Randi from RanJan Travel was exceptional at helping us choose the perfect vacation for a special celebration. She has so much knowledge about various resorts and locations. We were very specific about our requests such as a smaller resort, excellent beach, ocean view room, and breakfast included daily. Randi went above and beyond to find the perfect fit. With her help we decided on Wymara, Turks and Caicos. Randi also sent us restaurant recommendations, car rental information and contacted concierge to request a higher floor for the best possible ocean view.
With Randi’s help we enjoyed a fantastic vacation! We left knowing that we made the best decision for a perfect and memorable get away.

Best travel agent around!
Randi has planned my large family vacation for the past three years and I don't know what we would do without her! She has taken care of everything, from booking our flights, arranging transportation from the airport, and finding/booking the perfect all inclusive/family-friendly hotels for my family. She had made traveling in a large group extremely easy and goes above and beyond by booking us restaurant reservations and communicating our needs to the hotel prior to our arrival. Amazing birthday trip!

Happy Honeymoon!
My husband and I were referred to this travel agency by a close friend. We travel but casually. We really wanted someone to help us investigate options, pros and cons for the type of experience we were looking for. We definitely wanted an island. Randi helped us navigate the whole process really comfortably with honest feedback. Once we decided on Aruba she found us a resort that was perfect for our trip. We had the time of our life! Randi helped us organize private transportation to and from the airport that didn’t fail and was so convenient. We had a nonstop flight with an extra seat (in a row of 3) both ways… that in itself was a gift. We were treated to a honeymoon package at the resort and when we needed to switch to our upgraded room Randi was there in a second to help us so we didn’t have to miss a minute of enjoying our trip. I would recommend working with her over and over again and we can’t wait to book our next trip hopefully back to One Happy Island! 🤍✨🥂

So Wonderful!!!!
Randi did such an amazing job! We had over 150 guests invited to our destination wedding! She had to deal with so many phone calls and emails. Everyone was so happy in the end and got to enjoy our wedding in Mexico. We are so thankful.

Perfect Honeymoon!!!
This past June, my wife and I went on the honeymoon of our dreams to Italy and Greece. From booking our hotels with surprise honeymoon upgrades, to all of our transportation (flights, ferries, trains, airport transfers), and recommending awesome restaurants, Randi made it all happen. Wonderful Honeymoon-Planning Experience
Randi helped us plan our honeymoon to Costa Rica, and the planning process and trip itself were both fabulous. She helped us decide on the perfect destinations based on our interests and vision for how we wanted to spend our time. What more can we say about Randi? Truly she was the best. We reached out to her in 2019 to book our honeymoon and she was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Randi at RanJan is the best! We had a tough situation with the uncertainty of COVID and Randi helped us pivot our plans and everything was perfect. All of our hotel accommodations were great and we did not have to worry at all throughout the trip about traveling to different destinations/transportation. Excellent support in supporting us plan affordable, private honeymoon during COVID
My husband and I were looking for some support in finding an all-inclusive resort for our honeymoon. Randi helped us find one that was private, adults only with villas in our budget. Throughout the process she was responsive and helped us navigate new COVID travel guidelines. She got us a great deal within our price range, and we were amazed at how she helped us leading up to our travels. She sent reminders and answered any questions we had. When we encountered a flight delay she was able to get in touch with our airlines and resolve the issue after we had tried ourselves unsuccessfully. She communicated with the resort and got us upgraded to a new package and better room. We loved Cocobay Resort and would've never discovered it without her support. RanJan Travel Provided Solutions Before We Knew We Needed Them
RanJan Travel assisted us in planning our honeymoon in the middle of 2020. We were able to get a flexible flight and hotel reservation based on the conditions of Covid up to 24 hours before the trip began. But on our return, we had a bit of weather trouble going from Antigua and RanJan Travel preemptively called the airline to make sure we have a hotel as well as rescheduled our flight. We were stressed until we turned the service on our phone and the first message my wife and I had was from RanJan travel. With the confirmation from AAirlines and the hotel we could relax while many others were upset with the Airline Attendant at the desk. We were very thankful and recommend RanJan Travel to everyone. Very clear communicator, responsive and super helpful.

