Rafa, Rafa, Rafa! What can I say that would actual capture what you did for us!?! Even though you relocated to DC, you flew back to Puerto Rico to fulfill your promise to photograph our wedding. And we were truly blessed that we chose you! It's only been a few weeks since our wedding, but the memories and feel for that night were begining to fade and suddenly we get the email with our photo page link last night and like magic! We were transported back to that amazing day and felt everything all over again because you are simply that talented! You truly managed to capture the energy and the love of that night. You got every little detail I would have never thought of and captured moments I was too busy to witness! My favorite photo, strange enough, is the one where you zoomed in on my neck to capture that moment when my mother put on my pearls. So simple, so delicate, and so artful without being overly artful. I am so very grateful that we managed to be referred to you by our coordinator Carmen of WedAffair, but I have to admit, what you gave us was a fraction of what it cost! You were worth every penny and then some! It is obvious that you do this work because it really is your passion and lives and breathes your spirit! God bless you my friend! Good luck with your move to the mainland! And thank you! Thank you! Thank you!...PS, don't be surprised if we ask you to come to NY to photograph another event! ;)

Rafa was an incredible photographer. On the day of my wedding he arrived early ready to capture pictures of my bridal party and I getting ready. He took a lot of candid pictures that looked very nature and elegant. He was very professional the whole time and took some very creative pictures. His prices were very affordable and I'm definitely glad I choose Rafa as my photographer.

We absolutely love Rafa! We found him on Wedding Wire for our engagement pictures and then used him again for our wedding. He was so responsive and helped us get the perfect pictures on our big day. He was creative and extremely professional. Our guests loved him and he even took a full group selfie at the end of the night. Highly recommend him and we are so grateful we found him!

I was referred to Rafa by my wedding coordinator, as well as the hotel catering manager. And it was the best recommendation! I can not say enough how grateful I am! Capturing your wedding is such an important detail of your wedding planning. You want to make sure that those moments are photographed by someone who has a passion and love for photography and Rafa exudes those very things! He is truly passionate about his profession and it shows. He was not only very professional, he was so kind and patient. The day of my wedding, I was a bit stressed and he was so thoughtful. Taking the time to reassure me that the day would be perfect. Even stepping outside my room and waiting for over 20 minutes as me and my bridesmaids frantically ran about. He was so understanding. He stayed with us for the entire reception, capturing moments. He was very familiar with the property (Caribe Hilton) so he knew exactly where to take us to get beautiful shots. I recommend him highly and look forward to having him photograph us again upon our return to PR!

Looking at the final product he did for us makes us want to do it all over again! Rafa Cruz is dedicated to give you a high quality product. He captured every single moment in lovely images that captured the beauty of our venue and the excitement and romance of our Special Day. We got access to the online gallery within a couple of days after our wedding and got the amazing albums after a couple of weeks. We would highly recommend Rafa as your Wedding Photographer!!! :-)

This photographer is absolutely the best find ever!!! His passion and love for his craft shines through in all he does. We are so fortunate that he was the one we used to capture our special day. This was a destination wedding and we utilized wedding wire for a lot of research for our wedding.
We originally hired a photographer We found on wedding wire who did not show up. Rafa was contacted by our resort at the last minute, he got to us in less then 45 minutes. He literally saved the day! And his pictures are so beautiful!!!

I love our pictures. Rafa did an outstanding job! He was such a pleasure to work with. He took time
to get photos of me and my friends and family getting ready for the wedding ceremony and then
of the groom with his friends. They are some of my favourite pictures. Rafa had started to pack up
as the reception had been going for awhile and then he say some more photo opportunities so, he unpacked and took some more pictures. That is a sign of a professional who wants to give his client the best possible service. Rafa's wife Jessica helped us with the contract and payments thru Paypal. She was a pleasure to work with as well and I loved having the option to use PayPal for payment. We secured their service only one
month prior to our wedding, I feel blessed that they were available and extremely pleased with their service.

Mr. Cruz takes his job very seriously. He enjoys what he does and does it as if it was his own! He is a very sensitive man and he goes out of his way to please the clients. He was the only person who made it there on time the day of our wedding!! Kind and professional, yet very human and extremely personable. You will truly enjoy working with him from the original meeting to the last.

Rafa turned a potential disaster into a great day! Our original photographer we had hired, and paid the deposit on, was a no show. Rafa was contacted by our hotels wedding coordinator and was on site in 30 minutes.

Not only was he able to arrive on short notice, but the work he does is amazing. His pictures are like artwork. He truly is great at his profession and he couldn't have been a nicer, more easy to work with photographer.

I wish we would have found Rafa Cruz Photography originally and would recommend him to everyone. He was an unexpected blessing on our special day.

We would have liked a little more direction about poses for our wedding photos. When reviewing our pictures some would have been improved if we have been told to adjust our pose ("lower your chin, turn your shoulders towards the camera", etc). Overall it was a great experience, he made us feel comfortable and had great ideas for locations to take our pictures.
