Booking Rachael as my photographer was my favorite part to my wedding honestly! She made the whole day so much more relaxing! She helped us with our timeline before the wedding, showed up early to guide us through what to do, and even helped my bridesmaids and I fix my bustle on my dress several times throughout the night! Both Rachael and Daniel helped us capture every important moment. There was not a single photo that I have not LOVED from the outcome! Which is really saying something, because I am normally very self conscious in photos, but she truly captured the best angles and shots through and through. I would HIGHLY recommend Rachael if you are looking to get some flattering, high quality, canvas printed worthy photos for your big day! -

Rachael was amazing for both the engagement photos and our wedding day. We love the photos and all the variety of different shots. She was also very personable and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend! -
Isabel Sent on 04/28/2018Choosing Rachael Koscica as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. She was a pure pleasure to work with. She is warm, friendly, and makes you feel totally comfortable in front of a camera. She is able to navigate all of the emotions you are feeling on your wedding day, making you almost forget that she is there while she is capturing beautiful moments. Equally important, she is incredibly professional in the way she runs her business, which we really appreciated. You can tell that she really knows her craft when she is shooting. She makes everything run really smoothly which is so important on a tight timeline. Her work speaks for itself, but I have to say that I was blown away when I saw our engagement and wedding photos. They were everything I could have asked for and more. They will truly be a treasure for our family for years to come.

Rachael was the best photographer to work with! She met us for our first meeting at our wedding venue so we could see first hand where we would be taking pictures. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and gave us great direction! Our engagement session was included in the package which was awesome and gave us time to get familiar with Rachael. All our pictures turned out beautiful and she really captured the priceless moments of our big day. She was always timely in responding to emails and getting our pictures back to us. I highly recommend Rachael to anyone in need of a professional photographer! -

Hiring Rachael was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The entire planning process was effortless - Rachael's ability to put me at ease was exactly what I needed trying to plan an out-of-state wedding.
I loved Rachael's portfolio from the beginning – her fine art aesthetic and use of natural light was unique in a sea of wedding photographers. She was always punctual and professional throughout the process; scouting out locations before our engagement shoot and responding to every email with enthusiasm and positivity. My husband and I were not the most comfortable in front of the lens, but Rachael got us laughing and having fun in a matter of minutes.
It's been almost 3 years since our wedding day and I still get compliments from family and friends, even people who didn't attend the wedding about how amazing our photos turned out. Photography was the #1 priority for the wedding and to this day, zero regrets!

Caitlin Sent on 03/14/2017If I could give Rachael 10 stars, I certainly would. We met with a few other photographers before Rachael and immediately fell in love when we met her! She has one of the sweetest souls I've ever met. She has such a calm, collected nature that made me as a bride feel very relaxed. You want that type of energy around you on your wedding day. :)
Along with her awesome personality, she also has some of the most amazing photography work I've ever seen! We wanted bright colors and beautiful desert backgrounds in our images for our engagement pictures and wedding day. Rachael understood that and brought all of that to life. We have received so many compliments on our photographs from Rachael. We have only seen the sneak peak of our wedding album and we are already SO very impressed.
She is very responsive as well and a very hard worker. She had gone out to our venue a few days before to prep and get ideas for shots she might be able to take to ensure she was well prepared. We also ended up with an incredibly cold and rainy desert wedding (it's supposed to be lucky, right?). I never once saw Rachael without a smile on her face and she came up with creative and fun ways to still get the shots despite the horrible weather.
I definitely recommend Rachael Koscica! We plan on utilizing her to continue capturing our images as a married couple. Thank you for capturing our vision perfectly. :) -

Her creative vision radiated from her photographs on display, and her words dripped with passion for the craft. It was an obvious choice that Rachael was the photographer for us. She has been so committed to helping us mold our wedding day. For our April engagement shoot, Rachael was punctual, detail-oriented and resourceful: scoping out the venue prior to our arrival, studying our inspirations prior to the shoot, and quick to use nature's elements as her props. In preparation for our wedding day, Rachael has been actively communicating with us: working to build our timelines, and even sharing words of encouragement and advice from her previous learnings. I highly recommend Rachael as a photographer for any occasion. She is so insightful in creating the ultimate vision for her clients. She is dedicated and very professional. User2256133 Sent on 08/04/2015Rachael was such a dream to have on my wedding day. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and made my wedding day look even more beautiful than it had in real life. I requested for her to have our family photos be done in a very specific way and requested that she make sure a certain person wasn't in them, and she completely handled it with ease. I had nothing to fear.
I was also afraid of feeling awkward around a camera all the time but she made it feel so incredible and natural and the photos turned out gorgeous. I compare them to photos my amateur photographer friends took and they are so elevated and beautiful they look like they're from a magazine. Everyone who sees them comments how stunning they look and how they thought it was an actual magazine photo! I also received a beautiful box full of photos as well as a lovely photobook. There was also a very cute USB with all the photos stored digitally.
Rachael's photos are not oversaturated or overedited like many photos I see today. I wanted them to look natural and simple, and she completely delivered. Her price was amazing as well! So if you are looking for a photographer that is affordable but gives results that are way above their pay grade, Rachael is the one to go too. My fiancee and I had spent time researching wedding photographers in the area when I found her information on the knot website. We were impressed with her website and set up a meeting with her shortly afterwards to discuss our wedding date, venue, package details and see more of her work. We were very impressed and immediately booked her! We just received the final photographs from the wedding and were so impressed as are our families. She does beautiful work and is a steal for what she is charging compared to her peers. She was very easy to work with, ensured she got pictures of all the people / wedding details that we specifically requested and just blended into the background during the entire wedding. I would highly recommend Rachael as a photographer.

I didn't want to break the bank, but also wanted quality work that wasn't highly over-edited (as so many photographers seem to do these days). Rachael was the perfect option! I went to college with her, so I trusted her skills and had already seen plenty of her artwork. She's creative, has a beautiful distinctive style, and is always a ray of sunshine! She and Daniel were very professional at my wedding and got all the shots I wanted most (without having to tell them what those were!) They made me feel comfortable in front of the camera (harder than you think when you're used to being behind the lens) and got natural, beautiful shots.They dealt with my huge family and millions of family shots with ease. Everyone LOVES my wedding photos (even the picky grandparents!) Basically they were absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with my choice of photographer!