Can't recommend enough!
Randi was absolutely amazing, I couldn't recommend her more. Why? Well, a month before our wedding/honeymoon, my wife and I decided to see if it was possible to scrap our plans to do an all-inclusive in the Caribbean and switch to a multi-city European trip.
Someone suggested reaching out to Randi to see if she could help us pull this off and we're thankful they did, because without her it wouldn't have been possible. She took the time to get to know my wife and I so that she could point us in the right directions and within hours of our first conversation, we had a customized itinerary for us to review
Having never been to Europe, and not having much time to do our own research, we relied heavily on Randi's recommendations and we couldn't of been happier with our decision too. Randi was the ultimate pro and was in constant communication with us, even while we were on the trip checking in to see if everything was good. As I said earlier, we couldn't recommend Randi enough!

Amazing travel agent
Randi set up my entire honeymoon getaway in Hawaii. Her expertise was invaluable when deciding what Hawaiin islands to choose from. We also ran into some car trouble with our rental while on our trip. A 1 minute phone call to Randi and she handled the entire thing. We were on our way to an excursion and she assured us to not even give it one more thought. After our excursion (we didn’t have access to a phone the entire time) and our new car was waiting for us, it was a thing of beauty. Definitely recommend Randi, she will stick by you even after booking takes place to make sure your trip is perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about Randi. She was prompt in helping us plan our honeymoon to Italy. It was mine and my husband’s first time in Europe and she put both of us at ease and answered all our questions big and small. She planned all our excursions knowing we’d be working with professionals and getting the best experience possible. She also got us amazing upgrades - we had a hotel room that was the second highest view of Rome in all the city! My wife and I went to Sandals Montego Bay Jamaica and had an unbelievable time. The resort was amazing, the food was awesome and the service was impeccable. Randi was so helpful from start to finish! My husband and I never traveled internationally before - from the passport process down to the theme nights at the resort - she was our go to! The resort we stayed at that was recommended and booked through RanJan Travel was exceptional! Service, staff, drinks, food, entertainment all were amazing! Definitely recommend!

Honeymoon was perfect thanks to Randi!!!
Randi is a fantastic travel agent! She helped us with our honeymoon to Italy and Greece and couldn't have made it smoother if she tried! She sent us so many suggestion, from hotels to flight times, to restaurants, etc. She helped arrange transportation and texted me several times throughout the trip to ensure we had the best experience. I cannot recommend Randi enough! She got us incredible pricing on the most beautiful resorts and had wonderful suggestions on which cities to visit/how to make our timeline. Honeymoon in Hawaii
My husband and I arranged our 2018 Hawaiian honeymoon with Randi. We spent 10 days on Oahu and Kauai, and we had an amazing time! Randi was extremely helpful and took the stress out of travel planning while we were busy stressing over wedding planning. Having never been to Hawaii, we were uncertain which islands we wanted to visit. Randi is very knowledgeable and was able to make island recommendations based on what we were interested in doing and seeing, which eliminated the need to do our own research. Randi arranged all flights, transportation, rental cars, and hotel stays. She also shared recommendations for excursions. But she did not stop there - she was thoughtful enough to check in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We hope to travel again in the future and will definitely reach out to Randi for all of our planning needs. Highly recommend RanJan for a fun, stress free travel experience!

Randi worked with us with the budget we provided and gave us an even better deal then we looked at ourselves! She was fantastic throughout the whole process and made our honeymoon seamless. From island tours to choose from, how to get to the hotel, how to deal with passports and customs she had us covered. The resort was amazing and we’re thankful we went with Randi to get us there and have our dream honeymoon!!

