Ramona is absolutely incredible - both as a person and as a professional. She could not be more skilled or talented at both hair and makeup. Ramona transformed my hair and makeup in an hour, including stunning false lashes and curls. I just cannot adequately explain how talented and lovely she truly is. If there's ever a moment I felt beautiful, it was when I got that first look at her work. Professional, personable, talented beyond measure - call Ramona and treat yourself.

Perfect Look

I was so happy with my hair and make up from Ramona.
It was truly beautiful.
I have fine hair and it rarely holds a style. I did a trial and it held perfectly.
We had a group of girls with all different skin tones and hair and everyone was pleased.

Ramona is amazing! Highly recommend

Ramona did both my makeup and hair for my wedding in Aug 2020. I couldn't recommend her more. I was thrilled with the results and just loved working with her. She's very professional but also just a sweet person who I enjoyed talking to while she made me up. Given this was during COVID, I was also pleased with how much care she took to follow safety guidelines.

The results were beautiful and I couldn't have been happier. As someone who doesn't typically wear much makeup, I didn't know exactly what to ask for and was pretty nervous about wearing much makeup. Ramona was incredibly helpful, providing guidance while being careful to make sure I got a look I'd be comfortable and happy with.

I did a practice run with Ramona ahead of time, which I'm glad I did because she recommended extensions and some additional hair jewelry. She even went back and forth with me to identify the ones that would look the best. That ended up being a great decision. To any brides like me who aren't used to being made up, Ramona is the perfect pick.

I felt like a dream on my wedding day!

I hired Ramona as my makeup artist for my wedding in November 2019 and I cannot rave any more about her services! I did a make up trial a few months before my wedding and I knew I was in the best of hands. On my wedding day, she made me feel like an absolute dream! I teared up when I saw how my makeup turned out. It lasted the whole day - we started at 7AM. Romona knows what she's doing and she is such a sweet person to work with. I highly recommend her for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

Ramona is a Makeup Goddess!

I hired Ramona at the suggestion of my photography team. I was thrilled to discover that Ramona and I got along great during my makeup trial and I was incredibly pleased with my results.

On my wedding day, Ramona arrived on time and was so personable and flexible with my mother and my friends. Everyone was so pleased with their makeup.

I was thrilled with my bridal look. My cheekbones were contoured and my face looked incredibly thin, and, yet, I looked not too made up and totally like myself. It was the perfect look for me on my big day.

Ramona did an incredible job! We've just seen a few pictures so far, but from the day of, we all looked beautiful while still not looking overdone!

She put up with a difficult bridesmaid that wasn't having her hair of makeup done, but still wanted to borrow Ramona's hairspray. She didn't even bat an eye. She and her assistant even waited around for our late Mother of the Groom.

I did a trial with Ramona months before and it was wonderful getting to know her and seeing her lovely studio. She repeated the same look on the day perfectly.

Ramona could tell I was getting nervous just by the way I was breathing when she applied my makeup. She just quietly helped me take a few deep breaths and reassured me. Amazing!

She is excellent for any size wedding party and bridal makeup. Affordable costs especially for the quality of her services. Her assistant was equally talented and they both made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Book her!

I absolutely loved working with Ramona for my wedding makeup! The trial was at her adorable studio in Tremont and she came to our venue the day of the wedding. The trial went well so I was confident in her abilities, but I looked even better on the day of my wedding! I was going for a very elegant look and she was able to achieve it flawlessly. She and her assistant also made my bridesmaids look gorgeous and everyone appreciated her calm & laid-back style. She was very responsive to my emails and easy to work with. I would highly, highly recommend Ramona!

I loved working with Ramona for my wedding! She is such a pleasure to work with - such a fun person who knows how to keep you calm! The trial was a blast at her studio, and I gave her a few pieces of feedback that she carefully noted for the big day - everything looked FABULOUS! Ramona was wonderful to do my bridal party's makeup on my wedding day. She did my makeup, my mother's, my mother-in-law's, and all four bridesmaids. Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous! Ramona was so sweet. She even brought me a little gift to keep my day stress free! I would highly recommend her.

Ramona did an incredible job providing hair and make up for both my wedding and reception. My mom and I took the opportunity to do hair and makeup trials at her studio before the big day. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to what you like and don't like which helped with making makeup and hair flawless on my wedding date. Ramona was willing to travel and start at 4 AM to start our Indian wedding on time and she worked around our schedules in the afternoon to create a second look for the reception. I felt incredibly beautiful for both my wedding and reception and the makeup on my face lasted all day. Our wedding was outdoors in the summer and the makeup looked flawless through both heat and tears. As a bride, you want to look absolutely perfect on your wedding day, and I can't thank Ramona enough! I not only felt beautiful, but my makeup and hair looked incredible on our wedding pictures as well!

