Renee is the best coordinator!

We hired Renee for "Day of" Coordination. She helped us in any way we needed. She gave great advice. She listened and made very helpful guided suggestions. She was always available when we needed her. Our wedding day went so smoothly. She handled everything perfectly. Our DJ was running late and got lost, but Renee helped him get to us in time. Our ceremony started right on time. We highly recommend her.

Renee was so on top of things we couldn't have asked for better.

Renee was so on top of things we couldn't have asked for better. She thought of everything we didn't. She definitely knows what she's doing. She clearly loves what she does. We connected with her so well. She started our ceremony right on time. She kept all the other things running smoothly. We got through all of the little events that we wanted. We would hire her again and again.

Renee was amazing

We hired Renee for coordination services. She handled everything we needed her to. Renee and her assistant were amazing. She advised on somethings and we took her advice. Our ceremony started exactly on time. She was not playing games, lol. She created our timeline, and she stuck to it. Nothing was forgotten. I couldn't have asked for a better day.

We love Renee!!

We were stressed, tired, overwhelmed. WE hired Renee to help us plan our wedding. We had some family health issues, and a lot of our time was spent with those ill family members. We needed Renee to do pretty much all of it without us being super involved. Renee did everything. We couldn't be more thankful for her. WE got to spend the precious time with our family members while our wedding was still getting planned. Our wedding day was amazing. We could not have asked for a better day. Thank you so much, Renee. We hired Rose & Calla Event Planning & Design Co for full service planning. Renee was so nice, so professional, so easy to work with. We struggled with a few things like our budget, prioritizing items etc., and having Renee solved those issues. We were still able to have our vision for our wedding come to life. It was nice voicing my concerns and Renee listening and helping me fine tune what I wanted. I did not feel out of control either. I made all the final decisions. She was so wonderful. Even our families adored her. She may be planning my sister's wedding too!

Hiring Renee was the best decision!

Our best decision for our wedding was hiring Renee. We hired her for full service planning. We literally needed her in all areas. Renee made everything so special!

We hired Renee for our elopement. It was super private with just us, our parents, our siblings, and our bestest friends. Even with our wedding super small, we didn't know where to begin or how to orchestrate it all. Renee really got us through all of that. She was worth every single penny. We highly, highly recommend her. She cares so deeply and will put her heart and soul into your details. We will definitely hire her again for future celebrations.

We hired Renee for our wedding years ago and hired her again for our baby shower. She put in so many cute details. Our theme was woodland theme. We hired Renee for coodination only. She went way above and beyond. We had a micro wedding, and Renee did a fabulous job putting it all together. It was so elegant. With our small budget we still had a beautiful wedding. The details were amazing and looked like we spent so much more. Candles and flowy fabrics made the look spectacular. We hired Renee to do just coordination, but then after a little while we decided to upgrade to full service planning. We were on a tight budget, but we were able to fit all of our plans in that we wanted with Renee's help and expertise. She saved us money in quite a few areas. If you need a wedding planner, go with Renee!

Our story is a little different in that we already had everything planned from the church, reception, and vendors, but we needed help to execute everything on the big day. Our florist recommended Renee and the rest is history. She provided a "month of" coordination package which is exactly what we needed! She took over all the communications with the vendors, timelines, and most importantly, took care of the "after" -- transporting flowers and decorations from the church to the reception and even the tear-down so we could enjoy the evening without worry of who was doing what. She will work with you to provide the best package for your needs -- big or small. Renee became a fast friend and I highly recommend her for your wedding planning.

Outstanding

As a first time father of the bride, I had no idea what to expect. My only knowledge of wedding planners came from Hanz and Franz (from the Steve Martin movie “Father of the Bride).

Renee and her assistant were fantastic. Their calm, cool, and collected demeanor greatly helped all of us remain confident that everything would be fine and there was nothing to worry about. And sure enough, the big day was perfect. Renee worked closely with the venue management and all the vendors to ensure they would show up on time and prepared. There was literally ZERO chaos. Setup was timed perfectly. I might even venture to say that all the vendors had as much fun as the guests.

