Good bridal experience
Raffine Bridal was not where I ended up buying my wedding dress from, but I still had a great experience. I was able to bring 5 people with me to my appointment. We were brought down the hall to a fitting room with chairs outside of it for my friends and family. I was able to walk with the consultant to pick out dresses and she helped lead me to areas within my budget.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my wedding dress from Raffiné Bridal, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped into the store to the day I picked up my gown, the level of service and attention to detail exceeded all expectations.

Great Dress Shopping Experience!
All of the staff at Raffine Bridal are very friendly and helpful! I found my perfect dress during my appointment but I wanted to add additional detailing in the same fabric as the existing detail on the dress. They gladly called the designer to ask if they would sell the matching beaded fabric seperately. It matched perfectly and it was so nice that they went out of their way to help create my perfect dress. My bridesmaids also got their dresses at Raffine and they were beautiful! They were very kind and patient as all my bridesmaids tried on dress options and came to a decision. I highly recommend going to Raffine Bridal for your bridal dress needs!

Shirley at Raffine bridal was an amazing wedding dress consultant. I contacted the shop looking for a particular dress by a designer I had tried on elsewhere. While this particular dress wasn't available in time for my wedding, Shirley took note of the style and was able to offer recommendations for other dresses they had on hand. There was one dress that she knew was what I was looking for that was in the store for a trunk show. She was able to get me an appointment before the trunk show ended. When I arrived the dress was ready to try on and Shirley also took the time to take me around the store and look at alternatives that I could try on. She took into consideration the timeline and my preferred style when making recommendations. In the end the one she initially recommended was the dress for me! I highly recommend Raffine bridal as a wonderful place to go look for wedding dresses with excellent helpful staff! Thank you!

Absolutely don't even think twice and go here! They were AMAZING to work with. They were the only bridal shop I went to, due to weather and having to cancel at the other places, I was so happy this is the place I decided to go. I had a feeling my dress was here, which is why I cancelled the others and chose to just go here. They don't pressure you AT ALL to buy a dress. They are fun to work with. They are also SUPER affordable and won't show you anything outside of your budget. I was beyond pleased with how quickly my dress came in, too. They also offer you to pay half the day of and half at pick up, which is nice. Absolutely recommend them!

Amazing staff and overall experience!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Raffine Bridal! I first went during a Stella York trunk show and said yes to my dress that day - we worked with Hannah and she was so wonderful and helpful with trying on all the dresses (and with handling our larger group!). We returned again to shop for bridesmaid dresses and they were so efficient helping with each of the ladies trying on different style dresses. Our wedding was planned long distance from NC and I ended up calling multiple times to order my veil and the ties for the groomsmen over the phone. Given the pandemic hit shortly after all the dresses were ordered I was unable to travel back to MN to pick up my dress. The ladies at Raffine offered to ship me my dress and it came securely packed so I could have alterations done here to avoid travel. The ladies at Raffine go above and beyond for everyone that walks in their doors and I am so glad to have found them to help make my wedding day so special

I couldn't have asked for more
Raffine Bridal was incredible. I tried on multiple dresses multiple times, and staff never hesitated to accommodate all my wishes and desires. I ended up selecting a dress off the rack, and absolutely LOVED it. I walked away with the dress the same day that I purchased it. The seamstress that altered my dress said that she had never seen anything like it, and that's exactly how I wanted it!

I went in to dress shopping expecting to have to buy off the rack and make major alterations for my wedding in 6 months, however with Raffine I was able to buy a custom dress with rush ordering for only a $50 charge. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a good price on a dress that is shopping in a pinch.

Found THE One
I was very anxious when going to pick out my dress. When I arrived at Raffine we were greeted with smiles and a warm reception from the owner and her daughters. We worked with Kelly and she and I went over what I was looking for and the theme of my wedding. She pulled out a handful of dresses and the one I had ordered as a sample from the designer. Oddly enough the one I thought I was in love with was not the one. After trying on several dresses and not feeling it, Kelly went and pulled a few more. Honestly, I was getting a bit worried I wouldn't find the one that day. I am not a dressy person, I wear jeans 99% of the time so this was an adjustment for me. I put on the last dress Kelly pulled off the rack and suddenly I could not stop smiling. I walked out of the dressing room with a huge smile on my face and my friends and family knew as well as I did that this was the one. It was amazing how patient Kelly was as well intuitive to ask me what I did and didn't like about dresses and finding THE one for me. I absolutely love my dress and we had an amazing experience with Kelly again when we went back to shop for bridesmaids dresses! 15/10!!

