Amazing Wedding Venue!
The Marriott Crabtree was the perfect place to host our fusion wedding! The venue was beautiful, all the staff were very professional and helpful and everything on our wedding day was perfectly organized and seamless. Vanessa was great to work with and always responded promptly to all of our questions/requests. We would highly recommend hosting your wedding here! -

Vanessa and her team were so professional and classy. Vanessa went out of her way to make sure the wedding weekend was flawless. The staff at the restaurant during our breakfast buffet was so friendly. Housekeeping was also on point along with the front desk. -

The most perfect venue!
The Marriott Crabtree is a beautiful venue! The pictures speak for themselves!
What you don’t know is Vanessa and her amazing staff ensured our wedding day was perfect! The coordination and professionalism of the event staff made the day run smooth and they were all so sweet and kind! We loved having our wedding at the Marriott Crabtree and definitely recommend! -

Truly Exceptional!
I'm a planner with C&D Events and am currently working with Raleigh Marriott Crabtree for a clients wedding. They have been so amazing during this uncertain time and have continually been responsive and have provided exceptional customer service. Their service is OUTSTANDING and they treat our guests and clients with amazing attitudes. I especially love the care given by event leads Vanessa and Kiara! Exceeded Expectations!
The Marriott Crabtree Valley is an amazing venue at which to have your wedding, especially if you're having an Indian wedding. In the beginning, I wanted to get married in Durham because I've had a lot of memories there, but none of the venues were big enough to accommodate our wedding size. My parents had suggested the Marriott Crabtree Valley. When I entered the hotel, I instantly fell in love with the decor -- I referred to it as "modern rustic." The pre-function area is amazing as it has these tall ceiling-to-floor windows that let in a ton of light. The thing that won me over was this gigantic, lovely outdoor patio, perfect for a cocktail hour and photos. While it is a little pricey, the event planning team was gave us a lot of concessions and it was conveniently located next tot he mall. Vanessa was absolutely the best! We didn't have a wedding planner, but she really kept things organized and gave me so much peace of mind. My wedding day was perfect. The ballroom looked amazing for the wedding ceremony, true to my vision. The best part was that it was a little chilly for the cocktail hour and when I walked outside to the patio, they had all the fire pits going. It was such a memorable sight -- it felt cozy and refined at the same time. They gave me the Presidential suite for the weekend at no cost which made my experience very relaxing and ensured that we had enough space to operate. The hotel also sent us customized Tiffany champagne glasses as a gift, which was so sweet -- those are the touches that make a difference. In summary, the service was excellent and venue was gorgeous. I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend! -

The best wedding venue!
The Marriott was an AMAZING wedding venue! When I first started looking at venues I did not originally think about a hotel. After looking at multiple places I happen to look at the Marriott. It was perfect! More affordable than most places I looked at but SO much included! It was the perfect room to get ready in, a holding room to hide before the wedding, and an amazing area for the ceremony and reception. There is also the perfect outside area for cocktail hour. Vanessa was absolutely amazing and SO accommodating. The entire staff was so flexible and made every detail of my perfect day come true.-

Professional, Friendly, Great Service
I’m April Pyatt, the owner and lead consultant here at Socialite Events. As an event planner you look for a venue that is professional with great service. The team at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley was just that! Our most recent experience with them and our clients left us truly impressed. They handled the party of 400+ guests with ease. They were very punctual in response to emails and concerns with my clients, and this carried over on the day of the event. They were in no way understaffed and were very well prepared. I highly recommend them for your next event, and I am excited to work with them again in the near future. -

Our Day Couldn't Have Been Better!
We had such a great experience working with Vanessa Jackson for our wedding this summer. Vanessa was great at handling all the little details for our Indian wedding and also provided some good suggestions about what might work best! She was really flexible and responsive, which made planning my wedding from out of state 100 times easier!!! Also, the venue is beautiful, there were plenty of good spots to take photos outside (which was important to me), and our out of town guests loved the hotel! Would definitely recommend Vanessa and the venue! -

I worked with Sales and Catering Manager Vanessa Jackson. She was very involved in each and every aspect of our daughter's wedding from day one.
Answered all questions and concerns and was there on the day of the event
and every thing went very smooth. I would definitely recommend her if you are planning a wedding at this hotel -