I didn't plan on having a makeup artist for my wedding but after seriously thinking about it I contacted Ramona a month before my wedding and she was able to set me up. Working with Ramona Dauksa Studio for my make up needs was such a pleasure! Nikki is very professional, responsive, and fun. She chose the best look for my Bridal Party & me that we looked amazing! It was a hot day out and our makeup stayed on thru out the day, I never felt prettier! Thank you so much!

I got married December 2013 so this review is late but I wanted to be sure to write a review despite its lateness because Ramona was amazing. She had done my hair and makeup for another photo shoot and it was amazing so I was thrilled to hire her as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding. We had a little miscommunication during my first wedding trial but Ramona was very reassuring and did absolutely everything in her power to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my look for the wedding. We ended up having a second trial and everything was perfect. Ramona did hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party and everybody looked so beautiful. She is an absolute professional and knows what she is doing. I would definitely recommend her services without hesitation!

Ramona is amazing. We booked her through a third party service since we had a large group that needed on site hair and makeup for the wedding. A couple months before the wedding I went to Ramona's studio in Tremont (super convenient location and adorable studio) for my trial. I loved my hair and makeup at the trial and ADORED it at the wedding. Ramona took so much time with my hair and it was PERFECT, everything I wanted and couldn't articulate. My makeup looked great. I cried throughout the day and it did last. I wish I had touched it up prior to my photos (after the ceremony) but I did before the reception and it was fine! She is the sweetest and I loved the results. Completely recommend.

Ramona is amazing! She made my bridesmaids and I look so glamorous on my wedding day....I have never felt more beautiful!
She also came to my hotel room the morning of the big day to get my maids and I ready. This was so convenient for us so we didn't have to rush to any appointments in the morning. Her prices are great as well! If I had to pick all over again I would choose her everytime!!?

Ramona was so great to work with. She always responded to me very promptly and was always very professional. Her products were amazing and my makeup stayed the entire day. She arrived to the event before I did and it was nice to have this one detail of our special day be very easy by telling her what we wanted and where to show up and she was there. Ramona did an amazing job with the Bride and Bridal Party's hair and makeup. It takes an extremely talented person to appease one very picky and detail oriented Bride, a Matron of Honor who wanted a natural look and a Junior Bridesmaid who had zero interest in having either her hair or make up done - and having all of them love the final result! We started our day fairly early and everyone still looked fabulous into the wee morning hours long after the ceremony and reception were over. Ramona isn't boastful about her prior experience with Chanel and Dior, however ask her why she doesn't advertise like most other vendors, and she will tell you she doesn't have to, it's all word of mouth from very satisfied clients like myself and many others.

Ramona and her assistant provided hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and flowergirl. They traveled to meet us at the hotel where we were getting ready before photos. They arrived promptly and with all the necessary equipment. Everyone loved the end result! They used natural looking makeup that enhanced without looking overdone. The makeup and hairstyles lasted the entire afternoon and evening. My younger brother has unruly, long hair. He stopped by the room while we were getting ready. Ramona took extra time to straighten his hair, so that he looked more polished for our photos. Ramona personally took care of my hair and makeup. I sent her several photos of what I wanted my hair to look like before the big day. She created a romantic, soft updo that perfectly matched my dress. I got so many compliments throughout the evening. I felt more beautiful than I have ever felt, and I cannot thank Ramona enough! I look forward to finding other excuses to get my makeup and hair done in the future.

Ramona is abolutely amazing. You will not regret getting your makeup done with her for your wedding. She is a bit pricey but worth every penny. Its your special day! My makeup was applied at noon and it lasted way after midnight. I normally have oily skin as well, and didnt have any issues with shine. My one word of advice would be to make sure your skin is the same color on your trial as it will be on the day of your wedding. I planned on getting a spray tan for my wedding but did not get one for my first trial. The makeup was great but I wasnt completely satisfied. It wasnt until I came in for a second trial, tan, that I was really happy and knew that I had made the right choice in Ramona!

Absolutely go with her! She's not only great with makeup and hair, but is fun and a great person to chat with while getting ready for your big day. All my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law loved how they looked and it lasted all day. I also did my trial run with her and she did wonderful work with little direction. I had no idea how I wanted my make up done, so she worked on my features and I absolutely loved it enough to want to go on a date night to a fancy dinner with my fiance :)

Ramona was flexible for setting up the trials and the appointments. She is the definition of professional. She was also like an extension of my bridal party with joking and having fun the day of! Kept things light and calmed my nerves. I knew from her doing my boudoir shoot that there was no one else who could do my hair and make-up as perfect as Ramona.