Raffine Bridal was amazing! Beautiful gowns and wonderful service! Shirley was my consultant and she did such a great job listening to what I wanted but also suggesting gowns that would also fit my vision. I went during an Essence of Australia trunk show and there were Essence representatives there also helping me and affirming that I was making the right choice without pressuring me (I second guess myself constantly). I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. They were genuine in just wanting me to feel beautiful even if I did not purchase a dress there. I got my dress 3 months after ordering and was able to try it on at pick up. I was still so in love with my dress. I know I made the right choice and felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day. I would recommend Raffine Bridal to any bride looking for their dream dress!

I found Raffiné through the knot and wedding wire and I loved their online selection. I booked an appointment and asked if they had a certain Essence of Australia dress and they didn’t but since they were having a trunk show the weekend of my appointment they special-requested it! I was so excited! The day of the appointment came (it was the last of three dress shops) and I couldn’t wait. Kelly, who I believe is the assistant manager, was amazing. She met me and my group in the front and she already had the dress I had requested in the room and then let me walk around to pick out some other dresses. She asked what my price range was and was very honest with anything I looked at being over it so I wouldn’t be end up being surprised. After a few dresses not being the one she listened to what I had described and went and grabbed one last one and it was absolutely perfect. I said yes to the dress almost instantly! Kelly made the experience what it’s supposed to be and she listened to what I was looking for and ended up fining the one! Would highly recommend Raffiné for the staff and the selection!

Wonderful customer service! I did some preview shopping and the sales consultant was very helpful! We were given space to look around and select some gowns and the consultant pulled wonderful choices during our shopping! The gowns were beautiful quality and priced well. I can't say enough good things about this dress shop. I had a HORRIBLE first shopping experience and was dreading continuing to shop for wedding dresses after how I was treated elsewhere. Raffine was very flexible about my appointment and I can't even begin to put into words how much of an angel Shirley (my stylist) was. She was so patient and you could tell was really listening and trying to get a grasp for what I wanted--not what she wanted me to like. She wasn't the least bit pushy or "sales-ey" and just really seemed like she wanted nothing but to help me find a dress that made me feel beautiful--and she did just that. I had a list of gowns I wanted to try on when I walked in and she ended up taking the information from me trying all of those on and she ended up being the one to point out my final dress!
I went by myself since my family was unable to come from out of town and Shirley still made me feel like it was my day. I am going back with my mom in a couple weeks for her to see and give the final "yes" but I know we will be ordering this dress and I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else after how well I was treated today. This is a one of a kind bridal shop and I am so glad I found it!

I am so happy that I found Raffine Bridal! I live in Fargo, and drove to the cities to search for my wedding dress. Raffine was amazing because they have a fantastic selection of designers and sample sizes, so even though I am a plus sized bride I had no trouble finding dresses I could get into here. My consultant Amber was so great, and let us pull SO MANY gowns to try on... And then I only made it through three because the third dress was MY dress! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, the shop was divided up in a way where you had your own fairly private space for showing dresses to your group, and overall it was just a phenomenal experience! I can't wait to go back to pick up my dress!

Great experience! There was a private viewing space that accommodated for my 5 person party. I liked this much better than other boutiques where I had to try dresses on in front of other brides and their parties. Very friendly and accommodating staff; only showed my dresses within my price range and indicated style. Accessorized me to help get the full effect. Allowed me to go home to think about it and call back later with my final decision. Also got the dress during a trunk sale so price was great! Dress came much sooner than projected as well!

Worked with Leah when we did our first bridesmaid dress selection. She was very helpful getting us started in the right direction with our dress pulling and helped move us through our first round of dresses quickly with lots of ideas and advice. We were able to reduce the amount of dresses to make the second round with remaining girls easy. She also was very help in trying to get the bridesmaid dresses to match my wedding dress color and theme as close as possible. She was even willing to help me with getting a bag for my wedding dress that I purchased online.