Review for Kiara Nalle
We had a wonderful experience working with Kiara Nalle @ Crab Tree Marriott, Raleigh, NC (our event co-ordinator). She made our wedding event fantastic, she cared about every little detail and made sure our event was smooth and assisted us whenever we needed her so that we could focus on other important things for the main event . She and her staff worked diligently with our caterer, photographer/videographer, took extra effort to hang the wedding canvas backdrop in the foyer etc. The entire arrangement in the foyer was beautiful and it was all thanks to efforts of Kiara and her staff. Kiara connected with us like a family and we feel connected with Marriott as a family too because of the care that she took to make our event memorable. Thanks for everything Kiara. An Open Love Letter to Kiara
Kiara was absolutely amazing, wonderful, helpful, and kind. I LOVED working with her. She made my wedding so easy on me and totally changed the experience. She was so accommodating and you could clearly tell she was knowledgable and enjoyed her work. She worked beautifully with everyone involved, from my wedding planner to my mother to my brothers. She was AMAZING. The food, the room, the accommodations were incredible. She was available via text and email and would listen to my concerns, even the small changes I wanted to make the DAY OF my wedding. She was an absolute dream. Kiara made the experience everything that it was, and my husband and I are still talk about all the help we received from her. -

All I can say is wow. The Raleigh Marriott Crabtree made me feel like a Queen! Vanessa was amazing to work with. She was on top of everything and made sure she had all the details for our special day. She went above and beyond on the day of to make sure the event was as stress free as possible! She also had chocolate covered strawberries and MR. & MRS. Gifts with a personalized note. She was present during the event visiting every table to make sure everyone's meals were correct. We were in the new Ballroom with so much space. The price was amazing and the food was unbelievable! I highly recommend this venue for weddings and conferences. Thank you Vanessa!!!! -

We used the Crabtree Marriott for our 300+ people wedding reception. We worked with catering sales manager Maite. She did an outstanding job in the pre-planning through completion of our event. Our reception used the entire ballroom and we requested custom setup and decor. The Marriott staff followed our wishes to a tee. The room setup was beautiful just as I had imagined. The food was awesome. We had a plated meal and our guests really enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend the Crabtree Marriott for a reception. We had a positive experience, and it was affordable. The location is perfect if you have out of town guests. Many of our guests loved that the reception venue was across the street from a mall. -

We had our wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom at the Raleigh Crabtree Marriott. All around the services they provided for us were perfect! We worked with James Tritten and Jim Dougherty. They made the whole planning and day of, flow very smoothly and were available anytime I had questions. We had many out of town guests and they worked with us to help our guests check-in early to their rooms as well as provided a shuttle to and from the RDU airport. Our guests had no complaints about their stay and complimented the staff. The staff knew our guests were there for our wedding and went out of their way to ask how things were and made sure they had everything they needed for their stay. The food services that were provided for our event dinner were great! The hors d'oeuvres were delicious as well at the buffet selection we chose. One big hit was the pasta bar! Our guests loved choosing their pasta, meats, and sauce. Family members also said that breakfast the next morning in the restaurant was just as delicious. Thanks for all of the hard work and for making our wedding reception flawless! -

Having just had my daughters wedding here this past Saturday, I cant stop praising her planner Luis Miranda and his staff ! This day turned out perfect ! Everything was great, the jr ballroom set up, the ceremony room, the food ....everything !! Luis goes above and beyond making this a very special day! We absolutely loved working with the Marriott. Our reception was beautiful and the food was wonderful! I highly recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a vendor! Connie and the rest of the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley team were amazing! During the planning process, Connie was very sweet and helpful! She worked with my wedding planner to make our day perfect! We were able to sample from and mix different items to create our very own menu!
The days leading up to the wedding I called Connie a few times about booking rooms for my out of town guests. She was immediately responsive and made sure everything was ready! Connie even made sure I received my Marriott Reward points!
Our guests are still talking about the tasty food and professional staff! Thanks for making our day so perfect! -

WOW! The Marriott staff was SOOOOOOOO great to our us and to our guests! We had lots of out of town guests stay at the hotel and every one of them commented on how great the staff treated them. We had a sit down dinner. The food was so much more than just "wedding food". It was delicious!!!!!! They had so many options too with a terrific tasting!!! :) Service was wonderful! My husband and I had the pleasure of working side by side with Kelly Brayand her staff. All I can say is FABULOUS!!!!!!!!! The service we received was exceptional! I loved every last moment of it. Kelly told me that I wouldn't have anything to worry about and she was true to her word. All we had to do was show up and the venue was beautiful! The food was so tasteful and had amazing flavor all the way down to the last bite. If I could do it all over again I would, it was beautiful and everything that I could have ever dreamed of. I would recommend the Marriott and their staff to anyone who is looking for a wonderful venue with great staff. Thank you so much Kelly (and all the staff) for everything!!! -