I absolutely love working with Ramona. This is the third time she'd done my makeup but the most recent time was for my wedding. I was so confident in her abilities that we didn't even do a wedding makeup trial together! Ramona uses high-quality products and her expertise is unparalleled. Ramona is wonderful and really made me look like a bride on our big day! I was a little indecisive about my look and worried about having my make up done and she was so patient. My husband couldn't stop commenting on how much he loved my hair and make up when he first saw me. Our mothers and bridesmaids were beautiful. I was up celebrating until 1 am and my hair and make up all stayed perfectly in place and that is not an exaggeration. Your look will be in your pictures forever and Ramona and her team are the best!

Of all the things I am picky about - my makeup is at the top of the list. I was on the hunt for the best makeup artist in Northeast Ohio who uses only the top quality products, and I found that in Ramona. I used her for a bridal trial for my bachelorette party as well as for my wedding and I could not have been any happier with her services. She made me look and feel my absolute best!!! On top of being an excellent makeup artist, she's a wonderful person to chat with. I love doing my own makeup, but in the future for special occasions - I will drive the hour each way to have her make me my most beautiful and confident! If you choose Ramona, you will not be disappointed. I went to her studio for the trial and it is gorgeous! Also - she did my hair for the trial, but not the wedding, and I was incredibly happy with how it looked, so I would recommend her for hairstyling as well. My hair and makeup both still looked great the next morning after a long night of partying, which really says a lot!

She was really responsive and kind in scheduling me last minute when I suddenly decided that I NEEDED a professional to make me look polished on my wedding day. She continued to be flexible as I changed my appointment time and gave her the location details at the last minute. She even stepped in and agreed to style my hair when my hairstylist fell thru a week before the date. During the service she was personable and always professional. And of course, the final result was just what I was looking for - which is a feat considering I didn't give her much for inspiration photos and we didn't have time to do a trial. Her fees are also reasonable and very competitive, as I shopped around with 2-3 other makeup artists before making a decision.
I hope to work with Ramona again in the future, as I recently found out she works with my favorite Cleveland boudoir photographer..!

Ramona is a lovely woman who is not only a fantastic make-up artist, but was such a fun personality to have as part of my special day. She is great with direction if you have a look you're trying to achieve and she is also very creative if you want her to create a look for you.

Ramona is a very talented make-up artist and stylist. She did my and my daughter's hair and make-up for a family photo shoot and made us both look "magazine cover ready!". I loved the Temptu air-brush technology she used to apply my make-up, it felt really relaxing as it was being applied and the results were flawless. The make-up she applied looked stunning, yet natural and light. Ramona achieved beautiful billowing curls and amazing volume with my hair, I onlyi wish i had the ability to wear my hair that way every day! I was very pleased with her work and reccomend her to anyone who needs to look extra good for whatever their occasion.

Out of any service that I was most fearful about, it was the make-up for my wedding. This was the most crucial detail that needed to make me look like the best possible version of myself, while still being myself. The results would be documented in photos forever, and being the bride, all eyes are gonna be on you all night. I interviewed a couple of people, and based on a couple of recommendations from friends, I decided to go with Ramona. My anxiety about the make-up was obvious from our first meeting, and Ramona made me feel totally comfortable and at ease with everything! She listened to what kind of look I was going for, and we worked together to make sure I had EXACTLY what I wanted! We did 2 trial runs (totally unnecessary, but it made me feel better, and again, Ramona was more than happy to comfort me and agreed to do whatever I needed to calm me down, lol). On the day of my wedding, Ramona showed up on time and was ready to make me look like the bride I always dreamed of being! Ramona did my entire bridal party and highlighted the beauty of every girl with ease! The make up didn't take too long either! When she finished my make-up, it was hard for me not to cry because I LOVED what she did!!! It was my perfect bridal look that highlighted my features in the most perfect way! Not only did I look amazing, but the make up LASTED all night long!!! No touch-ups needed! Even with tears! My pictures are flawless! I received compliments all night long! I recommend Ramona with the absolute highest praise possible! If you want to feel confident and secure in your make-up for all of these pictures that last a lifetime, you have found your girl!!!! Ramona is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented! Grab her while you can! She is worth every penny and then some!

