User3207497 Sent on 09/13/2017Where do I even begin with Rachel? She was recommended from a friend, my now husband and I met with her to see if we clicked and I think it's impossible not to. She's sweet, receptive, unbelievably talented and professional. EVERYONE in our wedding party complimented us on how personable our photographers were, which really makes a huge difference; It allowed everyone to be relaxed and enjoy themselves. I also want to note how well they blended in, Rachel and her second shooter weren't intrusive at all AND we got all the shots on our list. Rachel will be our photographer for life. Can't wait to hire her for all of the momentous stages in our future. -

Katie Sent on 11/21/2017Rachel and Dimitri were nothing short of incredible. They flew up from Atlanta to Hoboken, NJ to share such a special weekend with us. They captured the most incredible moments that we hold so close to our hearts. From getting ready, to the ceremony, to special moments of dancing with our friends and family, it is truly hard to walk through these photos without having our breath taken away each time. If you are looking for an incredible photographer that will produce MOMENTS and MEMORIES not just photos, Rachel Iliadis is it.
After my wedding, my mother asked me what was my favorite moment from the big day. I told her, it was the intimate dance that my husband and I had to "Georgia On My Mind". We thought no one was watching us and felt like the only ones in the room, husband and wife, and in our happy ever after. When Rachel sent over our photos, she brought that moment back to me. Beautiful and in my happy ever after.. still to this day. -

It is clear that she is very talented by looking at her work, but what sets Rachel apart is how comfortable she makes you feel throughout the entire process. She's incredibly responsive to any input you have, and makes sure to capture the moments of your day that you truly care the most about. She's particularly awesome with natural lighting, so if you're having an outdoor ceremony and are worried about shadows/light, Rachel won't disappoint you. My husband and I really cannot recommend her enough, and the photos she provided us were more than what we could have hoped for.

User2761323 Sent on 09/09/2016Let me start off by saying I am extremely picky when it comes to photographers, as my career entails working with them closely and regularly. I was nervous when it came time to hire a wedding photographer as those photos will be with you for the rest of your life. Rachel set the bar.
She is an amazing artist who has the capacity to capture a client's personality and vision and make that translate into the gorgeous photos she creates. That level of skill and artistry is rare for a wedding photographer. But even more rare is the level of integrity and professionalism with which she runs her business. I was blown away with how well I was taken care of and attended to from beginning to end of our experience with her. Her involvement in my wedding made me feel like I could relax and enjoy my day (this was a huge deal as I can tend to obsess over details and micromanage things.) Rachel took a weight off my shoulders because I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. She was calm, collected, and very kind to my family and friends as she directed certain shots. She went above and beyond my expectations of her, and the product she delivered was STUNNING. Everyone tells me our photos look like they should be in Vogue or Vanity Fair (which was the aesthetic I was going for, and she captured what I wanted perfectly.) I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of an experience it was hiring Rachel, from start to finish, her work ethic, artistry, and professionalism are hard to come by in this industry. Since my wedding I have hired her to do other photoshoots for me and my family's business, and she delivered incredible service yet again. HIRE THIS WOMAN, you will not regret it. -
User2692314 Sent on 07/19/2016Wedding: 5/21/16 Review submitted Sept. Although the photographs are beautiful, Rachel Iliadis (RI) and her husband were the most unprofessional vendors we hired.
⦿Signed contract 6/2015, during 12/2015 RI contacted us and asked us to pay for accommodation, since we were within 6 months and our other choice of photographer was booked we felt pressured to pay. ⦿RI cancelled an engagement shoot appointment at the last minute to go on vacation. My daughter (Bride) is in Grad School and working 2 jobs, it was very inconvenient to reschedule. ⦿RI’s husband (2nd shooter and not actually a professional photographer) enjoyed our bourbon bar and was drunk by the end of the evening. ⦿Guests from all over the world attended, but many were not in any pic’s. There are 19 photo's of one couple that RI knew, but not one of my son and his girlfriend. ⦿Taking selfies sitting on furniture provided for guests (would have been a great pic of the B&G, who felt there wasn’t a lot of direction from RI). ⦿B&G left later than anticipated. RI approached the Bride, asking if there was a sparkler exit, wondering how important it was to stay and photograph it. Bride said yes, to which RI responded that we had better get on with it, essentially telling my daughter to leave her own wedding. ⦿Discovered after the wedding that RI added $50 to final invoice for "additional coverage past contracted hours”. Reasonable under most circumstances, but we were also paying $240 for a room for RI & husband. RI was the only vendor who charged extra. ⦿Since reading my review RI has made accusations that I broke our contract by not paying final invoice on the day of the wedding, which is true, however, the invoice was paid 94 mins after I saw it, by Paypal which meant that there was no delay while a cheque cleared and the funds were in her account one-4 days sooner than a cheque. She has also made insinuations about my character which is completely inappropriate. I would NOT recommend this vendor.