Based on a glowing referral by our friends, who used the same company for their honeymoon, I was sold on RanJan. I worked with Michelle Goodman and was incredibly impressed with her every step of the way! The hubs didn't think we needed to go through a travel agent at first because he though "we" could do it all OURselves. Well, after planning the entire wedding by MYself, I knew "we" meant "me" and I just didn't want another huge thing to worry about, so I took matters into my own hands by contacting RanJan. Thank goodness I did. From helping us narrow down where we wanted to go on our honeymoon (we were all over the place) to pricing everything out (we had a pretty strict budget), Michelle was incredibly patient, pleasant, and on the ball. Since I am in sales, I shopped a couple of other travel agents but I have to tell you that not ONE of them could touch the combination of pricing and package that Michelle created for us. I wasted my time by contacting anyone but RanJan. I honestly do not know how she did it – but I’m so glad she did! On the morning of our departure, my husband and I had an emergency that led us to be 2 minutes too late for our flight. I was near tears, the agent at the airport was outrageously rude and beyond discourteous. He did not want to help us. Embarrassed and frustrated, I didn’t know what else to do, so I called Michelle. She immediately calmed me down and handled the situation like a straight BOSS. She fixed what we had unintentionally messed up without making us feel worse than we already felt and we were on our way! It was like magic. My husband and I cannot imagine booking another trip without Michelle's help! Thank you and Randi for everything!!

Randi at RanJanTravel was a pleasure to work with. We’re from NY but saw great reviews for her and Hawaii trips as that’s what we had in mind. She had great knowledge and helped us find the islands we wanted to visit and found the best price for our flights, hotel and car package. We did 3 days on Kauai and 5 on Maui which was the perfect amount for each island. We had the perfect honeymoon thanks to Randi. She worked with setting up an excursion itinerary and booked everything for us which was nice. Even during the trip she was available for any needs we had. Thank you Randi! She helped us plan an unbelievable honeymoon to Italy and Greece, got us the best flights and hotels at great prices, and ensured everything we needed was taken care of throughout the planning process and during the trip. She helped out when we were unhappy with a room in Florence and got us the best upgrade of our entire honeymoon, to a bi-level suite. Randi is extremely attentive and responsive, and she checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Every step of the way, Randi went above and beyond. She took our budget and worked with us to truly plan a honeymoon of a lifetime. We had already arranged our stay with a hotel in Maui we were having our destination wedding. Randi helped us get the best flights and vehicles for the time we spent in Hawaii. My husband and I don't have a ton of international travel experience so we were a little concerned about going to Thailand for our honeymoon. I am so glad we did and that we used RanJan Travel! We arranged door to door service and never had to worry about hailing a cab or tuk-tuk which took the stress out of getting from one place to another. Randi did a great job not only with hotel and resort selection but helped us plan some pretty great tours and excursions. We spent time in both Bangkok and Phuket which gave us the opportunity to spend time both in the city and the beach. The pictures don't even do justice to the beauty of the beaches, the clear water, the food, the temples, etc. If you're looking for more of an adventure than the typical honeymoon in Mexico or the Caribbean, I would highly consider making the trip to Thailand.

We ultimately decided on St. Lucia and she was able to offer information based on her own personal experience visiting St. Lucia. Our hotel accommodations far exceeded our expectations and the entire trip was unbelievable! Randi made planning our honeymoon an absolute breeze (which is nice when you are busy wedding planning). We had no idea where we wanted to go other than an all inclusive tropical place. She let us know which locations and resorts had the best reputations and pros and cons for each. She also had been to most of the resorts which was super helpful. Once we decided on our location and resort, Randi took care of the rest! She monitored prices and flights to make sure we were getting the best deal and was super responsive to any questions/concerns we had. I would HIGHLY recommend using RanJan travel for any trip!

We worked with Randi to plan our honeymoon in Jamaica. We had previously stayed at the Grand Palladium, but were interested in a new experience and weren't sure where to start. Randi suggested a great number of places, including some on different islands (we had told her we'd be interested in looking elsewhere as well). Randi highly and personally recommended the Iberostar Grand in Jamaica and we ended up booking travel there.
It was certainly less expensive working with Randi than it would have been to book things on our own and as prices dropped later in the year, Randi was able to adjust, which also saved us money! We did run into one issue where I was not able to check-in online before the flight, but Randi was very responsive and helpful when I called her in a panic and we were able to print our boarding passes with no problem at the airport and made our flight without any rush.
Our resort was absolutely gorgeous and the food was maybe the best I've ever had - our honeymoon was amazing and Randi definitely did a great job recommending, planning, and assisting us on our travels! Thank you Randi!