Ramona did the makeup for myself and my bridesmaids and did a phenomenal job! The wedding day was very hot, around 93 out and the makeup lasted well into the evening! Only thing the girls needed was a bit more lip gloss. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Ramona was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She did the make-up for our wedding on girls from 25-55. Everyone looked fantastic and the makeup lasted until the last pictures were snapped late into the night (quite a feat for an outdoor wedding in crazy humidity). Not only does she know how to do picture perfect makeup, she is completely professional and friendly. Anyone who's ever planned a wedding knows how crazy things can get at the last minute and I never stressed about Ramona. She was early for every appointment, happy, professional and planned everything she did down to the last detail.

Ramona was fabulous. I first met her for my trial run. She is so kind and personable that she put me at ease right away. She came to the salon where I was getting ready on my wedding day and did my makeup there. As my bridal party saw her work, everyone wanted their makeup done. She ended up doing my mother, grandmother, sister (maid of honor), friend (bridesmaid), aunt, and mother-in-law. My mother-in-law never wears make-up and Ramona did a wonderful job in making her face just light up but still letting her look and feel like herself. My wedding make-up was spectacular. My favorite part was my eye makeup. She incorporated the purples from my bridesmaid dresses and bouquet. My eyes looked big and gorgeous and I looked like an felt like princess. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and my wedding make-up lasted the whole day and night. Thank you!

She was fantastic! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, so I brought in a picture of my dress at my trial hair appointment, and she figured out what would complement the dress well. I had my hair and make-up done there and so did my bridesmaids and my flower girls. Everyone looked fabulous on my wedding day. They worked with our schedules and were fun and friendly. The hair dresser I saw at my trial was very conscious about my hair holding and asked that I took pictures though out that evening so she could see how the style held so she could be sure to know if she had to kick it up for the big day.

Out of every person I had to meet and work with for my wedding preparations...Ramona was by far my favorite person to work with!! Ramona is extremely professional and friendly. When I first met her for my trial she made me feel very comfortable. She is so nice and personable!!

Not only does she have a professional and nice personality...but she did an excellent job! Even though she did a great job on my trial makeup application appointment prior to my wedding...I still had a few changes that I wanted for my actual wedding day makeup. I just wanted a few changes to my eye makeup and my blush. She was completely responsive to my feedback and suggestions and gave me exactaly what I wanted on my wedding day! Ramona is the best!

We just recieved our weddind photos and the make-up looks fantastic. Ramona did a wonderful job on me(the bride) and my bridesmaids. I am so happy that I worked with Ramona for my wedding. My makeup looked absolutely wonderful - glamorous yet natural at the same time. Her studio is beautiful, very clean and organized. All of the makeup that she used was high-end reliable brands. I did a trail before the wedding and we tweaked everything until it was exactly what I wanted.

On the day of my wedding, she came to our hotel suite and did my mother's, my mother-in-law's, my maid-of-honor and my makeup. Everybody looked glamourous yet themselves. Everybody was more that happy with Ramona. Highly recommend her!! Total sweetheart.

Ramona did both my hair and makeup for our engagement photos and everything turned out amazing! A friend even told me my hair "looked perfect" in some of the photos. I live out of state and she was very flexible in helping to schedule trials for when I was in town visiting. She also did my makeup, the bridesmaids makeup and the mothers' makeup on our wedding day. I loved how my makeup turned out, especially the eyelashes. Some of the other girls weren't used to wearing makeup so she did theirs light but then they wished later they had gotten more. She's very flexible in doing a lot or a little so just be clear about what you would like and everything will be prefect!

I found Ramona from while interviewing photographers for our wedding. I kept commenting on one Bride's makeup in the photographers portfolio and was told "That's Ramona, she is the best in Cleveland!". I called the next week for a hair and makeup trial and was sold immediately. Ramona is not going to be the cheapest to hire for hair and makeup, but she will be the BEST. My makeup for my wedding was PERFECT in every way. I looked exactly the way I wanted and felt so beautiful on our wedding day. I couldn't have asked for more. Worth every penny! Thank you Ramona!!!

Ramona did a wonderful job on my makeup for my wedding and that of my bridesmaids. My makeup lasted all night and I was dancing most of it! Ramona was fantastic at my sister-in-law's wedding! She did my makeup and the bride's makeup and I think it's safe to say i have never seen either of our faces look more beautiful than they did that day.

I had a lot of worries before having my makeup done that it would look too 'done up', but Ramona was eager to ask us what we wanted for our 'look' and to cater to these wishes. In the end, we both ended up with very natural looks.

She is also very accommodating with scheduling and is very kind and professional when she is on site with you. THUMBS UP TO HER! Loved Ramona! :) :)

I used Ramona for a wedding I was in, in 2013 as the Maid of Honor, the Bride had found Ramona. My makeup & hair were flawless.