If I could give 20 stars, I would !

Our Micro wedding was amazing because of Renee

Renee helped us plan and organize a micro wedding with 15 guests. It was so special and beautiful. It was simplistic, but it was what we wanted. Renee helped us every step of the way. Renee was amazing!

Renee helped us have a wonderful, beautiful, intimate wedding. We couldn't have the big wedding we wanted, but Renee helped us create the smaller version of what we wanted. We may still have our big celebration at a later date, but this was just perfect. We didn't postpone, because we refused, so we made do what we could and we couldn't be happier.

Pop up/ Micro weddings are the way to go if you don't want to just go to the JP. We are so happy! Thank you Renee!! We will hire you again!

Renee helped us so much!

Renee helped us plan an intimate wedding. We only had 15 people total. We didn't want to wait and we didn't want to have COVID ruin us having something special. Renee helped me plan a micro wedding. We had an officiant, a photographer and even a videographer and even a cake to cut. It all looked beautiful. It was special and it wasn't like going to the Justice of Peace. It was a real wedding, just very small and intimate. Micro weddings are the way to go if you don't want to wait and you're on a budget, and you still want something beautiful. Renee did such an amazing job. Thank you so much!!

Renee has helped us so much with our wedding plans. We too had to postpone our wedding. We did manage to elope and get legally married. Our fun party to celebrate will be at another time. Renee helps in any way she can!

We hired Renee for coordination only. Then COVID happened. After our venue canceled on us we then had to cancel our wedding. It was very hard trying to find another venue. We had no idea what to do. Renee was there helping us figure it out and still is. And, although this was unchartered waters for her too, she was so calm and got us through it. We are planning a new celebration hopefully in 2021, and so far we are so happy we hired Renee.

Renee was so good to us!! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. Renee helped us manage to do a small micro wedding. We will have our full wedding day celebration later, but we did have a special day. Renee has helped us every step of the way. We actually didn't hire her initially, but after we had to postpone our wedding, we looked up vendors and she responded to us immediately. She was so helpful and understanding. Renee really helped us through so much

We hired Renee for full service planning. We both were super busy with our jobs and we were truly clueless in planning. We were supposed to get married in June of 2020, but we have called off the wedding. We wanted to write a review anyway because Renee deserves recognition anyway. She is great to work with. She definitely helped relieve some stress off of our planning. She did so much for us in the five or so months she planned for our wedding. We are forever grateful to her. Even though we are no longer getting married to each other, we would definitely rehire her to plan our future weddings.

We hired Renee for full service planning. She was so easygoing all the time. She truly became my friend. My family even loved her. I am forever grateful to have a professional who didn't seem like this was a job to her. She definitely has a passion for this. She made our day go so smoothly. She loves her clients. Obviously we weren't her only couple that she was planning a wedding for, but I never felt like I was just another client.

We love Renee!

I hired Renee for full service planning. My husband and I both work and travel with our jobs so hiring Renee was the best decision we made. At first we only wanted her for coordination for the day of, but we quickly realized that we were just too busy that we needed her to do more. She has an online cloud based system that allowed us to keep up with everything right along side her. Even while we were traveling we were able to check out our check list and other planning stuff we had to do.

Our wedding day was amazing. Renee has an amazing staff to also help on the wedding day. They are all so helpful and awesome. We had literally the best day ever.

We should have hired her sooner!

My husband and I just got married and Renee was so awesome. Her assistants on the wedding day were also awesome. They really stepped in where needed. We hired Renee at last minute, and we realized after we hired her, we should have hired her sooner. She really helped us bring things together at the last few weeks before the wedding. She became our friend for life

Renee and her assistants were great. We hired Renee for the Full Service planning, because we were just so busy with our work schedules. She helped us every step of the way. She was always available when we needed her. She set up our appointments, she kept us going. We had a death in the family and Renee was there to console, but was also able to get some things done for us while we dealt with our family grieving.