Randi was a huge help in helping my husband and I plan our November 2016 honeymoon. When we began our honeymoon research we were both working full time and in school, so having someone come in and handle all the arrangements was a huge relief for us. Randi listened to all our ideas and provided us many options for our beach honeymoon, both for locations we requested as well as others we didn't initially consider. We ended up choosing Secrets Maroma Beach and we were definitely thrilled with our decision. The resort was amazing and with Randi's help we felt like we knew exactly what to expect. Randi was great in helping us plan excursions and even better at handling issues when they arose on the Honeymoon. When there was a mix-up with out scheduled excursion, Randi had it straightened out and settled in no time. It was such a relief knowing that if anything went wrong, Randi was just a quick email away to help smooth it over. I have used Ranjan Travel for many years to book my vacations. Randi is awesome to work with. She has great suggestion if you aren't sure where you want to go on vacation. Her price can't be beat and it is always a hassle free experience.

Randi is great. Randi helped us to pick the wedding vendor in Mexico and also she helped us to get great group rate for our wedding guest. The wedding venue changed to adult only three months before my wedding. I was very upset and not sure what should I do. Randi and her team met the hotel representatives and tried to solve the problems. We ended up having the wedding at the same hotel without changing our date or times. Randi was keep checking on us after we arrived to Mexico and made sure everything is good. I really appreciate Randi's help and without her I can't imagine how I can do the destination wedding.

Randi was an amazing travel agent! She was able to arrange our honeymoon super early in the planning process to St. Lucia, as we were about a year out (too early for airfares). However, that wasn't a problem. We were also unsure of where to go as I had never been to the Caribbean and my husband had only visited the Bahamas. This was no biggie for her though. She really took the time to find out what each of us liked and what we each wanted to experience while on our honeymoon (activities, beaches, food, night life, etc). After getting to know us, she was able to work her magic and had presented us with several opportunities all very quickly, and all very good locations my husband and I could agree on. Randi was very accommodating, especially since we changed our mind several times on where to honeymoon. She was a trooper though and gave us more information on flights, hotels, and details on activities for each place we inquired about.
My husband and I could not have been happier with her services! Randi did an amazing job with planning the honeymoon of our dreams!! We're so happy with her services, we will be using her to plan our anniversary. I highly recommend Randi to any future brides or vacationers looking for a professional and reliable travel agent! She goes above and beyond to ensure that the trip is seamless and even checks on you multiple times throughout your vacation to make sure that everything is perfect! Very easy process and experienced such peace of mind that was exactly what we needed after the headache of planning and the actual day of events on our wedding day. Randi was very nice and made me feel like family by how well we were taken cared of.

My now husband and I used Randi and RanJan Travel to book our honeymoon to Sandals Grande St. Lucia. She was absolutely amazing to work with!! Randi was patient and responsive, no matter what time of day it was. I booked my vacation about 7 months in advance but Randi occasionally would check in to remind me about upcoming dates and to let me know she found cheaper rates. My company planned a surprise work shower and they wanted to buy us a few excursions for our honeymoon. My coworker called Randi and she spent a lot of time recommending and booking the excursions for them. It was such a great surprise and I really appreciated Randi going out of her way to help them. I would definitely use RanJan Travel again!!

My fiancé and I loved working with Randi to make our honeymoon perfect. A friend of mine gave us her information and we are so thankful that he did. We will be using her for all of our future travel plans. When I contacted her initially I told her what we were looking for and a price range. Within hours of contacting her she had put together several packages that we were able to choose from. She also helped us with small things, like important things to take with us and passport reminders. Not only did she help us through the entire process and help ease my nerves of traveling outside of the country for the first time but she was also the first person to check on us when we landed. I would recommend her to anyone! She had the best prices and was awesome to work with.

Randi was wonderful and made planning the honeymoon so easy. I was already so stressed from wedding planning, and the thought of planning the honeymoon too was overwhelming. We told Randi that we wanted to honeymoon in Hawaii and gave her a budget, and she took care of the rest. We got upgrades and/or champagne at our hotels, and on one of our last nights we got a fruit plate and gourmet cookies with a nice note from Randi. She also checked in via email during the honeymoon to make sure everything had gone smoothly. Using RanJan travel was one of the best wedding decisions we made, and we will go with Randi whenever we have another big trip to plan! Thank you so so much, Randi!

