It was truly the best experience to have our wedding at Rancho San Antonio. We and our guests cannot stop raving about it! It is so magical in the hills and under the ancient tree in the middle of the courtyard. Not to mention the family that owns it is so supportive and just the best people! -

Our Dream Wedding 07/13/24
We have so many great things to say about this venue! Bobbie, Greg, and Gabrielle were so kind, accommodating, and made us feel at home. Immediately after touring the venue, we knew this was where we wanted to get married! There is something truly amazing about the land, energy, and people at Rancho San Antonio. Such a beautiful venue and everyone is so helpful. Our wedding was perfect, not to mention, all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding that they have ever attended. We highly recommend this venue if you want the wedding of your dreams. -

Rancho San Antonio was one of the best choices we ever made for our wedding! The inclusivity of items offered, full creative control alongside Bobbie, and being able to hand pick vendors made it seamless to pull off our wedding. Being locals we wanted to be in a place that felt like home and that represented us as a couple. And we still get compliments about how amazing this place is. We highly recommended Bobbie, her family, and crew for anyone’s wedding events! I would do it all over again if I could. -

Our dream wedding
From the onset assistant Dominque and owner Bobbie were amazingly kind, open me inviting. It was the perfect venue for our summer , “Romantic Mexican” wedding. The flowers were in bloom, cottages and big house as well as barns and grounds cleaned up and ready to go along with the beautiful barn doors for the ceremony. Bobbie checked in throughout the planning and even guided us on timing, especially for sunset photos- she drove us and the photographer and videographer up to the perfect mountain top. All our family and friends felt welcomed and thought it was a beautifully perfect venue to celebrate our union! Can’t wait to go back for family and anniversary photos! -

Our Wedding
From the very beginning, all our expectations were met and surpassed. Rancho San Antonio made sure our wedding was special and what we imaged our special day to look like. From being able to accommodate all parking to the beautiful ceremony setup and the amazing barn where we able to enjoy our reception, all of our guests enjoyed the ease of the venue as well as the surrounding beauty. Rancho San Antonio and their entire staff welcomed us with open arms made us feel like we were part of their family. -

From the very beginning Bobbi and Gabrielle were so responsive and professional, getting back to us on dates and sending us contracts and being flexible with when we could tour the property. Everything was beautiful the day of and they were so involved every step of the way. They are flexible and have a ton of cute stuff to make sure your dream vision comes true. I cannot recommend Rancho San Antonio enough. Everyone was complimenting me on our venue choice after the wedding. Also, every silly over the top idea I had when I asked if they thought it was ridiculous their response was how do we make this happen. Truly the best. -

There is something extra special here, I can't explain it, Besides the beauty, the old historical oak tree, all the hard work & love put into every piece of decor. Bobbi & her daughter Gabrielle made this day more special than I could have ever imagined it could be. The love, kindness, accommodating & care is BIG! and you feel it as soon as you drive in. My daughters wedding, looked & felt like it was out of a movie & too good to be true. Thank you thank you, for everything' from the bottom of my heart Bobbi & Gabrielle for making my Daughters dream come true & for the most special amazing Wedding Day I've ever experienced. Though it was my daughters wedding, all who attended are still raving about how beautiful & special it was.

Amazing my dream come true!
Let first start by saying this is my FAVORITE PLACE!! I had the most beautiful wedding here that was up and beyond my dreams!! Everyone there makes you feel right at home and so incredibly special!! They were always so welcoming to me wanting to come out before the wedding and ready with open arms! I cannot put into words the amount of gratitude I have for everyone there!!! Again my FAVORITE PLACE EVER!! -

Let me begin by saying that I was not planning to have my wedding at any venue in our area mainly because we had plans to keep it very intimate and more of a backyard wedding. So when we decided to make it a little less intimate and a little bigger, we were kind of hit with extreme pricing, and, ridiculous time frames that was until we met with Rancho San Antonio!
I cannot begin to explain how beautiful and kind and welcoming this family was. let alone how responsive and caring they were when it came to the planning process of our wedding I was there multiple multiple times, and they never once questioned why or restricted me from coming and seeing our venue and bringing things by Ian inviting my whole family to help us set up in the week prior. They truly opened up their home to us, and we are forever grateful for that. We had such a memorable day and it’s all things to Rancho San Antonio.
Some things to consider when planning to have your wedding or any type of event here is to read over your contract and ensure that everything is detailed on there. I only say this because we missed a few components of our contract that we weren’t aware of until two weeks of, that was no fault to anyone but ourselves. Also, please note that this is a functioning ranch, so I would say limit the amount of children that you have for your event.
This is an amazing venue for an amazing price and you will never forget booking your wedding or any other major event in your life with Rancho San Antonio. -