On our wedding weekend, Renee and her assistants did an excellent job!! We had a few issues with some of our vendors, not anything serious, but definitely annoying, and Renee and team handled all of it. We are so grateful for her.

She helped us through sooo much!

Renee was always kind, sweet and caring. Even when a couple things went wrong, she stayed calm and solved our issues. We originally hired her for wedding day coordination, but quickly realized we needed her for a lot more, so we changed our option to partial planning. She helped us where we left off, got us back on track and then guided us the rest of the way. My mother passed away during our planning, and Renee was there for me. Renee helped us with full service planning. She helped us from beginning to end. We were overwhelmed with all the "stuff" involved. She helped us with our budget, find a venue that fit our needs, wants, vision and budget. We needed her the whole way. We still made all of the decisions, but she was there to guide us the entire way. We felt so at ease with her. She truly became our friend. Renee was fabulous!! I was so stressed and she was always there to listen. She handled all of the things that didn't go quite as hoped. She was so professional, kind and just a God send for us. Some of our other vendors screwed up and she was able to handle it. None of our guests even knew what was going on. Our wedding day turned out beautiful. We are forever grateful for her. Renee has been a Godsend. She really helped me when I needed it most. She's literally become my friend. I hired Renee about 7 months prior to my wedding. At first I just hired her to help when needed, because I figured how hard can this really be. But then, the stress level went up, I got more busy with my job. My fiance had some health issues. I booked a do-it-yourself venue for my wedding then felt immediately overwhelmed by all the work involved. I was so lucky to have stumbled on Renee's website. I hired her for day-of coordination services and set-up/decorating and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Renee is so easy to work with and provided so much guidance, advice, and support. The venue was beautifully decorated and she even used some of her own items. Having her coordinate with vendors, run through rehearsals, assist with setup, and just basically be present alleviated so much stress that we were able to fully enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. We hired Renee for coordination and design services. My wife and I are busy with work all the time and didn't want to be stressed with wedding designs and planning. I'm the groom and I was hesitant to hire another planner, considering the first one was a complete disaster. We were required to hire one at the request of our venue. We hired Renee at the very end of our planning. We had hired a wedding planner before her, but that planner ditched us. Renee was hired and she helped get through all the miscommunication very well. It was hard for the switch over in some areas because the other wedding planner did a lot of stuff and wasn't organized. There was a lot of mess for Renee to sift through. We hired Renee late in the planning of our daughter's wedding to help with the "Day of" coordinating. Renee did a fantastic job for us. Renee Krejci planned my baby shower for me last May of 2013. We had 5 children already and this was by far the best baby shower. She had everything organized so well. She went over what I wanted and had some great ideas of her own. She even let our 13 year old help too. She was exteremly nice and very easy to work with. The food, decorations, and games were a huge success. Everyone was commenting how nice things were. My only complaint: where were you when I had the other 5 children?? I am planning on asking Renee to plan a first birthday party for my baby as well! I hired Renee to be a "Day Of" planner for my Vow Renewal. I immediately connected with her and felt she was more of a friend than just a planner. So much so that I wanted her to sit with my guests at our reception versus a "vendor table". Her price was extremely good for a Day Of contract, however she put in way more time than just that. Even though I had originally hired her just to help decorate and manage the other vendors on the renewal day, she came with me to trial caterers, went decoration shopping with me, went to the venue several times with me, and met with me numerous other times to go over decor ideas, flowers, everything. She spent more time with me than my Maid of Honor did! Even though I am a control freak (which is why I only wanted a Day Of Coordinator in the first place), when it was time for me to get ready and turn everything over to Renee, I felt 100% comfortable and confident. When I walked into my ceremony everything was exactly like my "vision". My husband and I renewed our vows to start fresh after major medical issues and Renee made our Renewal perfect and exactly what I wanted. She made me feel like she truly cared about our day versus it being just a job to her. I would recommend her 200% for any couple that wants to feel that their day is THE most special day in the world!

