecca is great at communicating and even as a day-of coordinator, started helping us get our bearings straight months before the wedding. Her resources were super helpful and the sample layout she showed us from previous weddings was just about exactly what we needed.
In the couple weeks before the wedding, it was really hard to just let go of the process and trust her, but she definitely knows how to organize all our different vendors and make sure we’re on track. Still, this was all just emails and meetings and we were still worried about the actual day and barely got any sleep.
We should’ve just slept well and trusted her. We had to pivot last minute to an indoor wedding due to rain, but she and her team did an extraordinary job making sure everything looked amazing, set up correctly, and that we were exactly where we needed to be. Their attention to detail and experience is obvious and everything went as smoothly as it could’ve been even with all the adjustments due to weather. She made sure we were fed and hydrated and stayed the entire time. We had multiple guests tell us that it was probably the one of the most organized and well-prepared weddings they’ve been to.
We’ve talked to a couple of the vendors after the wedding and they remarked at how cooperative and friendly she was rather than demanding as apparently some other coordinators could be. I’m not surprised either, she’s such a nice person on email and in-person and we couldn’t be happier with how she made everything come together. 10/10, thank you!

Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Rebecca!
Our wedding day was perfect, in large part thanks to Rebecca and her team. We hired Rebecca for month-of coordination, so the first time we got to meet her in-person was at our final venue walkthrough. I was starting to feel very stressed about all the last minute details, but Rebecca asked all the right questions and was super professional, while also being so sweet and friendly that I immediately felt at ease.
On the day of, Rebecca brought two assistants. I felt like they were at my beck and call all day as if they were my own personal assistants, which was a service I didn’t expect at all. They were constantly checking in with me, getting things for me, offering me water, and at one point even offered to go get me a snack before the ceremony. I’ve been a bridesmaid in a handful of other weddings and I’ve never been as impressed with a coordinator as I was with Rebecca. My parents also commented on how lovely Rebecca and her team were.
At some point after the wedding when we were on our honeymoon, I realized that I had forgotten to pack up our custom name cards that I had made for our place settings, but when I unpacked all of our wedding stuff, I found that Rebecca (or someone on her team) had packed it for us!
Rebecca and her team are seriously the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca to all of our friends. Thank you again, Rebecca and team! -

Rebecca’s team is a MUST HAVE for your big day
A few months before my wedding I had to change locations from Mexico to LA due to safety reasons and was super stressed I had to start from scratch. I brought on Rebecca and her team as a “day of” planner and let me tell you, I wouldn’t have survived without them. Not only did she help me navigate what I needed to do in terms of planning before the big day, but did such a beautiful job setting up and decorating the wedding. I had DIY’d everything so we didn’t have the typical vendors who would set up and break things down. Her team did it ALL and so beautifully. If I could give Rebecca and her team more than 5 stars I would!!-

The best wedding coordinator!!
We booked Rebecca as our day of coordinator and we are so happy we did!! She reached out to us about 2 months before our wedding day to start coordinating the details. She came with us for our venue walk through, final details meeting, jumped on multiple Zoom calls with different vendors, and created an extremely detailed timeline of events for our wedding day (even our videographer said they were so impressed because they had never received such a detailed timeline before). Rebecca was quick to respond to my emails and texts the weeks leading up to the wedding and made me feel so much less stressed because she was on top of it.
On the day of the wedding, Rebecca and her team were incredible. Not only were all the details in place, but she went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband could truly enjoy our wedding day. She brought us glasses of champagne immediately after the ceremony, she had water and appetizers ready for us after photos, she packed our dinner up for us to take home (we didn’t have time to eat), and she handled any issues that came up without missing a beat. At the end of the night, she had everything cleaned up and packed into our cars before I had even finished saying bye to all of our guests. I was completely blown away by their efficiency and our families were also impressed.
Rebecca is TRULY AMAZING!! She is friendly, organized, professional, and detail oriented. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and truly cares for her brides. Words can’t express how thankful we are for. She is a huge part of why our wedding went so smoothly. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Rebecca made everything so much better. If you’re looking for a coordinator, I highly recommend booking her! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we have zero regrets!! -