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and made it easy on me to just enjoy it. When I started to plan the wedding , I didn't know where to begin. They gave me a plan and all the help I needed to make it go smoothly. After one meeting with them, I was relaxed and knew what was going to need done and had a simple plan. From my first visit, Julie Lee then later Kelly Bray made me feel that they really wanted to help me and not just rent space. Everyone I talked to in the hotel had helpful Ideas and went out of their way to do more than just the minimum. -

This vendor helped book and organize a block of guest rooms for our families and wedding party. We had many adjustments and unique situations and they did a tremendous job at accomodating our requests perfectly. The hotel is great and the little touches like complimentary snacks and unique drinks in the lobby were an added bonus for our guests. -

They were great to work with, the food was excellent, and everyone was attentive to our needs. I would definitely plan another event with Kelly, Julie, and the Marriott Crabtree! -

I couldn't be happier with Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley. I used this hotel for about 100 of my out of town guests for my wedding and everyone was very pleased with the service and staff. The bar was a great feature and it allowed my guests to relax and it was great place to hang out after the wedding reception. They were very attentive to all our needs and went over and beyond to make everything extra special for our wedding weekend. Also, all the guests loved having the mall and resteraunts accross the street. Also, the patio outside was a great place to hang out with family before they left for the airport. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! -

The Marriott did a #1 class job with our wedding reception. During the planning & preparation, Julie, the Sales Executive, & Kelly, the Events Coordinator were very interested, accomodating, receptive, efficient, fun & flexible. We chose to pay tribute to the 1940s/early 50's era at our reception and they were very open & excited about our ideas. We had a lot of fun planning it with them. I, the bride, had a lot of ideas of how I wanted the room set up---I collected the decor needed & communicated my "set up" ideas to them & the team at the Marriott did an awesome job of realizing my vision. As far as planning the menu, they were also very flexible & we changed one of the packages around a little to fit our needs. I mean, seriously, they are very flexible & accomodating. Our guests absolutley RAVED about the food! We planned our time line with the Marriott & our DJ and they kept us on track the entire evening. I'll have to say, it alleviated a lot of stress for us by having our reception at the Marriott---they "took care of it" for us while we had a very fun & memorable evening. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to put on an event. Excellent Job! -

The entire Marriott team was awesome. Julie and the event staff, the front desk team...literally everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to not only make the wedding but the entire weekend and experience a success. I could not have selected a better venue for my wedding/reception. The Marriott truly hit it out the park:) -

Great service, the wedding and reception were wonderful. Absolutely no problems, if there were I was not aware of it. My guest raved about the food and service. The Raleigh Marriott managed every single detail. I highly recommend them and will more than likely use them for my next event. -

The ladies at the Marriott are the best! The room where we had our reception was great, the food was great! Anything and everything I asked for was not a problem for them... they were happy to make me happy! The only thing I was not happy about was at the end of the night, me and my new husband went to the front desk to ask them for a room key (between family and the wedding planners, we ended up without one!) in my wedding dress and his tux... the receptionist just ignored us! Luckily, someone else came out right behind her and helped us. Also, the walls are really thin between the rooms. Someone complained about the noise in my room the night before my wedding, and I was with two of my bridesmaids talking! Also, a few guests also got complaints and had to hang out in the lobby rather than their own room! -

Absolutely amazing! Julie and Keri took care of every worry I could have had! Everyone was amazingly helpful, and venue was beyond beautiful, and the food was amazing. I had no problem contacting them when I had questions, and they were happy to give ideas when I needed advise. There is nothing I would change about this vendor or staff! -

Our guest hotel. Very cooperative and flexible with reservations, gift bags, impromptu day-after brunch, etc. When we had a few minor issues, our contact person was quick to resolve them. Very satisfied with our experience. One of the more low-maintenance parts of our wedding. -

We were very impressed with our vendor at the Marriott Crabtree Valley. Kelly, our event manager made planning our reception very painless. As our date began to get closer she provided us with useful information and was flexible with our needs. She would reply quickly to our questions while she herself was planning her our wedding. We never felt like our needs were not being met. The reception was unforgetable and everything went as planned. We highly recommend Marriott at Crabtree Valley. -