Great experience! I found this salon through weddingwire by looking up designers I liked, and I had an idea that it would be too expensive for me, but that I could at least get ideas there. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the dresses were (I would say 90% of everything I looked at was <$1800).
The lighting was great and we had our own private area with a pedestal to stand on, and three-way mirrors to see all angles of the dress.
The consultant was so helpful, friendly, and efficient-I was able to try on 20 dresses in my 90 minute appointment, as well as different veils and belts. I am moving to a different state soon and the consultant explained how the process of shipping my dress would work and gave me advice on what I should do for alterations, etc.
I will update this once I receive my dress, but based on the other reviews, I feel good that this will continue to be a positive experience!

I had such a great experience at Raffine Bridal! I fell in love with the first dress I tried one ever at Raffine. I was hesitant to buy it and wanted to check out a few other places. They were completely understanding and after checking out a few places, I went back and bought the first dress. The customer service was excellent. They were patient, kind and complimentary. I am still in love with the dress and cannot wait to show my future husband on our wedding day!

I had a wonderful experience at Raffine Bridal when I purchased my wedding dress! The wedding consultant gave me, my mom and bridesmaids excellent attention while helping me find the dress of my dreams. The owner was very sweet and professional. She was the icing on the cake that made the whole experience awesome! My soon-to-be husband is going to love how I sparkle in my dress at our wedding in August!

By far the best shop that I visited throughout my wedding dress search, and it wasn't just because thats where I found my dress! It was the best because I was comfortable, not pushed, not rushed, and really heard. I can't say enough about how perfect my experience was. I tell EVERY bride I know about Raffine now! I purchased my wedding dress from Raffine when they were still located in Stillwater. The space was very small but they did their absolute best to accommodate everyone and make everyone feel comfortable. I was very overwhelmed trying on dresses (can you say emotional?) and my consultant was really good at putting my nerves at ease. I ended up purchasing the 6th dress I tried on and I STILL love it (4 months after being married). I picked up my dress from the Woodbury location (BEAUTIFUL, spacious) and received the same kind, professional, high quality service from one of the owners. They have a great selection to choose from and I'd recommend to anyone.

Our consultant, Leah, was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and attentive. They had a trunk show going on while we were there, but Leah was solely focused on finding my sister her perfect bridal gown. We had another appointment at a different bridal shop after this one and it was night and day. After the second appointment, we immediately returned to Raffine and ordered a dress! And even though the shop was about to close for the day, they did not make us feel rushed and even asked my sister if she wanted to try the dress on one more time before she ordered! What great service!

I found Raffine Bridal while looking for a particular style dress online. They had the dress I was looking for posted as a sample that they wanted to sell. I called up, gave them my credit card number, and they shipped it to me. Simple! The saleswoman I spoke to on the phone was even willing to send me photos of the slight imperfections on the dress. She assured me that with a good cleaning the dress would look good as new, which it does! I am so happy with my dress and the value that Raffine provided.

I've been to other bridal stores that were so busy you feel like just a number. Here you will feel very special. I love my bridal gown. It's exactly what I was looking for! Unique, vintage, full lace. Beautiful!!

I love Raffine!! This is a local family run bridal store. They have such great customer service, and really take the time to get to know each customer and find a solution to their needs. I went to a few other bridal stores before going here and it made the experience feel really special. They helped me find my perfect bridal gown!

I LOVE Raffines! The workers are so nice and genuinely care. I love the layout of their new location. When we got called in, they have the layout very private. You get your own pedestal, and there is room for your guests to have their own chair. Even though there was a lot of girls trying on dresses, I never noticed. The workers were very nice and not pushy. I fell in love with so many dresses here. The designers are different from what you find elsewhere, and I love that. I said yes to the dress, and my dress came in on time. I also bought my jewelry here and my rehearsal dress here. I recommend Raffines to all my friends!

First, Raffine moved to Woodbury...so that needs to be updated.
Second, Raffine is all kinds of AMAZING! I am so blessed to have found this wonderful business and can't speak highly enough of the incredible level of customer service provided at Raffine. I found a similar dress at another more well-known store in St. Paul that was $400 less, but I was so very impressed by the service at Raffine and knew that the entire process there would be easy, well-organized, and most importantly - stress free. My entire experience from start to finish at Raffine has been top-knotch - incredibly personalized service, beautiful gowns to choose from, and utter professionalism at all levels...from my gown consultant to the ladies answering the phone (who answered a million questions of mine). If I could stand in front of that well-known St. Paul store with a neon sign telling people to go to Raffine...I would. Treat yourself to a beautiful customer experience and lower your wedding-stress levels by going to Raffine - I so wish every wedding vendor was this delightful to work with.