Randi took the stress and worry about planning our honeymoon. Before contacting her I tried to do it myself and was completely overwhelmed. This was the first time that we decided to go with a travel agent. Not going to lie, I was very nervous as I had never used one before. We were so overwhelmed with choices for our honeymoon and Randi was really great about giving feedback and responding to our billion questions so that we could narrow down our choices. When we landed in Mexico, she made sure to get in contact with us immediately to make sure everything was up to par and she had even gone ahead and put in our special requests for room/service with the resort we were at. She was willing to price match as well. I am so glad we went with Randi and I will be sure to use her again for all of our vacations. Thank you, Randi!

Randi not only booked our honeymoon to Hawaii, she first helped us figure out where to go by sharing her personal knowledge of many global destinations and asking us our preferences! It was a complex reservation with 5 flights, 3 hotels, and 2 car rentals, but Randi handled it effortlessly, ensuring that all details were addressed and our travels would be smooth. (In the midst of wedding planning, we were delighted to hand-off all the honeymoon decisions to a trusted professional.) I did benchmark with other travel sites online, and I am confident that Randi secured us discounted rates for luxury accommodations! Randi was also very helpful in recommending and arranging excursions and tours. Shortly after each flight landed, Randi sent us a text message to check-in, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in each hotel room. It was an ideal honeymoon!
BUT we most appreciated Randi’s services when we checked into our final hotel on Maui. While the room was quite nice and there were no major problems, the resort and level of service didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 5-star Hawaiian resort on our honeymoon. We replied to Randi’s text that night, and we awoke the next morning to messages from Randi who had already made arrangements with other resorts (should we decide to switch), as well as the hotel’s general manager, who Randi also contacted to convey our disappointment. The general manager immediately upgraded our room and whole experience. In the end, it not only exceeded our expectations, it was truly better than we could have dreamed.
Randi is the travel agent you want on your side!

Randi booked our honeymoon in Riviera Maya in September and was absolutely wonderful! This was the first time my husband and I ever left the country so we were a little nervous at first but everything went so perfectly and smoothly because of Randi. She took care of everything; hotel reservations, round trip air and transportation! She found us our resort (Excellence Riviera Cancun) and it was the most relaxing vacation ever! The best thing I did for my destination wedding was choosing Randi. She was incredibly helpful, always available (responded to emails and calls VERY quickly including nights and weekends), made sure we were getting the best rates, even helped us with issues such as dealing the resort wedding coordinator (calling and emailing them on our behalf when they were being difficult). Randi helped make sure every last detail was perfect and was incredibly easy to work with. Our wedding guests booked through her too and everyone was raving and saying how they will use her for all trips in the future. I know I will! Couldn't be happier :)

This was the first time i've ever used a travel agent and Randi was awesome! She helped us book our honeymoon and there were bumps in the road that she immediately worked hard to fix for us. The hotel we originally booked was having construction done at the time of our honeymoon so she did her research and let me know that although it was booked that it may not have been the best place to stay and i'm sure she was right. She quickly booked us at another hotel 3 days before our honeymoon! The different hotel was unfortunately not the best and we were not the happiest with it when we arrived but she checked in with us when we arrived and as soon as we told her .. she called and then made sure she got us more comfortable and situated in a better room by the next day! She truly cares about having a good experience on your trip and is so prompt with her responses and her actions to make you the most comfortable on your vacation. She's a great travel agent to work with! We were truly happy to have someone who wanted our honeymoon to be even better than we wanted it to be! ;)

We can not be any more pleased with Randi's help arranging the ideal honeymoon package for us. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, customer service oriented and responsive to our multiple questions and needs. She found us the ideal package for less than we had originally told her our budget was, therefore allowing us to get it upgraded. Working with Randi was, by far, the easiest part of wedding planning. She helped up pick the resort that would be right for us, had personal recommendations, was always fast to answer questions whether by phone or email, and I could not be more pleased with our experience.
