Racebrook Country Club Reviews

Racebrook is a STUNNING location to have your wedding. The grounds, especially in the spring/summer are absolutely beautiful. The inside is very clean, airy, and organized. The waitstaff for our wedding was top-notch and the food was to die for. Our guests complemented the facility all night long. HOWEVER, I did review “4 stars” because when my husband and I were looking for a venue for our wedding we were working with an event coordinator who was nothing short of wonderful. But then she did email us several months after the venue had been booked letting us know she accepted another job. We were very bummed because we had grown to love her and have faith in her planning/executing abilities. We then met with the club manager named Jennifer, who at the time reassured us we would have the same attention, care, whatever we needed. That proved to be somewhat false. It was very difficult having Jennifer respond to all of the questions asked in emails without having to repeat questions to her in an email or two after. On her first appointment to meet with her she mixed up the time and we had rearrange our whole day because she couldn’t be there. There was a time she asked for an updated meal list/guest head count and I had already sent it to her a week prior. Upon our final meeting with her a week before the wedding. She did not remember us (she must not have brushed on her notes) and asked if it was for a wedding. I had brought my dj with us for a site check and it was embarrassing that she didn’t know who she was meeting with. I had to run my own rehearsal, she was off to the side, no where near me. And the day of the wedding I had to have bridesmaids and random vendors help me up by running things up to the grooms suite, reserve seats for guests since she did not. If we had any questions I literally had to have someone go find her and most of the night no one could find her anywhere. If you’re okay with being by yourself without the help, then you’d be okay. But it added tons of unnecessary stress to my day of and day before. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend the facility/grounds but I had no maitre d’ helping me, unlike what I was promised.

The staff and management at RaceBrook Country Club went above and beyond what I imagined. Their customer service was done in excellence, including the food and overall venue!! I highly recommend RaceBrook for weddings or any event. You will be well pleased!!

We got married at Racebrook at the end of May. We feel in love with the venue as soon as we first visited - the wraparound porch overlooking the golf course was beautiful! We captured some amazing pictures outside on the course and in the garden, and the ceremony spot was really pretty. It was also a great plus that there was a bridal suite!

Working with Robin was so easy and comfortable. She was very accommodating, and was willing to work with us to make sure we could get everything that we wanted on the day of the wedding. The staff was fabulous to work with - very attentive and polite. And the food was delicious! We are still having people about the hor d'oeuvres. We loved the flow that the venue had to offer to our guests with cocktail hour on the porch. We would highly recommend Racebrook!

We had our Ceremony and Reception at Race Brook Country Club. The venue itself is a gorgeous site (especially at sunset & in the Fall) and the golf course offered plenty of places for beautiful pictures! They have a very large bridal suite and a large room for the groom/groomsmen to get ready in.

Our Wedding was an amazing time! Robin Grande was easy to work with and very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The waitstaff was very attentive to us and all of our guests; our guests commented on the great service the next morning. The food was outstanding, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main entrees! The chef was great, he even made an extra serving of the mini beef wellingtons for me as they ran out during the cocktail hour. Jocelyn (the bridal attendant) was also easy to work with and always available - plus always had drink for us!

EVERYTHING was absolutely AMAZING! Joyce & Quen were fantastic! Beautiful location with top-notch service! Can't say enough good things! So happy with EVERYTHING!

Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff at the Racebrook Country Club, especially Joyce R. From the moment we saw the venue to the last song of the night on our wedding day, everything Joyce and the staff did was perfect. We could not have imagined a better experience and we look forward to anniversaries, family reunions and other events at the RCC. Highly recommend this beautiful venue and the incredible staff to anyone looking to have an amazing experience party planning. The room is gorgeous, the wait staff is by far the most professional and attentive staff we have ever encountered and Joyce, nothing short of the best event planner and person you will ever meet. If you are looking for your reception location than look no further! Having my reception at Racebrook Country Club was the best decision I ever made. They service was impeccable, their food is outstanding, and Lisa, the even coordinator, is the secret weapon behind it all. Racebrook has beautiful landscape and they offer packages that can fit all different types of budgets. Lisa if full of useful information and she has a gift where she makes you feel like you are her only client when in reality she is juggling a million things and 50 other couples, she is really just AMAZING! Have your reception at Racebrook, you won't be sorry. AMAZING!!!