Made Our Day a Breeze!
Our venue package included a day-of ceremony coordinator; that’s how we ended up working with Rebecca and Zee. And they were outstanding! Zee helped my wedding party to know when and where to go for the ceremony, during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding; it would’ve been chaos without her! She also reached out to our other vendors like our DJ to make sure everyone was on the same page for the ceremony. Everything went flawlessly, and I can only imagine how helpful the two of them would be with a full-service planning and coordinating! Rebecca’s team made our Wedding Day so relaxing and fun! Her assistants, Megan and Melissa, were so helpful and sweet, absolutely the best. We enjoyed their company so much, they always kept the mood light, we were laughing and smiling with them the whole time.
We are so thankful for Rebecca jumping in and helping us to get all the final details of our wedding situated about a month before the event. She didn’t miss a beat. We immediately felt relieved knowing we were in good hands with her kind help and attention to all of the details! We feel so fortunate that we found Rebecca and that she was still available!

Made all our wedding dreams come true!
If you're deciding whether you should hire a planner/coordinator, do it, and then hire Rebecca. I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca to help plan, design, and coordinate my March wedding in Laguna Beach and she was critical to its success. She ensured the planning and day went smoothly, was extremely effective in dealing with some other difficult vendors, and was very responsive throughout the planning process. She has a calming presence and strength that's so important during the chaos of wedding planning.
I have very limited design skills, and Rebecca helped translate my vague vision into the most beautiful wedding ceremony and reception space that I've seen. It was stunning. She did all of the little details (signs, programs, menus, place cards, etc.) that brought it all together so perfectly. Rebecca also helped us save money with her design skills and tips. She researched the traditions for our Persian-American ceremony and along with the florist, created a sofreh aghd that was more beautiful, modern, and "us" than the inspiration photos I sent.
All of our friends and family were able to enjoy the day as much as us because Rebecca's team took care of absolutely everything. Rebecca and her team are simply the best and the #1 reason our wedding was a success! I'm so grateful for Rebecca and her team and highly recommend them for your event. Thank you, Rebecca!! -

The women working at rc events were amazing! They absolutely threw it out of the park and made my day so stress free! From spending 30 minutes on bustling my dress, on their knees! I do not have enough words to express how spectacular Rebecca and her team is! They came in weeks before the wedding and made everything so smooth and worry free. The day of the wedding was a breeze! The people we hired to do our cake made a mistake and only put three layers when we ordered four. When I mentioned it to one of Rebecca’s assistants, she informed that Rebecca had noticed the error and had already placed a call and took care of it. Rebecca was on top of it! Rebecca went above and beyond our expectations. We met her and her team at a vendor fair and felt absolutely at ease chatting with them. We decided make room in our budget for a coordinator, and it was totally worth it. Rebecca is organized and attentive. Planning with her struck a good balance of her being excited for the unique elements we wanted to incorporate and asking us about details we had never even considered. For us brides, we only plan a wedding once, but Rebecca has done this over and over, and her experience shows in her attention to detail. She is responsive and proactive. When our venue cancelled a month out, Rebecca was able to find a venue that was even better than our original in the same area and price range. WOW! Rebecca Calagna and her team are all that and more! When planning our daughter's wedding our biggest expectation in regards to hiring a coordinator was that on the day of the wedding the coordinator would handle absolutely everything and we would not be asked any questions regarding planning, venue, seating charts, etc. It was our desire to take in every moment and not forget a single detail of that day. Well, I can tell you that not one question was asked of us, we took in every moment, our daughter's smile is forever imprinted on our hearts and we enjoyed every part of the wedding! We 100% attribute that to Rebecca and her team. Rebecca's attention to detail during the planning phase and the day of are executed with precision. Punctuality is the team's middle name. Package purchased: The Big Day (aka last month planning and day of coordination)
We chose Rebecca and her team to be our day of coordinator and it was a great choice! As part of The Big Day package, the team provided day of services plus support in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. This included checking in on the status of vendors, helping to set timelines, working with the venue and final prep meetings and among other things. Rebecca really helped us in those final couple weeks to lock things down, make some decisions and coordinate with the vendor and other vendors.
And then, on the day of the wedding, they took care of it all! Rebecca and team really helped make the day less stressful and allowed for us to really enjoy getting ready, getting married and celebrating afterwards. Things went smoothly and everything was set out beautifully and we had a great day!
Some key things to highlight:
Professional, but friendly - From Day 1, Rebecca was very professional in our calls, emails and in-person meetings. But you just know when you talk to someone and meet someone like Rebecca that they're friendly, they care about you and that she's going to take care of you
Detailed wedding packet - The wedding packet is a big help to get you organized and to let all of your vendors know when and where to be. Rebecca did a great job getting this packet together, keeping us on task to complete it and then coordinating with all the vendors so everything goes smoothly
Hands-off day of - This is the main reason we hired Rebecca and team and they delivered! They handled the day of details, they put things where they needed to be and everyone got to all the steps along the way at the right time. Can't say enough how little we had to do and how according to plan everything went!
Emergency solver - Something always comes up. That's just weddings for you. Rebecca and her team were very prepared and helped resolve an emergency with the bride's dress and the flower girl's crown. Two things that could've taken away from the original plans were quickly resolved by her and the team!
We had a great wedding day and we know that the work Rebecca and her team did on that day as well as the weeks leading up really helped! -