Best wedding venue!!
Rancho San Antonio is amazing! I just got married here September 2nd and it was the wedding i always dreamed of! Our guest loved it, its a beautiful area and the owners are the sweetest people ever! They made the whole experience even more amazing! I will recommend this venue to all my friends and family!! -

Rancho San Antonio is a gorgeous venue. We 100 % recommend Rancho San Antonio for your wedding. The land is beautiful and the barn with all the chandeliers gives it a rustic-romantic feeling. Perfect for a wedding! it’s just gorgeous!! If we had to do it all over again there is no doubt we’ll choose Rancho San Antonio! Planning a wedding Can be stressful but the owners and their team made it so easy, they are committed to make sure you have your dream wedding. I give them a 5 star on every category. They were prompt to respond questions, they were flexible to moved things around so our vision can be achieved. They provided a list of vendors but were flexible to let us choose our own and to us that was a 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. Parking is not a problem, there is a big parking space. They have a cottage we’re the bride & groom can get ready and They also have an air b&b on the property where your friends or family can stay. Rancho San Antonio is beautiful and convenient and they have a wonderful team to support you on your special day. -

We were yet another couple whose plans were dismantled during covid. Originally set for May 2020, we had to reschedule 2 more times before we could finally have our wedding at Rancho San Antonio. Bobbie (the owner) helped us every step of the way and even guaranteed us a wedding date in 2021 when we had to reschedule. She told us that her affected couples would get priority. That spoke volumes to us. We knew we could count on the RSA crew to help us pull off a fantastic day.
The day itself was gorgeous, not too hot in October, and right before DST, so the day cooled down quickly when the sun set. We (re)married under the giant oak tree with most of our guests sitting quite shaded. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed appetizers in the side courtyard, while us and our photographer were driven by Bobbie in the ranch Polaris through the back hills of Rancho San Antonio to take our couple photos.
Dinner was in one of the open barns and dancing in the other barn. No need to worry about lighting; RSA is very well lit and lights are strung and hung inside the barns too! You can also rent beautiful furniture, plates, utensils, etc. from RSA. They have a closet with wedding decor from previous weddings that you can peruse and borrow to use for your big day - what a great idea!
All and all, we are so grateful we chose Rancho San Antonio as our venue and stuck with them throughout the hard times of '20-'21. We had so many of our guests mention to us that RSA seemed to fit both our personalities so well, and we couldn't have agreed more! A perfect match for us; truly, the venue of our dreams :) -

Most Magical & Unique Wedding Venue
We are so grateful to have made our wedding dreams come true at Rancho San Antonio! There were so many little details and experiences they helped us create for our guests that made the whole event magical and memorable. There’s nothing cookie cutter about this gorgeous venue. You truly get a unique and special environment something that you just cannot replicate in a commercial space. -

Our daughter’s wedding at Ranch San Antonio was nothing short of a fairytale wedding. The RSA team helped us from A to Z and made sure it was the bride and grooms best day ever. The guests were blown away by this beautiful setting in the Santa Ynez Valley. By the way for you old timers out there it’s the ranch where Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson recorded the “say say say” music video. Anyways if it’s your plan to host a wedding and a reception at this beautiful piece of paradise, then you have made the right choice. -

Rancho San Antonio made my dreams come true. Dreams of a wedding I didn’t even know we’re possible. I couldn’t have imagined a better venue or people to have helped me get married. Between Dom and Gabrielle who made sure the day of was spectacular and went off without a hitch (at least I have no clue if there were any problems) and then Bobbie and Greg who constantly answered my questions and supported me when while planning. They’re unique because they are so willing to be flexible and accommodating. I would 100% always recommend this incredible venue and these awesome people! -

The venue is stunning — huge oak trees with gorgeous lighting features, a spacious renovated barn, covered outdoor dance floor, on-site cottages, fountains, flowers, rolling hills, the works. The staff are incredibly gracious and helpful, and helped us have a personal and memorable experience. They went above and beyond in responding to our questions and requests, and provided tons of helpful recommendations and assistance. The venue has tons of their own vintage rentals that were convenient, cost effective, and beautiful. Our guests have not stopped gushing about how much they loved the venue, and what a fabulous time they had. By the end of our wedding adventure, the RSA team truly felt like family to us, and we couldn’t imagine our wedding having been anywhere else. Rancho San Antonio is truly magical! -

The venue itself is stunning, we received many compliments from our guest how beautiful it was or how they had never seen a place like it. Jeni was extremely wonderful and easy to work with, can't say enough nice things about her! Bobbi and Greg who own the property were wonderful too. We'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a truly special experience.