I purchased my dress from Raffine's in January and had it in my possession by May. They were very personable and responsive to the ideas I had in my head. My consultant was wonderful to work with and ended up helping me find a beautiful dress (strapless, sweetheart neckline, lace fit and flare with a beaded belt). They were even able to recommend an amazing seamstress for my alterations. While they had exactly what I wanted, the store was small and the selection seemed a little limited - I would suggest looking at their website to see their selection prior to visiting. The professionalism and personalized experience made going to this store completely worth it and I LOVED my dress.

From the moment I walked through the door of Raffine, I was treated with impeccable service and professionalism. There selection of dresses is wonderful. I chose a Watters dress that was unlike any dress I've ever seen. I received more compliments than I could ever imagine. It was truly breathtaking!

We loved our entire experience at Raffine Bridal. We ended up getting everything from Raffine, from my bridal gown, to my mom's dress, to the bridesmaids' dresses, to the groom's tux as well as the groomsmen's. The prices were extremely reasonable and they had a great selection of tuxes, bridesmaids dresses, as well as bridal gowns. They carry a lot of Jim Hjelm gowns, which happen to be what I ended up choosing. My dress appointment was unhurried and quiet. I ended up only needing to try on 9 different dresses to find my perfect dress!
One of the groomsmen's jackets didn't fit the day before the wedding and the ladies from Raffine rushed into action and got us the right coat and even met my dad at a mid-way location to hand off the correct sized coat!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Raffine to any bride looking for a quiet and helpful experience.

Though I bought my dress in January, the service at Raffine is still memorable. I came in with my mother, Maid of Honor and another bridesmaid. The woman helping us (Stacy?) was so friendly, and listened to all of our thoughts. She picked out great options to help me decide and never made me feel like I was being too picky or trying on too many. I finally found my dress - within our budget!! - and couldn't be happier. Got the dress by May and it looked fantastic. Thank you Raffine!!

I love Raffine Bridal boutique. They let you try on as many dresses as you want and they actually let you look through the racks and grab dresses yourself, unlike David's Bridal. They have many dresses in every price range, so if you're on a budget you will be able to keep to it.
They discounted my dress for me which was awesome because it was fairly new. They called me exactly when they said they would and my dress arrived exactly when it was supposed to. They are in the business of pleasing their customers that's for sure.
Every bride should experience a place like this when shopping for the most important dress in their life. They also have many other dresses there for bridesmaids and mothers...so make sure to bring them along too. And they have tux rentals and accessories!
I love Raffine Bridal Boutique.

Loved every minute of dress shopping at Raffine. Had been all over to huge wedding shops to boutiques to department salons and none offered the experience that Raffine did. I didn't feel like I was being pressured, that I needed to give up my fitting room or that the sales people weren't telling the truth. I appreciated that they gave me the opportunity to look through all of their merchandise without hovering, but at the same time when I did need help, the staff was at my side. Dress collections were available there that weren't anywhere else and there wasn't the ridiculous price tag to go with it. Reasonable--although I still splurged though worth every penny!

While a smaller boutique what a fantastic selection. I went to several other places to look for a dress and Raffines was a great experience unlike what I had at other places. I had a short timeline and they offered so many choices. They were so helpful and patient. Its a big decision selecting your dress, its the one thing that everyone notices and you'll be wearing forever in your photos so I was super nervous. Once I got to Raffines it was so easy. They really matched my style and personality. Very professional, flexible and a great value for the spend. I would highly, highly recommend Raffines for your dress - bride and bridesmaids.

Working with Raffine Bridal was the best part of planning me wedding. They will honestly tell you what doesn't look good on you, unlike other places that will tell you anything to make a sale. The prices here are fantastic too. My dress was at two locations in the Twin Cities area and at Raffine, it was $1000 and the other location was asking $1500. Some of our groomsmen got measured at other locations and one of them was measured wrong so his tux did not fit at all. We were able to get it fixed the day of the wedding with no problems at all.

