Ralph's on the Park was an absolutely perfect venue for our wedding day! The location was easy to get to and very close to city park where our ceremony was. The venue was so accommodating to all my requests and very gracious with allowing me to transform the space into what we envisioned for out day. The staff was wonderful, every single one, and the food. I cannot say enough about the food! It was perfect. The gumbo was phenomenal and that was just the beginning of our incredible dinner. There is not other place I could have envisioned our reception. This was a dream come true.

Simply marvelous! The whole affair was so beautiful and perfect. The food was superb. The set up was well executed. The service was outstanding and everyone was so friendly. And most importantly, the liaisons were so very helpful. For someone who's not the best at planning and prompt decision making, Anita was so patient and helpful. The staff made everything so very easy which was greatly appreciated.

Ralph's was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner. We had perfect weather for our balcony bar and all of our guests were wowed by the views! The meal was perfect! and the service was excellent both in planning and execution! I would do it all over again and highly recommend Ralph's for any function!

Truly an awesome place to host any event!! We had our son's rehearsal dinner in May upstairs. The weather was awesome and we were able to utilize the balcony for the bar and appetizers-which further enhanced a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Kim and Anita guided me through the many decisions that had to be made and were so accommodating to any special requests that I had. They also gave me guidance as to what work well in the venue as far as setup, and decor. The food was outstanding, and was presented hot and without any mix-ups. The champagne and wine flowed as requested and every detail I specially requested and tended to. I received so many compliments!!! It is so refreshing to see people take such pride in the food and service they deliver. Truly professional !! Many thanks to everyone at Ralph's.

We had our wedding and lunch reception at Ralph's in the Oak Room. The staff continually went above and beyond and helped with every aspect of planning from beginning to end. Just one example: I called Ralph's to set up a time to have my cake delivered and they had already set up delivery with the bakery for me. The food was amazing and the staff exemplary. The room and views of City Park exceptional. We loved being able to just walk across the street to City Park with all our guests and have a beautiful place to take pictures. My husband and I and our guests have continued to talk about how truly perfect the day was thanks to Ralph's. We feel so blessed!

Ralph's On the Park is incredible. I planned a reharsal dinner for 98 guests, remotely, and everthing turned out perfectly. Anita and Sarah were so patient with me, answering all of my emails, helping to take care of all of the details that made the evening so special. The staff did everything. The room set up was great, the service impeccable, and the food was to-die-for. I simply got to show up and enjoy the dinner. It's the perfect venue.

We had an incredible rehearsal dinner at Ralph's on the Park! Before the event, the sales staff was responsive, accommodating, and helpful with the planning phase of our event. On the night of the event, the location was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a rehearsal dinner venue.

My daughter's bridal shower was held at Ralph's. It was a beautiul afternoon in a beautiful location with delicious food and a warm an attentive staff. It was simply lovely!

Ralph's on the Park was the perfect venue for a rehearsal dinner. The staff assisted me in every step of the planning and answered all of my questions promptly. On the day of the rehearsal dinner, the staff was helpful and professional in helping me decorate and set up. The night of the rehearsal dinner, the staff served every guest with the food they had chosen previously that was listed on a place card. The staff was very courteous and I was impressed with the overall event.

The staff at Ralph's on the park was very helpful planning my daughter's bridal luncheon. Menu, wine selection, price, all were great! The food was so good. In summary, easy to plan, beautiful setting, good price, and delicious food. Perfect!

Our wedding rehearsal ended earlier than expected and all of the guests immediately headed to Ralph"s. The room was ready and our guests were immediately accommodated. The attendants were excellent, in addition, the service and food were wonderful. We were even told that now we have set the bar very high for future rehearsal dinners. We loved the location over looking City Park plus the free valet parking was a great perk.

The staff at Ralph's was very easy to work with, and their flexibility was more than adequate for my rehearsal dinner. In addition to the staff, the food was quite amazing as well.

This was a wonderful venue for our event. The tables were beautiful as was the bar and the wait staff was excellent. I can't imagine a nicer place to have a rehearsal dinner or any bridal event.

Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding rehearsal dinner here. The room was lovely with the bar set up on the balcony. The room size was perfect and the tables were beautifully set. The food was very good and the staff was helpful and very friendly. They made certain that everyone was well taken care of and that every one had a most enjoyable time. It was a lovely place to begin a memorable wedding weekend.

Ralph’s was the perfect venue for our 65-person reception. It would have comfortably fit more people, but it was also great for the number of people we had. We rented the whole second floor, which allowed our wedding guests to walk around and sit on the entire balcony. The food was amazing, we kept receiving complements from our guests. The wait staff was polite and professional, and having a dedicated bridal attendant was a nice touch. Since we were planning the entire thing ourselves, we wanted as few moving parts as possible, and Ralph’s took care of everything perfectly. They even worked with us to plan a backup ceremony in case we got rained out of City Park. We would definitely recommend Ralph’s as a wedding venue.

I gave a bridal shower at Ralph's on the Park, January 9, 2016. Working with Anita and Loren is wonderful and their are no surprises at the end of your event. I planed with the girls over the phone with just a couple of phone calls. The venue is superb, the food and drink fabulous, the waiters serve as if they glide in and out from the tables doing the job of serving my guests. I was told after the shower was over how wonderful everything was. I then was handed the bill, and as I said above, no surprises. Cost was exactly what I had planned it to be.
This was not my first time doing business with Ralph's. I have had 2 class reunions with this fabulous restaurant. If you are looking for a beautiful, no nonsense, reasonable, with a people friendly staff. Look no further than RALPH'S ON THE PARK for your next event.

My father had a stroke the month prior to our wedding. Two weeks before the wedding he was released from the hospital and told he would be able to travel to make it to our wedding. Three days before, further complications kept him from making it down to New Orleans for our wedding day. At the very last minute, Ralph's worked with my dad, his wife, and I to project a video-taped toast that my dad gave to my wife and I from his home in Illinois. We were so appreciative of their last minute willingness to work with us to make this gift happen.

On top of this, the staff was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. My only feedback would be that it is scheduling a tasting is not necessarily the most convenient process, nor does it allow you to try their entire menu. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and the room/balcony.

I am not sure about the other guest, but my filet was overdone by quite a bit. I did not say anything as I did not want to take away from the event as I needed to greet all of the guest and give a toast. But I was very disappointed with my meal. Otherwise, everything went well as far as I know.

Everything was excellent from food to staff. A bit pricey but worth it. I asked for a substitution on a sidedish for entree. They were reluctant at first, but cooperated in the end. I would highly recommend the restaurant for a special event.

The staff was so very attentive to our needs. The staff put me at ease from the moment I walked thru the door.
They listened and also provided suggestions to help make our day go smoothly.
The food was great as well. Our day truly was a memorable experience that we will cherish always.

Ralph's on the Park was a perfect setting for our sunset wedding. We rented out the Oak Room for our 20 person wedding service and sit down dinner reception. Beautiful views of City Park from the balcony. Food was fantastic and the servers were professional and very attentive throughout the wedding, reception and sit down dinner.

The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star review is the staff stored our wedding cake overnight after the service, but failed to give it to us the next day when we returned to pick up our things. I did receive a call a few days later informing me that the cake was available for pick up, but as I was out of the country with no cell reception I did not receive the voice message right away. The cake was thrown away before I realized the mistake. I would have appreciated an email or another attempt at contact (there was an alternate phone number on the contract) before putting my wedding cake in the trash :(