I hired Renee for "Wedding Day Coordination" for "Wedding Weekend " on May 26 & 27, 2012. One of our daughters married on Saturday and one on Sunday at the same outdoor location, a farm with few facilities! Both brides are very creative "Do It Yourself" types with hundreds of ideas for their dream wedding day. The combined guest total for the two wedding days was around 400. Renee accepted the challenge calmly and confidently! I hired her to save my sanity, as "Mother of the Brides",.....and that she did! It was comforting to know that Renee was usually available and very much part of the team. Renee is friendly, helpful, flexible, honest, creative, trustworthy......and patient! We could not have pulled off two wonderful weddings on the some weekend without her! Renee was at the venue from early in the morning until very late in the evening on both days. She coordinated with her team for the quick turnover in linens, table and tent decorations, lots of details......she was wonderful! She was on task for weeks before the weddings, the rehearsals, the two weddings, and helped with "take down" after the long weekend. I recommend Renee's services!

I planned most of the wedding myself but she was always willing to help in anyway she could. She was the one who told me about the Unity Cross that we used for the Unity part of our ceremony. I cannot thank her enough for that. I had never even heard of it. She was also a part of a group of friends who helped add the final decorating touches that were not provided by the venue: decorating railings around the steps, decorating the arch that was used at our outdoor beach wedding, decorating serving tables with shells, helping stuff bags with bird seed - basically, anything that Johnny and I asked of her she was able, and willing, to do. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone: whether you have a vision but need someone to do all the planning for you; you have no idea of what you want; or you have a lot of the wedding planned but just need some help. She will not disappoint you.

Renee and her assistant went above and beyond. Our ceremony started exactly on time. If there were any mishaps, we are unaware of them, because Renee truly took care of everything on our wedding day. We highly recommend her.

I hired Renee to help me with all aspects for my wedding. I was very overwhelmed with everything. I didn't know where to begin. Renee helped me a great deal to streamline my choices and narrow them down. We connected well and I am so thankful I had her. She really was a life saver most days. On my wedding day her assistants were also great. They knew what to do and did it. My guests were satisfied and happy. I will definitely reccommend her to others.

Renee always answered me promptly and made self available. A wedding planner is a must for someone who is not getting married at an "all inclusive" type place.

Renee did a very nice job for us. Meetings with her went very well. Looking back, I would have asked her to take greater control during the rehearsal. But it is hard to "herd cats" aka the bridal party.

We picked Renee to coordinate our wedding around 9 months before our big day. She helped us through those grueling months to organize everything. It was great to have her throughout our entire process as she helped us narrow our thoughts and concentrate on the important areas. She also brought votives and lights for us to use, saving us money on rentals. She was also the main point of contact in setting up all of our tables, chairs, centerpieces, etc. The reason for a 4.5 instead of 5 was because the venue wasn't fully cleaned up to the specifications of the winery after our wedding. It was dark and windy that night and she did go back a few days later to make sure the rest of the items were picked up. Secondly, the communication with our bus drivers to get our guests to the winery was not ideal as one bus didn't show up (which was not really her fault) but the other got lost and did not appear to be clear on the timing of when to pick everyone up to leave. Overall we were happy with the service she provided as we had a TON of moving parts to our wedding and would definitely recommend her as a wedding planner! You can tell Renee really cares about what she does and wants to give every couple the best day possible!

Renee was very helpful during the setup & changeover between the two weddings we hosted over Memorial Day weekend. They were both large events, & overall came off extremely well. Had my sister & I been more prepared & communicated better our specific desires to Renee I believe that even more of the little details would have been covered. Very nice, creative, & easyto work with.

I was very happy with the service that Renee provided. I utilized her services to coordinate the wedding party for the wedding rehearsal and the ceremony and to make sure everyone knew when and where to walk. She also helped out with other issues that popped up/ go to person the day of the ceremony.