Simply Amazing!
This is my best part of the story, because I have had the pleasure meeting Mrs. Rebecca Calagna as my Certified Wedding & Event Coordinator. I have had the pleasure of being a student of Rebecca’s for the last 5 weeks through my Certified Wedding and Event Planning Course through Lovegevity . She has been well established in the Wedding and Event Planning business for several years and as a result, she has a wealth of knowledge to offer her students and interns in and outside of the classroom. I have learned so much from her and have thoroughly enjoyed this time being able to get hands on experience assisting her at a few of her beautifully planned events. Omg we loved Rebecca! She was so amazing and so professional! My husband and I thought that we could go through our wedding day without a wedding coordinator. But I had a feeling it was going to be more difficult on the day of. I am so glad Rebecca was on my wedding venue's list of preferred vendors! Rebecca is the very best in this industry. She was caring, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and most importantly to me, she was confident that I would be as stress free as possible on my big day. She always answered my questions, and I had A LOT of questions. I always felt calmer after speaking to her about anything. She always responded in a timely fashion - always. Not sometimes or often, EVERY TIME. I felt very comfortable around her from the moment I met her. Being a little OCD myself, she pulled out this beautiful huge organized planner of hers, and not only that - she gave me an example of the entire day hour by hour on how everything should be planned out. Out of all the expenditures, more than the venue, more than my dress, Rebecca and her team were the most valuable resource I could have been privileged to have. Wedding Written in the Stars
I don’t think I could adequately express the amount of happiness Rebecca and her team brought to my husband and I. I was a difficult bride. Plain and simple. Not bridezilla but the complete opposite. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, anxiety kept me stuck from making any decisions and putting things off to the last minute. The idea I had was almost like an elopement with a few family and friends we selected. My mom had other plans and I honored her request. Rebecca not only delt with my decision anxiety but also with my moms constant input and requests. To pull off the most beautiful romantic wedding that Rebecca had is nothing short of some real elbow grease and a ton of experience. She made my mom happy and she added in all the little things to make me and my hubby the perfect wedding. The invitations she designed and signs she created were beautiful. She was accommodating and understanding of how anxious I was. I also have ADD and that is a nightmare when it comes to timelines and planning. She really was the thread that pulled everything together on our special day. I will recomend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner. Along with all the vendors shes brought together to make my perfect day. -

Rebecca was highly recommended by our wedding venue. After our initial meeting, it was evident why: she is personable, professional, and highly detailed. Additionally, she was very familiar with our venue and vendor team.
We hired Rebecca as a month of coordinator and we were happy with her results. She fit our budget and was willing to travel to Orange County for meetings. Rebecca understood our vision and provided ideas and suggestions to create a great atmosphere for our wedding. She was available by phone and email when needed, created a timeline for the wedding party and also emailed them updates. She also did an amazing job running our rehearsal, setting up the wedding ceremony and reception, and also went above and beyond by purchasing umbrellas for our wedding party (due to rain).
Lastly, Rebecca's team was helpful with keeping our reception on schedule, collecting personal items, and setting up the bridal suite afterward. Her team even followed up with us after our honeymoon to congratulate us again. -