Fantastic shop, I could go on and on and on. I visited several bridal shops, mark my words: You wont find a more beautiful selection of gowns than here. And theyre not torn and dirty and ratty like some shops. The owners are sisters and I predominantly worked with Carla. From time to time, I would stop by to say when in the area. Very personable. If you need a lot of help, they are thereif you prefer they leave you alone, they have no problem with that. They will step up or step back, whatever your shopping preference. Carla is probably the sweetest, cutest thing around and they really made my experience as a bride complete. The moment I entered that shop, I truly began to feel like a blushing bride. Well worth the brief drive to Stillwater. They will go to bat for you to ensure that you, too, feel that way.

I met with a staff member at Raffine to go over options for bridesmaid dress for all of the ladies in my wedding. I described my dress and the staff member was quick to give her suggestions on what styles of dresses would compliment mine, and she started pulling samples off the rack. In about an hour, I had all of my dress options picked out, as well as my maid of honor had hers chosen and was fitted!
We returned to Raffine a few months later with all of the ladies and again, the dresses were already pulled out and it was super easy and quick, having them try on the dresses and get fitted in under an hour.
I highly recommend Raffine for any of your wedding needs!

We LOVED Raffine for the wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. They were super quick and accommodating. We do NOT recommend them for tux rentals. We had a large bridal party and they screwed up the orders on at least 1/2 of the men's tuxes, which definitely caused last-minute stress.

I bought my dress at Raffine and they were extremely helpful and kind. I only had one weekend that my mom could be here to dress shop so we went to many stores. Saturday afternoon I knew the dress I had tried at Raffine as definitely the one! They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday to try the dress again and purchase it. I'm a little bit bigger bride and never did I feel like it was an issue, and they worked with me to fine the perfect dress within my budget. I am so grateful to them for all their help and kindness.

The only reason I marked them down is from communication when I had to pick up the dress. I lived out of town so it was a little difficult. However, I still had an amazing experience with them! I had a wonderful experience at Raffine! I was referred by a friend and it was the first and only place I ended up going to find my dress. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about my appointment when I scheduled, they welcomed my family I brought with for my bridal appointment and made me feel comfortable. My consultant, Sheila, gave me an informative tour of the shop, asked me what I was looking for and was encouraging through the whole process! My dress came in earlier than expected and since I had to come from out of town to pick up my dress they were willing to hold onto it for a few extra days for me. I have referred all my newly engaged friends to Raffine and am sure they will have the same positive experience I had!

This place is adorable! I had a great experience here, even though I didn't have An appointment. They were accommodating and so nice. I ended up making an appointment, as I was shopping for a veil and really wanted to try on a dress with the veil (my dress is from a different salon). At my appointment they were gracious and helped me, even though I purchased my dress else where! Would definitely recommend!

Great people to work with...just be aware there is a 20 dollar shipping charge per bridesmaid dress if you go with a different style for each bridesmaid.

Found five different bridesmaid dresses here by the same designer in the exact shade of purple that I wanted for my wedding, which I never thought would happen! And all the girls looked fantastic. However, try and find the dress you want to buy in your size, even if you have to look at another store. Some of the bridesmaids were told to order a dress two sizes too big for them and spent a lot on alterations (which Raffine DOES NOT offer).

They were a great, Small boutique. I only went with them because they could special order from the designer I wanted. The turn around time was great, my dress came in about 3 weeks early and they were quick to call and let me know! They were very nice and asked me lots of questions about my wedding. They made me feel special. The dress was expensive because of the designer but when looking at their bridesmaid dresses they were reasonable priced all around.

We had a mixed experience purchasing bridesmaids dresses here. Each girl was choosing a different dress an dpaying for it herself, and the shop wasn't clear on the policy - it turned out that ALL the girls had to choose and pay for dresses before they'd place an order for any of the dresses (even though they were all picking different dresses). This was frustrating, because apparently there was some change in policy on the store's side, and would have cut our delivery time really really close to the wedding. I still don't understand exactly why they screwed up our order, but they at least managed to get it expedited.

Had been all over to huge wedding shops to boutiques to department salons and none offered the experience that Raffine did. I didn't feel like I was being pressured, that I needed to give up my fitting room or that the sales people weren't telling the truth. I appreciated that they gave me the opportunity to look through all of their merchandise without hovering, but at the same time when I did need help, the staff was at my side. Dress collections were available there that weren't anywhere else and there wasn't the ridiculous price tag to go with it. Reasonable--although I still splurged though worth every penny!