Here are some noteworthy points about our experience working with Rebecca:
- We hired her to be our day-of wedding coordinator (and what a great decision that was!)
- When it came to planning the wedding beforehand, she was a big help for us. She kept every detail organized. When there were documents she had to give us, it was beautifully packaged. Her response rate was pretty prompt, given she was working on other events as well. We never felt that because we only hired her to coordinate the day-of that she neglected to give us quality service. It was the highest quality of service from beginning to end!
- The rehearsal was a breeze. She was prompt and thorough. Everyone loved working with her that day. I had a few things to drop off at the venue before the wedding and she helped with that. She was all ears when it came to what items were for what.
- The day of the wedding, we had no stress whatsoever because of Rebecca and her two associates! They set up everything so beautifully. Everything went so smoothly throughout the day and evening. If something needed to get rearranged or adjusted, she handled it like a champ, often times not even bothering us about it. I fully trusted her and her team to get the job done, and they did!
- This was a beautiful touch: At the end of the evening, Rebecca and her team put everything I brought to the venue back in their exact boxes and bags. They then put all of that neatly in my car. We then leave to go to our hotel room and as soon as we open the door we're greeted with flower petals all on the floor, a couple bottles of champagne with floral decor on them, and my bouquet in a vase alongside a card from her and her team. It was so thoughtful of her to do that! It put a huge smile on our faces :)

To put into words how superb working with Rebecca and her team was, would be impossible. I hired Rebecca for her day of coordination (Expert Coordination) for my September wedding. From the start she was very responsive. Starting about 4 weeks before the wedding she met me at our venue and we went through everything! She created our timeline, etc. She ran the rehearsal which went smooth and was very helpful. The wedding day she brought an assistant and they set up, ran the entire wedding and did major clean up for us. The set up turned out perfect. For the clean up, she and her team packed cars, rolled tables and swept rose petals to make sure it all got taken care of. I would recommend Rebecca for your coordinator!!! Such a big help and so worth it. -

The only bad thing I can say about Rebecca Calagna is that 5 stars is not enough for Rebecca Calagna Wedding & Events Planner. Quickly after getting engaged, we began the tedious and overwhelming process of planning our fall nuptials. My fiancé and I soon realized we were in over our heads and began the search for the perfect wedding planner. After a few weeks of looking we came across the lovely Rebecca Calagna! Immediately we knew she was going to be a partner in our wedding. She would refer to it many times as "our wedding" and she meant it. I instantaneously loved her and she took action. No one truly knows all of what a wedding and event planner does until you see it all come together like magic. We have all witnessed planners at weddings, more often than not they are pushy, intrusive and quite often not that organized or professional. We and our guests thought the complete opposite with Rebecca, our family and friends loved her and her amazing team so much that I think they made it into a few of our wedding photos! I can't say just how eternally grateful for Rebecca we are. Rebecca and her team took care of us & everything. Not only did they effortlessly coordinate two caterers, the DJ, photo booth, photographers, videographer, flowers, ceremony and ballroom set up and break down, transportation, (the list can go on and on) she even made sure we stayed hydrated and fed. Just was imperative to my fiancé and myself, Rebecca made sure we did not pay for services she provided that we didn't need. She always considered not only our vision, but also our financials and she did a fantastic job at keeping us on our budget. She was honest and fair every step of the way. Rebecca took me, a very nervous bride, on a very anxious day and immediately put me at ease as promised, she completely delivered. We could not have had thee most perfect fall inspired wedding without Rebecca. She was beyond accurate "our wedding" was perfection. We love love love Rebecca!!!

Rebecca Calagna Events helped me host a beautiful bridal shower tea party for my daughter. Rebecca listened and understood what ambiance I wished to create. She researched and located the perfect venue. She directed me to an excellent bakery and provided me with a professional and reliable party rental company I was so impressed with her attention to detail from handmade signs on paper to mastering writing on a chalkboard. She amazed me with her ability to artfully and elegantly decorate the venue with supplies and ideas I provided. Even when I didn't have the needed supplies, she made magic happen with decorating ideas. Her services included picking up and delivering floral arrangements and continued through the whole event guiding me, helping prepare and serve food and beverages, then staying to clean up. I cannot express thoroughly the appreciation and good fortune I feel for having contracted Rebecca Calagna. The courteous, kind and professional service I received was far beyond what I expected. Thank you, Rebecca. -

We booked Rebecca two weeks before our wedding, as we desperately needed some last minute help and coordination with our other vendors, and help on the day of. She was absolutely awesome in coordinating all the remaining details, putting together a great minute by minute timeline, and making sure everything rather smoothly the day of. Would highly recommend!! (we had a large wedding with a wedding party of 16 people, and 250 guests) -

Rebecca is absolutely one of the best people I know - she is very knowledgeable, is someone who delivers such quality and attention to every detail. She did a fabulous job on our daughters wedding at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, she has done invitations, flowers and so much more for our bridal showers and baby shower! She is a joy to work with and has everything done when she says she will. I am so pleased to say that she is #1 in our book. We like things very special and Rebecca has a way with making each event, even better than the one before. -

Rebecca has a unique eye for detail that allows all of her event productions to stand out above all others. I have coordinated with her several times on multiple events and she NEVER disappoints! She works very well within any budget and will always find a way to make your vision come to life. The day before my wedding Rebecca was standing right beside me as we completed every last bow, favor and arrangement. Rebecca Calagna Events did a fabulous job coordinating our wedding. From the smallest details to the main event, everything was exactly what we envisioned and flawless. Our invitations were Beautiful, Classy and Unique all wrapped up in one. That being said, those are exact words we would use to describe Rebecca Calagna Events. Rebecca designed my invitations, programs, menu cards and place cards. The products she uses are all great quality! She is incredibly responsive and listened to exactly what I wanted. My invitations came out so beautiful and I have received so many compliments from my guests. -

Rebecca was truly amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect invitation. I was referred to her by a friend who also used her to do her invitations and was thoroughly impressed with her work. She had great ideas and designed a customized monogram that i used for thank you cards. She provided a mock invitation to make sure i loved the design which i loved because i am not really good at visualizing how everything will come together. I had a few adjustments with the color of the writing and wanted to see it altogether again and she had no problem making another mock for me. When I got my invitations I fell in love. They were perfect and everything i invisioned. She was so easy to work with and i would highly recommend her to anyone looking for customized wedding invitations. -

Wonderful Staff
I'm Val Peterson, singer and MC front person for the band BIG LUCKY. I want to drop a few quick words of thanks and praise for Brianna at RCE. We worked with her this past weekend and I was impressed at how accessible she was to us on the bandstand, an elevated stage quite a distance from all her other duties. We had to communicate directly several times to accommodate some shifting details and she was always right there. Very professional, it made our job of entertaining easier. The entire wedding was a resounding success. Thanks again Brianna! -

March Wedding Experience
We chose this team for our day-of coordination package, which included a couple of months of support leading up to the wedding. Overall, there were some positive aspects, but also areas where we wish there had been more proactive communication and guidance.
As first-time brides, we were hoping for a bit more structure early on. Our initial call didn’t happen until about a month before the wedding, and while we shared detailed information (and updated things along the way), it sometimes felt like we were still responsible for following up with vendors directly on timing and logistics rather than the coordination team leading those conversations.
During the rehearsal, we would have appreciated more direction on ceremony flow and small but important details—such as where everyone should stand, when guests should be prompted to stand, coordinating music timing with the DJ, and guiding the wedding party (for example, bouquet handoff timing). These details weren’t clearly communicated, which made the rehearsal feel a bit unstructured.
On the wedding day, the setup itself turned out beautifully and matched what we had envisioned, which we truly appreciated. However, throughout the event, coordination felt less seamless than expected. Some vendors (including the DJ) came directly to us with questions about the schedule, and there were a few timing hiccups—such as music not starting at the right moments, food service delays, and small details like champagne needing to be requested. At times, we also found ourselves looking for the coordinators when we needed support, which added a bit of stress in the moment.
After the wedding, we noticed that a few personal items from our tables (such as polaroids and small keepsakes) were not returned, which was disappointing as they held sentimental value.
Overall, we’re grateful for the effort that went into making our day special—especially the setup—but we had hoped for a more hands-on and seamless coordination experience. For future couples, I would recommend being very detailed, proactive, and confirming expectations multiple times to ensure everything runs smoothly. -
